Abstract

AbstractDetermining the choice of cross-subject specialization, and the choice of subject depth is a process that will involve a series of choices and decisions made by students based on an understanding of their own potential and opportunities that exist in their environment. Problems will occur if students are unable to determine the choice of specialization across subjects, and specialization deepens subject matter, so that it will hinder the learning process.The merdeka curriculum provides opportunities for students to develop their abilities, talents and interests more broadly and openly in accordance with the principle of individual differences. This allows students to develop over achievement, namely students who have a level of mastery above predetermined standards both in knowledge, attitudes, and skills. For this reason, the merdeka curriculum structure provides (1) compulsory subjects to be followed by all students in one educational unit at each educational unit and level, and (2) elective subjects which are followed by students according to their choice. Compulsory subject groups are basic subject groups that must be followed by all students contained in the merdeka curriculum structure. Keywords: Merdeka curriculum, specialization services AbstrakPenetapan pilihan peminatan lintas mata pelajaran, dan pilihan pendalaman mata pelajaran adalah sebuah proses yang akan melibatkan serangkaian pengambilan pilihan dan keputusan oleh peserta didik yang didasarkan atas pemahaman potensi diri dan peluang yang ada di lingkungannya. Permasalahan akan terjadi jika peserta didik tidak mampu untuk menetukan pilihan peminatan lintas mata pelajaran, dan peminatan pendalaman materi mata pelajaran, sehingga akan menghambat proses pembelajaran.  Kurikulum merdeka memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk mengembangkan kemampuan, bakat dan minat secara lebih luas dan terbuka sesuai dengan prinsip perbedaan individu. Ini memungkinkan peserta didik berkembang over achievement, yakni peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat penguasaan di atas standar yang telah ditentukan baik dalam pengetahuan, sikap, maupun keterampilan. Untuk itu struktur Kurikulum merdeka menyediakan (1) mata pelajaran wajib diikuti oleh seluruh peserta didik di satu satuan pendidikan pada setiap satuan dan jenjang pendidikan, dan (2) mata pelajaran pilihan yang diikuti oleh peserta didik sesuai dengan pilihan mereka. Kelompok mata pelajaran wajib merupakan kelompok mata pelajaran dasar yang harus diikuti seluruh peserta didik yang termuat dalam struktur kurikulum merdeka.  Kata Kunci : Kurikulum merdeka, layanan peminatan

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine "Implementation of Home Visits to Increase Student Interest in Learning". This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. In this study, data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were 2 students participating in home visit services and class VI-A teachers. Secondary data sources are parents, school principals, and supporting documents for this study. Interviews, observations, and documentation were used as data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the home visit service carried out by class VI-A teachers at SD Negeri 037 Tarakan was effective in increasing students' interest in learning. Class VI-A teachers conduct home visit services according to the Operational Guidance and Counseling Guidelines for Elementary Schools (POP BK SD) with several stages consisting of the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the final stage of the home visit, and the reporting stage of the home visit. In the preparation stage, the class teacher analyzes and focuses on the problems experienced by students. Then, the class teacher communicates with the student's parents regarding the plan to carry out the home visit. The class teacher must get an assignment letter from the school principal. At the implementation stage, class teachers meet with parents to discuss problems experienced by students. At the end of the home visit, the class teacher and parents held a discussion regarding the student's learning interest issues that had to be resolved during the home visit. At the home visit reporting stage, the class teacher reports the results of the home visit to the school principal.Keywords : Home visit, learning interestAbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji “Pelaksanaan Home Visit untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan study kasus. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer adalah 2 siswa peserta layanan kunjungan rumah dan guru kelas VI-A. Sumber data sekunder adalah orang tua, kepala sekolah, dan dokumen pendukung penelitian ini. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan kunjungan rumah yang dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas VI-A SD Negeri 037 Tarakan efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Guru kelas VI-A melakukan pelayanan kunjungan rumah sesuai Pedoman Operasional Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah Dasar (POP BK SD) dengan beberapa tahapan yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahappelaksanaan, tahap akhir kunjungan rumah, dan pelaporan tahap kunjungan rumah. Pada tahap persiapan, guru kelas menganalisis dan memfokuskan pada permasalahan yang dialami siswa. Kemudian, guru kelas berkomunikasi dengan orang tua siswa terkait rencana pelaksanaan kunjungan rumah. Guru kelas harus mendapatkan surat tugas dari kepala sekolah. Pada tahap implementasi, guru kelas bertemu dengan orang tua untuk membahas permasalahan yang dialami siswa. Pada akhir kunjungan rumah, guru kelas dan orang tua mengadakan diskusi mengenai masalah minat belajar siswa yang harus diselesaikan selama kunjungan rumah. Pada tahap pelaporan kunjungan rumah, guru kelas melaporkan hasil pelaksanaan kunjungan rumah kepada kepala sekolah.Kata Kunci : Home visit, minat belajar

Abstract

This study is quantitative research that aims to determine whether there is an influence: 1) transformational leadership of madrasah principals on teacher performance; 2) madrasah culture on teacher performance; 3) transformational leadership of madrasah principals and madrasah culture on teacher performance. The population in this study were all MTs teachers Negeri in Jeneponto Regency which is 239 people, while the sample is 150 people. The research data were obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential data analysis. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis obtained: 1) the significance value (Sig.) of 0.012 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 and the calculated t value of 2.549 is greater than t table 1.976 which means that there is an effect of transformational leadership of madrasah principals (X1) on teacher performance (Y); 2) the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 and t count of 7.281 is greater than t table 1.976 which means that there is an effect of madrasah culture (X2) on teacher performance (Y); 3) the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 and t count of 7.281 is greater than t table 1.976 which means that there is an effect of madrasah culture (X2) on teacher performance (Y); 3) the significance value (Sig. ) of 0.000 is less than the probability of 0.05 and F count 87.857 is greater than F table 3.06 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of transformational leadership of madrasah principals (X1) and madrasah culture (X2) together on teacher performance (Y) MTs. Abstract

This study aims to describe the types and functions of directive speech acts in learning in class V SDN 278 Palattae, Kahu sub-district, Bone district. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The techniques used in collecting data are observation techniques and documentation techniques. Data analysis used a pragmatic pairing technique. Determining the types and functions of directive speech acts in learning is based on indicators of types and functions of directive speech acts derived from Ibrahim's theory. The results of research on learning in class V of SDN 278 Palattae, Kahu sub-district, Bone district show that the use of the type of question and the function of asking is more widely used when compared to the use of other types and functions of directive speech acts. It can be seen in the description of the research results, which show that the type of question with the function of asking is dominant. The types of directive speech acts include requests, questions, orders, prohibitions, giving permission, and advice. The functions of directive speech acts found include: requesting, pleading, praying, asking, interrogating, instructing, requiring, demanding, directing, requiring, prohibiting, restricting, approving, granting, forgiving, allowing, suggesting, advising, requesting, and demanding, requesting and directing, inviting and praying, directing and asking, directing and demanding, directing and advising, and finally allowing and suggesting. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the method of narrative influences the development of student behavior at Kindergarten Nur Ilmi Juppai, Barru Regency. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach and employing the pretest posttest control group design. The research population consists of all students in class B, comprising a total of two classes. The research sample is class B1, serving as the experimental group with a total of 20 students, and class B2, serving as the control group with a total of 18 students. The techniques employed for data collection are observation and checklists. The techniques used for data analysis are descriptive and inferential. The results of the analysis on the homogeneity test of the experimental class obtained a higher value of 0.67 compared to the control class, which had a value of 0.15. It can be observed that the results of the test on the development of moral behavior among students have improved after implementing the storytelling method without the use of props, achieving an average mastery score in the very good category. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that there is an impact of the storytelling method using visual aids on the students at Kindergarten Nur Ilmi Juppai, Barru Regency

Abstract

This study applies research and development (RD) with ADDIE model. The objects of this research are four students representing four characters of STIFIn concept which aim is to study the need of learning media, the learning media itself, and to find out the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of STIFIn-Learning-Concept-Based Smartboard Game learning media in creating effective learning at Nurul Ummu Kindergarten. After analyzing, the result of this study shows that the need of a smartboard game learning media obtained 3,33 score with the category of very valid, and the description of the learning media itself is in the layout model of user’s guideline book. The description of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness were validated by two expert validators. In the validation of the guidebook, the researcher obtained 3,36 score with the category of very valid. The result is different from the teachers’ response where 3,14 is gained with the category of valid. Another score of 3,31 is obtained in the validity of learning media evaluation with the category of very valid. In the analysis of practicality measured with teachers’ response questionnaires, the researcher got 92,78% with the category of totally agree. Whereas in the analysis of effectiveness measured with the result of media evaluation by teachers, the score of 85,83% is obtained with the category of effective when applied in early childhood learning. This concludes that the need of STIFIn-Learning-Concept-Based Smartboard Game learning media is very much needed in the process of learning. In addition, the users’ guidebook is considered valid, practical, and effective when applied in the early childhood learning

Abstract

AbstractSocial interaction is the process in which people communicate to influences each other within thoughts and actions. But the weakness of autistic children in the field of social interaction is characterized by an inability to interact socially optimal.The purpose of research is to produce a model of group counseling with game techniques to develop social interaction of autistic children. This research uses a Research and Development (RD),the research steps as follows: (1) Preparation of Model Development, (2) Designing the Model hypothetical, (3) Test the Feasibility Model hypothetical, (4) Preparation of Model Initial, (5) Initial Field Test Model, (6) Final Product. From the results of field trials, social interaction skills of autistic children experience growth after participating in activities with the technical guidance of the group games. Overall value of asymp sig 0.028 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that the techniques of group guidance with effective game for autistic children develop social interaction. Suggestion: use model of group counseling with game techniques should be initiated with the objective conditions carefully diagnose autistic children who will serve as members of the group, playing techniques are used as the basis for treatment containing usefulness and meaningfulness values for autistic children and teachers can use the model of group counseling with game techniques to develop social interaction of autistic children.Keywords : group guidance model, games technique, social interaction, autistic children.AbstrakInteraksi sosial adalah proses di mana orang-oarang berkomunikasi saling pengaruh mempengaruhi dalam pikiran dan tindakannya. Namun pada anak autistik terjadi kelemahan dalam bidang interaksi sosial ditandai dengan ketidakmampuan melakukan interaksi sosial yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan untuk mengembangkan interaksi sosial anak autistik.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development(RD), dengan langkah-langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Persiapan Pengembangan Model, (2) Merancang Model Hipotetik, (3) Uji Kelayakan Model Hipotetik, (4) Penyusunan Model Awal, (5) Uji Lapangan Model Awal, (6) Hasil Akhir Produk.. Dari hasil uji coba lapangan, kemampuan interaksi sosial anak autistik mengalami perkembangan setelah mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan. Keseluruhan nilai asymp sig 0,028 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan efektif untuk mengembangkan interaksi sosial anak autistik.Saran: penggunaan model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan sebaiknya dapat dimulai dengan mendiagnosa secara cermat kondisi objektif anak autistik yang akan dijadikan sebagai anggota kelompok, teknik permainan yang digunakan sebagai dasar perlakuan mengandung nilai kebermanfaatan dan kebermaknaan bagi anak autistik serta guru dapat menggunakan model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan untuk mengembangkan interaksi sosial anak autistik.Kata Kunci : model bimbingan kelompok, teknik permainan, interaksi sosial anak autistik

Abstract

The type of research was quantitative research. The purpose of the quantitative approach was to obtain research results expressed in the form of numbers that were explained using statistical formula. This research aims to examine the improvement in student learning motivation through group counseling services using a behavioral contract approach. The type of research was quasi-experimental with a research design of one group pre-test and post-test. Based on the data analysis using a t-test, it shows that the t-value is greater than the t-table (20.79 2.571) at a significance level of 5%, indicating that there is an influence of group counseling services with a behavioral contract approach to improve the learning motivation of  VIIID grade students at SMPN 2 Masbagik. This indicates that Ha (the alternative hypothesis) is accepted, and Ho (the null hypothesis) is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of group counseling services with a behavioral contract approach to improve the learning motivation of  VIIID grade students at SMPN 2 Masbagik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen skala empati sehingga menghasilkan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel dalam megukur tingkat empati pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reasearch and Development (RD). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 mahasiswa semester empat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan KMO and Bartlett's Test dan Cronbach's Alpha. Dari rancangan instrumen awal sebanyak 28 item pertnyataan terdapat 16 item yang tidak valid, menyisakan 12 item yang valid dengan nilai KMO and Bartlett's Test 0,692 nilai cronbach alpha sebesar 0,696 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Dengan demikian, instrumen siap digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas tersebut, instrumen empati pada mahasiswa yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas serta termasuk kedalam kategori validitas dan reliabilitas tinggi, sehingga instrumen skala empati pada mahasiswa dapat dikatakan layak untuk mengukur empati

Abstract

AbstrakThis article focuses on the experience of gender microaggression in students with veiled in Indonesia. Qualitative methods with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis are used to determine how Students with veiled interpret the understanding of gender microaggression. The findings revealed that they often experienced subtle and inconspicuous discrimination. This fact is known as gender microaggression. The narrative suggests that participants experienced gender microaggression due to their appearance. The perpetrator considered that the participants were religious fanatical and incompetent. Participants also had to face social isolation and were marginalized within their groups. In addition, participants can feel the positive impact of avoiding sexual objectification. In light of these findings, it is recommended that counseling services in higher education institutions take proactive steps to prevent and address gender microaggressions. Additionally, counselors need to have competence in providing inclusive services.Keywords : Gender, Microaggression, Veiled, Preliminary Investigation, Students.          AbstrakArtikel ini berfokus pada pengalaman mikroagresi gender pada pelajar berkerudung di Indonesia. Metode kualitatif dengan Analisis Fenomenologi Interpretatif digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Siswa berjilbab memaknai pengertian mikroagresi gender. Temuannya mengungkapkan bahwa mereka sering mengalami diskriminasi yang tidak kentara dan tidak mencolok. Fakta ini dikenal sebagai agresi mikro gender. Narasinya menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami mikroagresi gender karena penampilan mereka. Pelaku menilai pesertanya fanatik terhadap agama dan tidak kompeten. Peserta juga harus menghadapi isolasi sosial dan terpinggirkan dalam kelompoknya. Selain itu, peserta juga bisa merasakan dampak positif dari menghindari objektifikasi seksual. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar layanan konseling di institusi pendidikan tinggi mengambil langkah proaktif untuk mencegah dan mengatasi agresi mikro gender. Selain itu, konselor juga perlu memiliki kompetensi dalam memberikan layanan inklusif.Kata Kunci : Gender, Mikroagresi, Bercadar, Investigasi Pendahuluan, Siswa.
