Abstract

Implementation of religious moderation in character building of students at SMPN 39 Samarinda and analysis of supporting and inhibiting factors. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type, involving the principal, teachers, extracurricular instructors, and students as informants selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of religious moderation at SMPN 39 Samarinda is carried out through the integration of moderation values ​​in learning, strengthening an inclusive school culture, and habituation through co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The values ​​of tolerance, fairness, dialogue, and cooperation across differences are the main focus in character building of students. Although it has a positive impact on increasing tolerance and harmony among students, the implementation of religious moderation still faces obstacles in the form of external influences, limitations of innovative learning models, and diverse student understanding. This study concludes that the practice of religious moderation in schools has proven effective in shaping moderate and inclusive student character, although it requires strengthened collaboration between schools, families, and the community for optimal and sustainable results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the validity and reliability of the questionnaire instrument developed to measure students' collaboration skills in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, especially in Fiqh learning. Collaboration skills are one of the key competencies of 21st century education, so valid and reliable instruments are indispensable to produce accurate and accountable measurements. This study used a quantitative survey method involving 20 grade 10 students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru City who were selected through random sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out through a validity test using Corrected Item-Total Correlation and a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The results showed that 8 out of 11 statements were declared valid because they had a correlation value higher than the r table (0.443). Meanwhile, the reliability test yielded a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.777 which is in the acceptable category. Thus, the instrument is declared valid and reliable so that it is suitable to be used to measure students' collaboration skills in Fiqh learning. This study provides empirical evidence on the psychometric quality of collaborative skill assessment instruments in the context of PAI education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational management and administration at SDN Kanggraksan, Cirebon City, as well as to identify the challenges encountered and the solutions developed in managing the school. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis, the study reveals that management and administration operate as complementary functions. Educational management covers strategic aspects such as planning, organizing, directing, and controlling school resources, while administration focuses on operational tasks including recording, documentation, reporting, and daily technical coordination. However, the implementation still faces several obstacles, including budget instability caused by sudden program changes, limited facilities that force the school to implement a learning shift system, inconsistent staff discipline, and a high administrative workload for teachers. To address these issues, the school employs rapid responses, collective decisionmaking, collaborative communication with stakeholders, humanistic approaches for handling HR issues, and continuous evaluation. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of school governance depends on the integration of strategic management and operational administration supported by strong collaboration among school members. This study highlights the importance of strengthening managerial and administrative systems to improve the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of primary education services.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interactive visual media, which makes it difficult for students to understand abstract concepts, particularly the solar system material. Innovative learning media are needed to help students comprehend the material more effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the results, feasibility, and practicality of the Solar System Pop-Up Book learning media for sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Blimbing. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjects consisted of 19 sixth-grade students and one sixth-grade teacher at SD Negeri 1 Blimbing. The resulting product is a pop-up book learning media featuring interactive three-dimensional illustrations, equipped with QR codes containing augmented reality (AR), Wordwall interactive quizzes, and links to current news. The media expert validation results obtained a percentage of 93.33%, while the material expert validation results reached 87.5%, with an average of 90.41%, categorized as "Highly Feasible." The teacher response results showed a percentage of 93.33%, and student responses reached 95.45%. Both fall into the "Highly Practical" category. Based on the development results, the Solar System Pop-Up Book learning media developed by the researcher is declared appropriate, feasible, and practical for use in science learning on the solar system material for sixth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Learning outcomes at SDN 1 Woro class V still do not meet the minimum criteria. Judging from the average class after the test, there are 95% of students experiencing problems in solving problems. Thus resulting in students experiencing less than optimal thinking skills in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to use a Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model to improve the creative thinking ability of grade V SDN 1 Woro students. This quantitative research uses experimental methods. By consisting of class V students as many as 15 students as respondents. The tools used in collecting data are providing pretest and posttest questions. . Based on research that has been done, data were obtained that the creative thinking ability of grade V students increased after being given the influence of the Creative Problem Solving learning model, with an average of 77 which can be called effectively applied to mathematics subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Arabic writing skill (maharah kitabah) using the imla’ method between students from MTs and SMP backgrounds in grade XI A1 of MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. This quantitative comparative research involved 28 students selected through purposive sampling, consisting of 14 MTs alumni and 14 SMP alumni. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and a written imla’ test. The results of the Shapiro–Wilk test show that the data from both groups are normally distributed, and the Independent Sample t-Test revealed that the average score of SMP alumni was higher than that of MTs alumni; however, the difference was not statistically significant (p = 0.207 > 0.05). These findings indicate that prior educational background does not significantly influence students’ Arabic writing ability at the MA level. The learning process at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung appears to equalize students' abilities regardless of their previous schooling, suggesting that teaching strategies should focus on strengthening writing skills across groups.

Abstract

The era of technological transformation faces global challenges in the form of digital inequality, a sustainability crisis, and increasing socio-economic disparities. This condition does not only occur at the global level, especially in rural areas. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, rural communities are faced with limited access to quality education and low use of digital technology for socio-economic progress. This shows that there is a gap in the development of a model that integrates deep learning based on Islamic values ​​with direct village economic empowerment programs. This model internalizes Islamic values ​​such as good morals, trust, ihsan, and maslahah. Its uniqueness lies in the link between learning and practice of village economic empowerment, including the development of micro, small and medium enterprises; marketing digitalization; application of agricultural technology; as well as strengthening community-based technological literacy. Community service will begin in July - August 2025, digging in-depth field data. Data collection was carried out through field observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, village heads, MSME actors, and community leaders, as well as Focus Group Discussions to identify challenges, potential, and strategies for implementing the model. The location of the service is in Karang Suwung Village, Cirebon. Service activities find four main achievements. First, in terms of social indicators, there has been a change in behavior from individual interaction to a collaborative learning culture through mosque-based study groups, digital farming communities and MSME forums. Practically, it is a sustainable model to strengthen technological literacy while encouraging the economic independence of village communities. The novelty of this research lies in the synergistic combination of Islamic education based on in-depth learning and village economic empowerment programs, which have not been widely discussed before. This model has the potential to be replicated in various rural areas in Indonesia on a sustainable basis.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low logical abilities of fourth-grade students in Mathematics at MI Nurul Qur’an Pagutan. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model on students’ logical and critical thinking skills. The research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of class IVA (21 students) as the experimental group and class IVC (20 students) as the control group. Data collection techniques included tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis involved normality and homogeneity tests, followed by hypothesis testing using the t-test with polled variance. The results indicated a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Thus, the Problem-Based Learning model has a significant effect on students’ logical and critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah melahirkan cryptocurrency sebagai salah satu inovasi finansial yang memengaruhi sistem ekonomi global, termasuk di Indonesia. Sebagai aset digital yang beroperasi melalui teknologi blockchain dan bersifat terdesentralisasi, cryptocurrency memunculkan berbagai peluang sekaligus tantangan, terutama terkait legalitas dan kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip fiqh muamalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep cryptocurrency dalam ekonomi modern, meninjau status hukumnya dalam fiqh muamalah, serta memetakan pandangan dan fatwa kontemporer yang berkembang di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan, yang meliputi jurnal ilmiah, buku-buku fiqh muamalah, fatwa DSN-MUI, laporan resmi, dan publikasi lembaga fatwa internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun cryptocurrency memiliki nilai ekonomi dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai māl dalam kondisi tertentu, penggunaannya sebagai alat pembayaran dinilai tidak sah karena tidak memiliki legalitas negara dan mengandung unsur gharar serta volatilitas tinggi. Sebagai komoditas digital, sebagian ulama membolehkan penggunaannya secara terbatas dengan syarat tidak bersifat spekulatif, transparan, dan mengikuti regulasi yang berlaku. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa hukum cryptocurrency bersifat kontekstual dan bergantung pada tujuan serta mekanisme penggunaannya, sehingga diperlukan kehati-hatian dalam memanfaatkannya agar tetap sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an audio-visual learning media on the Selaso Jatuh Kembar Traditional House as a learning resource for fourth-grade IPAS instruction that is valid, practical, and feasible to use. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D development model consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The developed media was validated by three experts, namely a material expert, a media and design expert, and a language expert. In addition, its practicality was assessed through practicality questionnaires administered to teachers and students during limited trials. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The validation results show that the audio-visual media achieved a very high level of validity, with expert scores of 96.66% for material, 85% for design, and 93.33% for language. The practicality results also indicate that the media is highly practical, with teacher practicality reaching 97.33%, one-to-one trial results at 89.20%, small-group trials at 87.99%, and real class trial results at 91,56%. These findings demonstrate that the media is easy to use, engaging, and effective in supporting classroom learning. Therefore, the audio-visual media on the Selaso Jatuh Kembar Traditional House is considered valid, highly practical, and suitable for IPAS instruction. It also enhances students’ understanding of local cultural heritage and supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum by providing an engaging, meaningful, and contextually relevant learning experience for elementary school students.
