Abstract

This research purpose to explore and analyze the functions and purposes of developing a multicultural Islamic religious education curriculumat Al-Fakhriyah Makassar Islamic Junior High School. The researcher use qualitative research method with a case study approach, data collection using participatory observation, structured and unstructured interviews, and documentation, and then the data is processed by analyzing it through an interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman.. The results of this research is the functions of developing a multicultural curriculum at Al-Fakhriyah Makassar Islamic Junior High School include: (1) serving as a guide for educators gives learning and evaluation especially multicultural-based learning, (2) as pillars or guidelines is required by educators, and (3) as a catalyst for students development. While, the purpose of developing a multicultural curriculum at Al-Fakhriyah Makassar Islamic Junior High School is to produce students with comprehensive and multicultural capabilities in line with the vision and mission of the school. The development of the Islamic religious education curriculum has proven to enhance students competencies, achievements, and tolerance. However, some Islamic religious education subjects have difficulty in completing them. Abstract

This research examines the philosophical values ??of the tradition of sowing yellow rice in the wedding procession in the customs of the Banjar tribe from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is normative-empirical with a qualitative approach. People believe that sprinkling yellow rice on the bride and groom is a symbol of good luck and success. The philosophy of the yellow rice throwing procession at this wedding aims to; firstly, so that the bride and groom get sufficient sustenance, secondly, they become a married couple who respect each other, thirdly they avoid temptation/repulsion, fourthly they can run their household well. When viewed from the perspective of the implementation procession and the rules regarding applicable procedures, this tradition actually has a positive purpose for the newly married bride and groom. Not only the bride and groom, but also for all related parties, family, relatives and society in general. Abstract

Learning motivation is an important factor in supporting student learning success, but learning motivation is influenced by the ongoing learning atmosphere, a boring, stiff and passive learning atmosphere will influence student learning motivation. Ice Breaking is an activity that aims to break down the stiff and boring learning atmosphere. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, while the analysis used is a pattern of reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. From this study, the results showed that Ice Breaking was able to raise students' learning motivation. This can be seen from the indication of an increase in the average student learning rate from 67.8 to 80.4. Abstract

The The purpose of writing this article is to find out the Constitutional Rights of Indonesian Citizens Who Become Workers Abroad, Indonesian Migrant Workers (Overseas Migrant Workers) are every citizen who is eligible to work abroad in employment for a certain period of time by receiving wages. The labors are protect by Law Number 39 Year 2004 on the placement and protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (Overseas Migrant Workers) abroad. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers’ according to Law Number 39 Year 2004 concerning the placement and protection of workers abroad and how the implementation of Law No. 39 of 2004 For Indonesian Migrant Workers. Type of research used is descriptive analytical, the method used in this research is approach legislation. A legislative approach is an approach that is undertaken by incorporating relevant laws and regulations pertaining to legal issues being addressed. Based on the description of the background and discussion of this research, it can be concluded that the protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers according to Law Number 39 Year 2004 concerning the placement and protection of workers abroad of pre-placement, during placement, post-placement. As well as supervision of the implementation and protection of Indonesian workers carried out with the objective of reporting job vacancy, compulsory report on employment in the company, and job training. The application of Indonesian Migrant Workers Law pursuant to Law Number 39 Year 2004 is intended to protect the basic rights of workers / laborers and ensure equal opportunity and treatment without discrimination on any basis to achieve workers' welfare and the government remains accountable The fate of Indonesian Migrant Workers and protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers and with the existence of Article 94 of Law Number 39 Year 2004 mandates to establish BNP2TKI as an institution assigned by the state to provide legal protection to Indonesian Migrant Workers. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation education and the description of religious moderation in Sintang Regency, West Kalimanatan Province. This type of research is qualitative research with a philosophical, sociological, theological and juridical approach. The informants in this research consisted of; Chairman of the Mosque/FKUB, Chairman of DMI, Head of the Ministry of Religion Office and Chairman of the Cathedral. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and reference tracking. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research showed that the implementation of religious moderation education in Sintang Regency first needed socialization conveyed through an interview with the Head of the Ministry of Religion when giving directions and opening the Religious Moderation Strengthening Training in Sintang Regency, Sintang Regent's Praja Office. Furthermore, the Head of the Ministry of Religion emphasized that solving problems through dialogue is a sign of being a civilized nation. Description of the life of the Religious Moderation Society in Sintang Regency. Based on the results of interviews with Mr. H. Anang Nurkholis who serves as chairman of the Great An-Nur Sintang Mosque, as well as the administrator of the FKUB of Sintang Regency, information was obtained that religious moderation means that we place religion in a moderate (middle) way. , not being panicked, and not taking sides, meaning we remain in the middle position. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate item fit through the application of the Rasch model. The research involved 40 English as a foreign language student who took part in an essay writing class as part of a TOEFL iBT course, with writing samples gathered in partnership with the language center offering the TOEFL iBT classes. The research methodology utilizes the Rasch model with Winsteps software for quantitative analysis, employing three key statistical outputs: a "statistical summary output" to provide overall data and figures, item statistics to assess item validity, and participant statistics to evaluate participant validity. Based on the interpretation of misfit order Rasch measurement for item fit, four items ("Content," "Structure," "Mechanic," and "Diction") demonstrated excellent alignment with the Rasch model. All items exhibited Outfit Mean Square (MNSQ) values below the expected 1.0 yet within the acceptable range (0.5 - 1.5), indicating better-than-expected fit, with "Diction" showing the highest conformity. The Outfit Z-Standard (ZSTD) values for all items were near zero, signifying no significant deviations from the model. High Point Measure Correlations (PT Measure Corr) of 0.91 for "Content" and "Diction" and 0.88 for "Structure" and "Mechanic" suggest strong consistency with the overall measured ability, affirming the significant and valid contributions of these items to the scale's measurement objectives. Thus, all four items are deemed excellent within the applied measurement scale, particularly "Diction," which exhibits the highest model fit. Keywords: Item Fit, Academic Writing, Rasch Measurement

Abstract

This research is to determine the independence and discipline of students in learning PAI at SMA Muhammadiyah Susukan, Semarang Regency. Independence and discipline are the keys to the success of a learning activity. This study used a qualitative approach, in obtaining data researchers used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that students' intellectual independence in learning PAI at SMA Muhammadiyah Intellectual independence and student discipline in learning PAI at SMA Muhammadiyah Susukan. The intellectual independence of students at Muhammadiyah High School Susukan is reflected through activities including: literacy reading the Qur'an, midday and midday prayers in congregation, and cults, student work titles in the form of call to prayer, tartil, qiro'ah, performing arts dance and painting. e. Efforts to increase student independence and discipline in learning PAI. Efforts made at SMA Muhammadiyah Susukan in increasing student independence, especially in PAI learning include: using models in learning activities, providing fun material, giving appreciation or praise. Efforts to improve student discipline in learning PAI at Muhammadiyah High School Susukan through the following: implementing class rules, punishments or sanctions and giving. (3) Inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing students' intellectual independence and discipline in PAI learning at Muhammadiyah High School Susukan include: Inhibiting factors in increasing students' intellectual independence as follows: student background, lack of books provided, internal factors, namely laziness, lack of communication from the teacher. Abstract

An important factor in realizing quality education in schools is school-based management. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the implementation of school-based management improves the quality of education at SDN 3 Lemah Mekar. The research methodology used in this study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the analysis show that school-based management at SDN 3 Lemah Mekar has been implemented well. This can be seen in the work meeting at the beginning of the school year involving all parties at the school. Then, the strategy used in this school uses the PAIKEM strategy (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning), differentiated learning, scientific learning and strategies that lead to 21st century learning. Finally, there is community participation in education for democratic participation. This forum must also ensure openness and responsibility in the education process. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of education, school-based management must involve the participation of the entire school community in implementing principles such as independence, responsibility, participation, and transparency, with the main goal of improving the quality of education that is consistent with all parties involved.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the implementation of morals through outbound at the Alam Lampung School. This research is included in field research and the type of research used is qualitative research. The data presentation in this research uses descriptive data presentation using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results obtained in this research are Al Karim Lampung Natural School and Lampung Natural School which have four additional curriculum models besides the curriculum 2013, namely the Islamic Morals Curriculum, Science Logic Curriculum, Leadership Curriculum, and Entrepreneurship Curriculum. Outbound is a learning method in the open that can shape students' character, especially morals, through direct experience which is expressed through the learning process carried out. Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze exemplary values, application, results, supporting and inhibiting factors, from the application of exemplary values ??by Islamic teachers in forming good morals at MTs Al-Falah Sinar Gunung and MTs Mathlaul Anwar Lansbaw, Tanggamus Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. So the data collected is analyzed using data reduction steps, data display.
