Abstract

This study develops an e-module to address low student learning outcomes in the subject Milling Machine Parts Functions in vocational education. Observations showed that 36.1% of class XI TPM 1 and 37.0% of class XI TPM 2 scored in the low range (56–65), indicating difficulty understanding this core material. The issue stems from conventional lecture-based teaching and static textbooks that limit engagement and conceptual grasp. Using the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the study involved expert validation through CVR/CVI and a quasi-experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. A Mann Whitney-Test confirmed that the e-module significantly improved learning outcomes, with the Normalized N-gain (N-gain) reaching the High effectiveness category. By integrating 3D visuals and animations, the e-module created an engaging, contextual learning experience that enhanced students technical understanding and readiness for industrial demands.

Abstract

Curriculum management serves as a key factor in improving the quality of education in the Package C Program, which provides alternative learning opportunities for individuals outside the formal education system. This study aims to analyze the practices of curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation to enhance the quality of non-formal education. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a multi-site design, this research examines curriculum management in improving educational quality within the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Seroja, Riau. Respondents were selected purposively, consisting of the head of the institution, teachers, curriculum staff, and students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis of official school records. Data analysis followed the model of Miles et al. (2014), including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that curriculum management at PKBM Seroja has been carried out adaptively through participatory planning, flexible organization, andragogical learning approaches, and project-based evaluation. However, several challenges persist, such as limited tutor competence, inadequate facilities, and insufficient operational funding. Quality improvement strategies include tutor training, external partnerships, learning digitalization, and the enhancement of authentic assessments. This study concludes that the success of curriculum management in non-formal education depends on collaboration, innovation, and the institution’s ability to adapt to the diverse needs of adult learners.

Abstract

The incredible pace of digital technology progress has changed how business' build the relationships with consumers- through social media interactions and online communities. In the automotive aftermarket, digital marketing is an especially important tool for businesses that want to build stronger community connections and increase their brand visibility. This study delves into the impact of digital marketing on community engagement, specifically looking at Beebot Automotive product users on TikTok and the Indonesian automotive community. It also examines the moderating variable of brand awareness in this context. A quantitative explanatory approach was applied using an online survey method targeting members of car communities who actively. use Beebot products. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire developed from theoretical indicators proposed by recent studies. A Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis will be performed on the data in order to examine the direct and moderating effects among the variables. The results should help advance digital marketing theory while also giving businesses in the car sector actionable advice on how to boost community participation via digital means and solidify their brand's position in a crowded marketplace.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to identify the main characteristics and characteristics of the Pattani Darussalam civilization during its heyday, the factors supporting its success, and the reasons why Pattani Darussalam's existence has been forgotten or marginalized in historiography and collective consciousness. This article employs library research as its research method. The results of the study show that the characteristics of Pattani civilization include: a), the peaceful and inclusive spread of Islam, Islam did not come through conquest, but through trade and scholars from India, Arabia and the archipelago, b), Sharia-based government with matrilineal elements, unique in its heyday led by queens, reflecting the Malay matrilineal tradition that persisted despite patriarchal Islam, c), diverse culture and arts, artistic styles include mosque architecture with Malay-Islamic authority, such as the Krue Se Mosque, as well as crafts such as songket cloth, salted fish, and Muslim clothing and d), Maritime and international trade: Pattani is strategically located on the Malay Peninsula, making it a center of trade between the East (China, Japan) and the West (India, Arabia, Europe). Pattani Port developed as an important entrepot. The characteristics of Pattani Darussalam are The main characteristics of the Pattani kingdom during its glory days were the role of the Ulama and the civilization of knowledge, socio-culture, politics and diplomacy, economy and trade as well as military and defense. While the factors were the factors of conquest and domination of Siam, the factors of assimilation policy and cultural oppression by Siam, conflict and rebellion factors, economic and geographical factors as well as limitations in communication and historical writing.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of organizational activity, self efficacy, and soft skills towards readiness work FEB students of YPPI University Rembang. Population in the study this is student Faculty of Economics and Business, YPPI University, Rembang. Sample from study This is 112 students Faculty of Economics and Business, YPPI University, Rembang. Selection techniques sample using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using analysis multiple linear regression. Research results This show that activity organize influential positive significant to readiness work, self efficacy influential positive no significant to readiness work and soft skills influential positive significant to readiness work. Based on results research, can concluded that activity organizational and soft skills are influential positive and significant to readiness work students, while self efficacy influential positive however no significant to readiness work. This is show that the more tall level activity organizational and soft skills possessed students, then the more high level​ readiness work student.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the implementation of Pancasila values in the Sedekah Lebaran tradition in Tanah Periuk Village, Muara Beliti Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. This tradition arose from the social needs of an agrarian community that in the past rarely had time to interact due to their busy farming schedules, so that during Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, collective activities were held to strengthen relationships, maintain solidarity, and reinforce unity. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, through interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Sedekah Lebaran tradition is a tangible manifestation of the implementation of all five principles of Pancasila: the first principle through communal prayer, the second principle in the attitude of mutual forgiveness and equal treatment of all citizens, the third principle in community unity without discrimination, the fourth principle in deliberation and collective agreement to preserve traditions, and the fifth principle through mutual cooperation and equal visits to every house. This tradition not only serves as a cultural heritage, but also as a medium for moral, spiritual, and national education that is relevant in the midst of modernisation, while also demonstrating the integration between Islamic teachings and local wisdom in creating social harmony. Abstract

This study aims to describe how reflective-based academic supervision is implemented by the principal as an effort to improve learning quality at SDN 02 Sidorejo. Using a qualitative descriptive case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that academic supervision is carried out through a reflective cycle consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. In the planning stage, teachers are involved in identifying instructional problems and determining improvement priorities. During implementation, supervision is conducted using clinical steps: pre-observation discussions, classroom observation, and reflective conferencing. The follow-up phase includes mentoring, lesson study, peer coaching, and reflective journals. The results show improvements in teacher pedagogical competence, including lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional media use. Student learning outcomes also increase, demonstrating positive instructional impact. Reflective academic supervision positions the principal as a coach and collaborator, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and approaches used in implementing religious moderation at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri (STAHN) Jawa Dwipa Klaten, Central Java. Using a qualitative descriptive design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving students, lecturers, and institutional leaders. The findings indicate that the implementation of religious moderation is carried out through integrative, participatory, and contextual approaches. The integrative approach is reflected in the alignment of religious moderation values within the curriculum and academic activities, while the participatory approach is visible through student involvement in social programs, cultural activities, and community service. Additionally, the contextual approach adapts strategies to local wisdom and campus cultural dynamics. The study concludes that leadership commitment, collaborative academic culture, and supportive institutional policies play a vital role in strengthening tolerance, inclusiveness, and national identity. STAHN Jawa Dwipa Klaten can serve as a model for religious moderation implementation in higher education institutions.

Abstract

This study examines how trust and risk perception shape shopping decisions on TikTok Shop, a growing form of live streaming-based social commerce in Indonesia. Using a qualitative digital ethnography approach, it explores users’ social and emotional experiences through digital observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of online interactions between hosts and young consumers in East Java. Findings reveal that trust emerges from social interaction, visual cues, and social validation. Communicative, transparent, and responsive hosts enhance credibility, while high-quality visuals reinforce authenticity and professionalism. Comments and testimonials (e-WOM) serve as collective validation, whereas negative experiences heighten perceived risk and caution. From the sellers’ perspective, offering discounts, showcasing testimonials, and maintaining honesty and consistency foster trust and loyalty. Theoretically, this study expands understanding of trust and risk in social commerce by emphasizing social and symbolic dimensions often overlooked by quantitative approaches. Practically, it guides TikTok Shop practitioners in building authentic, empathetic communication and encourages consumers to strengthen digital literacy in evaluating seller credibility. Overall, trust and risk in digital shopping emerge from dynamic interactions among humans, algorithms, and social representations within virtual marketplaces.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Inclusive Education Model Based on Stakeholder Collaboration to strengthen support services for students with special needs in Pangudi Luhur Elementary School Semarang. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design referring to the ADDIE model, involving needs analysis, model development, expert validation, and limited implementation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, document analysis, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with teachers, parents, school leaders, and special education staff. The expert validation results revealed that the model obtained a score of 91.4% for content validation and 84.3% for media validation, categorizing it as “highly feasible.” During implementation, the model was positively accepted by stakeholders, with an acceptance rate of 84.4% (teachers and school leaders) and 98.2% (parents). The findings conclude that the developed model effectively facilitates structured collaboration and strengthens inclusive practices in elementary schools.
