Abstract

At present there is a lack of awareness among parents about the importance of nutrition in the growth of early childhood, one of which is that knowledge about milk consumption is not evenly distributed in society. This socialization aims to increase parental awareness about nutrition by teaching young children to consume milk. The 2024 ISS-MBKM PKKM THEMATIC Real Work Program (KKN) activities at Muhammadiyah Bone University, carried out in August 2024 in Bonto Karaeng Village, Sinoa District, Bantaeng Regency, this activity aims to improve nutrition through milk consumption in early childhood. The methods used include observation, counseling and distribution of free milk which was carried out at community health centers and posyandu which were attended by mothers and children, followed by socialization. The results obtained were an increase in community knowledge in Bonto Karaeng Village about the importance of milk consumption in early childhood to meet nutritional status. With socialization carried out in the community, it can provide awareness to parents to always fulfill nutrition in early childhood for the sake of children's growth. In this activity, initially we wanted to use pure milk, but it was difficult to find pure milk nearby, so we used packaged milk (Clevo milk) as a sample from this program. This activity can make parents aware of the importance of consuming milk every day to maintain body health.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the quality of learning at SD Inpres Morowa through the use of the wordwall platform. The approach used in this activity is the service learning approach. The aim of this approach is to ensure the transfer of knowledge about wordwalls to students goes well. The research method used is knowledge transfer by involving students as active participants in introductory activities. The results of this research prove that through a service learning approach, students are not only active in carrying out assignments but are also actively involved in various games and quizzes provided by the Wordwall platform. This has a positive impact on increasing student learning motivation and student learning outcomes. Apart from that, with variations in learning methods using Wordwall, students' interest in learning increases. Students show higher motivation to participate in learning and participate actively in class activities.

Abstract

The socialization of the use of Moringa leaf pudding as a complementary food for breast milk and nutrition to prevent stunting aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the socialization of the use of Moringa leaf pudding as an effort to increase nutritional consumption in target groups, for example, pregnant women and toddlers. This socialization was carried out through a knowledge transfer analysis method regarding the benefits of Moringa leaves and how to make pudding to increase people's creativity and be able to utilize one of the natural products as a healthy food product, apart from that it can influence the increase in vegetable consumption among the community. These findings identify that the use of Moringa leaf pudding is an effective strategy in increasing nutritional intake and food diversification. Therefore, the transmission of knowledge and practice in this socialization is an initiative and can be accepted by the community and has the potential to be further developed as a simple functional food product that is nutritious and easily affordable in the surrounding environment. Apart from improving the quality of people's creativity and healthy lifestyles in the daily environment, there are also the results of socialization that has been implemented specifically to prevent stunting, pregnant women and toddlers can increase cooperation and support the welfare of society in general. And also the results of this activity show an increase in community knowledge and can trigger the formation of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), based on local resources.

Abstract

This service aims to improve understanding and measure the effectiveness of the intolerance socialization program in changing student attitudes and behavior at SD INPRES MOROWA. The method used is a qualitative method with a Focus discussion group (FGD) approach. The results showed a significant increase in student tolerance after participating in the program. In addition, fun and interactive learning methods, as well as the involvement of teachers and students, were found to play a major role in the success of this program. Therefore, this intolerance socialization proves that efforts to prevent major educational sins can be started early and have positive implications for the development of student character with This program also helps build student character by increasing awareness of the importance of diversity, reducing the possibility of social conflict, and strengthening the identity of a pluralistic nation. Students are also trained to foster critical attitudes and empathy, which are very important to face challenges around the world. And also able as an aspect to overcome global problems, especially to support the quality of quality education in accordance with what is one of the 17 goals of the world's sustainable program that has been agreed upon by the UN, namely the SDGs.

Abstract

Bandeng Presto Duri Lunak Bu Yuwono is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Mojoroto, Kediri, East Java, established in 1999 with three family-member employees. The business markets its products from morning until noon, followed by sourcing ingredients for the next production cycle. A situational analysis identified several challenges, including traditional marketing methods, manual transaction recording, conventional production tools, and limited knowledge and skills in information technology utilization. To address these issues, the Service Team implemented a series of steps: preparation, development of an e-commerce website, creation of a transaction recording module, production of an oil-draining spinner, technology training for the partner, and program evaluation. This initiative resulted in an e-commerce website and transaction recording module at bandengyuwono.id, an oil-draining spinner machine, and technology training, bringing economic benefits through an expanded marketing reach, increased production, and improved profitability for the partner.

Abstract

This community service aims to make a real contribution to the development and empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are members of Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) development program through visual branding design. The focus of this service is on increasing the identity and competitiveness of MSMEs through strong and attractive visual elements. The service method will involve collaboration between researchers, designers and MSMEs assisted by the IKN Authority. The steps include an in-depth analysis of the business characteristics and values ​​of MSMEs, as well as the development of a visual branding strategy that suits their local identity and business goals. Furthermore, training will be carried out for MSME owners regarding the implementation and maintenance of the visual identity that has been designed.

Abstract

Unmanaged organic waste will be a problem in itself. The solution offered to overcome the problem of wasting food waste in the form of vegetables and fruits is to make eco enzymes. Making integrated eco enzymes is by utilizing all waste in the vegetable/agricultural farming system, in the integrated agricultural cultivation process into a zero waste bioenergy cycle. If every household and farmer uses their waste to produce environmentally friendly enzymes, it can stop kitchen waste from polluting our land/zero waste and while reducing global warming, we can help change the climate and increase income from eco enzymes sold. In community service activities, all group members come to the partner to get direction and material on the eco enzyme making process and the benefits obtained. The income obtained by the farmer group or PKK mothers in one eco enzyme harvest is IDR 285,000. Eco enzyme materials such as kitchen waste in the form of unused vegetable scraps and fruit peels.

Abstract

Community Service Activity (PKM) "SWERI Stunting Movement (GESIT)" in Latdalam Village aims to overcome the problem of stunting which reached 26.1% in 2022, exceeding the threshold set by WHO. This problem is exacerbated by the low skills of posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements and interpretation of results, which hinders monitoring of children's nutritional status. To overcome this, the method used in this activity is training and mentoring for posyandu cadres designed to improve knowledge and skills in taking measurements and providing education on balanced nutrition. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in cadre skills, where all skill indicators reached 100% after training. Thus, GESIT activities are expected to contribute to reducing stunting rates and improving public health in Latdalam Village as a whole.

Abstract

Digital technology is currently widely used to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations in a business/enterprise, both large and small, micro, or medium scale. Financial reporting in MSMEs often only uses simple recording methods and is carried out conventionally. The use of technology in this case is limited to calculating addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division using a calculator while the recording system is carried out traditionally. This community service (PkM) activity is focused on direct assistance and guidance with simulation and participatory methods for MSME Eatspot.id to create accountable financial reporting based on technology. The results of PkM concluded that MSME Eatspot.id has been able to manage and report finances by utilizing technology independently. MSME Eatspot.id partners have been able to implement the transfer of knowledge received regarding the use of the Akuntansiku application

Abstract

Tempe Rohmat Tulungagung MSME, located in Rejosasri Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency, faces several problems in production and management aspects. The purpose of this program is to improve the quality and quantity of tempeh production with a focus on soybean epidermis stripping, soybean cracking, and epidermis separation in a way that is more efficient than conventional methods as well as good management training. The PKM implementation method by the PKM team together with students is carried out in the following stages, namely situation analysis, observation, interviews and discussions with partners, formulating priority problems, determining activity methods, design of automatic dry soybean epidermis separator machine, procurement of tools and materials, machine manufacturing, machine test stage, handover and application of machines, training on machine operation and maintenance to partners, business management training, periodic monitoring and evaluation, and reporting on the implementation of PKM. Concrete solutions offered for priority problems include the procurement and application of the Automatic Ari Soybean Skin Separator Machine in the production aspect, and improvements in the management of Tempe Rohmat MSMEs. The results of this activity, this dry soybean epidermis separator machine has a capacity of 300 kg / hour, 15 times the production capacity of wet soybean epidermis separation manually through the mining process of ± 20 kg / hour. Training and assistance in improving management in partner tempe MSMEs has had an impact on improving the implementation of good management starting from financial management, production management, and marketing management by recording business financial flows in an orderly and good manner using a simple cash book.
