Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran Kimia Dasar melalui e-modul berbasis konteks perikanan yang didukung oleh platform interaktif Quizizz. Penelitian termasuk dalam kategori pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest dan melibatkan 31 mahasiswa Program Studi Sosial Ekonomi Perikanan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 47,62 meningkat menjadi 87,50 pada posttest. Seluruh mahasiswa memperoleh skor di atas 75, dengan mayoritas berada pada kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual dan digital mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kimia dasar secara signifikan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi e-modul kontekstual dengan dukungan teknologi interaktif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa di bidang perikanan.

Abstract

This study aims to reflect on the suitability of the competencies of graduates of the S-1 Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Surabaya State University, in 2019-2021 with the demands of the world of work. The reflection is oriented to find gaps between the competencies of graduates and the demands of the world of work in reality so that efforts can be made to improve the curriculum, improve the quality of teachers, and adjust and improve the learning system. This research is descriptive and has a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by collecting the results of the alumni tracer study survey in 2019-2021. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics to reveal the dynamics of the suitability of graduate competencies from 2019-2021. This research produces an informative description of alumni employment, the closeness of the field of study to alumni employment, sources of information for finding job vacancies, job selection considerations, and assessment of the effectiveness of learning methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the English day program and grammar mastery at Ummul Quro' Islamic Boarding School. Quantitative methods were used in this study, and the research tools used were questionnaires and grammar mastery tests. The population of this study was all students at Ummul Quro' Islamic Boarding School, which consisted of four classes with a total of 111 students. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling process. In addition, a number of people were randomly selected to be the sample of this study based on the names taken previously. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the English day program and their grammar mastery. This can be seen from the data significance value of 0.473 which is more than 0.05. The Pearson correlation value is -0.161, which indicates a very low level and a negative linear relationship, which means H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. It can be concluded that the English day program which is implemented regularly does not affect their grammar mastery.

Abstract

Work motivation in contemporary Muslim communities presents a complex paradox, where religious value orientations often conflict with the utilitarian logic dominating modern management theory. Existing Islamic management literature remains normative-prescriptive without producing solid and empirically testable theoretical constructs. This theoretical gap demonstrates an urgent need for a work motivation model directly derived from primary Islamic sources with practical relevance in modern organizational contexts. This study aims to develop an Islamic Work Motivation Model (IWMM) through methodological integration of al-tafsir al-maudhu'i (thematic exegesis) with systematic literature review, and to identify conceptual convergences and divergences with Western motivation theories. This research adopts a systematic literature review design integrated with the al-tafsir al-maudhu'i method. The codification process yielded 37 Qur'anic verses and 42 authentic hadiths analyzed through four stages: textual codification, thematic analysis using Braun and Clarke's framework, comparative analysis with Western motivation theories, and theoretical synthesis. The analysis identified three main categories of Islamic work motivation: (1) work as a response to divine calling rooted in muraqabah consciousness and tahqiq al-khilafah; (2) work as manifestation of trust and ihsan encompassing pillars of self-reliance ('iffah), professionalism (ihsan), and long-term commitment (istiqamah); and (3) blessed life rhythm as a temporal dimension integrating sacred time and profane time. Comparison with Self-Determination Theory, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs demonstrates that IWMM offers significant conceptual expansion through the addition of spiritual transcendence dimension, ihsan as meta-motivator, and reorientation from self-actualization toward taqarrub ilallah. The Islamic Work Motivation Model constructed through this research not only offers a theoretical framework with theological depth and methodological precision, but also provides a paradigmatic alternative that simultaneously integrates psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions. This model has practical implications for human resource practitioners, policymakers, and Islamic organizational leaders in building authentic and sustainable work culture.
