Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the achievement of the formation of KOSP by using SWOT analysis, knowing the role of leadership in overcoming the difficulties of teachers, students and parents regarding the independent curriculum program. The method used is a qualitative research method. With the approach of library research, which is a research method that analyzes a topic from a collection of data found from various literatures and is carried out at the Private Junior High School of IT Ad Durrah Marelan. The data analysis used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the Swot Analysis research on the achievement in the form of Kosp include strengths: the ability of teachers who are still of productive age, socio-cultural community and community support. Opportunities: It Ad durrah Junior High School has become a driving school, there are not many IT schools that focus on the implementation of the independent curriculum and life skills of students. Weakness: changing the mindset of teachers who are still static to dynamic, making parents' understanding of learning does not have to be in the classroom, budget and infrastructure. Threats: The transition process that is still a lot makes parents and the community less accepting that teaching does not have to be in the classroom. For the achievement of the goal of forming the Kosp, it can be seen from the student learning report card, the P5 report card, and the school education report card Keywords: SWOT Analysis; KOSP;Independent Curriculum Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mendeskripsikan Ketercapaian dibentuknya KOSP dengan cara menggunakan analisis SWOT , Mengetahui peran kepemimpinan dalam mengatasi kesulitan guru, siswa dan orang tua mengenai program kurikulum merdeka. metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dengan pendekatan studi Pustaka (library research), yaitu metode penelitian yang menganalisa suatu topik dari kumpulan data yang ditemukan dari berbagai literatur dan dilaksanakan di Smp Swasta It Ad Durrah Marelan. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Analisis Swot ketercapaian di bentuk nya Kosp diantaranya strengths: kemampuan guru yang masih berusia produktif, sosio kultur masyarakat dan dukungan masyarat. Opportunities: Smp It Ad durrah sudah menjadi sekolah penggerak, tidak banyak sekolah it yang fokus implementasi kurikulum merdeka dan life skill peserta didik. Weakness: mengubah mindset guru yang masih statis menjadi dinamis, membuat pemahaman orang tua belajar tidak harus dikelas, anggaran dan sarana prasaran. threats: Proses transisi yang masih banyak membuat pemhaman orang tua dan masyarakat kurang menerima bahwa bekajar tidak harus di dalam kelas. Untuk ketercapaian tujuan dibentuk nya Kosp dapat dilihat dari rapot hasil belajar siswa, Raport P5, dan Raport pendidikan sekolah. Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT; KOSP; Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify and describe factually, accurately, and systematically (1) Teachers' understanding of the teaching factory (TeFa) model and (2) Inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of TeFa in the Food Crops and Horticulture (ATPH) agribusiness expertise program at SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. The study's subjects included the principal, the head of the expertise program, teachers, and employees at SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis methods. The study's results showed that (1) some teachers have a good understanding of the concept, objectives, and steps involved in implementing TeFa. In contrast, others remain confused about integrating TeFa into the learning process. (2) The implementation of TeFa in the ATPH expertise program at SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya is running because of supporting factors including: (a) The principal has entrepreneurial motivation and TeFa development; (b) some TeFa managers and instructors (teachers and employees) have attended industry training; (c) the existence of production/business units; (e) support from the business and industry (DUDI) partners even though the number of participating industries is still lacking. The implementation of TeFa has several obstacles, including (a) the lack of TeFa training provided, (b) limited facilities and infrastructure, (c) government funding, (d) limited cooperation with DUDI, and minimal industrial experience from managers. Keywords: teaching factory, smk, the food crops and horticulture (ATPH) Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan secara faktual, akurat, dan sistematis tentang: (1) Pemahaman guru mengenai model teaching factory (TeFa), dan (2) Faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam implementasi TeFa pada program keahlian agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura (ATPH) di SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, ketua program keahlian, guru, dan pegawai di SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sebagian guru telah memahami konsep, tujuan, dan langkah-langkah implementasi TeFa dengan baik, namun sebagian lainnya masih mengalami kebingungan dalam mengintegrasikan TeFa ke dalam proses pembelajaran. (2) Pelaksanaan TeFa pada program keahlian ATPH di SMK Negeri 7 Palangka raya berjalan karena adanya faktor pendukung antara lain: (a) Kepala Sekolah memiliki motivasi kewirausahaan dan penembangan TeFa; (b) sebagian pengelola dan instruktur TeFa (guru dan pegawai) pernah mengikuti pelatihan di industri; (c) terdapatnya unit produksi/bisnis; (e) adanya dukungan dari dunia usaha dan industri (DUDI) mitra meskipun jumlah industri yang berpartisipasi masih kurang. Pelaksanaan TeFa memiliki beberapa hambatan antara lain: (a) masih minimnya pelatihan TeFa yang diberikan; (b) adanya keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana; (c) pendanaan dari pemerintah. Abstract

Abstract: The use of social media in education opens up new pedagogical spaces for content creator teachers in instilling character education values in students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to understand the experiences of content creator teachers in utilizing social media at SD Negeri 3 Lemba, Soppeng Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of school social media content documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, maintaining data validity through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that social media is used consciously and deliberately as a medium for instilling character values through visual, participatory, and contextual content. Dominant character values include religiosity, discipline, cooperation, social care, national spirit and love of the homeland, good manners, and self-confidence, which are integrated into students' daily activities and the school's flagship programs. Despite facing internal and external challenges, content creator teachers demonstrate adaptive efforts in managing social media pedagogically. These findings confirm that the use of social media by content creator teachers plays a significant role in supporting the internalization of character education values and strengthening school culture in the digital era. Abstrak: Pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pendidikan membuka ruang pedagogis baru bagi guru konten kreator dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi untuk memahami pengalaman guru konten kreator dalam memanfaatkan media sosial di SD Negeri 3 Lemba Kabupaten Soppeng. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi konten media sosial sekolah, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan menjaga keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dimanfaatkan secara sadar dan terencana sebagai media penanaman nilai karakter melalui konten visual, partisipatif, dan kontekstual. Nilai karakter yang dominan meliputi religius, disiplin, kerja sama, peduli sosial, semangat kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air, adab sopan santun, serta percaya diri, yang diintegrasikan melalui aktivitas keseharian peserta didik dan program unggulan sekolah. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan internal dan eksternal, guru konten kreator menunjukkan upaya adaptif dalam mengelola media sosial secara pedagogis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial oleh guru konten kreator berperan signifikan dalam mendukung internalisasi nilai pendidikan karakter dan penguatan budaya sekolah di era digital. Abstract

Abstract: Early Childhood Education faces serious challenges in ensuring the quality of learning services that support children’s development optimally. One of the main issues lies in academic supervision practices that remain administrative, hierarchical, and assessment-oriented, thereby failing to effectively promote teachers’ continuous professional development. At the same time, reflective culture among early childhood teachers is still weak, while institutional leadership has not fully provided space for collaboration and active teacher participation in improving instructional quality. This study aims to describe the implementation of collaborative leadership in early childhood supervision through a peer-coaching strategy and to examine its role in fostering a reflective culture among teachers. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. It was conducted in several early childhood education institutions in Jambi Province that had implemented or were developing collaborative and peer-coaching-based supervision. Participants consisted of 3 to 5 school leaders and 8 to 12 teachers selected purposively. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, and were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal a shift from traditional directive supervision toward a more dialogic, inclusive, and empowering collaborative supervision model. Peer-coaching was implemented through the CERIA cycle, consisting of Content Focus, Observation, Reflective Collaboration, Inspiring Feedback, and Action and Reinforcement. This cycle encouraged teachers to actively engage in classroom observation, reflective dialogue, constructive feedback, and follow-up improvement plans. Most teachers reported increased reflective awareness, as indicated by new habits such as writing reflective journals, engaging in professional discussions, and voluntarily sharing best practices. However, the implementation still faced several challenges, including limited time, insufficient facilitator training, and the persistence of hierarchical cultural resistance. These findings confirm that the integration of collaborative leadership and peer-coaching has strong potential to strengthen teachers’ reflective culture and improve the quality of supervision and learning in early childhood education in a sustainable manner. Keywords: collaborative leadership, peer-coaching, PAUD supervision, reflective teacher culture, CERIA model Abstrak: Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) menghadapi tantangan dalam menjamin kualitas layanan pembelajaran yang mampu mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal. Salah satu persoalan utama terletak pada praktik supervisi akademik yang masih cenderung administratif, hierarkis, dan berorientasi pada penilaian, sehingga belum efektif mendorong pengembangan profesional guru secara berkelanjutan. Di sisi lain, budaya reflektif di kalangan guru PAUD juga masih lemah, sementara kepemimpinan lembaga belum sepenuhnya memberi ruang bagi kolaborasi dan partisipasi aktif guru dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan kepemimpinan kolaboratif dalam supervisi PAUD melalui strategi peer-coaching serta mengkaji perannya dalam membangun budaya reflektif guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di beberapa lembaga PAUD di Provinsi Jambi yang telah menerapkan atau sedang mengembangkan supervisi berbasis kolaboratif dan peer-coaching. Partisipan terdiri atas 3 sampai 5 kepala PAUD dan 8 sampai 12 guru yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion, dan studi dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pergeseran dari supervisi tradisional yang direktif menuju supervisi kolaboratif yang lebih dialogis, inklusif, dan memberdayakan. Peer-coaching dilaksanakan melalui siklus CERIA, yaitu Content focus, Observation, Reflective collaboration, Inspiring feedback, dan Action and reinforcement. Penerapan siklus ini mendorong guru untuk terlibat aktif dalam observasi, refleksi, pemberian umpan balik, dan tindak lanjut perbaikan pembelajaran. Sebagian besar guru melaporkan peningkatan kesadaran reflektif, yang ditunjukkan melalui kebiasaan menulis jurnal refleksi, berdiskusi, dan berbagi praktik baik. Meski demikian, implementasi masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pelatihan fasilitator, dan resistensi budaya hierarkis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan peer-coaching berpotensi memperkuat budaya reflektif guru serta meningkatkan mutu supervisi dan pembelajaran PAUD secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: Vocational education in Indonesia, particularly in Vocational High Schools, plays a crucial role in preparing competent human resources for the workplace. This study aims to describe partnership management at SMKN 3 Palangka Raya and SMKN 4 Banjarmasin. The research focuses on: 1) principal strategies; 2) teacher empowerment; and 3) partnership management. This research employed a qualitative approach, employing interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data collected through these various techniques were examined, and data reduction, presentation, and verification were performed. Data validity was checked using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data were then analyzed using single-case analysis and cross-site analysis. The results of the study show regular communication partnerships with industrial partners to adjust the curriculum and teaching materials to be relevant to the needs of the large-scale job market. Synchronizing the curriculum and making PKL as the main means of providing students. Partnership with hotel kitchens through an internship teacher program, the existence of industry classes and internships for students. Partnership between SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya and SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin, an internship student program in Japan and training by trainers from Thailand. Partnership between SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin with hotels in Yogyakarta and an overseas internship teacher program. Teacher empowerment as an improvement and renewal of competencies according to industry trends, both through external training and internal collaboration. Teacher empowerment through internship teachers in partner hotel kitchens with guest teachers and alumni teaching. SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya with training from Thai trainers aims at empowerment in sister schools. SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin with an overseas internship teacher program and the aim of empowering teachers in alliance reference vocational schools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kemitraan dalam di SMKN 3 Palangka Raya dan SMKN 4 Banjarmasin. Fokus penelitian mencakup; 1) strategi kepala sekolah; 2) pemberdayaan guru; dan 3) manajemen kemitraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui berbagai teknik tersebut diperiksa dan dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan analisis kasus tunggal dan analisis lintas situs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kemitraan komunikasi rutin dengan mitra industri untuk menyesuaikan kurikulum dan materi ajar agar relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja skala besar. Sinkronisasi kurikulum dan menjadikan PKL sebagai sarana utama pembekalan siswa. Kemitraan dengan kitchen hotel melalui program guru magang, adanya kelas industry dan magang bagi siswa. Kemitraan SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya dengan SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin, program siswa magang di Jepang dan pelatihan oleh trainer dari Thailand. Kemitraan SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin dengan hotel di Yogyakarta dan program guru magang di luar negeri. Pemberdayaan guru sebagai peningkatan dan keterbaruan kompetensi sesuai tren industri, baik melalui pelatihan eksternal maupun kolaborasi internal. Pemberdayaan guru melalui guru magang di kitchen hotel mitra adanya guru tamu dan alumni mengajar. SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya dengan pelatihan dari trainer Thailand tujuan pemberdayaan dalam sekolah sister school. SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin dengan program guru magang di luar negeri dan tujuan pemberdayaan guru dalam sekolah SMK rujukan aliansi. Strategi kepala sekolah melalui inovasi kemitraan dan pemberdayaan guru dalam meningkatkan SMK Pusat Keunggulan. Kepala sekolah SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya fokus pada penguatan citra sekolah lewat prestasi siswa, dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan mitra industri. SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin dengan kolaboratif dan adaptif serta aktif dalam mitra dan event publik untuk branding sekolah rujukan. Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is one of the important factors that determine the success of the learning process and the achievement of educational goals in schools. Optimal teacher performance is not only influenced by professional competence, but also by various organisational and work environment factors, such as workload, work discipline, principal support, and the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the influence of workload, work discipline, principal support, facilities, and infrastructure on teacher performance in primary schools in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research population consisted of primary school teachers in Ujung Bulu Subdistrict, while the research sample consisted of 40 teachers from 12 primary schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale designed to measure each research variable. The data obtained was then analysed using IBM SPSS Statistics software to determine the simultaneous and partial effects between the variables studied. The results showed that simultaneously, workload, work discipline, principal support, facilities, and infrastructure had a significant effect on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.938. This indicates that 93.8% of teacher performance variation can be explained by these five variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Simultaneous testing shows an F value of 103.433 with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the research model has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the analysis results show that workload, principal support, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Conversely, work discipline and infrastructure have a significant negative effect on teacher performance. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance is not only determined by the amount of workload managed proportionally, but is also influenced by the support of the principal's leadership and the availability of adequate learning facilities. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that improving teacher performance requires balanced workload management, effective work discipline, strong leadership support from the principal, and the provision of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of education policy, particularly in efforts to improve teacher performance in primary schools. Keywords: Workload, work discipline, principal support, infrastructure, teacher performance Abstrak: Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran serta pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Kinerja guru yang optimal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi profesional, tetapi juga oleh berbagai faktor organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, seperti beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, sarana, dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ujung Bulu, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ujung Bulu, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 guru yang berasal dari 12 sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket menggunakan skala Likert yang dirancang untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik IBM SPSS Statistics untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan maupun parsial antar variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, sarana, dan prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,938. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 93,8% variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh kelima variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Uji simultan menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 103,433 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti bahwa model penelitian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara parsial, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, dukungan kepala sekolah, dan sarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja dan prasarana menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru tidak hanya ditentukan oleh besarnya beban kerja yang dikelola secara proporsional, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh dukungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta ketersediaan sarana pembelajaran yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru memerlukan pengelolaan beban kerja yang seimbang, penerapan disiplin kerja yang efektif, dukungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang kuat, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the management of social capital in Islamic educational institutions in the digital era, focusing on the role of media-based da’wah programs, particularly religious reality shows, in building public trust and enhancing social participation. Using a qualitative literature study design, data were obtained from primary journal articles, academic books, and research reports, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that digital social capital is constructed through three core dimensions “bonding”, “bridging”, and “linking”, which collectively shape the foundation of social cohesion in digital spaces. The results also indicate that religious reality shows strengthen public trust through host credibility, transparent program documentation, and emotional narratives that create a sense of closeness between audiences and institutions. Public trust subsequently functions as a form of social currency, encouraging community involvement in social activities, donations, and educational support. The study concludes that digital da’wah serves as a strategic instrument for reinforcing social capital and sustaining the development of Islamic educational institutions. The implications highlight the need for professional, transparent, and literacy-based digital media governance to maintain institutional legitimacy and increase public participation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen social capital lembaga pendidikan Islam pada era digital dengan fokus pada peran program dakwah media, khususnya religious reality show, dalam membangun kepercayaan publik dan meningkatkan partisipasi sosial. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, data diperoleh dari artikel jurnal primer, buku akademik, dan dokumen penelitian yang dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social capital digital terbentuk melalui tiga dimensi utama, yaitu bonding, bridging, dan linking, yang membentuk landasan kohesi sosial di ruang digital. Temuan juga mengungkap bahwa reality show dakwah mampu memperkuat public trust melalui kredibilitas host, transparansi kegiatan, dan narasi emosional yang mendekatkan audiens dengan lembaga. Kepercayaan publik kemudian berfungsi sebagai social currency yang mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan sosial, donasi, dan dukungan program pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dakwah digital dapat menjadi instrumen strategis bagi penguatan social capital serta keberlanjutan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Implikasi penelitian mendorong perlunya tata kelola media digital yang profesional, transparan, dan berbasis literasi sosial agar lembaga mampu mempertahankan legitimasi dan meningkatkan partisipasi publik. Abstract

Abstract: The Child-Friendly School (CFS) is an educational management approach oriented toward fulfilling children’s rights, protection, and participation in all aspects of educational implementation. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the CFS program in preventing bullying behavior through effective school management. The method used is a literature study (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) involving relevant scientific articles, academic books, and educational policies. The analysis was conducted using content analysis to identify key themes and findings related to the implementation of CFS in bullying prevention. The results show that the effectiveness of the CFS program is influenced by humanistic and collaborative school leadership, systematic anti-bullying program design, educator capacity building, student management that fosters positive social relationships, and protection for vulnerable groups, including students with disabilities. In addition, a conducive school climate, a safe physical environment, and the integration of local wisdom values were found to strengthen the culture of nonviolence in schools. Overall, the findings affirm that inclusive, participatory, adaptive school management aligned with local contexts is a key factor in realizing the effectiveness of the Child-Friendly School Program and in creating a safe, harmonious, and bullying-free educational environment. Abstrak: : Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) merupakan pendekatan manajemen pendidikan yang berorientasi pada pemenuhan hak, perlindungan, dan partisipasi anak dalam seluruh aspek penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan efektivitas program SRA dalam mencegah perilaku perundungan melalui manajemen sekolah yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) terhadap artikel ilmiah, buku akademik, dan kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama dan temuan terkait implementasi SRA dalam pencegahan perundungan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas program SRA dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang humanis dan kolaboratif, desain program anti-bullying yang sistematis, penguatan kapasitas pendidik, manajemen kesiswaan yang mendorong hubungan sosial positif, serta perlindungan bagi kelompok rentan termasuk peserta didik penyandang disabilitas. Selain itu, iklim sekolah yang kondusif, lingkungan fisik yang aman, serta integrasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal terbukti memperkuat budaya anti-kekerasan di sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa manajemen sekolah yang inklusif, partisipatif, adaptif, dan selaras dengan konteks lokal merupakan faktor utama dalam mewujudkan efektivitas Program Sekolah Ramah Anak serta menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman, harmonis, dan bebas dari perundungan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's academic supervision and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on teacher performance at SMKS Al Ittihad, Karangtengah District, Cianjur Regency. The research used a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods. The study population consisted of all 36 teachers at the school, using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. Basen on the statistic results that Academic supervision has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (t-count = 5.938; Sig. = 0.000), and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (t-count = 3.867; Sig. = 0.000). And Then Academic supervision and work motivation together have a significant effect on teacher performance (F-count = 26.759; Sig. = 0.000) with a contribution of 61.9% (R² = 0.619). The remaining 38.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The Conclusion is Teacher performance at SMKS Al Ittihad Cianjur can be significantly improved by enhancing the quality of academic supervision that is developmental in nature and by comprehensively strengthening teacher work motivation. It is recommended that principals integrate both aspects into their strategies for teacher professional development and guidance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja guru di SMKS Al Ittihad Kecamatan Karangtengah, Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh 36 guru di sekolah tersebut, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil olah data statistik, supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (t-hitung = 5,938; Sig. = 0,000), motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (t-hitung = 3,867; Sig. = 0,000). Kemudian Supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (F-hitung = 26,759; Sig. = 0,000) dengan kontribusi sebesar 61,9% (R² = 0,619). Sisa 38,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kinerja guru di SMKS Al Ittihad Cianjur dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan melalui peningkatan kualitas supervisi akademik yang bersifat membina dan penguatan motivasi kerja guru secara komprehensif. Kepala sekolah disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan kedua aspek tersebut dalam strategi pembinaan dan pengembangan profesional guru. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze how education contributes to the quality and development of human resources in Indonesia, particularly in enhancing their capabilities and serving as an investment in the economic sector. The research method used is a systematic literature review. The data sources include relevant journals from the past five years (2020–2025) and official data from research or survey institutions as well as from the government. The results show that economic factors—especially poverty, unemployment, and GRDP per capita—play a significant role in shaping Indonesia’s Human Development Index (HDI). Although GRDP per capita provides a positive contribution, unemployment and poverty have more substantial and negative impacts on human development. These findings indicate that improving human development in Indonesia requires targeted policies to reduce unemployment and poverty, alongside strategic investments in education, healthcare services, and job creation. The post–COVID-19 pandemic period, particularly between 2021 and 2023, represents a crucial phase in the context of recovery and improving the population’s quality of life. The pandemic has transformed many aspects of life, from how people work to how they interact and access services. On one hand, the pandemic has worsened health and education conditions, but on the other hand, it has also driven innovation and adaptation across various sectors. Keywords: Education, Human Resource Investment, Indonesian Economy, Human Resources Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pendidikan dapat berkontribusi dengan kualitas dan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan menjadi investasi dalam dunia perekonomian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah systematic literatur review. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang relevean selama 5 tahun terakhir (2020-2025) dan data resmi dari lembaga penelitian/survey maupun dari pemerintah. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukan faktor-faktor ekonomi—terutama kemiskinan, pengangguran, dan PDRB per kapita memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk Human Development Index(HDM) Indonesia. Meskipun PDRB per kapita memberikan kontribusi positif, pengangguran dan kemiskinan memiliki dampak yang lebih substansial dan negatif terhadap pembangunan manusia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pembangunan manusia di Indonesia memerlukan kebijakan yang terarah untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan kemiskinan, di samping investasi strategis di bidang pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Periode pascapandemi COVID-19, khususnya antara tahun 2021 dan 2023, merupakan fase krusial dalam konteks pemulihan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Pandemi telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan, mulai dari cara kita bekerja hingga cara kita berinteraksi dan mengakses layanan. Di satu sisi, pandemi telah memperburuk kondisi kesehatan dan pendidikan, namun di sisi lain, pandemi juga telah memicu inovasi dan adaptasi di berbagai sektor.
