Abstract

The type of research used is qualitative research. The research approach uses interdisciplinarity, including: Sociological. Qualitative research stages using observation activity objects. Researchers found problems in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Persmin Wonokromo in learning Aqidah Akhlaq which is still lacking in implementing it into everyday life, especially children in class VI. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a solution so that moral education can really be carried out by class VI students. One way is for the teacher not only to teach in class but to provide good examples such as good role models, through exemplary methods students are able to have good morals in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion. using certain learning methods so that students can receive lessons well so that students can understand the material well so that good character is embedded in students. then we can see that to shape the character of students, a teacher must be a good example, not just teaching in class, but the teacher conducts learning with various exemplary methods such as speech and behavior, so that students can apply it to teachers and colleagues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of education financing in relation to efforts to improve educational facilities and infrastructure at MIS AL-KHAIRIYAH Waringin Sari Timur. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study type approach. The use of this method involves informants who are leaders and structural members of the MIS. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews with the analytical techniques used, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the study show that education financing management at MIS AL-KHAIRIYAH Waringin Sari Timur has a family principle, is effective, efficient, productive, transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with existing procedures, namely with a hierarchical pattern up and down to the Chairperson of the Foundation and the community. In improving the quality of education the head of MIS AL-KHAIRIYAH Waringin Sari Timur is in charge of managing education as best as possible and reporting the draft school financing budget is given to the Chairperson of the Foundation, the head of MIS AL-KHAIRIYAH also has the task of how to improve educational facilities and infrastructure at MIS AL-KHAIRIYAH with education financing management by coordinating every activity to colleagues for the realization of quality education through education financing management.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Peingsewu merupakan salah satu program mendukung pereintah, ikut turut serta dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, sehingga itu pun alasan yang menjadi tujuan dari Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Pringsewu. Motivasi yang ada didalam para guru dipastikan akan heterogen didalam bergabung kapada organisasi, hal ini bisa dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendidikan, kepribadian maupun kebutuhannya masing-masing, dengan adanya pemberian insentif akan dapat mempersempit perbedaan tujuan guru sebagai tenaga pendidik, sehingga dapat memotivasi pada diri guru agar bersemangat memberikan dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Pringsewu. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui  (1) Pengaruh manajemen terhadap kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa (2) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa (3)pengaruh manjemen dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa. Hasil  analisis dan uji hipotesis memberikan kesimpulan bahwa secara bersama-sama manajemen (X1) dan motivasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa di Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Pringsewu .  Hal ini dilihat dari nilai Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 8,744 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel  4,255. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa manajemen (X1) maupun motivasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa pada Madrasah Aliah Negeri Pringsewu.  Hal ini diperlihatkan dari nilai thitung variabel manajemen  (X1)= 3,696  dan  thitung variabel motivasi (X2)= 4,073 yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel. Berdasarkan data dan analisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan sebagai berikut :(1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen terhadap semangat kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa pada Madrasyah Aliah Negeri 1 Pringsewu. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dalam mengingkatkan kualitas belajar siswa pada Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Pringsewu. (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The quick advancement of innovation in the current period of globalization has given many advantages underway in different social angles. The utilization of innovation by people in assisting with finishing work is an unquestionable requirement throughout everyday life. This innovative improvement should likewise be trailed by advancements in Human Resources (HR).Humans as technology users must be able to take advantage of current technology, as well as develop the technology in the future. How to make an android-based guessing game application, with the guessing game using the can increase the intelligence of the students of SDN 1 Tias Bangun, with the research method of observation, documentation, the Android-based Guessing Game application was built using the Embarcadero Delphi 10.4 software and using a programming language java scripts. Based on the testing of the Android-based Guess Picture application, it can be concluded that the learning media is in the form of an Android-Based Educational Game to Improve Student Learning Outcomes at SDN 1 Tias Bangun.

Abstract

Critical thinking is the competence to evaluate the quality of a source of information as well as recognizing existing viewpoints and evaluating the evidence used to support a view. This study aims to determine how the use of proclamation quartet game cards can optimize students' critical thinking skills in learning social subjects. The research method is quantitative with a pretest-posttest design for one group. Before data analysis, a normality test was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk method. After that, data analysis was carried out using the Dependent Parametric Statistical Test (t-Test)/Paired Sample t-Test. The findings of this study, namely the output of the t-test results obtained a sig value = 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, meaning that it supports the alternative hypothesis. It was also evidenced by the average pretest result of 53.33 which increased to 81.56 in the posttest. The implications of using proclamation quartet cards include students' ability to make predictions, find solutions, evaluate, and draw appropriate conclusions. Although it takes time, interactivity, and increased student memory make proclamation quartet cards an effective tool in optimizing history learning and students' critical thinking competencies.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi teori belajar konstruktivisme dengan menggunakan  model pembelajaran inquiry pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV MI Negeri 2 Lampung Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data  diperoleh dengan menggunakan: 1) Observasi, untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran IPS di MI Negeri 2 Lampung Barat; 2) Wawancara, untuk mengetahui tentang berbagai informasi yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran; 3) Dokumentasi, untuk memperoleh data yang berhubungan dengan kondisi pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS dan dokumen lain yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran terdiri dari 3 kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. Pada saat proses pembelajaran guru telah melaksanakan keseluruh langkah-langkah model inquiry terbimbing yang meliputi: menyajikan pertanyaan, membuat hipotesis, mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis data, membuat kesimpulan. Faktor pendukung implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis inquiry di MI Negeri 2 Lampung Barat meliputi adalah sumber daya manusia yaitu guru yang profesional dan sarana prasarana di sekolah cukup memadai. Adapun faktor yang menghambat adalah kurangnya waktu pembelajaran dan perbedaan kemampuan setiap siswa. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan implementasi teori belajar konstruktivisme dengan menggunakan  model pembelajaran inquiry pada pembelajaran IPS yang dilaksanakan di MI Negeri 2 Lampung Barat sudah berjalan dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Inquiry

Abstract

The limited source of education funding in Indonesia is an issue that never stops rolling. Managing school funding sources does not only involve financial, material, and school personnel capital but also related to managing social capital. The selection of social capital as an alternative to madrasah empowerment needs to begin with the formation of critical awareness by each madrasa, that change is a necessity that needs to be done to free madrasahs from helplessness.  Social capital is just one of the other capitals that supports education funding at the macro and micro levels. The application of social capital supported by trust, social norms and social networks in financing education in schools is expected to increase cooperation in order to achieve the common goal of building independent human beings.

Abstract

Nature-based education planning in natural schools in Lampung Province has given rise to a new approach in integrating natural values, natural elements and local wisdom in the curriculum. This research is motivated by the complexity of educational needs and the call of the times that demand changes in the concept of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main method. The case study method provides an in-depth description of the implementation of the planning strategy, while qualitative analysis is used to gain an in-depth understanding of its impact. The research results show that developing a nature-based curriculum involves an in-depth process in designing a special curriculum that reflects natural values, integrates natural elements, and involves education experts and community leaders. Training for educators through regular workshops and mentoring by fitrah experts has a positive impact on increasing understanding of the concept of fitrah and the quality of learning. The integration of local values creates a learning environment rich in Lampung cultural wisdom. Facilities and learning environments that support direct interaction with nature create learning spaces that allow students to be actively involved. Parental and community participation is realized through routine programs and partnership forums, strengthening their involvement in shaping children's character. Holistic periodic evaluation involving all stakeholders creates the basis for comprehensive monitoring of student development. Collaboration with local governments and educational institutions opens up opportunities for financial support and exchange of experiences, strengthening the concept of natural schools based on nature. Despite facing limited resources and potential resistance, this research shows that nature-based educational planning in natural schools in Lampung Province has great potential to create a responsive and holistic educational environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pemahaman konsep yang dibangun siswa sekolah dasar dalam memecahkan masalah matematika pada materi bangun datar. Pemahaman konsep adalah kemampuan siswa mengkonstruksikan makna dari pesan-pesan yang timbul dalam pembelajaran dalam memahami konsep, operasi dan relasi dalam matematika. Pemahaman konsep harus diberikan sebagai proses dalam membangun hubungan antara pengetahuan baru yang diperoleh dengan pengetahuan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus untuk menganalisis pemahaman konsep matematik siswa sekolah dasar dalam menyelesaikan soal bangun datar.  Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 4 podomoro kecamatan pringsewu. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan materi bangun datar menunjukkan pemahaman siswa pada indikator kemampuan mendefinisikan konsep secara verbal dan tulisan  serta menginterpretasikan konsep masih sangat rendah. Hal ini terlihat pada saat siswa tidak dapat menuliskan apa yang diketahui dengan menggunakan simbol matematika. Untuk pemahaman konsep dalam mengubah bentuk representasi ke dalam bentuk representasi lainnya dan mengidentifikasikan sifat-sifat suatu konsep sebagian siswa sudah memahami. Namun masih terdapat kesalahan dalam merepresentasikannya ke dalam representasi lain yang menyebabkan kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan luas bangun datar tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in increasing the learning interest of class students at SDN 1 Air Bakoman, Pulau Panggung District, Tanggamus Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques using observations, interviews and field notes. In this study the researchers concluded that the role of parents in children's learning interest is very large, especially if the learning process is carried out at home. Parents who help the school in delivering subject matter and doing daily assignments and tests act as motivators so that children are not lazy, so that their achievements will continue to grow and improve.
