Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationships among inventory turnover, cash conversion cycle (CCC), digital transformation, and risk-based financial performance, measured by Risk Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC). A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines was conducted on 17 articles collected from Scopus, ScienceDirect, MDPI, and Springer databases published between 2010 and 2025. The findings indicate that inventory turnover and digital transformation positively affect financial performance by improving operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making quality. In contrast, the cash conversion cycle has a negative effect due to higher working capital requirements and liquidity risk. These findings suggest that the three variables are closely related to the main components of RAROC, namely return, risk, and capital. Furthermore, RAROC-related studies remain concentrated in the financial sector, indicating opportunities for future research in non-financial industries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Talent Management and knowledge sharing on employee performance with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable. The research model used in this study is variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The population used in this study consisted of employees at Rumah Sakit Umum Bandung in Medan City. The number of samples was 54 respondents. A Likert scale was used to measure respondents’ statements in the questionnaire with alternative answers consisting of strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree. To test the hypotheses, the researcher analyzed the data using the SEM-PLS model with SmartPLS version 3 software. The results of the study indicate that Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Employee Engagement has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Employee Engagement is unable to mediate the influence of Talent Management on Employee Performance. Employee Engagement is also unable to mediate the influence of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), online customer reviews, and customer trust on purchase decisions, as well as the mediating role of customer trust among Generation Z consumers purchasing fashion products through marketplaces in Kendal City.  A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling and survey methods. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the bootstrapping technique. The findings indicate that e-WOM, online customer reviews, and customer trust positively and significantly influence purchase decisions. Customer trust also mediates the relationships between e-WOM and purchase decisions, as well as between online customer reviews and purchase decisions. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), demonstrating that e-WOM and online customer reviews shape consumers' beliefs and attitudes, thereby strengthening customer trust and encouraging purchase decisions. The study highlights customer trust as a key mechanism for enhancing the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in marketplace-based fashion purchases among Generation Z

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of other customers, atmosphere, food quality, and service quality on brand image and customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry, particularly within the café category. Using a quantitative approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected from 338 Starbucks customers in Surabaya. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant effect on both brand image and customer satisfaction, while food quality significantly affects satisfaction. However, atmosphere, brand image, and the presence of other customers do not have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. This study confirms Jin’s (2016) findings and resolves the research gap by demonstrating that, in functional service contexts or “third places” such as cafés, physical attributes and brand image do not necessarily determine satisfaction directly compared to the core aspects of service and product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how human resource management strengthens correctional officers' commitment in supporting the implementation of social reintegration under Indonesia's New Criminal Code (KUHP). It examines how officers interpret organizational commitment, how it is reinforced through human resource management practices, and how it is translated into correctional practices within the expanding role of the Correctional Center (Balai Pemasyarakatan). This study employed a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis involving five Community Counselors (Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan) and one Head of the Correctional Center at Balai Pemasyarakatan Class II Muara Teweh, Central Kalimantan. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. Credibility was ensured through triangulation and member checking. The findings reveal five interrelated themes: (1) social reintegration as a new correctional paradigm, (2) organizational commitment as professional and moral responsibility, (3) human resource management as a mechanism for strengthening commitment, (4) the implementation of commitment through community-based guidance and supervision, and (5) collaborative adaptation to organizational constraints. The study proposes a conceptual model showing that officers' commitment is shaped by the interaction of correctional values, strategic human resource management, and organizational adaptation, which collectively support the effective implementation of community-based corrections under the New Criminal Code.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer authenticity on purchase intention among Gen Z TikTok users in Indonesia, with consumer trust, perceived value, and perceived risk as mediating variables. This study is grounded in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory, which explains how external stimuli influence consumers’ psychological states and behavioral responses in the form of purchase intention. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey method by distributing online questionnaires to 150 active Gen Z TikTok users in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that influencer authenticity has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust and perceived value, while it has a negative and significant effect on perceived risk. Furthermore, consumer trust and perceived value positively influence purchase intention, whereas perceived risk negatively influences purchase intention. The findings also reveal that consumer trust, perceived value, and perceived risk mediate the relationship between influencer authenticity and purchase intention. Overall, the study highlights the critical role of influencer authenticity in shaping consumers’ purchase intention by fostering trust, enhancing perceived value, and reducing perceived risk among Gen Z TikTok users in Indonesia.
