Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh latihan sirkuit terhadap peningkatan kecepatan lari cepat 100 meter di antara mahasiswa yang terdaftar dalam program pelatihan atletik di Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kelompok kontrol sebelum dan sesudah. Dua puluh mahasiswa berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok latihan sirkuit eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol tanpa perlakuan. Program latihan dilakukan tiga kali seminggu selama empat minggu dan mencakup tujuh latihan: rintangan, lari bolak-balik, push-up, sit-up, lari mundur, lunge, dan sumo squat. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes lari cepat 100 meter sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen, dengan selisih waktu rata-rata 1,460 detik, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya mengalami sedikit peningkatan sebesar 0,140 detik. Abstract

LITERATURE REVIEW: PROPER RANKING AS A REFLECTION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABILITY ACCOUNTING AND ITS IMPACT ON COMPANIES AND SOCIETYThis study aims to examine the relationship between the Corporate Performance Rating Assessment Program in Environmental Management (PROPER) and the implementation of sustainability accounting, as well as its impacts on companies and society. Through a literature review approach covering ten relevant articles published between 2015 and 2025, this study synthesizes findings regarding the role of PROPER as both an instrument for evaluating environmental performance and a signal of corporate sustainability. The results indicate that PROPER encourages companies to enhance the transparency of environmental reporting, allocate costs related to waste management and conservation, and optimize resource utilization to reduce ecological impacts. Most studies find that attaining a high PROPER rating positively contributes to firm value, reputation, social legitimacy, and stakeholder relationships. However, several studies reveal that PROPER’s impact is not always consistent; high ratings sometimes do not reflect substantive operational improvements, particularly when companies focus more on fulfilling administrative requirements. In addition, certain environmental disclosures may reduce firm value when the information highlights unresolved risks and negative impacts. From a societal perspective, PROPER has the potential to improve environmental quality and well-being through pollution reduction and strengthened public oversight. Nevertheless, these benefits are not always maximized when companies pursue only formal compliance without long-term sustainability commitment. Overall, this review provides a conceptual foundation for future research on the factors influencing the effectiveness of PROPER in promoting more comprehensive and impactful corporate sustainability practices.

Abstract

Deep learning has become a strategic necessity in vocational education as it emphasizes the ability to understand, reflect, and apply knowledge contextually according to 21st-century workplace demands. This study aimed to analyze the role of principal leadership in implementing deep learning at SMK Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto, which has six areas of expertise. Using a mixed methods design with an explanatory sequential model, this research involved 30 informants consisting of principals, vice principals, teachers from various concentrations, administrative staff, and student representatives. Data were collected through Likert scale-based questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation. Quantitative analysis used descriptive statistics and simple regression, while qualitative analysis employed thematic coding techniques. The results showed that transformational, instructional, distributive, and charismatic leadership played significant roles in implementing deep learning encompassing pedagogical practices, learning environments, digital utilization, and learning partnerships. Findings indicated that visionary and collaborative leadership created a learning ecosystem supporting meaningful, mindful, and joyful experiences while developing eight graduate profile dimensions. This research provided theoretical and practical contributions to developing vocational education leadership relevant to 21st-century competency needs.

Abstract

TEACHER WORK MOTIVATION FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE: A THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF MODERN MOTIVATION THEORY Teacher work motivation is an essential factor in improving performance and the effectiveness of the educational process. This study aims to analyze the concept of work motivation from an Islamic perspective and compare it with modern motivation theories such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, Herzberg’s two-factor theory, and McClelland’s needs theory. This research employs a library research method by examining various relevant literature, both from classical Islamic sources and modern management theories. The findings show that motivation in Islam is rooted in spiritual values such as intention, sincerity, trustworthiness, and an orientation toward the Hereafter, which provide a transcendental dimension to teachers’ work behavior. Meanwhile, modern motivation theories tend to focus on the fulfillment of worldly needs such as salary, recognition, and achievement. Integrating both approaches results in a comprehensive Islamic work motivation model-one that encourages teachers to work professionally while maintaining an orientation toward worship. Thus, managing teacher work motivation based on Islamic values becomes an important strategy for improving the quality and work ethic of educators in Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

THE INTEGRATION OF AQIDAH AND AKHLAQ IN ISLAMIC EDUCATIONThis study examines how the integration of faith and morality strengthens character formation in contemporary Islamic education, addressing ongoing issues such as fragmented curricula, weak value internalization, and the separation of theological principles from moral practice. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Articles were retrieved from Google Scholar, Publish or Perish, SINTA 2–4 national journals, and reputable international databases (Scopus and DOAJ). From an initial pool of 167 studies published between 2020 and 2025, ten articles met all inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using thematic categorization and narrative synthesis to identify recurring patterns across the literature. The review demonstrates that faith consistently provides the theological foundation for ethical orientation, while morality serves as the practical expression of these beliefs. Key themes include: faith as a moral framework, morality as lived behavior, teacher exemplarity and habituation as internalization strategies, and curriculum designs rooted in theological values. The reviewed studies consistently show that character formation cannot rely solely on cognitive instruction; instead, it requires moral practice through habituation and authentic teacher–student engagement. The integration of Islamic values must also respond to digital-era challenges and sociocultural pluralism. The synthesis produces a conceptual model positioning creed as the theological foundation and ethics as its practical manifestation in students’ character development. This study contributes an integrative framework that can serve as a reference for designing adaptive and applicable Islamic character education models across diverse modern school contexts.

Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF STEAM-PJBL-ORIENTED E-STUDENT WORKSHEETS TO OPTIMIZE CREATIVITY OF 11TH GRADE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON STOICHIOMETRY MATERIALAn interactive learning media based on e-LKPD can foster students’ creativity and learning interest, especially when presented with a simple and engaging design. Stoichiometry is one of the chemistry topics that involves abstract concepts. Therefore, the implementation of the STEAM-PjBL approach can help students connect concepts and theories with real-life contexts, making the learning process more relevant and meaningful. This study aims to identify the development process, usage procedures, feasibility of the media according to material and instructional design experts, teachers’ evaluations, and students’ responses toward the STEAM-PjBL-oriented e-LKPD developed for the stoichiometry topic. The development of the STEAM-PjBL-oriented e-LKPD employed the Lee Owens development model. The research instruments included interview guidelines and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study show that the material expert and instructional design expert assessments fall into the “satisfactory” category. Furthermore, the teachers’ evaluation obtained an average score of 4.9, categorized as “highly feasible,” and students gave positive responses during the small-group trial with a percentage score of 89.06%, categorized as “excellent.”

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG), STAKEHOLDER PRESSURE, AND FIRM SIZE ON THE QUALITY OF SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS IN COMPANIES IN THE CONSUMER NON-CYCLICAL SECTOR IDX-IC This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Stakeholder Pressure, and Firm Size on the quality of Sustainability Reports in non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and the official websites of each company. The research sample consisted of 21 companies. This study used a quantitative approach. This study sought to determine whether good corporate governance, stakeholder pressure, and firm size affect the quality of sustainability reports. Sample collection used purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis method used in this study was Panel Data Regression with data processing analysis using Microsoft Office Software Excel 2021 and eViews 12. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance and Stakeholder Pressure did not affect the quality of Sustainability Reports, while Firm Size had a positive effect on the quality of Sustainability Reports.

Abstract

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT STRATEGY OF PERTAMINA FUEL STATIONS THROUGH EDITORIAL CONTENT PLANNING: A STUDY AT VISI AGIA GLOBAL The development of social media has encouraged public service organizations to manage digital communication in a more structured and strategic manner, including Pertamina fuel stations as providers of public energy services. This study aims to analyze editorial content planning in the management of the @spbupertamina social media account by examining message design and audience interaction management. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach conducted through an internship program at PT Visi Agia Global, the agency involved in managing Pertamina fuel station social media. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using McGuire’s Message Processing Model as the primary theoretical framework and the Circular Model of SOME as a supporting operational framework. The findings indicate that editorial content planning is carried out systematically through the preparation of editorial calendars, theme determination, content format selection, publication scheduling, and content evaluation, which are designed to support the stages of audience message processing. In addition, audience interaction management is implemented in a structured and continuous manner through the cycle of share, optimize, manage, and engage. This study concludes that the integration of cognitively oriented message planning and cyclical social media management contributes to the effectiveness of Pertamina fuel stations’ digital communication as a public energy service.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY AND EXTENSION PARTICIPATION ON FORMAL MICROCREDIT ACCESS AMONG VEGETABLE FARMERSThis study analyzes the influence of financial literacy and extension participation on access to formal microcredit among vegetable farmers in Cikidang Village, West Bandung Regency. Access to financing remains a major challenge for small-scale farmers in Indonesia, largely due to low financial literacy, limited knowledge of financing products, and minimal interaction with formal financial institutions. These conditions often reduce farmers’ confidence in applying for credit and hinder their ability to meet administrative requirements set by lenders. The research employed a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to 127 farmers and logistic regression analysis. The findings indicate that both financial literacy and extension participation have a positive and significant effect on access to formal microcredit. The regression model explains 57.9% of the variation in credit access. A one-unit increase in financial literacy raises the likelihood of obtaining credit by 2.15 times, while participation in extension activities increases the likelihood by up to 29.76 times. These results emphasize that farmers with stronger financial understanding are better equipped to recognize the benefits of credit, manage risks, and complete required documentation. Likewise, extension activities enhance farmers’ knowledge of credit procedures, application steps, and strategies for using loans productively. Overall, improving financial literacy and strengthening extension participation are essential measures to enhance farmers’ access to formal microcredit services and support sustainable agricultural development.

Abstract

UTILIZATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE LEARNING AND STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AT SMK NEGERI 1 SIMPANG EMPATThe integration of digital technology within the Merdeka Belajar policy has become an essential component in enhancing the effectiveness and interactivity of learning, particularly in vocational education. In the context of vocational high schools (SMK), the use of technology not only supports visual presentation of material but also strengthens student engagement in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology and its contribution to learning effectiveness and student activeness at SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Empat, Banjar Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach involving the principal, productive and normative subject teachers, as well as students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification of findings. The results show that digital technologies such as Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Google Classroom, and interactive digital media have been utilized in learning with varying levels of intensity across subjects. The use of IFP supports the visualization of practical procedures, while digital platforms facilitate task management, communication, and feedback. The use of technology has been proven to improve learning effectiveness by providing more flexible access to materials and clearer instructional delivery. Student activeness also increases through digital discussions, collaboration, and more responsive participation in learning activities. Challenges encountered include unstable internet connectivity, variation in digital literacy skills, and limited access to devices among students. The study concludes that digital technology contributes positively to learning effectiveness and student activeness. Further optimization requires strengthening teachers’ digital pedagogical competence, improving network infrastructure, and providing student support to enhance digital literacy.
