Abstract

This study applies the Problem Based Learning Model to improve the learning outcomes of science in the material Benefits of Diversity and Preserving Cultural Diversity in class IV SDN Bangunharjo. This study is a classroom action research with two cycles, consisting of one meeting each cycle and four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 27 students of Class IV SDN Bangunharjo in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, with 15 male students and 12 female students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, tests, and documentation, and data analysis using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study aim to improve the learning outcomes of science in the material Benefits of Diversity and Preserving Cultural Diversity. This is evident from the initial condition of the percentage of student completion of 37.03% (10 out of 27 students completed learning) with an average class score of 62.22. In cycle I, the percentage of student completion was 62.96% (17 out of 27 students completed learning) with an average class score of 69.62. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the percentage of completion increased to 88.88% (24 out of 27 students completed learning) with a class average score of 77.03. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Science in Class IV students of SDN Bangunharjo in the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the application of the Make a Match learning model in class VA of SD Negeri 1 Palembang. The Make a Match model is a cooperative learning model that involves game elements in finding the right pair of cards, thus encouraging students to be more active, work together, and be directly involved in the learning process. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 28 students in class VA. Data were obtained through learning outcome tests and observations of student activities during the learning process. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle after the implementation of the Make a Match model. This increase occurred because students were more motivated, enthusiastic, and active in participating in learning. Thus, the application of the Make a Match learning model can be an effective alternative to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes using the interactive quiz-assisted tarl approach (snakes and ladders) in the subject of science. This study is a Classroom Action Research. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Palembang, with 27 students consisting of 14 male students and 13 female students. Learning was carried out using the Teaching at The Right Level approach assisted by interactive quizzes (snakes and ladders). Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results of the study on pre-cycle activities, cycle 1, and cycle 2 obtained scores of 55, 60, and 78. In the implementation of the pre-cycle, cycle 1, and cycle 2, the percentages were 45%, 55%, and 85%. Given the determination of the indicator of success of student learning outcomes of 75% has reached a value of N> 75. Based on these results, the research conducted on science learning using the Teaching at the Right Level approach assisted by interactive quizzes (snakes and ladders) in the VC class of elementary schools can be declared successful and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Study This aiming for increase results Study participant educates on the eyes Indonesian language lessons for Fifth grades with using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Research This is study action classes held in two cycles. Subject study is student The Fifth grades consist of 28 people, 13 men and 15 women. Data collection techniques use observation, testing, and documentation. Research results show that the application of the PBL model can increase results studying Indonesian Language subjects. The average results obtained Study students in the eye Indonesian language lessons cycle I was 63.39 with category low, so that study to be continued to cycle II. In cycle II the average results Study student Indonesian language lessons are 79.64, with category high. Based on results research, can concluded that the Problem Based Learning model effective in increase results Study students in Indonesian language lessons in Fifth grades SDN 1 Palembang.

Abstract

In the era of rapid globalization, an approach that combines religious dimensions with multicultural understanding becomes very important in the context of Islamic religious learning. This article seeks to understand the positive impact of the integration of multicultural understanding in the process of Islamic religious learning, especially in shaping individual character and contributing to unity in an increasingly heterogeneous society. In an era where cultural diversity is becoming increasingly apparent, it is important to consider Islamic religious learning as something broader than just understanding religious aspects. The integration of multicultural understanding underlies efforts to create an inclusive learning environment, respecting every individual difference. By involving students in a deeper understanding of Islam in a multicultural context, we are able to form a generation that not only has tolerance, but also readiness to face the challenges of an increasingly complex, connected global world. The approach applied involves in-depth research and thorough analysis using relevant theories and supporting data.

Abstract

One of the problems of education quality in Indonesia is the learning methods used by teachers are not interesting. The lack of interesting learning often makes students unenthusiastic about teaching and learning activities. In reality, currently in the field there are still many who have not used or are able to apply good learning methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of interactive media in the learning process of PKN class 1 by teachers at MI Muhammadiyah Basin. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. At the school, teachers use interactive media in the form of role play, singing, puzzles and utilize technology by using the Wordwall and Quizizz applications. Class 1 at MI Muhammadiyah Basin uses Wordwall for classroom learning. Students are very enthusiastic when learning in class uses Wordwall. Overall, the application of interactive learning media at MI Muhammadiyah Basin shows positive results in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa pada Fase B melalui penerapan model Problem-Based Learning. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan di SDN Inpres Kananga 1 dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 siswa. Indikator kreativitas yang diukur dalam penelitian ini meliputi: kreativitas kelancaran, kreativitas keluwesan, dan kreativitas keaslian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menilai peningkatan kreativitas siswa pada setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem-Based Learning mampu meningkatkan kreativitas siswa secara signifikan. Pada siklus pertama, persentase kreativitas kelancaran mencapai 65%, kreativitas keluwesan sebesar 60%, dan kreativitas keaslian 58%. Setelah penerapan pada siklus kedua, kreativitas kelancaran meningkat menjadi 80%, kreativitas keluwesan menjadi 78%, dan kreativitas keaslian menjadi 75%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa Fase B pada aspek kelancaran, keluwesan, dan keaslian berpikir

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis Inquiry terhadap retensi siswa dengan kemampuan akademik rendah, serta mengeksplorasi interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan akademik. Menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan teknik 2-Way ANOVA, penelitian ini melibatkan 60 siswa yang dibagi ke dalam empat kelompok berdasarkan kemampuan akademik dan model pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Inquiry memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi siswa dengan kemampuan akademik rendah (p = 0.001), sementara kemampuan akademik itu sendiri tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p = 0.164). Interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan akademik juga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan (p = 0.742). Hasil uji LSD mengungkapkan bahwa kelompok Inquiry – Low memiliki tingkat retensi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok Conventional – Low. Temuan ini mendukung teori konstruktivisme dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pendidik untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan partisipatif bagi siswa dengan kemampuan akademik rendah. Meskipun penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan terkait ukuran sampel dan durasi pengukuran, hasilnya membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut yang mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi retensi siswa, seperti motivasi dan dukungan sosial. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori pembelajaran dan praktik pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan efektif.

Abstract

Selain berkaitan dengan kecerdasan intelektual, pendidikan juga melibatkan pembentukan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa. Mengingat pentingnya nilai Pancasila, hampir semua sekolah menerapkannya melalui kegiatan P5, termasuk di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sokaraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Validitas data diuji dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sokaraja telah menanamkan nilai iman, pengabdian kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, budi pekerti luhur, nilai keberagaman global, nilai gotong royong, nilai mandiri, nilai pemikiran kritis, dan nilai kreatif. Namun, untuk nilai mandiri siswa kelas rendah, mereka masih membutuhkan bimbingan dan bantuan dari guru untuk menemukan solusi sendiri dan menghadapi situasi sulit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning mengenai materi mengenai sistem pencernaan manusia yang layak, praktis, dan untuk menilai seberapa efektif E-LKPD berbasis PBL guna mendukung pengembangan kemampuan untuk berpikir kritis pada siswa. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang diterapkan mengadopsi model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Dalam hal desain, penelitian yang diterapkan rancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Uji terbatas melibatkan 10 siswa kelas V di SDN 3 Kadipiro, studi ini melibatkan 22 siswa kelas V di SD Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun sebagai subjek utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan tes. Asesmen yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari ahli materi, ahli media, guru, serta siswa. Skor penilaian ahli materi mencapai 87,27%, sedangkan dari ahli media 94,66%, keduanya tergolong kategori "Sangat Layak". Respon guru menyatakan E-LKPD berbasis PBL memperoleh penilaian 'Sangat Praktis' dengan persentase 89,41%, sementara respon dari peserta didik mencapai 86,12%. Hasil posttest juga mengonfirmasi bahwa E-LKPD berbasis PBL efektif guna meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Uji Paired Sample t-Test menghasilkan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, menandakan adanya perbedaan signifikan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 50 serta rata-rata nilai posttest mencapai 84.
