Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, product diversification, and price on purchasing decisions of Business Centre HNI HPAI products in Medan City. The research background is based on the increasing need for halal products in Indonesia, especially in the herbal-based health product category. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 112 HNI HPAI consumers in Medan City. The independent variables consist of product quality, product diversification, and price, while the dependent variable is purchasing decision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, with the results showing that all independent variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination of 67.2% indicates that these three variables explain most of the variation in purchasing decisions. This study concludes that product quality has the most dominant influence, followed by price and product diversification. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to maintain product quality, increase product variety, and offer competitive prices to strengthen competitiveness in the halal herbal product market.

The subjects of the study were 84 students of the Faculty of Dentistry Mulawarman who were selected using probability sampling techniques. The data collection methods used were the overviewing scale, the loneliness scale, and the parasocial interaction scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The collected data was analyzed with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 21.0 for windows program. The results showed that: (1) there was an effect of the intensity of excessive watching use and loneliness on parasocial interaction with a value of F count = 93.459 F table = 3.11 and a P value = 0.000 and had an influence contribution (R2) of 69.8%. (2) there was a significant effect between excessive menonots and social interactions with the value of the beta coefficient (β) = 0.788, t count = 12.694 t table = 1.989 and p = 0.000 (p 0.005). (3) Then in loneliness with parasocial interactions, it shows t count t table which means that there is a significant influence with the value of the beta coefficient (β) = -0.171, t count = -2.754 t table = 1.989 and p = 0.007 (p 0.05). Further research may explore other factors that influence parasocial interactions, such as media type, intensity of social media use, or demographic characteristics.

Abstract

The philosophy of Islamic Education is the mother of all knowledge that has developed from ancient Greece to modern times. The view of Islamic educational philosophy towards human beings is in accordance with its development period because the educational process in the principle of Islamic views is tarbiyah, meaning in accordance with human life habits. In the Qur'an, there are three concepts about the meaning of human beings, namely al-Basyar, al-Insan, and An-Nas. The first concept is al-Basyar, human beings should not be much different from other biological beings. Thus, human life is bound to other principles of biological life such as breeding, experiencing a phase of growth in reaching maturity and maturity. The second concept is al-Insan which is used in the Qur'an to show the totality of human beings as physical and spiritual beings. The harmonization of these two aspects with the various potentials they have can rely on humans as unique and special creatures of God. The third concept is that humans are created as social creatures starting from a male and female couple and then developing into tribes and nations to get to know each other. Then the view of Islamic philosophy towards society is that it is clear that Islam has regulated various things as well as education with all its aspects. Islamic education plays a very important role in determining the fate of a society because the Qur'an has been revealed since its inception aims to guide society to the truth. Furthermore, the view of Islamic education philosophy on the environment is that it must be active in utilizing it such as land, water, air, and so on.

Sampling techniques are observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis is quantitative analysis with an experimental approach. The results showed that the pretest scores ranged from 40 to 75 with an average score of 60.97. Meanwhile, posttest scores range from 70 to 100. Thus, it can be concluded that vocabulary mastery increases significantly after using Word Wall Media and the analysis results of this research show a significant difference in students' vocabulary proficiency in reading descriptive texts when taught using word wall media compared to when taught without media in class X at SMK Negeri 3 Tanjung Selor. This can be seen from the obtained data, The t-value of -30.68 with a p-value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 shows that the difference between the pretest and post-test scores is statistically significant. Since the p-value is less than 0.05, we can conclude that the improvement in vocabulary is not due to chance.

Abstract

This study looks at implementation moderation in religion values in the use of loudspeakers at Amal Sholeh Mosque, located within a multicultural community. The primary focus is on the responses and perceptions of both Muslim and non- Muslim residents regarding the use of loudspeakers, as well as the extent to which the principles of religious moderation are reflected in interreligious social relations. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and field observations. The findings indicate that although the term “Religious Moderation” is not widely recognized by the local community, its core values such as tolerance, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence are evident in their daily practices. Nevertheless, complaints persist regarding the direction and volume of the loudspeakers, which are perceived as disturbing. Therefore, it is necessary to disseminate the technical regulations issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and to enhance collective awareness in order to foster a harmonious worship environment without compromising the comfort of surrounding residents.
