Abstract

Pertama, komitmen adalah janji pada diri sendiri dan pada pihak lain untuk melaksanakan fungsi, tugas, dan kewenangan sesuai yang dibebankan pada seorang pimpinan dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Intinya, seorang yang memiliki komitmen merupakan orang yang siap untuk melakukan hak dan kewajibannya dengan penuh tanggung jawab (haftung). Dengan begitu, ia akan berbuat sesuai dengan apa yang diucapkannya. "Cakap serupa bikin", kata warga negara seberang. Kedua, komitmen harus dimaknai dan predikat yang diberikan kepada pimpinan dan jajarannya yang berkomitmen untuk mewujudkan reformasi birokrasi, yaitu akan memberikan pelayanan publik secara optimal, bebas dari pungli dan Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), baik secara parsial/sendiri-sendiri maupun secara simultan/bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan alat pengumpul data menggunakan angket dan tes. Sedangkan, analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat sebaran sampel, uji prasyarat analisis statistik, dan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) dalam analisis regresi linier berganda untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan. Sampel pada penelitian ini siswa SDIT Al Amanah kelas V dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan interaksi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berdasarakan hasil uji T parsial dalam analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan besarnya pengaruh 54.5%, dan persamaan regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan Ŷ = 45,275 + 0.357 X1. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor interaksi pembelajaran, akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan skor hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran PAI sebesar 45,632. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemanfaataan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berdasarakan hasil uji T parsial dalam analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan besarnya pengaruh 53.2%, dan persamaan regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan Ŷ = 44,889 + 0.352X2. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor pemanfaatan perpustakaan, akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan skor hasil belajar PAI siswa sebesar 45,241. Ketiga, Terdapat pengaruh Positif dan dan signifikan interaksi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berdasarakan hasil uji F simultan (Uji F) dalam analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan besarnya pengaruh 57,5%, dan persamaan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan Ŷ = 42,321 + 0. 207 X1 + 0.172X2. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan skor interaksi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan secara bersama-sama atau simultan, akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), sebesar 42,70.

Abstract

Nowdays the problem of moral decadence among students is increasingly concerning. Therefore, character education in the school is very important to be implemented. This study aims to describe and analysis the urgency of the implementation of character education to answer the moral decadence in SMA Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan. This study uses a qualitative method. Observations, interviews and documentation are applied in order to find facts in the field. The results of this study indicate that the practice and inculcation of characters in Al-Ulum Integrated High School Medan is carried out through intra and extracurricular activities by touching the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains of students who are supported by cooperative employees in displaying good character in school. In addition, internalizing character education requires collaboration with various parties so that the realization of character values ​​can be achieved in order to build a better human civilization.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the humanistic theory of Carl Rogers, which is then formulated in the application of Islamic Education Learning. This study uses a library research method, namely by reviewing the literature related to research. The results of this study are focused on the attitudes of the human condition which include the ability to be self-aware, free to choose self-determination, freedom and responsibility anxiety as a basic element of seeking, personality development that arises based on the uniqueness of each individual. In therapy, this approach presents the conditions for maximizing self-awareness and development. This humanistic theory is suitable to be applied to learning materials that are personality formation, conscience, attitude change, and analysis of social phenomena. The indicator of the success of this application is that students feel excited, take initiative in learning, and there are changes in thought patterns, behavior, attitudes on their own accord. Students are expected to be human beings who are free, brave, not bound by the opinions of others, and manage their own personality responsibly without compromising the rights of others or violating applicable rules, norms, discipline, or ethics.

Abstract

The success of memorizing the Qur'an is not only determined by the ability of students to memorize, but there are other factors more important than that, namely internal factors that directly affect the soul and attitudes of students, namely rote learning background, learning motivation and self effication student. Besides the factor of their understanding of memorized verses. The understanding of memorized verses depends on students 'understanding of Arabic, because the Qur'an uses Arabic, therefore students' understanding of Arabic will facilitate students in memorizing the Qur'an and successfully memorizing it.

Abstract

This article describes the design of an integral learning model in the religious fiqh subject in order to improve students' spiritual intelligence. This study uses the R&D model; ADDIE steps 1-2 or level 1. This study is carried out in three stages, namely; draw up a theoretical basis for design; product design; and test the validity of the design. The validity test is carried out twice, each by four different validators and experts in their fields. Validation is also carried out on supporting devices in the form of religious fiqh teaching materials and learning outcome evaluation instruments. The data collection tools used were literature study and questionnaires. Based on the analysis that has been done, this research shows several things, namely: (1) several complementary theories are found so that it is feasible to design a learning model that can improve students' spiritual intelligence; (2) product creation in the form of an integral learning model design; (3) the validation test of the supporting theory and design obtained a score of 4.5 (very valid), the value of religious fiqh teaching materials was 4.8 (very valid), and the learning outcome evaluation instrument was 4.7 (very valid). Thus it can be stated that the design of this integral learning model is very feasible to be implemented in the religious fiqh course to improve students' spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of junior high school (madrasah diniyah) to shaping children's character. Madrasah Diniyah (JHS) as an Islamic education institution was established to hold learning activities based on the Islam religion. The students who take part in this school activity start at the age of 8 or those who are already in grade 2 up to the age of 11 or those in grade 5. The research method used in this research was qualitative research. The author's data collection techniques used observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used was through the data reduction stage, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that most of the children who attend madrasah diniyah (JHS) have noble morals, such as performing religious activities (reciting the Qur'an or praying together known as jamaáh). It can be seen that teenagers in Taman Puri housing complex do prayer together at the mosque, participate in routine recitation studies, study religious books, provide compensation to the poor during the month of Muharram, celebrate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday activities with the community at the mosque, act honest and polite towards elders and so on.

Abstract

The emergence of Era 4.0 in Indonesia has an impact on the field of Islamic education, So an innovation in the Islamic education system is needed. In his writing, this study aims to provide an overview, concepts, and theories of how the Islamic education system should be in this era, especially in responding to the lifestyles of children today who are increasingly familiar with technology, some even think that technology is the most loyal friend. The results of this study state that the Islamic Education System Innovation must be implemented immediately, so that Islamic education in the midst of the times does not lose its existence, integrating technology into the Islamic education system is also a must in order to attract children to learn Islam through their gadgets. In preparing this article, the author uses a literature study approach with a qualitative method.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in Islamic education. This research is a literature study with the main source of the Al-Qur'an, Hadith and Scientific Journals. The results showed that the role of the teacher in understanding the characteristics of students is the first thing that must be done to achieve the goals of Islamic education because in this realm a teacher will determine the methods, models and strategies to be used. Teachers in developing lesson plans must pay attention to the curriculum, objectives, activity designs and evaluation models to be used. The stages of classroom management carried out by a teacher must refer to the desired class conditions, analyze existing class conditions, select and use managerial strategies and assess managerial effectiveness and a good physical arrangement of the classroom environment. The positive contribution of this research is to provide information to teachers and the community that the three roles of teachers as mentioned above must be fulfilled in order to maximize the goals of education.
