Abstract

The free learning curriculum which was just launched by the central government will be implemented in 2021. Until now, there are still many schools in the process of adapting the curriculum. Therefore, contributions from many parties, including academics, are needed to help disseminate the curriculum through coaching to schools. The objectives of this training activity are 1) Explaining changes/adjustments to the curriculum to improve the quality of education in the context of an education unit. 2) Explain the important reasons the curriculum needs to be adapted in each education unit. 3) Principals and teachers can modify the teaching module of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, according to the goals, needs, and school context. 4) Principals and teachers can independently design projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and apply them to elementary school students. The method was carried out online for 2 days, with 2 main materials presented, namely the introduction of a new paradigm of the independent learning curriculum and the strengthening of the Pancasila student project. The results of this activity are in the form of increasing teacher competence to develop plans for strengthening the Pancasila student profile project.

Abstract

As the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program was rolled out by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, Technology, and Higher Education, schools had to master many new things. The new things include a paradigm shift in learning, liberating education, projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, differentiated learning, and learning assessments. Since the program was initiated, the Ministry has made various breakthroughs including conducting socialization, training, training, technical guidance, and mentoring. However, at the implementation level, not all programs went according to plan, because various problems were found in them. These problems include technical related issues, such as making the Education Unit Operational Curriculum (KOSP), making teaching modules, differentiated learning, and learning assessments. Regarding this problem, the solution offered is to provide assistance to educators and school principals. The implementation step is to provide assistance and workshops to them. The result is that educators gain new insights into the development of assessment instruments using a new paradigm for sekolah penggerak. The team recommends the need to make a follow-up plan related to mentoring learning with a new paradigm.

Abstract

Kecamatan Megang Sakti merupakan daerah yang didominasi oleh kawasan pertanian. Praktik pertanian yang ramah lingkungan dengan pencemaran yang minimal atau dikenal dengan istilah pertanian organik, dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun belakangan menjadi perhatian tersendiri. Faktanya, praktik pertanian organik dilapang masih banyak menemukan kendala, antara lain mahalnya harga pupuk organik sehingga petani masih enggan beralih dari pupuk kimia. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah pemberian pemahaman serta pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik yang berasal dari bahan baku yang mudah didapatkan yaitu limbah sayuran. Bahan baku limbah sayuran yang didapatkan dari masyarakat sekitar diolah dan difermentasi menjadi pupuk. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah para anggota kelompok tani mukti karya Desa pagar ayu, Kecamatan Megang Sakti, Kabupaten Musi Rawas dapat memproduksi pupuk organik cair secara mandiri, dan menggunakan produk tersebut dalam budidaya tanaman pertanian. Pengenalan teknologi pembuatan pupuk cair organik ini dapat mendorong semangat para petani dalam menerapkan sistem pertanian organik yang dimuali dari input budidaya tanaman yaitu pupuk.

Abstract

Since the launch of the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka Program, the Ministry of Education and Culture has made a number of breakthroughs in socialization, training, education and training, technical guidance and coaching. However, at the implementation level, not all projects went according to plan due to various problems identified. Among them are technical issues such as the development of the operational curriculum of the education unit, the development of learning modules, the differentiation of learning and study programs. The team's solution to this problem was to help educators and principals. The implementation steps are to provide assistance and workshops. As a result of this activity, educators have gained new insights in developing assessment tools for driving schools. After this activity, it is recommended that a follow-up plan related to the guidelines in the lesson plan need to be developed

Abstract

The digital divide is one of the problems that arise as a result of the development of information technology caused by the gap between society and information technology which is influenced by several factors, including differences in access rights to existing information technology, as happened to students living in Islamic boarding schools. An-Annur Islamic Boarding School, where Islamic boarding schools severely limit students' access to the Internet. This phenomenon is of concern to find out a description of the use of the digital economy among students at the An-Nuur Islamic Boarding School. consists of motivation, physical and material access, skills, and utilization of information technology. This service uses the Workshop method, with the object of research being the An-Nuur Islamic boarding school in Setu District, Bekasi Regency. with the number of participants as many as 30 students and teachers from the results of interviews and workshops obtained there are still many participants who are still new to the use of the digital economy, all of them already understand about online shopping but do not understand how to join an online store and this socialization is beneficial for participants so that they are a little Knowing about the digital economy and the results of this service, it is hoped that the students can become Entrepreneurship in the use of the internet and the use of the digital economy

Abstract

Salah satu unsur pelaksanaan Tridharma adalah Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Kegiataan PKM ini dilakukan dosen Universitas Bina Insan. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu tim dosen yang mengadakan observasi di Desa Semangus Baru Kabupaten Musi Rawas untuk mengetahui promosi penjualan dengan media sosial dan marketplace. Oleh karena itu kegiataan PKM dilakukan pada bulan 6 Juni 2022, ditunjukan untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat Desa Semangus Baru Kecamatan Muara Lakitan Kabupaten Musi Rawas sehingga diharapkan masyarakat Desa Semangus Baru Kecamatan Muara Lakitan Kabupaten Musi Rawas melakukan penjualan dengan menggunakan media sosial dan marketplace dapat meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas jangkauan pasar usaha serta meminimalisir pengeluaran biaya pemasaran.

Abstract

It is undeniable that English is one of the subjects that is a scourge for most students. On the other hand, whether we realize it or not, English is indispensable in various aspects of science and everyday life. This activity aims to provide assistance to students at MI Ya Bunayya Hidayatullah Manokwari. Mentoring activities are carried out by providing private tutoring. In each activity students are separated into small groups of 1-3 people according to their respective grade levels. With this method, all students can participate in more intensive learning activities. If you pay attention, it can be seen that the enthusiasm and motivation of students to learn is increasing. It is hoped that this activity can trigger the enthusiasm of the students to enjoy and learn English more.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada masa pademi covid-19 berubah menjadi pembelajaran dari rumah, peran orang tua sangat berpengaruh dalam mendampingi anak saat sedang belajar. Tetapi disamping itu orang tua juga mempunyai kesibukan nya sendiri misalnya bekerja, jadi harus pintar membagi waktu agar bisa selalu mendampingi anak belajar. Kegiatan pengabdian yang berupa program bimbingan belajar bahasa inggris berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah direncanakan dengan jumlah siswa 15 anak pesisir kelurahan sowi. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari metode pendekatan secara langsung dengan melakukan pendataan anak yang mengikuti bimbingan dan kegiatan mengajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa: ada perubahan kemampuan dari anak-anak usia dini dimana mereka yang awalnya tidak bisa berbahasa inggris karena kurang mendapatkan pengajaran belajar bahasa inggris sebelumnya, menjadi bisa berbahasa inggris meskipun masih dalam tataran sederhana. Anak anak yang awalnya takut dan tidak suka terhadap pelajaran bahasa inggris menjadi suka dengan bahasa inggris

Abstract

The ultimate goal of this PKM is to educate the younger generation of karang taruna members in understanding polite communication patterns for establishing a smart and character generation. This PKM was conducted for four weeks, starting from the preparation and initial observation until the evaluation and report. This program was conducted by counseling and socialization with implementation techniques using problem-solving, discussion, question & answer, and lecture. The total of participants was 36 people, including of 27 karang taruna members and 9 students of UNPARI who were doing KKN in Sukowono village, Jayaloka district. After the PKM Team conducted counseling and socialization, the participants began to understand and realize how importance of polite communication for establishing a smart and character generation. That was shown by participant's enthusiasm and responses during the program, as well as the results of the response questionnaires given by the PKM Team. About 35.6% and 52.8% of participants responded with good/appropriate answers and with very good/very appropriate answers respectively. Meanwhile, 11.6% of participants responded with mediocre/good enough answers

Abstract

Petungsewu Village is one of the villages located in the Dau sub-district, Malang Regency. Petungsewu Village is a village that has superior citrus products and is a contributor most significant citrus production in East Java. The village community manages several owned businesses, but the home-based business has not been linked to BUMDes, owned by Petungsewu Village. In addition, the proportion of BUMDes in Petungsewu village that is actively operating is smaller than the BUMDes that are actively producing. The unlinked home-owned business owned by the community with BUMDes is one of the causes of economic growth. However, the improvement of community welfare has not been able to develop rapidly. The first problem that partners complained about to the service team was related to the unlinked business owned by the community and the BUMDes owned by the village. The second problem relates to the fact that there are still many BUMDes that are not yet actively operating, so the economic potential of Petungsewu village has not been maximized in the welfare of the community. Based on the two problems partners face, the service team provides a solution by linking or connecting owned businesses managed by each community and BUMDes to offer solutions to the first problem. Furthermore, the service team will reactivate BUMDes that are not yet actively operating. The method used to implement the first solution is to conduct FGD by inviting several representatives of owned business owners, BUMDes managers and representatives of village officials. Furthermore, the service team will use the solution to the second problem to carry out socialization and assistance. The service team invited all BUMDes managers, DPMD representatives and village officials in this activity.
