Abstract

To evaluate the company's business development carried out by the Board of Directors, an ERP dashboard system is needed that can provide information on business development in real time. So it takes the implementation of the SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboard system. However, company stakeholders engaged in the mining owner and mining contractor sector want the project to be monitored in every process. So that if there are errors or changes in the process of making a report on the dashboard, then this can be known earlier and changed as needed. Seeing the conditions of this need, a company engaged in consulting as a solution management service provider that initially proposed using the ASAP method, otherwise known as Accelerated SAP, is proposing to change the project method to the scrum method in the SAP Analytics Cloud implementation project in companies engaged in the mining owner and mining contractor industry. This research was conducted with the limitations and objectives to evaluate and analyze the effect of the application of the scrum method on the SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboard implementation project in increasing the success of the go-live phase of the project.

Abstract

Communication problems often occur in organizational groups. This is the case with the Mandailing Jaya Coffee Cooperative, which has experienced communication issues within the organization. These problems have resulted in the accumulation of members’ production and harvest yields in the cooperative’s warehouse. The situation is due to the lack of interaction between cooperative members and the management during member meetings for disseminating information about proper coffee harvesting methods and good coffee harvest criteria. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the communication network of the Mandailing Jaya Coffee Cooperative in Ulu Pungkut District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method, employing snowball sampling with 118 respondents from four farmer groups affiliated with the cooperative. Data were collected through direct interviews and analyzed using communication network analysis with the Ucinet-Draw application. The results show that the communication network structure of the Mandailing Jaya Coffee Cooperative follows an all-channel structure characterized as a radial personal network. Network centrality identifies the roles of actors in the network, namely the gatekeeper (the cooperative chairman) actor SL, the opinion leader (a cooperative member) actor ISM, and the bridge (a cooperative manager) actor IK within the communication network of the Mandailing Jaya Coffee Cooperative.

Abstract

Abstract. In the property and real estate industry, firm value is a crucial indicator that reflects investors' level of confidence in a company's sustainable long-term potential. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of firm growth and liquidity on firm value, with capital structure serving as a moderating variable. The research method employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a secondary publication dataset comprising corporate financial statements from the property and real estate subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The purposive sampling technique was applied to obtain 68 research samples from a population of 92 issuers. Data analysis used moderation regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 25. The findings of the study prove that the firm's growth contributes negatively to firm value and that liquidity does not contribute to firm value. In addition, the capital structure plays a role in strengthening or weakening firm growth on firm value. However, the capital structure does not play a role in strengthening or weakening the liquidity of a firm's value.

Abstract

The implementation of the SMPN PPDB zoning system policy in Singkawang City is inseparable from various challenges and obstacles. Some of the problems that arise include: the uneven distribution of junior high schools in all sub-districts, the limited capacity of school capacity, the gap in quality and facilities between schools, and the community's understanding of the zoning system which is still diverse. Through the Regulation of the Mayor of Singkawang City Number 26 of 2023 regulates the implementation of new student admissions (PPDB) for the 2023/2024 school year. In this regulation, the zoning system remains one of the main channels, namely through zoning at least 50% of the total capacity of junior high schools in Singkawang City. The purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of the Zoning System Policy on the Admission of New Learners (PPDB) of SMPN in Singkawang City and to find out the factors that hinder the Implementation of the Zoning System Policy by using 3 aspects of Mazmanian Sabatier's theory as material for the implementation of the zoning system policy at the junior high school level in Singkawang City. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation with the determination of informants using purposive techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the zoning system policy on PPDB at SMP Negeri 3 Singkawang showed significant progress both from the aspects of problem characteristics, policy characteristics and the policy environment, One of the main objectives of the zoning system is to create equal access to education and eliminate the predicate of favorite schools. However, there are technical obstacles such as validation of domicile data that is often inaccurate. This suggests the need for stricter supervision and a more effective verification system to ensure the accuracy of the data used in the enrollment process. The author therefore suggests that the Singkawang City Education and Culture Office needs to form a verification team involving the local community (RT/RW) to ensure the accuracy of student domicile data. This can reduce the potential for address forgery and increase public trust in the zoning system.

Abstract

Legal uncertainty regarding jurisdiction in cases of corruption involving civilian and military actors, as well as its impact on the effectiveness of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK RI), has caused the KPK RI to hesitate in investigating cases of corruption, which could potentially hinder the optimal handling of cases and harm the constitutional rights of citizens to receive the benefits of development. This study aims to unravel how the military hierarchy structure, military court jurisdiction, and analyze the Constitutional Court (MK) Decision Number 87/PUU-XXI/2023 are carried out through the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah, an Islamic legal philosophy that focuses on public welfare and benefit. These research uses a qualitative method with a legal-normative approach. The research is conducted by reviewing and analyzing relevant literature related to the research topic being studied. The results of the study indicate that the military environment is classified as a social stratification when viewed from a legal sociology perspective, with one of its characteristics being the existence of differences in rank and position within the military hierarchy. Furthermore, progressive law advocates the need to revise the Military Court Act so that military personnel who commit general criminal offenses can be fully tried in civilian courts, which undoubtedly represents a significant step forward toward a more humane and just legal system. Furthermore, an analysis of the Maslahah Mursalah principle regarding the Constitutional Court's Decision No. 87/PUU-XXI/2023, using the criteria outlined by Asy-Syatibi, shows that the Court, in its decision, considered the principle of legal certainty as explained in its legal reasoning, as well as Islamic law governing the principle of legal certainty, thereby ensuring that this decision does not contradict Islamic law.

Abstract

This study analyzes the political strategy of Muzakir Manaf in the 2024 Aceh Gubernatorial Election, focusing on his use of identity politics, digital adaptation, and principles of Islamic political thought. Employing a qualitative method with a case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, documentary analysis, and limited observation. The findings reveal that Muzakir Manaf’s political maneuvering was predicated on a blend of his party’s structural power, a historical narrative rooted in Acehnese symbolism and struggle, and a symbiotic strategy linking political action to Islamic values. This approach successfully forged an emotional connection with his traditional voter base and the ulama (Islamic scholars), thereby strengthening an image of leadership grounded in morality. However, his campaign team demonstrated a significant weakness in its digital communication strategy, characterized by a non-confrontational response to emergent issues and disinformation, which risked damaging his credibility. The study also uncovers a shifting orientation among young voters, who are increasingly rational and demand moral consistency and tangible performance over mere symbolism. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of political leadership adaptation in post-conflict Aceh. It underscores the importance of balancing historical legacies with inclusive contemporary political demands and the necessity for leaders to adapt to an increasingly critical and digitally savvy electorate.
