Abstract

Penurunan hasil panen padi sering kali disebabkan oleh serangan penyakit pada tanaman padi. Identifikasi dini terhadap penyakit padi menjadi langkah penting untuk mengurangi dampak kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang dapat mendeteksi penyakit pada tanaman padi dengan memanfaatkan dataset dari Roboflow yang berisi 11.110 gambar. Model yang digunakan adalah Rice Plant Leaf Disease Classification, yang telah dilatih menggunakan dataset tersebut. Aplikasi ini dirancang agar petani dapat dengan mudah mengunggah gambar daun padi untuk mendapatkan diagnosis penyakit secara cepat dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model CNN yang digunakan mampu mencapai akurasi tinggi dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit padi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi praktis bagi petani untuk mengelola dan mencegah penyakit padi, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas hasil panen.

Abstract

The importance of information technology in higher education academic management encourages continuous evaluation of applications. The academic service application of STMIK Palangka Raya, SMART, which has been used since 2018 with e-learning and attendance features, needs to be evaluated for user acceptance for effectiveness and fulfillment of needs. This quantitative study aims to analyze the behavior of SMART users using the UTAUT-3 model. Data were collected through questionnaires from 291 users of the SMART STMIK Palangka Raya application and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the R application. The UTAUT-3 model in this study measures the influence of factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habit, and price value on behavioral intention and actual use of the application. The results showed that facilitating conditions and price value had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention, while effort expectancy had a significant negative effect. Behavioral intention and habit had a significant positive effect on use behavior, while facilitating conditions and personal innovativeness had a significant negative effect on use behavior. This finding is crucial as a basis for increasing the adoption and utilization of academic information systems in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The selection of students receiving KIP (Smart Indonesian Cards) Lectures at STMIK Palangkaraya so far has been by surveying student data files based on school grades, family economy, and burdens borne by parents. In this selection, it was found difficult to determine the eligibility of students receiving KIP Lectures, namely selecting data manually. To facilitate the selection process, a decision-making system was built that could be used by student selection officers to help decide whether to get KIP Lectures at STMIK Palangkaraya. SMART method, which is a way of making decisions by calculating the weight of the criteria for each given alternative from the Student data file. The stages of the research carried out are the process of collecting criteria data, the process of weighting and normalization, the process of searching for utility values, and the process of ranking. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and literature. Comparison of the results of calculations between systems using the SMART method and manual processes results in the same results. However, there were 2 results that were not feasible because the parents' income factor was too large so that the KIP recipient candidates did not deserve to get the KIP K scholarship.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged government institutions to shift from manual recording systems to more efficient and integrated digital systems. The Food Security Office of Central Kalimantan Province still records Assignment Orders (SPT) and Business Travel Orders (SPPD) conventionally using logbooks. This process is time-consuming, prone to recording errors, and complicates the retrieval of documented data. Based on these problems, this study aims to design and develop a web-based recording system for SPT and SPPD that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and facilitate data management. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D), which includes the stages of problem identification, data collection through observation and interviews, system design using flowcharts, use case diagrams, and user interface design, system development with PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, followed by testing and evaluation. The results indicate that the system successfully replaces manual recording and provides core features such as login, data entry, data viewing, and data searching, supported by automatic numbering. System testing conducted with employees demonstrated improved recording speed and easier access to data.

Abstract

Perpustakaan SMAN-4 Palangka Raya merupakan wadah siswa menambah referensi dan pengetahuan. Memiliki banyak koleksi lierasi baik buku, majalah dan lain sebagainya. Untuk memudahkan pengelolaan perpustakaan secara lebih optimal, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang didukung dengan fitur Barcode Scanner sehingga proses pencarian literatur, pengelolaan anggota, pemeliharaan peminjaman dan pengembalian buku menjadi lebih mudah dilakukan. Menerapkan Metode Research and Development dengan pemodelan Prototype , menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dapat berjalan dengan baik, juga telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan objek dengan hasil survey kepuasan pengguna dari pihak siswa mendapatkan nilai interpretasi sebesar 90,42%, dan pustakawan sebesar 78,66%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan dapat diterima oleh pustakawan maupun siswa yang ada di SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster that can cause significant material and non-material losses. Delays in detecting early signs of fire often result in the rapid spread of flames and greater damage. This study aims to implement an early fire detection and warning system based on the AVR ATmega16 microcontroller, utilizing the LM35 sensor for temperature detection, the Flame V2 sensor for flame detection, and an SMS Gateway via a Wavecom modem as a medium for remote notification. The research adopts a prototype development approach, encompassing the stages of design, implementation, and system testing. The system is designed to provide two forms of alerts: a local audio alarm and a short message service (SMS) notification to registered user mobile numbers. System testing was conducted using the black box method to validate the functionality of both hardware and software. Experimental results indicate that the LM35 sensor successfully detected temperature increases above 39°C, while the Flame V2 sensor accurately identified the presence of fire. The system automatically transmitted SMS notifications to the user and activated a buzzer alarm as a danger alert. Furthermore, users were able to control the activation and deactivation of sensors via SMS commands with specific formats, thereby enhancing the system’s operational flexibility. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for further development toward more intelligent, integrated, and adaptive fire detection systems.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has created a demand for communication media that are not only fast but also engaging and easy to understand. One potential medium is three-dimensional (3D) animation, which can deliver messages in a more visual, interactive, and attractive manner. This study aims to design and develop a 3D animation as both an informational and promotional medium for STMIK Palangka Raya. The research employed observation, literature review, and interviews using questionnaires with prospective audiences to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed media. The production process followed standard animation stages, namely pre-production (story idea, storyboard, and character design), production (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, rendering), and post-production (compositing, editing, and finalization). The resulting animation, with a duration of approximately three minutes, was created using Blender, an open-source software widely adopted in the animation industry. The final product highlights STMIK Palangka Raya’s key features, including its facilities, academic programs, student activities, and institutional strengths. Evaluation involving 18 respondents revealed positive results: 50.6% rated the animation as good, 42.4% as fair, and only 7% as poor. Specifically, the storyline received highly positive feedback (72.2%), while the background music and visual effects were also considered appropriate by the majority of respondents. These findings demonstrate that 3D animation can serve as an effective medium for higher education promotion, capable of attracting prospective students and enhancing institutional image. Moreover, the use of open-source software such as Blender provides advantages in terms of cost efficiency, flexibility, and further development opportunities

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) menuntut sistem yang mampu memahami kondisi emosional pengguna secara otomatis, namun metode konvensional seringkali terkendala oleh variasi ekspresi dan pencahayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dalam mengklasifikasikan tujuh emosi dasar wajah secara real-time melalui platform berbasis web. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, memanfaatkan dataset FER2013 untuk melatih model CNN yang kemudian diintegrasikan dengan OpenCV dan TensorFlow.js untuk pemrosesan sisi klien. Sistem dirancang untuk menerima input dari webcam maupun rekaman layar guna mendukung observasi pembelajaran daring. Hasil pengujian terhadap 10 responden guru menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan rata-rata akurasi keseluruhan sebesar 65,4%. Evaluasi persepsi pengguna menggunakan skala Likert menghasilkan skor interpretasi sebesar 85,2%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa sistem masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu monitoring emosi dalam interaksi digital.

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri e-commerce menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengoptimalkan visibilitas website agar mampu menarik perhatian konsumen dan meningkatkan peluang terjadinya pembelian online, di mana Search Engine Optimization (SEO) menjadi strategi digital yang semakin krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh SEO terhadap visibilitas website e-commerce serta implikasinya terhadap keputusan pembelian online konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research, melibatkan konsumen e-commerce di Kota Pontianak sebagai unit analisis. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling pada responden yang telah melakukan pembelian online lebih dari dua kali dalam enam bulan terakhir. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan kausal antara variabel SEO sebagai variabel eksogen, visibilitas website sebagai variabel intervening, dan keputusan pembelian online sebagai variabel endogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SEO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visibilitas website e-commerce, serta secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Visibilitas website terbukti berperan sebagai mediator parsial yang menjelaskan mekanisme pengaruh SEO terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi empiris dalam pengembangan kajian pemasaran digital dengan menegaskan peran strategis visibilitas website sebagai penghubung antara optimasi teknis SEO dan perilaku pembelian konsumen, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku e-commerce dalam merancang strategi SEO yang lebih efektif dan berorientasi pada peningkatan konversi penjualan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi blockchain telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sistem akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan perusahaan, terutama terkait upaya peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas informasi keuangan. Meskipun potensi teknologi ini banyak dibahas, pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai temuan ilmiah yang ada masih terfragmentasi dan belum tersintesis secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas keuangan perusahaan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pencarian literatur terstruktur terhadap artikel ilmiah open-access yang relevan, diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik content analysis, meta-sintesis, dan meta-analisis kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain secara konsisten diposisikan sebagai teknologi yang mampu meningkatkan keterlacakan transaksi, mengurangi asimetri informasi, serta memperkuat mekanisme akuntabilitas dan auditabilitas keuangan melalui pencatatan yang tidak dapat diubah dan akses data secara real-time. Di sisi lain, literatur juga mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan implementasi yang berkaitan dengan aspek regulasi, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan menyajikan sintesis konseptual dan empiris yang terstruktur mengenai peran blockchain dalam sistem keuangan perusahaan, serta memberikan dasar akademik yang kuat bagi pengembangan penelitian lanjutan dan perumusan kebijakan serta praktik profesional di bidang akuntansi dan keuangan.
