Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the description of democratic leadership style, career development, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau of Jambi Province as well as to find out and analyze the influence of democratic leadership style and career development on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Secretariat Organization Bureau Jambi Province Region. The method used in this research is descriptive verification and quantitative methods. Based on the approach, it can be seen that the number of samples is 62 people. This research uses the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. Based on the description of e-government, competency, work motivation and employee performance in the Bureau. Based on the description of the democratic leadership style, it shows that the democratic leadership style is in the quite good category. Then for fairly good career development, the description of the job satisfaction variable is in the quite satisfied category. Meanwhile, the description of employee performance variables in the category is quite high. Based on the research results, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. significant effect on employee performance, Democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and career development does not have a significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the Factors Influencing Customer Loyalty: This study probably aims to investigate the factors that most influence customer loyalty in the freight forwarding sector. This can include aspects such as the relationship between the company and customers, service quality, customer satisfaction, price, and other relevant factors and measure the level of customer loyalty to freight forwarding companies in East Jakarta. This can be done through surveys, interviews, or analysis of historical data. The study used quantitative methods, which used random sampling for respondents to find data, the population is a user of freight forwarders in the East Jakarta Area by disseminating online and directly. Data analysis was processed using SEM PLS series 4 to find a definite answer from the results of the questionnaire distribution that lasted for two months. In this study, only the relationship between relationship and customer loyalty showed statistical significance, but the direction of the relationship did not match initial predictions. The relationship between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty has not been shown to be statistically significant. Recommendations in the freight forwarding sector, increasing customer loyalty can be achieved through improved customer relationships, consistent service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. By focusing on these aspects, companies can strengthen long-term relationships with customers and improve their performance in the freight forwarding industry

Abstract

This research is entitled Supervision of Subdistrict Heads in Efforts to Improve the Performance of Village Apparatus in Cireunghas District, Sukabumi Regency (Study in Tegalpanjang Village, Cireunghas District). From the author's initial observations, the performance of Village Apparatus has not been optimal, as can be seen from several complaints from several communities regarding public services. Apart from that, the sub-district is also not sensitive to phenomena in the field. The sub-district head, who is legitimized to implement the law, should develop village officials in order to improve their performance in accordance with the law. with its duties and functions. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Cireunghas District, Sukabumi Regency. Meanwhile, the objects in this research are place, actor and activity. Using combined triangulation and FGD techniques. The informants in this research included: the sub-district head, the sub-district secretary, the village development and supervision section, the head of Tegalpanjang Village, and the general public in Tegalpanjang Village, Cireunghas District, Sukabumi Regency. Data collection through participant observation, structured interviews and unstructured interviews. Study Documentation using tools: Observation Combination, Interview Guide, Field Notes, Data Validation using Triangulation (source, technique and time) and analysis using Reduction, Presenting Data and drawing Conclusions. Village Apparatus Performance (work performance) is the quality and quantity of work results achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Improving employee performance includes paying attention to supervision from superiors to employees. However, the sub-district head's supervision in an effort to improve the performance of the village apparatus is not yet optimal because motivation and awareness of employee discipline in their work is still lacking, thus becoming an inhibiting factor in the process of sub-district supervision in Cireunghas District, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation and health service officer’s performance on the service quality in handling stunting at the Pabuarann Public Health Center, Pabuaran sub-district, Sukabumi Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 130 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis on SPSS version 22. The results of hypothesis testing show that work motivation has a significant positive effect on the service quality in handling stunting; Officer performance has a significant positive effecr on service qualitys. Simultaneously, work motivation and officer performance have a significant effect on the service quality in handling stunting with a variance proportion of 0.626 or around 62.6%. This means that 62.6% of the variation in service quality variables is related to the independent variables in this research, while the remaining 37.4% of the variation in service quality is related to other variables outside this research. Through this research, it can be seen that to achieve excellent service quality, strategies can be implemented to increase work motivation and officer performance.

Abstract

KMK No. 129/Menkes/II/2008 concerning SPM Hospitals determines the indicators for laundry services in hospitals, namely the absence of incidents of lost linen and the timely provision of linen for inpatient rooms. At R. Syamsudin Regional Hospital, SH, the incidence of lost linen is still 7%, and the supply of inpatient room linen is often hampered. The research objective is to describe the implementation of the SPM laundry policy based on communication factors, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This type of qualitative research with research results on the implementation of SPM laundry policies has not been effective, the policy is not yet known to implementers, human resources and equipment facilities are not optimal, the attitude of implementers is lacking but laundry implementers show high motivation in managing linen, SOPs are not appropriate, and supervision of linen in the wardroom accommodation is still lacking. It is necessary to communicate KMK policy no. 129/2008, ensuring that outsourced personnel and equipment repairs are prioritized. Excess working hours are given incentives according to applicable regulations, SOPs are made according to needs and the need for coordination with the inpatient room for monitoring linen in the room.

Abstract

Sustainable business is a challenge for entrepreneurs. In a highly competitive era, foresight, agility, and analysis are needed in running a business. Companies must be observant in assessing the use of opportunities, agile in running a business, namely focusing on consumer needs, and analysing the company's overall performance. This study aims to analyse variables such as: product price, product quality, brand image, customer retention, supply chain and after sales service. The purpose of this study is to measure and see the factors that influence customer retain. This research is quantitative research and uses primary data conducted by data collection methods in the form of questionnaires from respondents who take a minimum sample of 100. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modelling (SEM) with PLS (Partial Least Square) software by testing data quality with validity and reliability tests. As well as classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially, and discussed descriptively. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees of PT. X Bandung taken as many as 47 samples (n). The findings of this study are employee competencies are generally assessed on good criteria; Compensation provided to employees is inadequate; employee performance has a fairly high performance and Compensation and competence together or individually affect the performance of employees of PT. X Bandung. But partially dominant compensation affects employee performance rather than competence.

Abstract

Increasing employee work productivity is a major challenge in facing competition in the automotive industry. This study aims to investigate the effect of work environment and organizational culture on work productivity through job satisfaction among employees of the Karawang automotive industrial park. The sample population taken from automotive component employees taken was 190. The research method used was quantitative, with data collection conducted through questionnaires.  Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0 as a statistical analysis tool to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that work environment and organisational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. In addition, work environment, organisational culture, job satisfaction have no effect on work productivity and the effect of organisational culture and work environment on work productivity through job satisfaction has no effect. The findings make an important contribution to practitioners and policy makers in the automotive components industry, highlighting the importance of creating a conducive work environment and organisational culture to create job satisfaction. Abstract

This study explores the interrelationships between work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance within organizations. Drawing on a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical data collected from various industries, the research highlights how a robust organizational culture fosters work discipline, which in turn enhances overall performance. The findings indicate that organizations with a strong, supportive culture are more likely to instill a sense of discipline among employees, leading to increased productivity, decreased absenteeism, and higher employee engagement. Furthermore, the paper identifies key cultural characteristics that promote discipline and suggests practical strategies for leaders to cultivate an environment that aligns with organizational goals. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical role of organizational culture in driving performance and provides a framework for future studies to explore the nuances of these dynamics.
