Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is assistance in the development of android-based handouts that are in accordance with the subjects taught by the teacher. This service team is a lecturer who teaches and is an expert in the fields of learning media, strategies and learning design. This is very helpful in solving partner problems. In addition, one of the research results of the service team in the form of learning media design contributes to choosing the right learning media for distance learning. Therefore, the training material includes two things, namely 1) getting to know handouts and the SAC application, 2) making android-based handouts using the SAC application. The method used in this activity is the lecture method, and demonstration or joint practice in making android-based handouts using SAC application that will be carried out by a team of lecturers at partner locations.

Abstract

Tuntutan pendidikan saat ini dan masa depan ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan intelektual dan profesionalisme, serta sikap, kepribadian, dan moral masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya, untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional, pendidikan usia dini sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang kreatif, adaptif, dan berkarakter terpuji. Guru berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran dengan mendampingi siswa khususnya di sekolah dasar. Sebagai Pendidik Profesional, tanggung jawab utama seorang guru adalah mendidik, mengajar, dan mengarahkan siswa untuk menciptakan manusia baru, beradab, mandiri, dan unggul. Peran ini menuntut penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menyampaikan bahan ajar kepada siswa. Oleh karena itu, untuk memaksimalkan perannya, seorang guru harus memahami empat pilar pendidikan, yang dapat dijadikan landasan untuk menyusun kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas sekolah dasar. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menerima pengetahuan dalam arti yang lebih luas, seperti belajar untuk mengetahui, melakukan, menjadi, dan hidup bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2022, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 24 orang mengajar di SDN Ratu Jaya 2 Depok.

Abstract

Statistika adalah materi yang diajarkan pada mata pelajaran matematika.guru merasa kesulitan dalam mengajarkan materi tersebut. Hal ini terjadi di SMP N 18 Padang. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan guru merasa kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalag sigil software.Sigil software ini merupakan salah satu software editor epub (electronic publication) yang bersifat open source.Penggunaannya terbilang cukup mudah.Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada guru SMP N 18 Padang bahwa banyak guru yang belum mengetahui penggunaan sigil software untuk membuat bahan ajar.Metode pelaksanaan aplikasi sigil software.Setelah melakukan pengabdian, guru-guru SMP N 18 Padang mampu menggunakan dan mengaplikasikan sigil software ini untuk membuat bahan ajar.

Abstract

The location of the Fatahillah Mosque in the Bulak Chain housing complex, East Jakarta. The age of the Fatahillah Mosque building is quite old, which is 40 years. Major repairs of buildings are unavoidable. With increasing age, the Fatahillah Mosque is increasingly used by the congregation, especially on Muslim holidays. Another renovation goal is the adjustment of the Qibla direction based on guidelines from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. On the design concept, the Architect as a team from Community Service conducted a study, using four Islamic concepts, namely Ijtihad, Taqlid, Not Exaggerated, and Rational. The design approach method is functional and elegant. Benefits for partners, Fatahillah Mosque is a mosque that has security, comfort, and adds solemnity to the congregation. Qibla direction that is in accordance with the guidelines of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. Fatahillah Mosque was redesigned with renovation properties from 300 worshipers to 600 worshipers with 3 floors. The ground floor is a multi-purpose room, while the second and third floors are prayer rooms. This new design will increase the comfort and solemnity of the congregation in worship. Architects carry out the design and socialization stages to mosque managers in a careful, structured, systematic manner. The problem seeking and problem solving stages are the key to the success of a design. State of the art in Community Service is the architect choosing and applying the concept of the Four Islamic concept design at the Fatahillah Bulak Chain Mosque, to get the right results according to the context and existing problems.

Abstract

This public service is intended to help partners at SDN Ratu Jaya 2 Depok increase teachers and students digital literacy. that is a part of a larger movement to make available educational resources designed specifically for use with online education. An approach known as "participatory action research" (PAR) is being used in this study. This endeavor is carried out by the findings of Digital material and digital literacy socialization and workshops; internet-based digital material compilation; internet-based digital material products in education. This investigational process yields digital material (quizizz) that can be implemented in online and offline pedagogy. Second, between the two tests, it is clear that teachers' levels of digital literacy have risen. The study's findings indicate that students can use the final product of digital material creation (quizziz) in their online learning process.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide direction to teachers so they can use various media according to the needs of students and those in the student environment. The teacher's freedom in choosing learning media in the independent curriculum can help students understand the material presented. This activity is a community service activity. This activity was carried out for one day with one meeting at one school. The implementation stages are, (1) introducing and reviewing material about Indonesian language teaching materials and learning media in the independent curriculum, (2) providing examples of teaching materials and learning media and providing training to teachers so they can apply teaching materials and media learning, and (3) teachers can use Indonesian language media and teaching materials in an independent curriculum that has been designed in such a way. The results of this activity show that the success of education depends on the quality of education in a country. The quality of education must be adjusted to the needs of students. To motivate students in the learning process, teacher expertise is needed in innovating teaching materials and learning media in the medical curriculum by paying attention to student characteristics and student learning types. Learning media is divided into three, namely auditory, visual, and kinesthetic.

Abstract

In this sophisticated and digital era of globalization, studying graphic design is important and beneficial for students. By studying graphic design, you are able to grow and shape your creativity so that you can come up with interesting and unique ideas to improve your welfare. Making logo designs and work content is one of the activities that students can use as soft skills in the world of work. The graphic design training activity using Canva at MTS and SMK Ar-Rizkhan aims to provide knowledge related to graphic design and help students to be creative in using Canva. The Canva app is an online, free, and easy-to-use graphic design application. The method of implementing graphic design training activities at MTS and SMK Ar-Rizkhan uses three stages, namely material, theory/practicum, and evaluation. It is hoped that this graphic design training activity will make students more enthusiastic about creativity in the field of graphic design and can open up business opportunities, either goods or services independently.

Abstract

This PKM aims to: (1) determine the application of 5R (Clean, Concise, Neat, Careful, Diligent), (2) determine the effect of 5R implementation on the readiness of school children to receive lessons from teachers in SDIT Citra Az-Zahra's class. This PKM is carried out on an ex post facto basis. The population in the implementation of this community service is in Class V SDIT Citra Az-Zahra, totaling 30 students. Based on the results of the PKM, it is hoped that a positive relationship can be obtained on the implementation of 5R at SDIT Citra Az-Zahra.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKasus-kasus kekerasan seksual pada remaja putri menjadi fenomena tersendiri pada masyarakat modern. Anak-anak, termasuk remaja  putri, rentan untuk menjadi korban kekerasan seksual karena tingkat ketergantungan mereka yang tinggi, sementara kemampuan untuk melindungi diri sendiri terbatas. Masyarakat Jorong Kalumpang Kabupaten Sijunjung khususnya remaja putri serta orang tua dari remaja putri masih belum memiliki pemahaman yang jelas tentang masalah kekerasan seksual  dan cara menanggulanginya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan  pada masyarakat jorong Kalumpang Kabupaten Sijunjung. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi dalam rangka mengatasi permasalah mitra.  Melalui  analisis kebutuhan, rencana kerja, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan terrealisasi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diantaranya: pemberian materi tentang kekerasan seksual, pemberian pendampingan. Berdasarkan uraian hasil dan pembahasan dari kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan meningkatnya pemahaman remja putri  terhadap tindakan kekeras seksual mampu melakukan kegiatan preventif. Disarankan kepada remaja putri untuk ikut terlibat aktif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang tindakan kekerasan seksual. Kata kunci:  Remaja Putri, Kekerasan Seksual, Kegiatan Preventif

Abstract

The present and forthcoming educational requirements are focused on enhancing the calibre of cognitive competencies and expertise, in addition to the attitudes, character, and ethics of the Indonesian populace as a whole, to realize the national educational objectives. Early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping the creative, adaptive, and commendable character of students, thereby contributing significantly to the attainment of national education objectives. Educators hold a significant position in the educational journey of students, particularly in primary education, as they provide guidance and support throughout the learning process. The primary duty of a teacher, as a professional educator, is to instruct, guide, and mentor students towards the development of refined, self-sufficient, and exceptional individuals. Proficiency in imparting educational content to learners is a prerequisite for fulfilling the responsibilities of this position. Hence, in order to optimize their function, an educator must possess comprehension of the four fundamental principles of education. These principles can serve as a framework for structuring educational endeavours within primary school settings. The purpose of this practise is to equip students with the necessary skills and abilities to acquire knowledge in a more comprehensive manner, encompassing cognitive, practical, personal, and social domains. The forthcoming community service initiative is scheduled to take place in June 2023, wherein a cohort of 24 individuals will be engaged in the provision of educational instruction at the Nasyatul Aisyiyah Mungka Kindergarten.
