Abstract

This study is motivated by the activities which undertaken by the Gema Indonesia Sejahtera Amil Zakat Institute in managing zakat and shodaqoh funds from muzakki. The aim of this study was to find out the views of positive law and Islamic law on the Zakat Management Strategy at Amil Zakat Institutions (Case Study at Amil Zakat Institution of Gema Indonesia Sejahtera). The research method used by researcher was qualitative and quantitative approach and also a type of field research. The data collection techniques used in this study were observations, interviews, and conducting studies in natural situations. Dealing with the finding, the researcher gained the following results: the activities carried out by the Gema Indonesia Sejahtera Amil Zakat Institution could assist people in need in accordance with Islamic law and positive law in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of technology in the learning process in the eyes of students in the classroom and find out the level of use of technology in the learning process. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. The respondents to this research were students of MTs Negeri Sinjai, Sinjai Regency, South Sulawesi. The data analysis of this study is descriptive statistics. The results of this study outline that school facilities are considered very adequate and there are good teacher skills in using and applying educational technology in the learning process, especially in the field of moral aqidah studies. Quantitative descriptive results reveal that students' perceptions in the use of technology applied by teachers are adequate (capable).

Abstract

Pemblajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI)  mengandung banyak kisah dan catatan-catan sejarah para pendahulu Islam yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tauladan dalam kehidupan saat ini, karena itu pelajaran sejarah Kebudayaan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan arah pada kehidupan kaum muslim sepanjang masa.Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kontribusi pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam terhadap pembentukan moral dan intelektual siswa. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui  bagaimana kontribusi pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam terhadap pembentukan moral dan intelektual siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research atau kepustakaan dengan content analisys atau analisi isi sebagai Teknik analisis data  karena penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pengamatan dan pengalian in formasi-informasi atau data yang bersumber dari berbagai literatur yang terkait dengan penelitian tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahawa Pembelajaran Sejarah kebudayaan Islam memiliki kontribusi besar dalam pembentukan moral dan intelektual. Dengan pemahaman yang baik dan benar terhadap peristiwa-peristiwa yang tersurat maupun tersirat dalam sejarah Islam akan membina, mengarahkan  dan membimbing  siswa dalam pembentukan moral yang islami. Dan dengan  memahami apa yang tersirat dan tersurat dalam peristiwa-peristiwa yang tercatat dalam sejarah Islam akan melatih siswa dalam berpikir logis, kritis, dan sistematis sehingga akan mengasah kemampuan intelektual siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the existence of the museum as a medium and source of learning for students, especially in junior high school. The author chose the museum as the object of study which is a medium and source of learning for students, namely because the museum has several functions such as: 1. Collection and safeguarding of natural and cultural heritage, 2. Documentation and scientific research, 3. Conservation and preservation and 4. Dissemination. and the distribution of knowledge to the public. Museums should provide various accesses for visitors so that they can have the opportunity to use facilities and services, research and study collections, including consultation with museum staff. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of museums in the world of education is so needed, including in learning Social Sciences at the Elementary School level to the Upper Advanced Level. In the museum they can observe the relics of the past directly. The learning process can also be carried out by visitors who are not from the education community. Visitors to the museum are also able to increase their mental and intellectual property to know the past of an ethnic or community group. In museums, collection research can also be done, which can provide opportunities to produce new findings. This research is useful to arouse students' interest in knowing the past through observations of historical objects. The results of the study show that museums can motivate students and make it easy for students in the social studies learning process. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method of literature study. With the qualitative method of literature study, the author first collects books from the library. Researchers also seek information about the museum by conducting a library study, namely making direct visits to the library. In addition to library studies, researchers also seek and collect sources by utilizing digital technology. From the results of the research and discussion it can be concluded that the use of the Huta Bolon Museum as a source and media for social studies learning for junior high school students in Samosir Regency has a pretty good impact and provides enthusiasm for students in participating in the learning process about historical objects. The Huta Bolon Museum which has various collections in the form of statues (Tunggal Panaluan, , Boras Pati, Pangulu Balang), Buku Lak-lak, war tools (Busur and piso), tools used at home (Panituan, Hurhuran , Gampil, Sondi, Piso Halasar, Sikkop), gambling game tools (Dadu Guling and Janggar-janggar etc). Utilization of the Museum Huta Bolon Museum as a source and media for learning social studies which is visual in nature in the form of a collection of museum objects is a source and media for learning history that is representative to add insight and knowledge about events in the past

Abstract

Evaluation is an important component in the education system. Evaluation of achievement is separate from the teaching and learning process; In addition, it is very important in the education and teaching system in educational institutions. Improvement and development of education can be identified by the evaluation results. Thus, through evaluation teachers will be able to identify how successful their teaching and learning process is planning and discover the level of program efficiency. Qualitative methods are used in this research. Observation, interview, and documentation of data collection techniques used. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the teacher's ability to teach Civic Education evaluates the learning process in SMP Swasta Satria Mandiri, the teacher has carried out eight evaluation criteria in the teaching and learning process, namely: consistency between the teaching and learning process and the curriculum, implementation by the teacher, implementation by students, student motivation, liveliness, interaction, teacher's ability to teach, student achievement quality; However, the weakness caused by the teacher's lack of ability in planning and evaluating implementation in SMP Swasta  Satria Mandiri. The teacher's ability To Carry Out The Final Evaluation In Learning Citizenship Education at The Satria Mandiri Private Vocational School is quite good. Although in general the evaluation has been carried out well, some weaknesses were found. Suggestions for this research are that Civics teachers in SMP Swasta  Satria Mandiri need improvement in making good lesson plans, and teachers should record student improvements in the learning process in organized notes such as Discussion Assessment sheets, affective Assessment sheets for student objectivity scores.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: (a) Bagimanakah meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK  materi senam lantai  dengan metode latihan  berulang   pada siswa kelas IV SDN Penimpoh Kec. Kopang tahun pelajaran 2020/2021, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli  sampai dengan bulan September  2020  dengan jumlah subyek  16 orang dengan identitas 6 siswa laki – laki  dan 10  siswa perempuan.Dari  data  hasil  belajar  yang  diperoleh   mulai dari siklus I ke siklus II  terus menunjukkan peningkatan hasil yang  signifikan, dimana pada siklus I  diperoleh rata – rata hasil belajar  mencapai  65  kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi  87  terjadi  peningkatan  sebesar  22 poin , kemudian jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar pada siklus I  sebanyak 7 orang  dengan persentase  sebesar  44 % ,   kemudian  pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang  tuntas belajar sebanyak 16 orang dengan persentase  sebesar  100 %  terjadi peningkatan  sebesar  56%,  demikian juga dengan  ketuntasan klasikal yang dipatok sebesar  ≥ 80 % juga sudah tercapai, maka dengan demikian  , semua indikator keberhasilan  yang dipersyaratkan  sudah terpenuhi, maka penelitian ini dihentikan sampai pada siklus II.Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan  metode latihan berulang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK  Materi   Senam Lantai di Kelas  IV  SDN  Penimpoh   Tahun Pelajaran  2020/2021.

Abstract

Pematangsiantar City as one of the cities in Indonesia with a multicultural society. Pematangsiantar City is a stopover city located in the middle of Simalungun district which has a cultural slogan "Sapangambei Manoktok Hitei" which can be interpreted in general as "Working together to achieve common goals". The slogan is meaningful as a reflection of the people of Pematangsiantar whose background consists of various tribes, religions and cultures who can work together to achieve common goals with the values of togetherness, tolerance and mutual respect for one another in differences. The results of the research using descriptive qualitative methods from several sources of literature show that the people of the city of Pematangsiantar as a multicultural and complex society can carry out the values of this multicultural society with the state philosophy of Pancasila. All elements in the city of Pematangsiantar both from social organizations, religious organizations and youth organizations can work together to achieve common goals and mutually maintain the values of difference and diversity in a multicultural society

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has forced the entire education sector in Indonesia to adapt to a new learning system, namely online learning. However, the implementation of online learning is still not effectively implemented in rural areas which in the end students' interest in learning has decreased this can be seen from student learning outcomes. One of the elementary schools in the blood of the researchers also experienced the same difficulties, so the researchers conducted a study that aimed to analyze blended learning which became an alternative method of the learning process at MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis Indramayu. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation. By using random sampling technique. From this study, it was found that the learning outcomes of the first grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis Indramayu in the cognitive domain had increased. Blended learning at MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis Indramayu uses a shift system by dividing students into several groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode Outdoor Study pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam  materi perkembang biakan tumbuhan secara vegetatif  di Kelas VI A SDN  1 Kopang Kecamatan Kopang  Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.Peneliti menggunakan metode ini bertujuan agar siswa siswi belajar lebih aktif, lebih berpartisipasi dalam proses belajar mengajar, serta mampu berintraksi satu sama lain serta memperoleh pembelajaran yang real. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VI.A SDN 1 Kopang Kecamatan Kopang  yang berjumlah 30 orang, laki-laki 16  orang dan perempuan 14 orang. penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pedoman tes hasil belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data hasil belajar siswa.Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa terus meningkat secara signifikan  dari siklus I sampai dengan sikls II , dimana pada siklus I nilai rata – rata diperoleh sebesar  71,25 meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 88,85  terjadi peningkatan sebesar  17 , 60 poin , demikian juga dengan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar sebanyak  21 orang siswa dengan persentase sebesar  70 %  kemudian meningkat pada siklus II  menjadi  27 orang yang tuntas atau persentase ketuntasan sebesar 90 % meningkat sebesar   20 poin  maka dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan  bahwa penggunaan metode Outdoor study study dapat meningkatkan hasil belejar materi perkembangbiakan tumbuhan pada  siswa kelas VI.A  SDN 1 Kopang Tahun Pelejaran 2021/2022

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil survey pada PT Musaya Kreasindo yang memperoduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Produksi pada PT Musaya Kreasindo terhadap 50 orang karyaan sebagai sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif. Tujuan penelitian ingin tentang pengaruh antara Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh antara Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh antara Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang ditunjukan oleh hasil persamaan regresi linear ganda yaitu Y’ = 23,64 + 0,74  X1 + 0,26 X2. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pemikiran terhadap PT Musaya Kreasindo untuk lebih memperhatikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya
