Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan Nearpod dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa sekolah dasar pada pembelajaran PPKn melalui studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa platform ini secara signifikan mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir siswa dari tingkat dasar hingga tinggi melalui fitur multimedia interaktifnya. Integrasi Nearpod dengan model pembelajaran inovatif seperti PBL dan CTL terbukti memperkuat pemahaman konseptual dan analisis nilai-nilai Pancasila secara kontekstual. Temuan kunci mengungkap bahwa efektivitas implementasinya sangat bergantung pada kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam merancang konten pembelajaran yang adaptif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Nearpod berpotensi sebagai media transformatif dalam pembelajaran PPKn dengan syarat adanya pelatihan guru yang memadai untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya di kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 025 Kawelaan, Polewali Mandar Regency, through the implementation of the Directed Reading Activity (DRA) strategy. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 25 fourth-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection techniques included tests and observations, with assessment instruments in the form of activity observation sheets and learning outcome tests. The collected data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Directed Reading Activity (DRA) strategy successfully enhanced students' reading comprehension skills. In the first cycle, only 10 students (40%) achieved scores above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), while 15 students (60%) remained below the standard. After improvements were made in the second cycle, all students (100%) exceeded the KKM, demonstrating significant progress. Moreover, observation results showed positive development in students' ability to comprehend reading texts. While in the first cycle, several students still struggled with understanding the content, by the second cycle, most students had shown comprehension in line with the assessment indicators. The implementation of the Directed Reading Activity (DRA) strategy is therefore effective in improving reading comprehension skills among fourth-grade students at SDN 025 Kawelaan, Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Namun, di SD Plus IGM Palembang ditemukan rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, yang ditunjukkan oleh sikap pasif dan kurang antusias saat proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media Wordwall. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V.C yang berjumlah 24 orang. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan angket, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik dari pra siklus ke siklus II. Pada pra siklus, sebagian besar peserta didik berada pada kategori "kurang" dan "cukup" dalam motivasi belajar. Setelah penerapan PBL dan Wordwall pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan ke kategori "baik" dan "sangat baik", meskipun belum merata. Perbaikan pada siklus II, seperti ice breaking dan variasi kuis interaktif, berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi, antusiasme, dan keberanian peserta didik secara signifikan. Dengan demikian, model PBL berbantuan media Wordwall terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas V.C SD Plus IGM Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to apply learning media in the form of audio-visual media using dioramas in science learning for class V elementary schools. This study was motivated by the lack of interest and motivation in learning students because in delivering the material teachers rarely use learning media so that it affects student learning outcomes. The research method used is PreExperimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The data collection method used is a test (pretest and posttest) and non-test (documentation). The data analysis technique used is a statistical analysis technique using the t-test. Based on the data analysis, the average pretest result was 50,13 and the average posttest result was 64,28. This shows that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest scores in the class and proves that there is an increase in learning outcomes in the learning process. While the results of the hypothesis test have a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.002, the result is <0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. So that the use of audio-visual media using dioramas is effective in improving the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low variation of interactive learning media in science learning at Luak District Elementary School, where teachers tend to use conventional media without special development. To overcome this, Canva-based interactive learning media was developed in the form of interesting and contextual animated videos, supporting the Independent Curriculum and students' learning styles. The research used the ADDIE model including the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, with validation from media, material, and language experts, as well as practicality tests by teachers and students. The validation results showed that the media was very valid (90%–97%) and very practical according to teachers (95.83%) and students (93.11% and 92.12%), so that this media was declared suitable for use in PBL-based science learning in grade IV of elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the interest of Class X.2 students in learning Economics at SMA Negeri 16 Pekanbaru by using an interactive learning tool called wordwall. From the initial observation, students showed low interest in Economics. This was seen from their lack of attention, low participation, and limited engagement during lessons. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR), done in two cycles. Each cycle included planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data was collected using observation sheets and student questionnaires based on indicators like enjoyment, curiosity, attention, and active involvement. The results showed that students’ interest in learning improved after using wordwall. Before the research (pre-cycle), 50% of students had low learning interest. After the first cycle, their interest improved to a medium level, with 50% of students in the "adequate" category. In the second cycle, their interest increased even more, with 64% of students showing very high interest. These results show that wordwall is helpful in increasing students’ interest in learning Economics.

Abstract

Learning motivation plays a crucial role in educational success, especially in Indonesian language instruction. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Bamboozle, a game-based learning platform, in enhancing students' motivation in writing scientific papers in Grade XI at SMA Negeri 14 Medan. The study was prompted by the low level of students’ understanding of systematic and logical scientific writing, which is closely related to their learning motivation. This research employs a quantitative approach with a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles. The subjects consisted of 35 students, including 12 males and 23 females. Data were collected through observations, learning motivation questionnaires, and academic tests. The results indicate that using Bamboozle successfully increased student motivation through interactive and engaging learning experiences. Moreover, socio-emotional support helped foster a safe and supportive environment, contributing to higher learning motivation. These findings offer both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of innovative, technology-based learning methods in the digital era, particularly in Indonesian language education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SDN 17 Gunung Pangilun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Menggunakan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Team Quiz Kelas III di SDN 17 Gunung Pangilun. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas III yang berjumlah 19 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. siklus I terdiri dari 2 pertemuan, dan siklus II terdiri dari 1 pertemuan. Di setiap siklus meliputi empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes dan non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, pada siklus I dimulai dengan hasil analisis penyusunan: a) Aktivitas belajar siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata 75,85% (C) dan siklus II menjadi 86,8% (B), b) Pelaksanaan aspek guru siklus I rata-rata 81,81% (B) dan siklus II 95,45% (A), sedangkan pelaksanaan aspek peserta didik siklus I rata-rata 81,81% (B), dan siklus II menjadi 95,45% (A), c) Penilaian terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 74,57 (C) dan siklus II rata-rata 85,7 (B) . Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Team Quiz dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas III SDN 17 Gunung Pangilun.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of learning media in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN Kuin Cerucuk 4. The Independent Curriculum is an educational policy that emphasizes learning independence, learning differentiation, and character building through the Pancasila Student Profile. In practice, learning media has a very important role in creating an interactive, contextual, and meaningful learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study revealed that the use of appropriate and innovative learning media can increase student participation, strengthen understanding of the material, and support the achievement of learning objectives in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. However, there are several challenges encountered, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, and the need to improve teacher competence in designing and implementing learning media effectively. Therefore, ongoing training support for educators is very important in optimizing the implementation of this curriculum.

Abstract

Bahasa indonesia di sekolah dasar dibelajarkan dengan tujuan mengembangkan empat kemampuan berbahasa. Salah satunya adalah keterampilan menyimak. Namun dalam hal ini peserta didik masih mengalami beberapa kesulitan yang dikarenakan kurangnya fokus peserta didik, media yang monoton, dan kegiatan pembelajaran yang kurang menarik.Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis penggunaan video animasi sebagai media pembelajaran menyimak. Dengan metode studi literature yang mengkaji artikel terkait video animasi dan telah terakreditasi Sinta 2 sampai dengan 6 dengan rentang terbit 2020-2025. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan adanya dampak positif dari video animasi terhadap kemampuan menyimak peserta didik sekolah dasar, baik dari sisi pemahaman isi, fokus dan konsentrasi, serta keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran.
