This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Communication on Employee Performance with Employee Engagement as an intervening variable at the PT XYZ Contact Center. The number of samples in this study was 103 people who were determined by the saturated sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods and statistical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) 3.3.9 software. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Communication has no significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee engagement. And communication has no significant effect on employee performance through employee engagement.

Abstract

This study set out to ascertain, using customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, the impact of the independent variables—such as brand image, product quality, and promotion—on the dependent variable of consumer loyalty. This study was carried out in the Bekasi Regency's Superindo. This study employed a quantitative methodology. Primary data obtained through a questionnaire were used in this investigation. The Accidental Sampling technique was the sampling strategy employed in this investigation. The population under investigation comprises all Superindo clients. 221 respondents served as samples for this study, which was determined by using the table that Isaac and Michael created to determine the number of samples. The analysis process makes use of path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and descriptive quantitative analysis. The data was processed using SPSS version 25, a programme for data analysis. The results of the study indicate that brand image, product quality, and promotion all positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction, either simultaneously or in part. In Superindo Bekasi Regency, these factors also positively and significantly affect customer loyalty to Indomie products.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze relationship factors affecting revisit intention in music industries in particular music industries in major cities of Indonesia. The substance variables were core service quality and peripheral service quality. The intermediary variables involved were appraisal emotion and perceived value. Structural equation model analysis was developed involving more than dozens of music event organizers in major cities of Indonesia. The results of this study showed that the data supports the phenomenon and the literature that had been built. Appraisal emotion had a positive influence on perceived value. The results of this study showed that the data supports the phenomenon and the literature that had been built. This proved that the sense of pleasure that arises from good customer service and music performances, as well as music performances that could fulfill a person's emotional desires and needs for music festivals, were able to create value felt by visitors to the music festival itself. Core service quality had a positive influence on appraisal emotion with a t-value of 1.85.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, career development, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction among employees of the IT group of bank "M". The population in this study were 330 employees who worked in the IT Group of Bank "M". The sampling method used in this research is random sampling where the number of samples used is based on the Slovin formula. The population is 330, with a margin of error of 5%, the minimum number of samples taken is 181 employees. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS program version 3.2.9. The results of this study show a positive and significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction at IT Bank "M". The positive and significant influence of career development on job satisfaction at IT Bank "M". The positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at IT Bank "M".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially, and discussed descriptively. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees of PT. XYZ Branch taken as many as 47 samples (n). The findings of this study are employee competencies are generally assessed on good criteria; Compensation provided to employees is inadequate; employee performance has a fairly high performance and Compensation and competence together or individually affect the performance of employees of PT. XYZ Branch. But partially dominant compensation affects employee performance rather than competence.

Abstract

The fashion creative industry is one of the creative industry sectors that continues to grow along with the development of fashion trends, especially in West Java. High competition makes fashion creative businesses face various challenges in achieving the sustainability of their business performance. The right business strategy is needed to compete in a competitive market and the emergence of many new competitors. Based on this background, this study aims to examine the influence of business orientation and company capabilities on business strategy and its implications for business performance sustainability in the fashion commodity creative industry in West Java. The research was conducted on the unit of analysis of fashion commodity creative industry players in West Java in the center of the fashion commodity creative industry with a sample of 200 respondents. The sample was taken by simple random sampling. Data were processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that business strategy contributes to the sustainability of business performance, where competitive strategy has a greater contribution than competitive strategy. Business strategy is dominantly built by business orientation, which is supported by company capabilities. The results of this study provide theoretical implications in extending the importance of business strategy. Managerially, the results of this study provide implications for fashion commodity creative industry players under business strategies, especially competitive strategies, need to be formulated by improving business orientation and increasing company capabilities.

Abstract

High employee performance is always a demand for organizational leaders, both public organizations and private organizations, because high employee performance will have an impact on the development of the organization in the future. Therefore, knowing the factors that influence employee performance is an important thing to do. This research was conducted in Rupbasan throughout the Riau Region with the research aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership and work culture on organizational commitment, knowing and analyzing the direct influence of leadership and work culture on employee performance, knowing and analyzing the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, knowing and analyze the indirect influence of leadership and work culture on performance through organizational commitment. This research uses primary data and secondary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and conducting research files. The sample for this research consisted of 61 Rupbasan employees throughout the Riau Region. Data analysis and hypothesis testing tools are used Structural Equation Modling using the SmartPLS program. Hypothesis testing is carried out at alpha 5%. Based on the research results, it was concluded that leadership and work culture were proven to have a significant influence on organizational commitment, leadership was directly proven to have a significant influence on employee performance, work culture was not directly proven to have a significant influence on employee performance, organizational commitment was proven to have a significant influence on employee performance, leadership and Work culture has been proven to have a significant influence on performance through organizational commitment, or organizational commitment can mediate the influence of leadership and work culture on employee performance

Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, firms are continuously seeking for methods to acquire a competitive advantage and assure long-term success by using proven techniques, such as concentrating on establishing client loyalty. Companies that develop great customer loyalty can not only boost client retention but also generate growth and profitability. The purpose of this investigation was to investigate and examine 1) the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, 2) the impacts of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, 3) the impact of service quality on customer loyalty, and 4) the effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction. This study employed a descriptive research design using quantitative methodologies. The study includes 80 respondents chosen at random from clients of PT Multicom Persada Internasional Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia. As a consequence, with a score of 0.293, customer satisfaction was determined to have a positive influence on customer loyalty. Furthermore, with a score of 0.690, service quality was found to have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive impact on customer loyalty of 0.261, and service quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, yielding a value of 0.203

Abstract

Every organization has efforts to improve employee performance in order to create competent personnel, so it is necessary to make efforts to support Human Resources which is the main effort of the organization in improving employee performance, this is because Human Resources is an important role holder who has responsibility big to improve it, the organization carries out socialization, training/training, work discipline, a good work environment, good work motivation for employees to increase the competence of employees who have high loyalty and responsibility to the organization. Improving the performance of human resources is also very important to pay attention to, one of which is implementing the policies of an effective leader of an organization. Case studies were carried out at the Ministry of Defense Data and Information Center. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and employees who work in the Pusdatin environment are required to be able to shows good performance. Leadership actors play a very important role in overall efforts to improve performance, both at the individual, group and organizational levels.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the growth of e-wallets as cashless transactions in Indonesia. This research applies a qualitative descriptive method, namely describing the theory obtained as well as library research, which means looking for article sources that are related and relevant to the title raised in analyzing data that will be carefully related to e-wallets which have been widely implemented in Indonesia. As well as using Mendeley to cite previous research so that article writing is neat and suitable for publication. The research results show that from the three factors above, namely: e-wallet analysis, driving factors, and estimates of e-wallet usage in the next few years, the growth of digital transactions cannot be avoided, what we need to do is adapt to it so that we can carry out our daily activities. day smoothly, which in this case is about fintech above. Therefore, we as a society should at least increase literacy in the financial sector so that we are not easily directed in bad directions when carrying out transactions.
