Estimation of validity and reliability was carried out to determine the quality of the questions. The results showed that there was an effect of parental income during the COVID-19 pandemic on the nutritional status of children aged 4-5 years in Koja District, North Jakarta, with a significance value of 0.000 which was smaller than 0.05 and based on the significance test with the t-value formula, the result was 5.359 greater than t-table of 1.995. The coefficient value of the two variables shows a value of 0.277 or 27.7% of parental income affecting the nutritional status of children during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the current era of globalization, parents, teachers, and all elements of society who are in the environment around early childhood learn to provide stimulation that is following the development of children. The wider and more open parenting science that can be accessed by parents, teachers and the community requires appropriate guidelines as a reference source to detect and stimulate children's development based on facts in the field. This is the background for researchers to develop and produce a book on stimulation and early detection of ICT-based early childhood development that is valid and practical. The research method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model with requirements analysis procedures, prototype design, development, and evaluation implementation. The evaluation technique used is the Tessmer evaluation. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research from experts, namely material experts and media design experts with very valid categories with proportions of 95.45% and 89.58% respectively, so that the product is feasible to be continued on a small-scale trial. So that the development of a guidebook for stimulation and early detection of growth for children aged 0-6 years is very valid to be tested as a guidebook for teachers and parents in stimulating and detecting the growth of children aged 0-6 years.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the combination game between ball and obstacles to stimulate gross motorik development of children aged 4-6 years. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design using single group pre-test and post-test types. The object of study is children aged 4-6 years at RA Riyadussalihin Moyudan Sleman, and the total population is 41 children who are then taken all as research samples. The data collection method is based on the results of the test observations before being given treatment and the post-test results after being given treatment. Based on the study results, it was found that there was an effect of the application of the combination game of ball and obstacle on the gross motorik development of children aged 4-6 years. As evidenced by the statistical test results, they were 0.001 for the aspect of throwing strength, 0.019 for the accuracy of catching the ball, and 0.000 for the agility aspect of overcoming obstacles. The statistical test results of the three factors are overall smaller than 0.05. It means that there are differences in the pre-test and post-test results. The ball and obstacles game affects children's gross motor development. This research contributes to understanding the effectiveness of ball and obstacle games for stimulating children's gross motor development. It can be a reference for learning programs and fostering children's motor development.

Family motivation has an important role in empowering children's cognitive abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family motivation on the cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years during the pandemic. The research method used is quantitative. The research subjects found 60 children consisting and 60 parents of: grades B1, B2, B3, B4 at the Putera Bhineka Institute. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The validity and reliability test showed that all the item instruments used were valid and reliable. Data analysis using SPSS 22.0 with simple linear regression test based on hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was no significant effect of motivation on children's cognitive abilities during the pandemic aged 5-6 years. The results of calculations with simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be said that tcount is 1.311 and a significance value is 0.195. The significant value is 0.195 > 0.05 or seen in the tcount of 1.311 < ttable 2.001. These results can be influenced by environmental factors in the community and the school environment. The findings of this study contribute that during the pandemic, children's cognitive abilities are not influenced by family motivation, but rather by environmental and other factors.
