Abstract

Pembelajaran akuntansi masih menghadapi kendala akibat kompleksitas materi dan terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif, khususnya pada materi jurnal penyesuaian perusahaan dagang. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya keterlibatan, motivasi dan pemahaman peserta didik, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan media yang inovatif, lebih menarik dan adaptif dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Genially serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan respon peserta didik terhadap media yang dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan Adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian Adalah 36 peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, telaah, validasi ahli, dan penyebaran angket kepada peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar wawancara, lembar telaah ahli, lembar validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, serta lembar angket respon peserta didik, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Genially memperoleh tingkat kelayakan sangat tinggi dengan persentase validasi ahli materi sebesar 88%, ahli media 96%, dan ahli bahasa 95%. Respon peserta didik juga menunjukkan kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 95%. Penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Genially dinyatakan layak, efektif, dan relevan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, serta pemahaman peserta didik pada materi jurnal penyesuaian perusahaan dagang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi pembelajaran IPA di SMP Tahfidz Al-Azhar yang masih cenderung berpusat pada guru, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi, serta rendahnya keterlibatan siswa dalam memahami materi isu-isu lingkungan. Materi ini bersifat kompleks dan kontekstual, sehingga membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang mampu menghubungkan konsep IPA dengan permasalahan nyata di sekitar siswa. Penelitian terdahulu telah menunjukkan manfaat Project Based Learning (PjBL) dan media digital secara terpisah, tetapi pengembangan media digital flipbook yang secara khusus mengintegrasikan sintaks PjBL pada materi isu-isu lingkungan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media digital flipbook berbasis PjBL serta menguji validitas, respon siswa, dan efektivitasnya terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa kelas IX SMP. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 siswa kelas IX SMP Tahfidz Al-Azhar. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi ahli, angket respon siswa, serta tes pemahaman konsep berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh rata-rata validasi sebesar 93,54% dengan kategori sangat valid. Respon siswa terhadap media memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 84% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 40,35 menjadi 67,40. Uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,45 berada pada kategori sedang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media digital flipbook berbasis PjBL layak digunakan, mendapat respon positif dari siswa, dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep, meskipun efektivitasnya belum optimal. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menguji media pada sampel yang lebih luas, sekolah yang berbeda, serta materi IPA lainnya

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining discipline and social ethics among students, as well as the importance of the synergy within the "Triple Center of Education" (Tripusat Pendidikan) in character building. Objective: The primary objective of this study is to identify and analyze the significant influence of students' perceptions of parental guidance on their moral behavior (akhlak) within Islamic Education (PAI) learning, specifically focusing on the Aqidah Akhlak (Creed and Morals) element. Methodology: This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of all 7th-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Cakru, with a sample size of 58 respondents. Data collection was conducted through observation and the distribution of questionnaires, which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included prerequisite tests (normality and linearity) and parametric statistical analysis using SPSS version 22 software. Results: The findings indicate a positive and significant influence of students' perceptions of parental guidance on their moral attitudes. This is evidenced by the linearity test results, showing a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and an F-count of 52.24. These findings suggest that a more positive student perception of parental guidance encompassing the creation of an Islamic atmosphere, exemplary behavior (modeling), discipline, and psychological support correlates with higher quality in students' moral behavior. Conclusion: This study concludes that parental guidance serves as an effective behavioral modeling tool in internalizing the values of akhlakul karimah (noble character) into the students' personalities.

Abstract

Students’ willingness to communicate (WTC) is considered an important factor in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning because it reflects students’ readiness to participate in communication activities. However, many vocational high school students still show low participation and lack confidence in communicating in English. One factor assumed to contribute to this issue is teacher support. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the contribution of teacher support to students’ willingness to communicate in English classes at a vocational high school. This study employed a quantitative correlational design involving 140 tenth-grade students at SMKN 41 Jakarta. The data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires measuring teacher support and students’ willingness to communicate. The Teacher Support instrument consisted of 20 valid items with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.930, while the WTC instrument consisted of 18 valid items with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.899 after two invalid items were removed through validity testing. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality testing, Spearman Rank Correlation, and simple linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings revealed that the data were not normally distributed; therefore, Spearman Rank Correlation was used. The correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between teacher support and students’ willingness to communicate with a correlation coefficient of 0.310 and a significance value of 0.000. In addition, the simple linear regression analysis indicated that teacher support contributed positively and significantly to students’ willingness to communicate with an R Square value of 0.160, meaning that teacher support contributed 16% to students’ willingness to communicate. These findings imply that supportive teacher behavior may help students become more confident, motivated, and willing to communicate in English classes. The study also suggests that teachers should create more supportive and interactive classroom environments to improve vocational students’ participation in English communication activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve seventh-grade students’ vocabulary mastery and learning interest in English through the use of picture cards at SMP Tahfidz Al Azhar Ledokombo. The study was based on preliminary observation showing that students had limited vocabulary mastery, difficulty remembering and using new words, low motivation, and limited classroom participation. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) with qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The participants were 15 seventh-grade students, consisting of 7 male and 8 female students. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through vocabulary tests, classroom observation sheets, and field notes. The results showed that students’ learning completeness increased from 4 out of 15 students in the pre-cycle stage to 14 out of 15 students in Cycle II. Observation results also indicated better learning interest, shown through increased enthusiasm, attention, participation, and vocabulary recall. Therefore, picture cards can be used as an alternative teaching medium to support vocabulary learning and classroom engagement in junior high school English instruction.

Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan pendekatan Deep Learning menuntut hadirnya bahan ajar inovatif yang mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi sekaligus mengakomodasi keberagaman kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengembangan E-Modul yang berbasis platform Book Creator, menganalisis tingkat kelayakannya, serta mengetahui respons peserta didik terhadap pemanfaatannya sebagai pendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi khususnya pada materi siklus akuntansi perusahaan jasa di kelas X AKL SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. Metode yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahapan sistematis. Proses validasi dilakukan oleh tiga ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli grafis, sedangkan uji coba lapangan melibatkan 20 peserta didik kelas X AKL SMK IPIEMS Surabaya sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul yang dikembangkan memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 92% dari ahli materi, 100% dari ahli bahasa, dan 100% dari ahli grafis. Adapun respons peserta didik mencapai persentase sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, E-Modul berbasis Book Creator dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, sekaligus berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Kebijakan pengembangan kompetensi guru dan kepala sekolah merupakan instrumen strategis dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Namun, dalam praktiknya, kebijakan tersebut seringkali belum dilaksanakan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang mendalam maupun evaluasi yang sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan pengembangan kompetensi guru dan kepala sekolah di sekolah binaan Yayasan Bina Harati PAMA (YBHP), Kalimantan Tengah, menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus evaluatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, pengelola yayasan, serta asesor BPMP. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diperkuat dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan member checking. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengembangan kompetensi telah berjalan dan memiliki tujuan yang relevan. Namun demikian, perencanaan kebijakan belum sepenuhnya didasarkan pada kebutuhan riil di lapangan (needs assessment), distribusi sumber daya belum merata, tindak lanjut pascapelatihan masih sangat terbatas, dan hasil evaluasi belum dijadikan dasar yang kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan kebijakan. Evaluasi berbasis model CIPP berhasil memetakan kekuatan dan keterbatasan kebijakan secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas kebijakan memerlukan penguatan pada aspek analisis kebutuhan, pemerataan input, dan keberlanjutan proses tindak lanjut.

Abstract

Senior Secondary Equivalent Program is a non-formal educational service equivalent to senior high school, organized by the Community Learning Center (SKB) for learners unable to complete formal education. This study aims to describe the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum-based learning strategies in Package C at SKB Kota Semarang from the perspectives of tutors and learners. A descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective was applied, collecting data through semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis involving three tutors and three learners. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Results indicate that tutors formulate learning objectives based on Learning Outcomes through Teaching Objectives and Learning Objective Flow. Project-Based Learning dominates instructional strategies and effectively increases learner enthusiasm. Learning resources are multimodal and contextualized to real-life experiences. Key challenges include limited digital infrastructure, irregular attendance, and absence of standardized program monitoring instruments. This study contributes empirical insights into Merdeka Curriculum implementation in non-formal education, limited to a single educational unit.
