Abstract

Public awareness and ability to read food labels is still very low. A National Consumer Protection Agency survey stated that 6.7% of people in Indonesia pay attention to the completeness of food labels. One of the Messages of Balanced Nutrition is reading food labels. S1 Nutrition Study Program STIK Sint Carolus together with Nutritionists from the Galur Supporting Community Health Center provided counseling to mothers of toddlers on the topic "Let's Check the Coins (Composition and Nutritional Value Information) on Food Packaging" to 20 mothers of toddlers who visited the Posyandu. Counseling participants are given an identity and pretest form to fill out. The first session included material on definitions and food labels, and the second session provided material on how to read composition and nutritional value information. The third session involved practicing reading packaged food and conducting questions and answers and filling in the posttest form. After 3 days of providing material, monitoring and evaluation was carried out via Whatsapp. Based on the results of statistical analysis, 55% of mothers were classified as lacking knowledge during the pretest. However, it increased after nutrition education was carried out to 95% of mothers who were classified as well informed. The results of the Wilcoxon analysis show that there is a difference in knowledge between before and after counseling with p-value = 0.007. The results of monitoring and evaluation from 5 mothers, 100% of mothers had paid attention to food labels on packaging, especially composition and nutritional information. Abstract

Pejengkolan farmer group is not only a community for exchanging ideas and experiences, but also has various businesses in the form of goat and cattle farming with a profit-sharing system, plant breeding and sales, and savings and loans. Having very good economic potential, however, the Pejengkolan village farmer group still has several obstacles and problems. One of the problems is in terms of management and management of financial reports of the Pe-jengkolan village farmer group. This Community Service aims to provide training in the Ireap application to support the sales management system and financial reporting in the Pejengkolan village farmer group. This Community Service method uses a service learning approach that has three stages, namely the preparation, service and reflection stages. The results of this community service are the level of understanding of partners in utilizing application technology increases, more efficient data search time and a better level of accuracy of sales data reports. Search times are more efficient and the level of accuracy of sales data reports is better.        Keywords: implementation; Ireap; management.  Abstrak: Kelompok tani Pejengkolan tidak hanya sebagai komunitas untuk bertukar pikiran dan pengalaman saja, namun memiliki berbagai usaha berupa peternakkan kambing dan sapi dengan sistem bagi hasil, pembibitan dan penjualan tanaman, serta simpan pinjam. Memiliki potensi ekonomi sangat bagus akan tetapi kelompok tani desa Pejengkolan masih memiliki beberapa kendala dan permasalahan. Salah satu permaslahannya yaitu dalam hal manajemen dan pengelolaan laporan keuangan kelompok tani desa Pejengkolan. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan aplikasi Ireap untuk menunjang sistem manajemen penjualan dan pelaporan keuangan pada kelompok tani desa Pejengkolan. Metode pengabdian Masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan service learning yang memiliki tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, layanan dan refleksi. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tingkat pemahaman mitra dalam memanfaatkan teknologi aplikasi meningkat, waktu pencarian data yang lebih efisien dan tingkat akurasi Laporan data penjualan lebih baik. Kata kunci: implementasi;ireap; manajemen.

Abstract

Technological developments in various fields continue to increase, one of which is in the health sector, namely the use of applications to provide initial diagnoses of dental and oral diseases. Lack of public awareness and knowledge in maintaining oral health can give rise to various kinds of diseases, some of which can be cured with proper treatment. One way that can be done to prevent this disease is by providing education to the public by using a web-based application. The PKM team held activities at Ins Dental Care. The method used in this activity is training in the use of applications for early diagnosis of dental and oral diseases with the participants being doctors and nurses. The aim of this service activity is to provide knowledge to participants about applications that can be used by participants to provide initial diagnoses of dental and oral diseases so that later participants can easily obtain information about dental and oral diseases. With this application, Ins Dental Care can easily provide education to the public about dental health and reach local communities to provide education about dental health and dental disease. By utilizing a web application for early diagnosis of dental and oral diseases, people can obtain information on diagnosing dental diseases independently without having to come to the clinic.    Keywords: training; application; diagnosis; dental and oral diseases

Abstract

Abstract: One of the prioritized areas of knowledge is mastery of information technology on computers as a sustainable generation prepares to welcome Golden Indonesia in 2045. Canva and capcut training are part of efforts to develop 21st-century skills. This training is carried out to prepare teachers and students to become people who have innovative ideas for carrying out learning. SD Negeri 150, located at Jl. TP Demsi Husin Darmajaya Gandus, Pulo Kerto, Gandus District, Palembang City, served as the venue for this activity. The results of the observations made showed that the level of enthusiasm, communication skills, and creativity of teachers and students increased significantly, as evidenced by the publication of projects carried out during the training, which were shared via social media and teacher and principal communication groups.Keywords: canva dan capcut; innovation; teacherAbstrak: Salah satu bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang diprioritaskan adalah penguasaan teknologi informasi pada komputer, sebagai generasi keberlanjutan dalam menyiapkan tokoh berikutnya untuk menyambut Indonesia Emas 2045. Tuntutan abad ke-21 merujuk pada keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap yang dianggap penting untuk sukses dalam era globalisasi dan teknologi yang berkembang pesat. Pelatihan Canva dan capcut merupakan bagian dari upaya untuk mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan  untuk mempersiapkan para guru dan peserta didik menjadi orang yang memiliki ide inovasi dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 150, yang beralamatkan di Jl. TP Demsi Husin Darmajaya Gandus, Pulo Kerto, Kecamatan Gandus, Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup pengumpulan data dari bahan pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan, bahwa tingkat antusias, keterampilan berkomunikasi, kreativitas guru, dan peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan, dibuktikan dengan publikasi projek yang dikerjakan selama pelatihan yang dibagikan melalui medsos, dan grup komunikasi guru dan Kepala Sekolah.Kata kunci: canva dan capcut; inovasi; guru

Abstract

Mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.) is a type of marine fish widely consumed. Several factors influencing it include affordable prices, delicious taste, and the ability to be processed into various dishes. However, mackerel fish has a weakness: it quickly declines in quality if not managed properly. In the face of increasing demand, it is crucial to meet the need for fish with an optimal level of freshness. Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.            Keywords: fish; curing; ozone

Abstract

The catfish cultivation business carried out by UPR Doa Mandeh since 2015 still requires support in the form of assistance and training for its development. Meanwhile, the availability of fish seeds in South Sumatra is still very dependent on other regions, such as Lampung, Jambi and West Java. The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.    Keywords: biofloc; catfish; herbal plants; liquid fertilizer

Abstract

The secretariat office has employees including the head of the office, cashier, security guard and boarding house, and the management of this office is under the super- vision of the Chair of the 5 Daily Management of the Congregation Council (PHMJ). GPIB office employees of the Surya Kasih Congregation receive salaries provided by the Surya Kasih Congregation for employees with local status and by the synod if the status is as a synod employee. So far, salaries have been given in the form of a single unit with- out a salary structure that is in accordance with church regulations, where there are ele- ments of allowances and determination of their amounts. Then every employee has been registered to participate in BPJS labor, but it is limited to "work accident insurance (JKK)" and "death guarantee (JKM)" while those that have not been followed are "pen- sion guarantee (JP)" and "old age guarantee (JHT). )”. Apart from that, to be able to pro- vide a salary value and benefits, it must be based on an objective and structured work per- formance assessment, then involve employees, their leaders and then a provision will be made as a permanent employee. Based on this, it has been registered to take part in "pen- sion guarantee (JP)" and "old age guarantee (JHT)". Then previously there was no in- strument for assessing employee performance objectively, so a form of performance as- sessment with several indicators was also prepared.

Abstract

Healthy behavior is related to efforts to maintain and improve health. One of the healthy behaviors is eating with a balanced menu. A healthy consumption pattern must be applied to meet daily nutrition. The provision of special education to adolescents is expected to be able to provide knowledge, especially about nutritious food. Activities to provide education about nutritious food and nutritious food categories, Health Education about the benefits of nutritious food, Health Education about the recommendation to consume instant noodles, and Health education about the dangers of consuming excessive amounts of instant noodles to 33 respondents. The method used is the test work before and after the intervention. The delivery of material using the media continued with questions and answers from the presenters. The data results showed that the level of knowledge before the intervention was 15.2% and after the intervention showed an increase of 54.5%. The purpose of providing this education is expected that respondents will not only understand but also be able to apply it in their personal and family habits.Keywords: instant noodles; balanced nutrition; msg Abstrak: Perilaku sehat adalah perilaku yang berkaitan dengan upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kesehatan. Salah satu perilaku sehat adalah makan dengan menu seimbang. Pola konsumsi yang sehat harus diterapkan untuk dapat memenuhi nutrisi sehari-hari. Pemberian edukasi khusus kepada remaja diharapkan mampu memberikan pengetahuan khususnya tentang makanan yang bergizi. Kegiatan pemberian edukasi mengenai makanan bergizi dan kategori makanan bergizi, Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang manfaat makanan bergizi, memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang anjuran mengonsumsi mie instan, memberikan edukasi Kesehatan tentang bahaya mengonsumsi mie instan dalam jumlah yang berlebih kepada 33 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengerjaan test sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penyampaian materi dengan menggunakan media dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dari pemateri. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat pengetahuan sebelum diberikan intervensi 15,2% dan setelah dilakukan intervensi menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 54,5%. Tujuan dari pemberian edukasi ini diharapkan responden tidak hanya mengerti, tetapi juga dapat menerapkannya dalam kebiasaan pribadi maupun keluarga.Kata kunci: gizi seimbang; mie instan; msg

Abstract

The village of Margamulya Tj. Kait is one of the foster villages of LPPM Ukrida. From the results of interviews and direct observations, there are several main issues faced by partners, including: limited access and dissemination of financial information and village profiles to external parties as well as to the villagers themselves. Community service is conducted by utilizing technology to develop a digital village community ecosystem where social media-based platforms serve as everyday communication, socialization, and collaboration tools. The implementation method is carried out through: (1) development of social media platforms; (2) training on platform usage. With the developed social media platform program, the target output is achieved through the evaluation of activities, where the benefit of interaction between village officials and villagers, as well as the dissemination and access to important information, becomes easier. Keywords: digital platform; village digitalization; digital village; margamulya village

Abstract

The sustainable livelihood assistance program in Rembitan Village aims to improve community welfare based on local wisdom. The activity stages include initial identification of socio-economic and environmental conditions of the village, preparation of activity plans based on community participation, as well as implementation of training and workshops. After the training, intensive mentoring is provided to help people apply new skills in their daily practice. The results achieved include increasing community capacity in sustainable agricultural techniques, developing better quality handicraft and traditional food products, as well as diversifying family income sources. Program evaluation shows a positive response from the community to training and mentoring activities, with indications of an increase in the local economy and awareness of the importance of sustainable natural resource management. This service activity not only succeeded in improving the economic welfare of the Rembitan Village community, but also strengthened local capacity in facing the challenges of sustainable development in the future. Keywords: sustainable livelihoods; local wisdom; well-being; economy  Abstrak: Program pendampingan sustainable livelihood di Desa Rembitan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal. Tahapan awal kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kondisi sosial-ekonomi dan lingkungan Desa, penyusunan rencana kegiatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, serta implementasi pelatihan dan workshop. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan pendampingan intensif untuk membantu masyarakat menerapkan keterampilan baru dalam praktiknya sehari-hari. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam teknik pertanian berkelanjutan, pengembangan produk kerajinan tangan dan makanan tradisional dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, serta diversifikasi sumber pendapatan keluarga. Evaluasi program menunjukkan respons yang positif dari masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dengan indikasi peningkatan ekonomi lokal dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Rembitan, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitas lokal dalam menghadapi tantangan pembangunan berkelanjutan dimasa mendatang. Kata kunci: sustainable livelihood; kearifan lokal; kesejahteraan; ekonomi
