Abstract

The transfer of positions from administrative positions to functional ones is one of the ways to optimize the career development. policy for transferring positions was carried out without going through good preparation since it was established or at the time of its implementation. This study aims to analyze the optimization of career development through the transformation of administrative position into functional position in Makassar City. This study used a qualitative research method with the type of descriptive research. The data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusions drawing/ verifying. The results show that in transformation position from administrative into functional can optimized the career development.

Abstract

The economic system adopted by Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution has the implied meaning of placing the people in a noble position. An economy that always prioritizes the people with the principles of social justice or a just and prosperous society. An idea emerged from the community, namely in the Ismuhu Yahya Mosque area to move the Indonesian economy by launching the "Pasar Bahagia" program. It aims to help the government eradicate poverty. The Ismuhu Yahya Mosque, located in Parit Baru Village, Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan, is also in the midst of a heterogeneous society, both religion and ethnicity. The role of the village head in providing support for ideas made by the mosque makes everything run smoothly without any friction with the community in general. The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods using descriptive analysis. By conducting interviews with the mosque, beneficiaries of the “Pasar Bahagia” program, and village heads. The result obtained from the "Pasar Bahagia" program is the creation of a happy society, because there is basic food assistance and vegetables that can be used to meet basic needs for one or two days. In addition, there are many benefits from a health perspective, people become mentally healthy and increase their faith so that when they return home, they can spread positive energy in their surroundings. The village head also feels very grateful for the presence of the Ismuhu Yahya Mosque. It is hoped that the role of mosques in all regions can be optimized for the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the development of creativity and business innovation in furniture making using the SCAMPER technique in Manongkoki Village, enabling furniture entrepreneurs to enhance their creativity and innovation in business development. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation of the research subjects. The development of creativity and business innovation in furniture making using the SCAMPER technique is highly effective for furniture entrepreneurs as it helps generate new creative ideas and introduce innovations that can enhance product value and meet the evolving market demands. Additionally, the SCAMPER technique can be applied in various fields since each element of SCAMPER is not limited to a specific aspect, making it versatile for use in any area.

Abstract

Compliance of taxpayers is a crucial component in the implementation of self-assessment in tax collection in Indonesia. The Directorate General of Taxes has undergone organizational changes, particularly in tax service and supervision, as an effort to enhance tax payment order. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of tax service and supervision in explaining and predicting taxpayer compliance, with taxpayer awareness as a mediating variable. The study population consists of strategic taxpayers at the Primary Tax Service Office in Cilegon, totaling 529, with a sample size of 98 respondents. The independent variables in this study are tax service and tax supervision, while the dependent variable is taxpayer compliance, and taxpayer awareness serves as a mediating variable. Variable measurements were conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM PLS) software, yielding results that tax service and tax supervision significantly influence taxpayer compliance. Tax service and tax supervision also significantly affect taxpayer awareness. Taxpayer awareness, in turn, significantly influences taxpayer compliance. This research is expected to provide managerial implications for the implementation of organizational changes, especially in the functions of tax service and supervision.

Abstract

In the digital era, the integration of local wisdom with public services presents a unique opportunity to enhance community engagement and effectiveness. This study, grounded in qualitative research methodologies, explores how local cultural and traditional knowledge can be seamlessly incorporated into the digital infrastructure of public services. The primary objective is to assess the impact of local wisdom on the efficiency and user satisfaction of public services in a digitized context. By employing in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and thematic analysis, the research delves into the experiences of community members and service providers. The findings reveal that embedding local wisdom in digital services not only preserves cultural heritage but also increases the accessibility and relevance of these services to the local populace. This approach fosters a sense of community ownership and enhances trust in digital platforms. The study concludes that the marriage of local wisdom with digital innovation in public services not only aligns with contemporary technological advancements but also ensures the retention of cultural identity, offering a balanced path forward in the digitalization era.

Abstract

The objectives of the research in this title are: 1), To analyze how much service quality at Perum Damri Makassar City is, 2) To analyze how much customer satisfaction Perum Damri Makassar City has, and, 3) To analyze how much influence Perum Damri service quality has on customer satisfaction in Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative. The population of this study is users of Damri transportation services in Makassar City in 2020-2022 with a total of 1740 people. The research sample consisted of 174 people. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research showed that processing the data for each respondent's answers resulted in 62% uncertain answers. The first problem formulation shows the results that the service quality of Perum Damri in Makassar City can influence the service benchmark (X) of Perum Damri in Makassar City. The second problem formulation shows that the affirmative answer reaches 55% of the benchmarks used, thus affecting customer satisfaction regarding interest in using Damri Makassar City transportation services. Meanwhile, the third problem formulation shows that the independent sample T-test output obtained a Sig-(2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it is in accordance with the basis for decision-making in the independent sample T-test, which concludes that there is a difference. Making decisions based on the Fcount and Ftable output values above, obtained an Fcount value of 0.071.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a pivotal approach to addressing both societal and environmental challenges, integrating entrepreneurial principles with the goal of creating social and environmental value alongside economic sustainability. This paper explores the intersection of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development, examining how social entrepreneurs leverage innovation, resourcefulness, and business acumen to tackle complex issues such as poverty, inequality, environmental degradation, and climate change. By integrating the principles of sustainable development, social entrepreneurs aim to create ventures that promote long-term environmental stewardship and social equity. The study employs a qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to investigate the motivations, strategies, and challenges of social entrepreneurship. Key findings highlight the characteristics of social entrepreneurs, their contributions to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the systemic changes they foster. The paper also discusses the challenges faced by social entrepreneurs, such as access to funding and impact measurement, and identifies opportunities for growth through impact investing and technological advancements. The future of social entrepreneurship appears promising, with the potential for significant contributions to sustainable development through continued support and collaboration among stakeholders. The paper concludes by emphasizing the critical role of education, capacity-building, and multi-stakeholder partnerships in scaling the impact of social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Building Block Games on the Social Emotional Behavior of Children Aged 4-5 Years at KB Raodhatut Thalibin, Lautang Village, Belawa District. Based on observations of the reality in the field, the problem is that children's social-emotional behavior is still low because building block game activities in play are still rarely carried out because children use slides, swings, climbing irons, and spider webs. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental research type with a research design that is a nonequaivalent control group design. The population in this study were children aged 4-5 years in the Raodhatut Thalibin KB, Lautang Village, Belawa District. Sampling in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 12 children with 6 children as the experimental group and 6 children as the control group. The data collection technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric statistical analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the social emotional behavior of children who were treated with building block games in the experimental group was better than the control group. The results showed that building block game activities had a significant influence on the social-emotional behavior of children aged 4-5 years at the Raodhatut Thalibin KB, Lautang Village, Belawa District.

Abstract

be considered by the local government and stakeholders in each region. Security and order are "public goods" that are needed by every citizen. This article explains the actual condition of tourism destination management in the aspects of security and order and community obedience. The type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach is used to explain the noumena (meaning) behind the phenomenon (fact) regarding security, order and obedience of the people of Tana Toraja Indonesia. The results of the study found that the actual situation and conditions were created that were safe and orderly as a form of obedience of citizens to tourism destinations in Tana Toraja. The situation and conditions are created not only because it is a manifestation of the local cultural values of the Toraja people who are happy to receive visitors or tourists, but also a proof of the success of the institution of the Republic of Indonesia Police (Polri) through the role of Bhayangkara Pembina Keamanan dan Ketertiban (Bhabinkamtibmas) together with the institution of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) through the role of its personnel at the lower level. The synergy of these roles supported by obedience and active participation of the local community can be of added value as a precondition for competitive advantage in the development of sustainable tourism destinations based on community participation.

Abstract

A great and successful innovation is one that endures even after the leadership has changed and the managers have moved. The organizer or person in charge must maintain the current level of innovation. The local government must apply sustainable improvements. In addition to striving to improve the welfare of the village community, the sustainability of village innovations employs a notion of sustainable development management. As a result, community welfare as a result of village innovation can increase development that is felt not only by the current generation, but also by the community in the future. This study applied a qualitative approach with literature review method. Interviews are used to acquire data. The literature review was carried out by examining the sustainability of the Mallari village government's Village Innovation in South Sulawesi Province, Bone Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the sustainability of village innovation from a variety of perspectives, including economic, social, and environmental. The result of the study showed that the sustainability of village innovations implemented in Mallari village is influenced by a variety of factors, including social, economic, and environmental factors.
