Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (JPPPAUD) is a scientific journal published by Early Childhood Teacher Education Departement (PGPAUD), Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (UNTIRTA). This journal publishes the latest articles in the fields of Early Childhood Education. The journal invites all lecturers, scientists, teachers, practitioners, and everyone to publish the articles related to any kind of research, literature review, and book review. It was first published in 2014 and regularly published twice a year on May and November.

Abstract

Linguistic competence is the ability to use written and spoken forms of language. Playing puzzles, children can compose words through puzzle media, and can name animals through the puzzle media. With the application of puzzle games can improve linguistic intelligence and is expected to help language development in children. Improving children's linguistic competence through play at As-Sayyidi Kindergarten is the purpose of this study. This kind of research is known as classroom research. The findings showed that children's proficiency in the target language can be improved through play, with levels I and II reaching 50% and 75% respectively. The main finding of this study is that teaching children to play puzzles can improve their language skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Family Devolpment Session (FDS) program to improve the parenting patterns of parents of Beneficiary Families (KPM), the Family Hope Program (PKH). This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method used was interview and observation methods. Data analysis uses pre-test data which is collected and processed to be used as a reference in developing the FDS program to improve the parenting patterns of KPM PKH parents. The results of testing the effectiveness of using the FDS program to improve the parenting patterns of KPM PKH parents in Serang Regency using a two-average difference test show that the use of the FDS program has proven to be effective in improving the parenting patterns of KPM PKH parents. The use of the FDS program is said to be effective because it has succeeded in improving parents' parenting patterns as a whole or in each of its components.

Abstract

The family environment is the initial environment of the child, all the behavior and development of the child is imitated by both parents. If parents are able to set a good example and role model for their children, then the child's attitude is not much different from that of the parents. Vice versa, if parents cannot be a good example, parents cannot expect their children to be better and fulfill the wishes of their parents. Based on the background described above, the formulation of the problem can be concluded in this research, namely: "What is the role of parents on social emotional development of early childhood in PRAJAMUDA ISLAMIC KINDERGARTEN.” using qualitative methods, data were collected by collecting data in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. This research focuses on the role of parents in the social-emotional development of early childhood in the Prajamuda Islamic Kindergarten. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of interviews, observations conducted by researchers at PRAJAMUDA ISLAMIC Kindergarten. The process of data analysis was carried out by displaying data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The role of parents as a control over children's social development, b. The role of parents in giving attention as a child's emotional development, c. The role of parents as a motivator can be concluded that the role of parents in the social emotional development of early childhood has 3 roles, namely: the role of parents as a control over children's social development, the role of parents in giving attention as a child's emotional development, the role of parents as a motivator.

Abstract

Bahasa dan ucapan adalah bagian integral dari komunikasi karena dapat digunakan untuk berpikir, mengungkapkan perasaan, dan menerima bahasa untuk menerima pikiran dan perasaan orang lain. Segala bentuk komunikasi yang menghasilkan pikiran dan perasaan untuk menyampaikan makna kepada orang lain termasuk dalam bahasa (Hurlock, 1988). Untuk memberikan informasi kepada pembaca dan peneliti, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi sastra untuk memahami berbagai sumber bacaan yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Perkembangan bahasa atau keterampilan berbahasa anak dikembangkan melalui menulis atau berbicara untuk mengungkapkan perasaan, pikiran, dan gagasan. Metode latihan yang berbeda-beda harus digunakan untuk mendorong anak-anak untuk tertarik pada pengalaman mereka sendiri atau yang lebih umum. Salah satu metode yang banyak digunakan untuk mendidik anak usia dini adalah cerita. Cerita yang disampaikan guru harus menarik dan menarik perhatian anak, dan juga harus sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Parents' Perceptions of Content Youtube kids as a Stimulation for Children's Vocabulary Addition. The method used in this research is descriptive-quantitative research method. The steps of the method were research and data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the data collected, qualitative data was converted into quantitative data so that descriptive data analysis was used. The data obtained from the research is processed by means of questionnaire analysis, and observation analysis. The techniques of data collection were using questionnaire (parents’ perception questionnaire), observation of content Youtbe kids’ influences in providing stimulation of children’s vocabulary addition, and documentation. The results of the research showed that the value obtained by the grand mean 3.48805 on the sub variable of parents' responses, 3.0088 While in the sub variable of parents' opinions. And 2.9107 on the sub variable of parents' assessment. While the observation results obtained a grand mean of 2.23 on observing children's ability to pronounce vocabulary. and 2.45 while the observation of the children's ability to recognize the vocabulary seen in the video in content youtube kids. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the Parents' Perception of content Youtube kids as a Stimulation of Children's Vocabulary Addition is very positive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanaman  nilai-nilai agama dan moral anak usia dini di TK Islam modern darunnajah-Serang Banten. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Islam modern darunnajah Serang, subjek penelitian ini yaitu  Anak,  Kepala sekolah dan  Wali kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mencakup tiga bagian yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penanaman  nilai agama dan moral anak di TK Islam modern darunnajah Serang menggunakan metode keteladanan dan pembiasaan, program penanaman nilai-nilai moral dan agama anak usia dini di TK Islam modern yaitu: membaca al-quran atau menghafal al-quran, jumat bersih dan saling memberi, kegiatan pembiasaan sholat berjamaah, berwudhu  dan makan PePsesuai sunnah Rasul, program S3 (Senyum,Sapa,Salam), program tersebut sangat berdampak baik pada keseharian anak, melalui program-program tersebut anak-anak dibekalkan pondasi pengetahuan tentang nilai-nilai moral yang akan sangat berguna nantinya untuk anak tersebut. Peran Guru dalam penanaman nilai-nilai moral dan agama pada Anak usia dini di TK Islam modern darunnajah Serang adalah sebagai model keteladanan dan juga pembimbing bagi para anak selama disekolah, selain itu Guru juga menjadi motivator bagi para Anak untuk bisa berkembang menjadi pribadi yang baik. Beberapa prilaku yang harus dimiliki para guru adalah disiplin, ramah, sopan, dan prilaku baik lainnya. Wajib bagi para Guru di TK Islam modern darunnajah Serang memiliki sifat-sifat tersebut sebagai tauladan bagi para Anak. Penanaman nilai agama dan moral disekolah mempunyai pengaruh yang amat penting sebagai lingkungan kedua yang mendukung perkembangan Anak, oleh Karena itu Sekolah dan Orangtua perlu menjalin kerjasama yang baik sehingga perkembangan nilai agama dan moral Anak mempunyai pemahaman nilai agama dan moral . Penelitian ini memberikan masukan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai implementasi pengembangan nilai agama dan moral yang lebih baik lagi untuk diberikan kepada Anak.

Abstract

Cognitive development is the development of the mind for understanding, reasoning, knowledge and understanding. Every day in their lives children experience mental development, such as learning to know people, getting to know things and learning new abilities. The aim of this research is to describe the cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years through the picture guessing game at Mekar Sari Kindergarten. This research uses a qualitative type of research. The research data sources include primary data sources, namely: class teachers, accompanying teachers, Mekar Sari Kindergarten children aged 5-6 years, class B 1. The secondary data sources are: the Principal of Mekar Sari Kindergarten and document data in the form of: RPPH, RPPM, assessment sheet on children's cognitive development in the picture guessing game, photos of activities during the picture guessing game. Furthermore, data collection techniques include: interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the picture guessing game to develop children's cognitive abilities at Mekar Sari Muara Tuhup Kindergarten is through the picture guessing game, children are able to introduce the letters ABCD, children are able to distinguish between the largest and smallest shapes, children's abilities and knowledge about the game guess the picture. And there are 5 children who are developing very well (BSB) and there are 3 children who are starting to develop (MB) 2 are not yet developing (BB) 3 are developing according to expectations (BSH) out of the 13 children.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) memiliki peran yang penting dalam bidang pendidikan. Diantaranya untuk memantau mutu dan kinerja siswa, guru, dan staf secara efektif dan efisien. Selain dari itu, peran SIM juga sangat penting dalam mengelola data siswa termasuk data pribadi, catatan akademik, hasil ujian dan data alumni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran sistem informasi manajemen dalam pengelolaan di bidang mutu pendidikan, serta mengevaluasi dan menilai SIM dapat meningkatkan akses data siswa dan mutu pendidikan. Untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen dalam pengelolaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan maka dilakukan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah serta guru-guru yang ada di RA Al-Istiqomah. Pentingnya Sistem Informasi Manajemen di pendidikan ini menghasilkan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi warga sekolah. Pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan melibatkan faktor eksternal. Lembaga akreditasi dan para pengawas serta kepala sekolah yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di RA Al-Istiqomah.

Abstract

The most rapid spread of disease occurs through hands and nails. If there is a lack of hygiene on the hands, it will greatly affect and contribute to disease in the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by teachers and parents in maintaining nail hygiene in children. This research was conducted at RA Assalimiyah, Ciamis. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject. Qualitative research emphasizes more on data collected not from questionnaires but from interviews, observations, and documentation. It was found that the application of nail inspection habituation by teachers to children was able to improve the quality of nail hygiene in children. The application of nail hygiene discipline to children in RA Assalimiyah runs optimally. This is indicated by the implementation of nail examination routine at school. Children already have an awareness of the importance of maintaining nail health and hygiene.

Abstract

Penting sekali untuk menekankan keimanan dan ketakwaan kepada anak kecil. Apabila anak ditanamkan nilai-nilai agama  sejak dini, maka mereka akan dengan mudah menjalankan aktivitas keagamaan dan adat istiadatnya. Hal ini juga dilakukan di TK Al Hikmah Rancabango melalui amalan sholat dhuha. Penelitian dilakukan di TK Al Hikmah Rancabango dan narasumbernya adalah kepala sekolah dan staf pengajar TK Al Hikmah Rancabango. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengedepankan keimanan dan ketakwaan pada anak usia dini melalui amalan shalat dhuha di TK Al Hikmah Rancabango berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan karakter anak yang terlihat melalui perubahan tingkah laku anak. Dikenal dengan: (1) Anak memiliki sikap bersyukur, (2) Anak mempunyai kebiasaan yang baik, dan (3) Anak menjadi lebih disiplin seiring berjalannya waktu.
