Abstract

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak positif dan negatif gawai dalam bermain game online terhadap kepribadian sosial peserta didik kelas V SD Inpres Bontomanai kecamatan tamalate kota makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dampak positif dan negatif gawai terhadap kepribadian sosial peserta didik Kelas V SD Inpres Bontomanai Kecamatan Tamalate kota Makassar. Dan. jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahya hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pancasila di kelas V SDN 10 Sapiran Kota Bukittinggi yang disebabkan karena kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pancasila yang dilakukan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pancasila dengan menggunakan model Team Games Tournament. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan pendekatakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I dilaksanakan 2 kali pertemuan dan siklus II dilaksanakan 1 kali pertemuan. Di setiap siklus meliputi empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pendidik dan peserta didik dikelas V SDN 10 Sapiran Kota Bukitinggi dengan jumlah 21 orang peserta didik. Data dari penelitian diperoleh dari penilaian modul ajar, proses pelaksanaan, dan hasil belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data tes dan non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada: a) rata-rata modul ajar siklus I yaitu 81,94% dengan kualifikasi B (Baik), meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 94,44% dengan kualifikasi SB (Sangat Baik), b) pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada aspek guru, siklus I yaitu 78,55% dengan kualifikasi C (Cukup) meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 96,42% dengan kualifikasi SB (Sangat Baik) dan pada aspek peserta didik siklus I yaitu 78,55% dengan kualifikasi B (Baik) meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 96,42% dengan kualifikasi SB (Sangat Baik). c) Hasil belajar peserta didik siklus I memperoleh nilai 74,5 dengan kualifikasi C (Cukup) dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 84 dengan kualifikasi B (Baik). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan Team Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pancasila di kelas V SDN 10 Sapiran Kota Bukittinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 060912 Medan Denai on the topic of the human digestive organs through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. The research subjects were 29 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and learning achievement tests. The findings showed an improvement in student learning outcomes in each cycle. In the first cycle, the average score was 68.27 with a completeness rate of 68.97%, while in the second cycle, it increased to 74.65 with a completeness rate of 82.76%. Besides score improvement, students also showed increased engagement, motivation, and participation during the learning process. Teachers also reported positive experiences with the PBL model in enhancing the quality of instruction. Therefore, the application of the Problem Based Learning model proved effective in improving student learning outcomes and engagement on the topic of the human digestive organs.

Abstract

This study seeks to evaluate the impact of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model utilising crossword puzzle media on students' academic performance and comprehension of the linguistic conventions of biographical texts among grade X students at SMA N 2 Medan. The employed methodology is Classroom Action Research (CAR), structured in cycles that encompass preparation, implementation, observation, and reflection. Quantitative data indicate a substantial rise in students' pre-test and scores, whilst qualitative data from observations and questionnaires corroborate an enhancement in student and instructor engagement and interaction. The findings demonstrate that employing the PBL paradigm alongside crossword puzzle media effectively enhances learning outcomes and student comprehension of the subject, therefore serving as an innovative alternative in the Indonesian language education process.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ understanding of the topic of number pattern recognition by using a concrete media called the Polaste board in Grade 1 at SD Negeri 066050 Medan Denai. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the use of the Polaste board successfully enhanced students' understanding. In the pre-cycle stage, the average student score was 63.58 with a mastery level of 23.53%. After the first cycle, the average score increased to 71.05 with 58.82% achieving mastery. In the second cycle, the average score reached 85.58 with a mastery level of 70.59%. These improvements demonstrate that the Polaste board is an effective teaching tool for strengthening students’ conceptual understanding of number patterns in early grade mathematics education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the utilization of wall magazines as a school literacy program in increasing the reading interest of fourth-grade students at UPT SPF SDN 67 Rappokalling in Makassar City. The background of this research is the low reading interest of students, which is indicated by the lack of reading activities both inside and outside the classroom. To address this issue, wall magazines were chosen as an alternative literacy media that is inexpensive, easily accessible, and capable of encouraging students' creativity in writing. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, fourth-grade teachers, and students. Samples were selected using purposive sampling techniques, specifically fourth-grade students who are directly involved in the wall magazine program. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as using triangulation to test the validity of the data.Keywords:

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Sabilambo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal seperti minat, bakat, motivasi, dan cara belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan siswa dalam memahami materi PPKn. Sementara itu, faktor eksternal meliputi lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung serta keterlibatan keluarga dalam proses belajar turut memperkuat semangat dan pemahaman siswa. Kesimpulannya, sinergi antara faktor internal dan eksternal sangat penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara menyeluruh. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi guru dan sekolah untuk memperhatikan aspek-aspek personal dan lingkungan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Critical thinking, especially among elementary school students, is still low, even though current education aims to shape students' mindsets. Based on this, the researcher examines a study to provide insight into the Eliciting Activities learning model in stimulating students' critical thinking. This study uses a library research method to collect data by reading, studying, and analyzing journals and articles from previous studies related to the research object. This study shows that after learning with the MEA model was implemented, there was a change in students' way of thinking. This can be seen from the average value of students, which continued to increase from cycle I to cycle III, and the value was better in classes that implemented learning with MEA compared to conventional courses. This is because by forming heterogeneous groups, MEA encourages student interaction, discussion, and problem solving. So that the application of learning through MEA can create an attitude of mutual respect and acceptance of all ideas or thoughts between students, it can be concluded that the MEA model can be used as one strategy to stimulate students' critical thinking, of course, with various innovations, so that learning is more diverse.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of IPAS Solar System material in class VI SD Negeri 064974 Medan through the use of PABELUANG (Space Learning Board) learning media. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which consists of four stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects amounted to 25 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and learning outcomes tests. Pre-cycle results showed that only 4 students (16%) reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). In Cycle I, the number of completed students increased to 9 people (36%). In Cycle II, 17 students (68%) reached the KKM. A more significant increase occurred in Cycle III, with 22 students (88%) declared complete, and only 3 students (12%) who had not reached the KKM. PABELUANG media combined with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach and the Quizizz application provides a learning experience that is contextual, fun, and in accordance with students' cultural background. The results showed that this strategy was effective in improving students' engagement and understanding of the subject matter. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of PABELUANG media with the CRT approach and the support of the Quizizz application can significantly improve students' learning outcomes on Solar System material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran organisasi IPNU IPPNUdalam membentuk karakter siswa di MA Sunan Kalijaga Bawang. Denganmenggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kegiatanterstruktur organisasi yang meliputi Classmeting, Musyawarah Perwakilan, MasaPerkenalan Lingkungan Sekolah, dan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan-kegiatan iniberhasil membentuk karakter siswa seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerjasama,dan jiwa kepemimpinan. Dukungan sekolah berupa fasilitas dan pembinaan yangbaik turut berkontribusi pada keberhasilan program ini. Secara keseluruhan,organisasi IPNU IPPNU berperan penting sebagai upaya preventif dalammengatasi perilaku menyimpang siswa serta memfasilitasi pembentukan karakteryang baik
