Abstract

abstractThis study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Living Qur’an model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at MTsN 1 Kota Kendari. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the Living Qur’an model at MTsN 1 Kendari is implemented through daily Qur’an reading routines, Qur’an memorization programs (tahfiz), and the integration of Qur’anic values into both the learning process and school life. This model has been effective in increasing students’ interest in learning, enhancing their appreciation of Islamic values, and shaping their religious character. The findings indicate that the Living Qur’an model is not only effective in teaching Islamic Religious Education content but also plays a vital role in the contextual and practical internalization of spiritual values. This study recommends that similar models be adapted by other educational institutions as a strategy to strengthen Qur’an-based character education. Keywords: Living Qur’an, Islamic Religious Education, value internalization, MTsN 1 Kendari

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has led to significant changes in the education sector, increasing the demand for responsive and efficient educational systems. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as an innovative alternative capable of enhancing effectiveness, personalization, and accessibility in learning. This article reviews the use of AI in education, including adaptive learning systems, educational chatbots, and virtual tutors, which create a more interactive learning experience tailored to the individual needs of each student. While AI offers numerous benefits, such as improved access to education in remote areas, issues related to ethics, data privacy, and infrastructure readiness must also be addressed. Utilizing a literature review method, this article connects the latest theories and practices regarding the implementation of AI in education and provides recommendations for efficient integration. Research findings indicate that AI has remarkable potential to transform education, fostering a more adaptive and responsive learning environment and preparing future generations to face the challenges of the times. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Adaptive Learning Systems, Personalized Learning

Abstract

The Implementation of Content Differentiated Learning Based on Students' Readiness in the Topic of Presenting Data in the Form of a Scatter Plot in Class XI-7 of SMA Negeri 1 Jayapura. This research is a descriptive qualitative study aimed at describing the implementation of content differentiated learning based on students’ readiness in the topic of presenting data in the form of a scatter plot. The subjects of this study were 37 students from Class XI-7 of SMA Negeri 1 Jayapura, selected through purposive sampling technique.. The research instruments used included a teaching module, diagnostic assessment, individual test, and teacher observation sheet. The results of the diagnostic assessment were used to categorize students into three levels of readiness: low, medium, and high. Students were grouped into seven groups: three low-readiness groups, three medium-readiness groups, and one high-readiness group. The differentiated learning was implemented effectively, as indicated by the teacher’s observation score of 86.875% and the peer observer’s score of 88.125%, both of which fall under the “very good” category. The results of the individual test showed that 27 out of 37 students (72,97%) met the KKM, while 12 students (27,03%) did not. Among the medium- readiness group, 5 students did not meet the criteria, and among the low-readiness group, 5 students were not yet successful. These findings indicate that content-differentiated learning positively impacts students' learning outcomes, although further support is needed for those in the low-readiness group.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the digital literacy skills of second-semester students at Universitas Citra Bangsa in addressing the challenges presented by the Society 5.0 era. In this era, individuals are expected not only to utilize technology effectively but also to think critically, act ethically, and adapt to the continuously evolving digital ecosystem. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method, focusing on five key areas of digital literacy: the use of information and communication technology (ICT), access to digital information, communication through digital media, critical thinking related to digital content, and ethical behavior in digital environments. The findings indicate that most students demonstrated moderate to high levels of digital literacy, particularly in ICT utilization and digital communication. However, weaknesses were identified in critical thinking and ethical application of technology. These results highlight an urgent need to improve the curriculum and implement more targeted digital literacy programs to equip students with more comprehensive digital competencies. Developing these skills is crucial to preparing students for a highly connected, technology-driven higher education environment in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of draping techniques in the context of education and the fashion industry, focusing on their effectiveness in the dress design process and their contribution to interactive learning. The study was conducted using quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches. The research sample consisted of 30 Fashion Design students and 10 professional designers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation of the learning process, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation of draping-based fashion design results. The results showed that students who learned using the draping technique obtained an average score of 82.3 (out of a scale of 100) in design skills, with a standard deviation of 6.4, indicating a fairly even increase in ability. Meanwhile, in the industrial context, the average time to make a prototype using the draping technique was 4.8 days, with a standard deviation of 1.1 days, more efficient than the flat pattern construction technique which took an average of 6.2 days (SD = 1.3 days). These findings confirm that the draping technique not only improves students' creativity and spatial understanding, but also contributes to efficiency and innovation in the fashion production process. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening the integration of draping techniques in the fashion education curriculum and increasing synergy between educational institutions and industry players to create interactive and applicable learning.

Abstract

This study investigates how religious and cultural values are embedded in Indonesian Ramadan advertisements through Multimodal Discourse Analysis (MDA). The research focuses on the 2025 campaigns of two prominent instant noodle brands, Sedaap and Indomie, which utilize verbal, visual, and auditory elements to construct persuasive narratives. The study aims to examine how Islamic symbols, national identity, and familial values are communicated through these multimodal resources. Using frameworks from Kress, G., & van Leeuwen, (2006) and theories on pious consumerism and cultural discourse, the findings reveal that the advertisements serve not only as promotional tools but also as cultural texts that reflect and shape Muslim identity. Sedaap emphasizes youthful, pop-cultural appeal, while Indomie presents emotional narratives rooted in gratitude and togetherness. The study concludes that commercial branding during Ramadan actively contributes to the construction of religio-cultural ideology in modern Indonesia. These insights offer implications for media literacy, religious communication, and branding ethics.
