Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of the duties and obligations of the banking world, which not only make customers interested, but also make these customers a source of profit for the bank but also make customers loyal. The results of this research provide an overview of Bank BJB in its services to its customers. The population of this research is bank bjb customers with a research sample of 400 respondents. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, questionnaire data from respondents were tested using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using LISREL 8.8 software. Based on the research results, it was found that service quality and bjb Electronic Banking product features significantly influence consumer satisfaction, service quality influences customer satisfaction, product features influence customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty.

Abstract

The role of advertising and brand ambassadors has a big effect on one of the local brands, Casuale Project, especially to increase sales. The Casuale Project team made an update to be able to increase sales of its products. However, what happens here is that when advertising has been updated and brand ambassadors have been appointed for Casuale Project, potential consumers here still feel less about Casuale Project products. This study aims to analyze how the role of advertising and brand ambassadors for sales on the Casuale Project brand. This research uses qualitative research and is processed using data obtained from interviews. The results of this study show that the role of advertising does not really play a big role in increasing sales, it turns out that sales can increase because it uses a brand ambassador strategy to sell its products.

Abstract

Airlangga University is one of the best universities in Indonesia, with various stakeholders and consumers from all over Indonesia and even from abroad. Of course, one of the keys to introducing the University to both local and global knowledge is the need for information services. Developments in information technology that are entering the digital society can be a way to facilitate information delivery; however, this technological development must be accompanied by the competence of information officers who have the task of conveying, informing, accommodating criticism and suggestions from stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to determine information officers' competence in improving service quality in the digital society era. This research uses descriptive qualitative by using descriptive by applying a review of several case studies and based on previous literature. The conclusion is that information officers must be able to improve their soft and hard skills in order to create services that are problem-responsive, effective, and efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on the work productivity of employees at PT Mowilex Indonesia, West Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 68 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity with a determination coefficient value of 48.8% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (7.938 > 1.987). Discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity with a determination coefficient value of 47. 8% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7,775 > 1,987). Motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 8.109 + 0.387X1 + 0.428X2. The coefficient of determination is 64.8% while the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (59,888 > 2,750).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Barito Oakwood Retailind, South Jakarta. The method used is a causal associative method using quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 60 respondents. The results of this study are that Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.512 having a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (4.541 > 2.002) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a partial effect between Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Barito Oakwood Retailindo South Jakarta. Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Performance at PT Barito Oakwood Retailindo with a correlation coefficient of 0.658 having a strong relationship level. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (6.661 > 2.002) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a partial significant effect between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Barito Oakwood Retailndo, South Jakarta. Leadership Style and Work Motivation have an effect on Employee Performance at PT Barito Oakwood Retailindo South Jakarta with a correlation coefficient of 0.750 having a strong relationship level. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable or (36.629 > 3.16) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Barito Oakwood Retailindo South Jakarta.

Abstract

The organization also continues to create conditions that can encourage employees to develop employee skills optimally. This study analyzes the relationship between work autonomy, job variations and job feedback on job satisfaction at PT Mas Arya Indonesia. The sample uses a census sampling of 198 employees. The results of multiple regression prove that work autonomy has no effect on job satisfaction, the variety of job variations and individual work feedback has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work autonomy, variety of job variations and job feedback together can influence the level of job satisfaction by 95.5% while the remaining 4.5% is caused by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Women's participation in development planning and budgeting in the Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) is still a challenge today. In response to this, the Trenggalek Regency Government has issued a policy in the form of Regent Regulation Number 01 of 2019 which is a guideline for holding deliberations for women, children, disabilities and other vulnerable families. Or abbreviated Musrena Keren. This public policy publication provides an opportunity for the full participation of vulnerable women and families in gender mainstreaming (PUG) and gender responsive budgeting (ARG) from the lowest level, namely at the village level. This study aims to comprehensively detail the innovations of the Keren Musrena in Trenggalek Regency. By using a qualitative approach, data for this study were collected from focus group discussions (FGD), in-depth interviews and desk reviews (documentary/documentary reviews). The results of this study are: 1. Increasing the motivation and awareness of women at the village and district levels in participating in gender responsive budgeting and development planning. 2. Abstract

In this study using variables including Absenteeism Level as a variable (X1), Work Discipline as a variable (X2) and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). This research was carried out in order to determine the effect of the level of absenteeism and work discipline on the performance of STIE Mahardhika Surabaya employees. Primary data is the data used in this study obtained from questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that the level of absenteeism and work discipline have an influence on the performance of STIE Mahardhika Surabaya employees. To measure the effect of these variables, multiple linear regression was used using a computer application program, namely IBM SPSS 25. From the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression, the results obtained from the R Square or coefficient of determination were 46.6%. The partial test results (t test) explain that the absentee level variable has a significant influence on employee performance with a t count of 2.816 > t table of 2.03951. work discipline variable has a significant influence on employee performance with the acquisition of t count 3.522 > t table 2.03951. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the influence of absenteeism level and work discipline has an effect on employee performance at STIE Mahardhika Surabaya.

Abstract

Research that focuses on the analysis of human resource (HR) performance at Rural Banks (BPR) in Banten Province, using the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and Balance Scorecard. This research was conducted with the aim of assessing HR performance in the context of a bank and identifying the factors that influence this performance. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of data analysis were processed using Miles and Huberman's steps, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In terms of HR performance analysis, this study combines the SWOT analysis and Balance Scorecard approaches. From the analysis results, This study identified the internal strengths and weaknesses of Rural Banks in the Province of Banten, as well as external factors of opportunities and threats that affect the company's performance. These factors are evaluated by giving weights and ratings, which are then used to formulate appropriate strategic choices. The final result of the SWOT matrix analysis shows strategic issues that need to be considered by Rural Banks in Banten Province. Several strategic issues include employee discipline, customer service, product development, Bank Indonesia policies, employee growth in accordance with policies, provision of quality products, and improvement of service facilities such as ATMs. Overall,

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in Serang Regency is increasing every year, but there are many obstacles faced by MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Serang Regency, especially not understanding licensing issues (NIB); many business actors ignore business permits so that their presence is considered inactive or not There is. The purpose of this study is to provide MSME assistance to assist business actors in accelerating the process of issuing business licenses (NIB) by service standards and provide time certainty in the licensing process through the RBA-based Online Single Submission (OSS) System (Risk) until the licensing stage is given to the perpetrators. Business in the form of a certificate or official proof of business legality so that MSMEs can develop their business and be competitive. The results of this study are that many MSMEs in Serang Regency still need to understand the importance of issuing a risk-based Business Identification Number (NIB) as official business legality. The MSME mentoring activity is expected to help MSME access the OSS system up to the stage of clicking the print icon if the applicant is willing to save the complex file of the NIB certificate. The method used in this study consisted of 3 stages: field surveys and interviews, counseling related to NIB, and implementation of assistance in making risk-based NIB through the OSS system, which was then documented. The number of MSMEs that have participated in counseling is 100 MSMEs. Still, from the results of counseling, those interested in participating in the assistance for making NIB are as many as 75 MSMEs, and the remaining 25 MSMEs are constrained by time because they cannot leave their business activities. Help in making NIB was carried out with 75 MSMEs, but 50 MSMEs succeeded in making NIB, so they obtained NIB legality certificates, and 25 other MSMEs experienced data completeness problems.
