Abstract

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION: AN APPROACH BASED ON THE VALUES OF THE QUR'AN AND SUNNAH This study discusses human resource management (HR) strategies in Islamic educational institutions with an approach based on the values of the Quran and Sunnah. The focus of the research is on human resource management that is able to improve institutional performance in a sustainable manner, by considering spiritual, moral, and professional aspects. The qualitative field research method was conducted at Mts Nurul Imaniyah, with data collection through observation and in- depth interviews. The research results show the importance of integrating the values of honesty, trustworthiness, justice, and Islamic work ethics in every stage of HR management, from planning, recruitment, training, to performance evaluation. This approach not only improves the professional competence of educators, but also shapes characters with noble morals and responsibility as caliphs on earth.

Abstract

Comparative Analysis of Qualitative and Quantitative Assessment in Sundanese Language Learning at Saparako State Elementary School Sundanese language learning in elementary schools plays a crucial role in preserving local cultural identity and shaping students’ character. However, assessment practices still reveal an imbalance between qualitative and quantitative approaches used by teachers. This study aims to compare both assessment types to identify their alignment, differences, and implications for accuracy and fairness within the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. Employing a descriptive-comparative design, the study analyzes qualitative assessments (narrative descriptions) and quantitative assessments (numerical scores) in Sundanese language in SDN Saparako. Findings indicate a strong positive correlation between the two approaches, although each reflects different dimensions of students’ abilities. Qualitative assessment captures learning processes, attitudes, and language performance, while quantitative assessment focuses on measurable learning outcomes. These results highlight the need to integrate both approaches to obtain a more comprehensive evaluation of students’ competencies. The study recommends developing an integrated mixed assessment model that aligns with local cultural values and supports holistic assessment principles promoted in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING THE OUTSTANDING QURAN MEMORIZATION PROGRAM AT MAN 1 KOTA MALANG (MAHAD DARUL HIKMAH)Memorizing the Quran is a gift that requires great effort and a strong and continuous commitment to maintaining its verses. In memorizing the Quran and facing its challenges, an appropriate coaching strategy is certainly needed to achieve the set goals. This study aims to describe how the coaching strategy of the flagship Quran memorization program is carried out at Mahad Darul Hikmah, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Malang City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that coaching is carried out in groups and each group is led by its respective ustadz/ustadzah. The coaching strategy is carried out by dividing the target of at least 2 juz in regular classes and 6 juz in religious classes. The supervising teacher uses a continuous system to maintain student memorization, the teacher will also conduct tasmi to evaluate student memorization and will also conduct an oral exam in grade 12 based on the predetermined targets. This flagship tahfidz program has had a positive impact on students' memorization achievements, enabling them to optimize their memorization, win tahfidz championships in competitions, and complete their memorization.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF EWOM AND DIGITAL MARKETING ON PURCHASING DECISIONS THROUGH BRAND IDENTITY ON TOLAK ANGIN PRODUCTS: CONSUMER CONFIDENCE IN BRANDS AS MODERATIONThis study aims to analyze the influence of digital competence represented through Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) and digital marketing on consumer purchasing decisions for Tolak Angin herbal packaged products, with brand identity as a mediating variable and consumer brand belief as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 313 respondents who had purchased or intended to purchase Tolak Angin, selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 through outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The findings show that EWOM and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on brand identity. A strong brand identity subsequently enhances consumer purchasing decisions, and consumer belief in the brand also shows a positive direct effect on purchasing decisions. However, contrary to the initial hypothesis, consumer brand belief does not significantly moderate the relationship between brand identity and purchasing decisions. This indicates that although brand belief has a direct impact, it is not strong enough to reinforce the effect of brand identity on purchasing behavior. Overall, the results highlight the importance of strengthening digital communication strategies through both EWOM and digital marketing in enhancing the brand identity of Tolak Angin. A strong brand identity remains the key determinant influencing consumer purchasing decisions for this modern herbal product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic management of ecotheological character formation among students at Sekolah Alam Baturraden, Banyumas. The research is motivated by the importance of character education that integrates religious values and environmental awareness as a response to ecological crisis. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research subjects include teachers, learning facilitators, and students of Sekolah Alam Baturraden. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with validity testing using source and method triangulation. The results show that strategic management of ecotheological character formation is implemented through five stages: situation analysis based on natural environment potential, formulation of strategic goals oriented towards holistic character, development of nature-based learning strategies integrated with religious values, consistent implementation through outdoor learning and ecological habituation, and continuous evaluation based on students' attitude and behavior development. This study confirms that nature-based strategic management plays an important role in systematically and sustainably shaping students' ecotheological character.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF SCHEDULING AND LOADING FACILITIES ON SHIP WAITING TIME ON MUARA BERAU TRANSSHIPMENT AT PT INDO TAMBANGRAYA MEGAHThis study aims to analyze the influence of Vessel Scheduling and Loading Facilities on Vessel Waiting Time in the transshipment operations of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk at Muara Berau. The main operational issue identified is the high incidence of waiting cargo and waiting loading facilities, which prevents vessels from being served immediately upon arrival. This condition leads to increased waiting time and demurrage charges. The study employs a quantitative survey approach using primary and secondary data, and shipment documentation from January to March 2025. Data analysis was conducted through classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression to assess both simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables. The findings indicate that Vessel Scheduling and Loading Facilities jointly have a significant influence on Vessel Waiting Time. However, partially, only the Loading Facilities variable shows a significant effect, whereas Scheduling does not significantly reduce waiting time. These results reflect real operational conditions where well-prepared schedules cannot be fully realized due to equipment downtime and limitations in loading capacity. The coefficient of determination, 60.3%, demonstrates that most variations in vessel waiting time are explained by the two variables. Overall, the study concludes that improving the readiness and capacity of loading facilities is the most dominant factor in reducing vessel waiting time in transshipment operations at Muara Berau.

Abstract

LEARNING STRATEGIES FOR ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AT AL FALAH SPECIAL SCHOOL, SEMBAYAT GRESIK This study aims to examine the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning materials at SMPLB Al Falah Sembayat Gresik, the learning strategies applied for students with mentally retarded and deaf, as well as the challenges and corresponding solutions. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the PAI materials taught include Qur’an and Hadith, Aqidah and Akhlak (Faith and Morality), Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), and Islamic Civilization History, all adapted from the Merdeka Curriculum to suit students’ conditions. The learning strategy used is primarily expository (teacher-centered), combined with habituation and individualized approaches. The instructional media utilized include worship equipment, while the teaching methods involve lectures, demonstrations, and assignments.The main challenges identified are cognitive limitations, focus disorders, communication barriers, as well as a lack of facilities and teachers with special education backgrounds. The implemented solutions include individualized approaches, the use of visual media, flexible lesson plans (RPP), communication with parents, home delivery of assignments, teacher training, and class separation based on types of disabilities. This study highlights the importance of adaptive and collaborative learning to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education for students with special needs.

Abstract

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED INVENTORY, ASSET, AND FINANCIAL DATA MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (CASE STUDY OF SAWO JAJAR VILLAGE, NORTH KOTABUMI DISTRICT)The management of inventory, assets, and financial data in Sawo Jajar Village is still carried out manually using notebooks and separate files, which often leads to difficulties in searching for data, a high risk of document loss, and inaccurate information in the reporting process. These limitations reduce transparency and administrative efficiency in the village. This study aims to design and develop a Web-based information system that can assist village officials in managing inventory, assets, and finances in an integrated, effective, and easily accessible manner. This research employs the Waterfall development method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Bootstrapp as the user interface framework. The main features of the system include inventory data management, asset management, recording of financial income and expenditures, automatic report generation, and report printing. The results of system implementation show that the system accelerates the recording and reporting processes, improves data accuracy, and enables real-time monitoring of village assets and finances. Based on testing using the black box method, all system functions run according to user needs. Therefore, this Web-based information system is proven to improve transparency and efficiency in the administrative processes of Sawo Jajar Village.

Abstract

MARKETING STRATEGY OF BMW AS A LUXURY AUTOMOTIVE BRAND IN BUILDING BRAND AWARENESS FOR LIFESTYLE AND ACCESSORIES MERCHANDISE THROUGH THE TIKTOK PLATFORMAbstract. BMW’s marketing strategy focuses on strengthening brand awareness through the development of digital content that highlights lifestyle elements, official accessories, and visual components that reflect the brand’s premium, innovative, and user-experience-oriented character. BMW employs a creative approach production quality, and narrative relevance to ensure that every piece of content released conveys an exclusive image aligned with the brand’s core values. The formulation of this strategy is carried out systematically through three main stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. In the pre-production stage, the process involves selecting high-appeal products, analyzing visual characteristics, determining story concepts, and designing presentation styles reinforce both the functional and emotional value of each merchandise item. Production stage focuses on creating stable and controlled visuals through the use of professional lighting, smooth camera movements, and English voice-over recordings to strengthen the brand’s global identity while providing context for a premium lifestyle that resonates with the audience. In the post-production stage, comprehensive editing is conducted, including color grading, music selection, and the placement of official logos to ensure alignment with the brand’s visual identity. Effectiveness of the strategy is evaluated through the analysis of engagement, view counts, interaction levels, and user-driven content distribution to identify message effectiveness and opportunities for further improvement. Overall, this marketing strategy aims not only to enhance BMW’s visibility in digital spaces but also to build a deeper emotional connection between the brand and audience through the presentation of authentic, high-quality, aesthetically relevant content that remains adaptive to the evolving dynamics of contemporary media consumption.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF VOLATILITY AND FORECASTING RETURN OF BANK MANDIRI SHARES USING ARIMA-GARCH: PROJECTIONS FOR THE NEXT 5 MONTHSIndonesia’s capital market continues to demonstrate strong dynamics, particularly among blue-chip stocks such as PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), which exhibit high volatility influenced by macroeconomic variables, global conditions, and market sentiment. To obtain a more accurate projection of BMRI’s price movement, this study applies the ARIMA-GARCH model to forecast stock prices for the five-month period from November 2025 to April 2026. The dataset consists of daily closing prices from November 2020 to November 2025. Preprocessing involved handling outliers using winsorizing and conducting a stationarity test, in which the Augmented Dickey-Fuller result indicated that the return series was stationary with a p-value of 0.0000. Based on information criteria, ARIMA(0,0,1) was selected as the optimal mean model with an AIC value of –3985.7041. Volatility was subsequently modeled using GARCH(1,1) with a normal distribution, showing a persistence level of 0.8598, suggesting that BMRI volatility remains elevated and requires time to stabilize after a shock. Diagnostic tests confirmed the absence of residual autocorrelation (Ljung-Box p-value 0.05) and no remaining ARCH effect (p-value 0.1744), validating the adequacy of the combined model. Forecasting through 1,000-iteration Monte Carlo simulation produced an average projected final price of Rp 4,960, up from Rp 4,730, indicating an expected change of +4.82%. Risk metrics showed a 95% Value at Risk (VaR) of Rp 3,550 and an Expected Shortfall of Rp 3,340. The model’s performance on the test dataset yielded an RMSE of 0.014704 and an sMAPE of 75.7663%.
