Abstract

The birth of the Medina Charter after the Prophet Muhammad SAW moved to Yathrib/Medina. The Prophet together with all the people of Medina created a cultural foundation, building harmony in religious, economic, social and political life. The researcher discusses the Maqoshid Syariah values ​​from Jaseer Auda's perspective in the Medina Charter. The aim of this research is to analyze the Maqoshid Syariah values ​​from Jaseer Auda's perspective in the Medina Charter. The type of research used is a case study, which is a type of research that explores a problem with detailed boundaries, with in-depth data collection, and includes various sources of information. This research is limited by time and place. Data analysis in this research was carried out during and after data collection and analysis (interpretation), the aim of which was to sharpen the focus of observations and deepen questions related to the topic under study. Data analysis after data collection is a continuation of the previous analysis, where data is presented systematically and confirms propositions, hypotheses, concepts or models built based on field data. In the Indonesian context, the Medina Charter offers a model of democracy developed by the Prophet which emphasizes equality, fairness, justice and civility. This research also shows that the values ​​of Jasser Auda's Maqashid Syariah in the Medina Charter are very relevant in dealing with various socio-political problems in Metro Lampung City. These values ​​include harmony, justice and civility which are applied in various aspects of life, including religious and state life. Abstract

The Nurul Falah Islamic Boarding School has a program that runs from year to year which focuses on improving the knowledge of Arabic language and fiqh which is packaged in the Musabaqoh Qira'atil Polar (MQK). Arabic linguistics in Musabaqah Qira'atil Polar (MQK) is studied using the yellow book, this is because Islamic boarding schools use the yellow book as their teaching material. Therefore, this research aims to observe the role of Musabaqah Qira'atil Polar (MQK) especially in learning Arabic in terms of maharah kalam (speaking skills), maharah Qira'ah (reading skills), and Qawa'id wa tarjamah ( grammar and translation). The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data was analyzed by triangulation, with stages of data collection (interviews, observation and documentation), data reduction, data presentation, and finally verification. From the results of the research findings, it can be concluded that the MQK carried out in Islamic boarding schools plays a very important role in learning Arabic language knowledge, this is obtained from the preparation process, implementation, and afterwards. Abstract

The aim of this research is to present the preparation of LKPD development. This article uses a qualitative method, a qualitative approach with the type of research being library research. LKPD can be interpreted as learning resources or teaching materials or supporting facilities that can be used to assist educators in training students' skills in accordance with the objectives that have been set to discover concepts through steps or activities as well as problems or questions that have been prepared. The steps that can be taken in compiling the LKPD are conducting curriculum analysis, curriculum analysis, drawing up a needs map, determining the title of the LKPD and writing the LKPD. In preparing it, there are several concepts that must be taken into account, such as benefits, preparation requirements and structure or format or components. The development of LKPD can be done with the creativity of educators. Developing LKPD in PAI subjects is the task of educators and is expected to direct students to have good attitudes, knowledge and skills, as well as character to create a dignified nation and be able to solve various problems in everyday life. Abstract

The rise of the issue of environmental damage has become a global problem of concern, most of the causes come from human actions themselves. This study aims to examine the interpretation of Qs. Ar-Rum: 41 which explains the destruction of "fasad" on earth, this research will also examine the principles, meaning and nature of human leadership related to environmental issues based on the objectives of shariah. This research uses a qualitative method conducted by library research from the perspective of Ibn Katsir's interpretation. The results showed that the Maqashidu Shari'ah theory has ecological values that can be used as a basis in preserving the environment. Interpretation of ecological interpretation also has great significance in dealing with environmental problems based on the Holy Qur'an as the main guide. This can be the basis for the development of Islamic law that is more environmentally friendly and provides an in-depth understanding of ecological values in Islamic law contained in maqashidu shari'ah (the goals of shari'ah) including: hifz al-din, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-nasl, hifz al-'aql and hifz al-mal which have a connection with preserving the environment this indicates that the interpretation of ecology (environment) is contextual along with the times.

Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is 1) to determine the efforts of tahfidz teachers in increasing their Al-Qur'an memorization skills. 2) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors that tahfidz teachers have in increasing their Al-Qur'an memorization skills with class X students at Menes Central Madrasah Aliyah.  This investigation applies a descriptive qualitative approach in the type of case study. The results of the investigation regarding the tahfidz teacher's efforts to improve the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an for class X students at the Menes Central Madrasah Aliyah are: 1) cooperation between tahfidz teachers and parents through personal communication, providing motivation to students, giving memorization targets to students, guiding students to continue muroja'ah, using talqqi and bin nazhar methods. The supporting factors in increasing students' Qur'an memorization, namely: 2) Conducive classroom atmosphere, classical learning system, Al-Qur'an mushaf facilities that are memorized for free, and listening to Al-quran murottal every morning. The inhibiting factors include: The temptation of social media and gadgets, students' lack of understanding of tajweed and the correct pronunciation of makhorijul huruf, students' changing conditions such as laziness to memorize, and limited time, which is only 3 lesson hours.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies of private school principals in Bekasi in attracting prospective new students amidst intense competition between schools using SWOT analysis.  The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach.  Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation.  The research results show that based on the SWOT analysis, school principals use two strategies in recruiting prospective new students.  Namely an internal strategy by improving infrastructure and quality of learning as well as implementing programs that are attractive to students.  Meanwhile, external strategies are carried out by collaborating with students, parents and the surrounding community to jointly promote the school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the management of the yellow book reading acceleration program using the Nubdzatul Bayan method at the Darullughah Walkaromah Kraksaan Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative research methods with a field study approach. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. And the analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman model, namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that accelerated management of yellow book reading through the Nubdzatul Bayan method can improve students' ability to read the yellow book in a faster time span.

Abstract

Education is expected to be a platform for fostering gender equality, where every individual has equal opportunities to develop and fully participate in the learning process. The main objective is to determine whether gender equality-based learning processes and interpersonal communication influence learning effectiveness. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The researchers focused on high school teachers in the Pasar Minggu district. Data were collected from 71 out of 250 teachers using the Slovin formula with a significance/error rate of 0.1 or 10%. The results of the study indicate that the gender equality-based learning variable does not have a significant relationship with learning effectiveness, as the t-value is smaller than the t-table value (0.516 < 1.295). The criteria for a significant relationship are that the t-value must be greater than the t-table value, significant at 0.608 > 0.1, with a significance criterion of sig < 0.1. Meanwhile, the interpersonal communication variable is said to have a relationship because the t-value is greater than the t-table value (3.583 > 1.295) and the significance value is 0.001 < 0.1, meeting the significance criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that gender equality-based learning does not have a relationship with learning effectiveness, but interpersonal communication does have a relationship with learning effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of the values of local wisdom that exist in Lampung on the philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri towards the education of the character of the pupils. This research is qualitative research using the kind of literary study research. The data is obtained from library research. The data collection technique used by this researcher is a library study. Data analysis technique in this research using qualitative analysis techniques in a deductive way. The results of the research have been obtained that local wisdom in particular, has an important role in the formation of the character of the student if it is able to be integrated well into the learning process. The local wisdom values of Piil Pesenggiri which include Bejuluk Buadek, Nemui Nyimah, Nenggah Nyappur and Sakai Sambayan are integrated into the values found in character education: honesty, self-confidence, religious, caring, nationalist, independent, creative, santun, gotong royong, intelligent, competitive, positive thinking, responsibility, and tolerance.

Abstract

The study analyzes the factors influencing student's learning readiness to enter elementary school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the Milles and Hubberman model, starting from data collection and then reducing the data to a more straightforward form so that it can be presented and easy for readers to understand, and the final step is concluding. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and literature study. Meanwhile, sample determination was carried out using a specially selected purposive sample. The research results show that age, intelligence, environment, and parental support determine student's learning readiness to enter elementary school.
