Abstract

This article discusses the process of community empowerment through training on the ideal concept of nutrition for children at Posyandu Badra 1, Waru Village, Bogor Regency. The ideal concept in community empowerment is a long-term program by monitoring the activity calendar, such as the community as the beneficiary, so that the output of the community can grow and develop by living independently after consistently attending nutrition classes. This research method uses qualitative research because food independence is an individual taste for each child. This research wants to see how the community is consistent in providing the best nutrition for children during the golden age period for 0-2 years by looking at the community's consistency in attending nutrition classes with 10 people for 21 days. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effectiveness of the CSR Health program in Community Empowerment in Waru Village. The results of this research article are that only 2-3 people in the community who took the nutrition class consistently attended the nutrition class until the end by look at the documentation of ideal concepts in child nutrition through a shared calendar. This research was quite effective for the first time a Community Empowerment Health CSR Program was held in Waru Village, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the implementation of core values ASN BerAKHLAK in improving employee performance at the Public Prosecutor's Office of South Ogan Komering Ulu, to know and analyze what are the inhibiting factors in the process of implementing core values ASN BerAKHLAK in improving employee performance at the Public Prosecutor's Office of South Ogan Komering Ulu. The research method was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach to explore and analyze the implementation of core values ASN Berakhlak in improving employee performance at the South Ogan Komering Ulu State Prosecutor's Office. This research focuses on data collection through in-depth interviews with employees who are directly involved in public services at South Ogan Komering Ulu Public Prosecutor's Office.  The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the core values of a moral ASN at the South Ogan Komering Ulu Public Prosecutor's Office, which consist of service-oriented, accountable, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptable and cooperative, is an important foundation for building an effective work culture in government agencies. These values not only improve the performance of employees, but also strengthen their commitment to public service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengembangan Wisata Napal Manjur di Desa Terusan, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Wisata ini memiliki potensi alam yang menarik, seperti kebun jeruk yang rimbun dan air yang sejuk, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan meliputi penyediaan sarana prasarana seperti perbaikan jalan, pembangunan spot foto, toilet, tempat berjualan, lahan parkir, serta promosi melalui media sosial dan undangan kepada dinas terkait. Diharapkan, upaya ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Terusan.

Abstract

This study analyzes women's representation in politics in the Indonesian House of Representatives in 2024-2029. Although women's participation in politics has increased, their number in parliament has still not reached the target of 30% according to Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. In the most recent election, women's representation reached 21.9%, up from the previous period, but still shows a gap between the number of female candidates nominated and those elected. Personal, cultural, and structural barriers are the main factors that hinder the achievement of gender quotas. Therefore, although affirmative action has been implemented, further efforts are still needed to encourage the role of women in politics.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan pemerintahan yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah di tingkat lokal. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan pemerintahan herman deru berhasil memberikan dampak kepada masyarakat dan pemerintahan melalui pelaksanaan kebijakan berbasis regulasi yang baik. Namun kebijakan yang dilaksanakan belum memiliki tujuan yang kuat. Studi ini berimplikasi pada penyempurnaan teori kepemimpinan pemerintahan.

Abstract

Konflik agraria yang melibatkan Masyarakat Adat Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) di Batanghari merupakan fenomena yang kompleks, melibatkan perusahaan perkebunan, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat adat. Konflik ini tidak hanya berkaitan dengan sengketa lahan, tetapi juga menyangkut hak-hak adat yang terabaikan dalam kebijakan pembangunan. Pendekatan berbasis kekuasaan yang bersifat represif dan top-down terbukti tidak efektif, bahkan sering memperburuk konflik. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi resolusi konflik menggunakan pendekatan manajemen konflik berbasis komunitas, dengan fokus pada problem-solving dan partisipasi aktif komunitas dalam menghasilkan solusi yang adil dan berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan ini, upaya penyelesaian konflik melibatkan penguatan modal sosial, seperti kepercayaan, norma, dan jaringan, untuk meningkatkan kohesi sosial di komunitas SAD. Proses ini juga melibatkan persuasif komunikasi, pengurangan stereotip, dan penghormatan terhadap nilai-nilai lokal yang selama ini menjadi landasan masyarakat adat. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kolaborasi yang setara antara pemerintah, perusahaan, dan komunitas adat merupakan langkah penting dalam menggeser paradigma dari pendekatan kekuasaan ke pendekatan partisipatif. Pendekatan ini berhasil menciptakan rasa memiliki terhadap solusi yang dihasilkan dan mendorong integrasi sosial yang lebih kuat di kalangan masyarakat SAD. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana akademik dan kebijakan terkait resolusi konflik berbasis komunitas, dengan menegaskan pentingnya melibatkan masyarakat adat sebagai aktor utama dalam penyelesaian konflik agraria. Pendekatan ini menawarkan model keberlanjutan yang tidak hanya menyelesaikan konflik, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi masyarakat adat dalam pembangunan daerah. Kata Kunci: Resolusi Konflik, Pendekatan Berbasis Komunitas, Masyarakat Adat Suku Anak Dalam (SAD).

Abstract

Selection is a step to choose people with predetermined qualifications in order to fill positions in an organization. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of village apparatus selection in Sidomulyo Village, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency. The type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Respondents in this study were village heads, committee chairs, Bhabinkamtibmas, and community leaders. The data was successfully collected, processed and analyzed with the help of descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the selection of village apparatus is generally effective, seen based on 1) transparency of the recruitment process; 2) clarity of laws and regulations; 3) participant competence; 4) quality of the implementing committee; 5) supervision; 6) community involvement. The results of the selection passed competent participants according to the needs of the village government. The village security situation during 2020 to 2024 was safe and there were no disturbances, where during that period 4 village apparatus selection processes were carried out. The implication of this study is that if you want to increase the effectiveness of village apparatus selection, then village leaders, village elite figures and the entire community must commit to not committing fraud and nepotism.

Abstract

The issue of gender equality in Indonesia has begun to penetrate the economic sector because there is a disparity in the wages received by Indonesian women, which are below the global average. Indonesia also experiences relatively high labor force disparities. Women can increase the country's productivity up to IDR 28 trillion, equivalent to 26% of the world's GDP. The government is considering gender equality in decision-making, including in the realm of taxation, one of which is through gender-based taxation. World researchers are also trying to disentangle the justice in taxation with a gender perspective to provide a new perspective in policy formulation for the government. On the other hand, some literature argues the need to apply gender-based taxation incentives in developing countries. This study attempts to unravel the urgency of implementing gender-based taxes in Indonesia and how best practices are from other countries that have implemented gender-based taxation. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely secondary data literature studies. Based on this research, there is an urgent to provide tax incentives to women, especially working married and giving birth woman, as a gender-based taxation embodiment. In addition, it was found that Singapore has implemented a gender-based taxation incentive scheme for women giving birth, and it has been running very well until now.

Abstract

Pemilu tahun 2024 terjadi penurunan persentase keterwakilan perempuan di DPRD Kabupaten Ngawi jika dibandingkan dengan Pemilu 2019 yaitu hanya ada 20% orang perempuan. Permasalahannya ialah belum semua Parpol mampu mengambil kebijakan yang responsif gender, masih ada Parpol yang menghadapi berbagai persoalan sehingga mengalami hambatan untuk memenuhi ketentuan 30% keterwakilan perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kebijakan Parpol dalam memenuhi ketentuan 30% keterwakilan perempuan dan hambatan saja apa yang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi kebijakan dengan desain evaluasi single program before-after. Unit analisisnya adalah PDI Perjuangan dan PKS karena beberapa pertimbangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui in-depth interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis melalui analisis isi dan analisis interaktif. Analisis gender dilakukan dengan teknik analisis Gender Analysis Pathway. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDI Perjuangan lebih mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai gender daripada PKS. Kedua Partai politik sama-sama lebih memberikan peluang yang lebih besar pada calon incumbent untuk duduk di nomor urut 1 dan 2 yang rata-rata diisi oleh Caleg laki-laki. Sementara, hambatan yang dialami oleh Parpol: (1) hambatan sistem politik, dimana sistem proporsional terbuka menjadi tantangan berat bagi Caleg perempuan untuk memperoleh suara terbanyak; (2) hambatan sosial kultural, budaya patriaki mengakibatkan belum terbuka lebarnya peluang bagi Caleg perempuan untuk dipilih; (3) hambatan psikologis, kurangnya kepercayaan diri perempuan terhadap kemampuannya, dan (4) hambatan sosial ekonomi yakni lemahnya sumber daya modal yang dimiliki Caleg perempuan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of bureaucratic structure, organizational culture, and employee competence on organizational performance, with transformational leadership as a moderating variable at the Deputy for Regional Research and Innovation, National Research and Innovation Agency. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) method, a multivariate data analysis technique combining factor analysis and regression, acilitated by the SmartPLS 4 Application. The population consisted of 546 regional agencies responsible for research, development, assessment, and application, as well as invention and innovation in local governments, with a total of 248 regional agencies respondents. The results that bureaucratic structure and employee competence significantly affect on organizational performance, while organizational culture does not. Transformational leadership positively moderates the relationship between bureaucratic structure and organizational performance but negatively moderates the relationship between employee competence and organizational performance. Conversaly, transformational leadership does not moderate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance. The results provide recommendations for improving organizational performance by improving adaptive bureaucratic structures and increasing employee competence on an ongoing basis, as well as strengthening organizational culture as a factor supporting organizational performance. Furthermore, adjustments to the transformational leadership approach can strengthen structure and competence.
