Abstract

Kehadiran pandemi Covid-19 menampakkan dampak-dampak sampingan terhadap anak-anak dan remaja. Ini terlihat dari gejala-gejala dampak negatif penggunaan gawai yang berlebihan membuat orang tua dan guru kewalahan. Melihat masalah ini, kelompok Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat program studi Sastra Indonesia Universitas Pamulang pun berupaya untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada gawai lewat kegiatan mendongeng. Adapun kegiatan mendongeng dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu aktivitas pradongeng, kegiatan selama dongeng berlangsung dan kegiatan pasca dongeng. Untuk memastikan pesan yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik, kelompok PKM menerapkan teori Alan H Monroe yang meliputi lima langkah dalam penyusunan pesan, yakni: (a) attention (perhatian), (b) need (kebutuhan), (c) satisfaction (pemuasan), (d) visualization (visualisasi), dan (e) action (tindakan). Hasil dari pengabdian ini, dengan penerapan teknik mendongeng yang tepat, peserta didik merespons dengan baik dan antusias mengikuti kegiatan mendongeng hingga selesai. Keberhasilan dari aktivitas mendongeng itu terlihat dari kemampuan peserta didik menjawab pertanyaan dari pendongeng.Kata Kunci : Anak, Dongeng, Gawai

Abstract

Tanah merupakan sumber daya yang sudah sangat diperlukan saat ini, hal ini disebabkan meledaknya populasi pertumbuhan manusia yang tentunya membutuhkan lahan untuk tempat hidup yang bersifat primer. Sehingga mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan antara persediaan tanah dengan kebutuhan akan tanah. Maka tidak heran jika tanah merupakan sumber konflik yang paling tinggi. Peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli idealnya dilakukan terhadap tanah-tanah yang sudah didaftarkan hak atas tanahnya (bersertifikat), karena akan menimbulkan resiko hukum yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan jual beli hak atas tanah yang belum bersertifikat. Sertifikat tanah merupakan tanda bukti yang berlaku sebagai alat pembuktian yang sah dan kuat sepanjang data di dalam sertifikat itu sesuai dengan data yang terdapat di dalam surat ukur dan buku tanah yang terdapat di Kantor Pertanahan. Terhadap obyek jual beli hak atas tanah yang belum didaftarkan atau belum bersertifkat lebih menekankan kejelian dan kehati-hatian dari pembeli dan PPAT yang membuat akta jual beli tanahnya, agar jelas dan terang penjual bahwa penjual adalah pemilik hak yang sebenarnya. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 Tentang Pendaftaran Tanah menyatakan bahwa untuk kepentingan pemindahan hak kepada Kantor Pertanahan, jual beli hak atas tanah harus dibuktikan dengan akta PPAT. Namun dalam keadaan tertentu, Kepala Kantor Pertanahan dapat mendaftar pemindahan hak atas tanah bidang tanah Hak Milik, jika para pihaknya (penjual dan pembeli) perseorangan warga negara Indonesia yang dibuktikan dengan akta yang tidak dibuat oleh PPAT, tetapi kebenarannya dianggap cukup untuk mendaftar pemindahan hak yang bersangkutan. Di samping itu jual beli hak atas tanah yang belum bersertifikat harus memenuhi persyaratan materil dan formil dalam proses peralihan hak atas tanah agar memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada para pihak. Setiap perbuatan yang dimaksudkan memindahkan Hak Milik atas tanah di atur dengan Peraturan Pemerintah. Hal ini di amanatkan oleh Pasal 26 Peraturan Dasar Pokok-pokok Agraria (UUPA) . Ketentuan pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia diatur dalam UUPA Pasal 19 Jo Pasal 37 ayat (1) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah “Peralihan hak atas tanah dan hak milik atas satuan rumah susun melalui jual beli, tukar menukar, hibah, pemasukan dalam perusahaan dan perbuatan hukum pemindahan hak lainnya, kecuali pemindahan hak melalui lelang hanya dapat didaftarkan jika dibuktikan dengan akta yang dibuat Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) yang berwenang menurut ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan”. Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 10 Tahun 1961 dan kemudian diganti dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah yang berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 8 Oktober 1997. Kedua peraturan ini merupakan bentuk pelaksanaan pendaftaran tanah dalam rangka recht kadaster yang bertujuan memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum kepada pemegang hak atas tanah, dengan alat bukti yang dihasilkan pada akhir proses pendaftaran tanah yaitu berupa sertifikat tanah. Sertifikat tanah terdiri dari salinan buku tanah dan surat ukur. Sertifikat hak atas tanah tersebut merupakan alat pembuktian yang kuat. Pasal 32 ayat (2) dan Pasal 38 ayat (2) UUPA menyatakan bahwa sertifikat tanah merupakan suatu tanda bukti yang kuat dan bukan merupakan tanda bukti yang mutlak.Kata Kunci : Sertifikat, Hak Atas Tanah, UUPA

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam  rumah tangga ialah perbuatan tindakan terhadap seseorang, terutamanya wanita, yang mengakibatkan kesengsaraan atau penderitaan fisik, seksual, psikologi, dan/atau pengabaian rumah tangga termasuk ancaman untuk melakukan perbuatan, paksaan, atau perampasan kebebasan yang menyalahi undang-undang dalam lingkungan rumah tangga. Kekerasan dalam  rumah tangga (KDRT) boleh berbentuk fisik, emosi, fisiologi dan penderaan, seksual, pengabaian dan lain-lain yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor. Maraknya kasus tindak pidana yang dilakukan di dalam rumah tangga dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait pemidanaan pelaku tindak pidana , dan Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan hukum pemidanaan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga oleh suami terhadap istri. PKM ini menyasar kepada masyarakat desa Kuripan Ciseeng Bogor. Metode pada PKM ini dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan/ceramah, Diskusi, dan disertai dengan tanya jawab. Hasil dari PKM ini memberikan masukan kepada masyarakat dalam terjadinya tindak pidana KDRT.Kata Kunci: Tindak Pidana, Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga

Abstract

Village tourism is one of the community empowerment programs to maximize the potential of a village to improve the welfare of its people. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and study of documents. Community empowerment is done by optimizing the village tourism program to be a tourism commodity based on the local potential of the community so that the household economy of the local community can improve. Untung Jawa tourism village has provided a change for the community especially in increasing the knowledge and economy of the community. Therefore the community empowerment program in the Tourism Village can be used as a reference in other community empowerment activities. Continuous Development Improving the Quality of Human Resources in Facing Global Competition as a Tourism Area, Community-Based Economic Empowerment on Local Potential Against Household Economic Improvement. The development of community-based tourism objects or community based tourism is the concept of developing a tourist destination through the empowerment of local communities, where the community contributes to the planning, management, and voting in the form of decisions in its development. The purpose of community empowerment assistance to local potential is to provide assistance for the creation and utilization of local potentials in improving the economy.

Abstract

Learning from the Ministry of Finance Corporate University utilizes the Ministry of Finance Learning Center as a Knowledge Management. This paper wants to know and analyze how Knowledge Management is implemented in the Ministry of Finance Learning Center. The method used is qualitative with inductive logic analysis. The results of the study indicate that it is implemented using the internet. The formation of knowledge sharing habits has been implemented, but there are still many learning videos with few viewers, it should be made based on the eyes of the training in the Pusdiklat or subjects in PKN STAN. The making of learning videos is still dominated by Widyaiswara, officials or employees of the Directorate General of Taxes as very little Group Owner Skills, so rules need to be made that require officials or employees of the Directorate General of Tax to make learning videos based on best practice and tacit knowledge. Knowledge Management regulation umbrella is the Regulation of the Head of the Financial Education and Training Agency and Minister of Finance Regulation. The Knowledge Management strategy in the Ministry of Finance Learning Center is aligned with the Ministry of Finance's change management strategy because it is one of the central themes of the strategic initiative of the Ministry of Finance's bureaucratic reform program and institutional transformation.

Abstract

The purpose of PKM activities is to help solve the problems of partners to become independent and lead to a productive economy by utilizing corncob waste. The PKM partner is corn farmers in Desa Saentis which is ± 25 km or 40 minutes from UMN Al-Washliyah. The partner priority issues are ; (1) aspects of production, including; a) partners do not have the knowledge and skills in processing corncobs; b) partners never to training processing corncobs from the government or the private sector; c) partners don’t have the appropriate technology to process corncobs into handicraft items. (1) aspects of production, including: a) Focus Group Discussion on the potential of corn waste into handicraft items; b) the use of appropriate technology in the form of grinding machines and hacksaw to make handicrafts from corncobs; c) Benchmarking partners corn cob crafter; and d) training to design handicraft made from corn cobs. Output targets include: 1) grinding machines and hacksaw; 2) enhancing partner skills in the production of handicraft items made from corn cobs; 3) design of handicraft made from corn cobs such as tissue boxes, decorative lamps, placemats.

Abstract

Untung Jawa Village, DKI Jakarta is one of the tourist destinations of both local and international tourists in the Administrative District of the Thousand Islands District. As a tourist attraction, Untung Jawa Island cannot be separated from the problem of garbage or waste, one of which is the waste is in the form of a plastic bottle for drinks. The Industrial Engineering Study Program, Pamulang University, in its Community Service activities, carries out the activities of utilizing plastic bottles to become science learning media or interactive science in the form of water rocket props. The water rocket props not only enhance the understanding of scientific phenomena related to Newton's Law but can also open up opportunities for students to take part in regional, national and international water rocket competitions. Untung Jawa Village Community, Untung Jawa residents of DKI Jakarta who participated in the program of developing plastic bottle waste utilization as many as 45 participants and gave positive responses to interactive science learning media as many as 30 participants (66%), interested in regional competitions 26 participants (58%), interested international competition 15 participants (33%), and interested in applying the science learning media + competition 9 participants (20%)Keywords: plastic bottle waste, science learning media, water rocket

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an alternative in reducing poverty problem, by developing businesses or entrepreneurships that create jobs. Many people on the Untung Jawa island have become entrepreneurs to meet their daily lives. The problem arises in entrepreneurship is to maintain the quality of products and services, because one of the keys to business sustainability is the reliable products. Furthermore, maintaining the quality is important because it can reduce costs and prevent consumer disappointment that is caused by damaged product. In addition to controlling product quality, it is necessary to have good financial management because businesses that have a good marketing ability but have a poor financial management will fail and after that they will need to build a business mentality. The method used in quality development, financial management and mental building are through counseling, discussions and simulations method through the development and mentoring activities of the Kepulauan Seribu community with the theme of product quality development, financial management and building business mentality to improve the living standards of the Kepulauan Seribu community. From the 20 participants who attended the program, they mostly could understand, although there was still a need to follow up the training to improve understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills about management and accounting for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This activity was attended by the management of BUMDes in eight villages, Makian Island, South Halmahera with a total of 40 participants. The methods used are lectures, group practices, and evaluations. The result of this activity is that BUMDes management can make BUMDes business plans using canvas models and can carry out simple accounting records, including cash records, budget realization reports, and income statements.

Abstract

The provision of legal aid is one way to realize access to justice for the poor given by the state on the mandate of the constitution. Several regulations regarding legal aid have been issued by the state through the law and implementing regulations. The most explicit statutory provisions governing the provision of legal assistance are Law No. 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. But the facts in the community, the regulations that have been made have not been effectively implemented so that the meaning of access to justice is biased. The ineffectiveness of the application of legal aid in Indonesia is an interesting legal issue to be followed up immediately to make effective the provision of legal aid in order to realize access to justice for the poor. Based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that was signed between the Faculty of Law at the University of Pamulang with the District of North Serpong, then as a follow up is the implementation of Community Service (PKM) in all sub-district in the Serpong Utara District, one of which is Lengkong Karya Sub-District. This is one form of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which is an obligation of the academic community of Pamulang University. Lack of socialization and access to information on free legal assistance for the poor among the increasing number of people who are in conflict with the law, either because they are victims, perpetrators, or witnesses of criminal cases, such as murder, theft, etc., or become parties to civil matters such as divorce, inheritance, land disputes, etc. So that this legal counseling activity is very urgent to do in order to guarantee the rights of the poor to legal assistance in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. This journal is a mandatory output from PKM that has been conducted in accordance with PKM Edition XII guidelines. PKM activities have been carried out on 9-11 October 2019. Located in the Lengkong Karya Village Head Office, with staff members from the Lengkong Karya sub-district and other community groups, such as women who are administrators of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK). There are two stages of the method of implementing PKM; First, the preparation stage which contains surveys and preparation of activity material; Second, the implementation phase is carried out using two methods, namely counseling and discussion.
