Problems: the weak shooting ability of SSB Putra Wijaya West Sumatra players, it can be seen that when athletes shoot, there are still many players who often lose the moment when taking a kick, so that the kick is not optimal. The variables of this research are Playing Training Method as the independent variable (X) and Shooting Ability as the dependent variable (Y). Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of playing training methods on the shooting ability of SSB Putra Wijaya West Sumatra players. Method: This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a One group Pre-test-Post-test design. The population in this study were all SSB football players numbering 49 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study was 17 players. The instrument in this research was to use a test of kicking a ball at a target (Shooting Target). The data analysis technique used in this research is the t-test with a significance level of α=0.05. Results: Based on data analysis in this study using the t-test, the playing training method had a significant influence on improving the shooting ability of SSB Putra Wijaya West Sumatra players, and this was proven by obtaining tcount= 6.001 while ttabe= 1.746. In practice there was an increase from the pretest average of 4.76 to 9.88 in the posttest. Then tcount > ttable (6,001>1,746). Conclusion: the ability to shoot is greatly influenced by the training program provided, one of which is using the playing method, so that in order to improve shooting skills, it is best to provide a training method that leads to the game of football itself, namely by providing training using the playing method, so that in its implementation, the shooting skills carried out will be improved properly

Problems: The lack of an updated football passing measurement tool is the issue with this study. Purpose: Developing an audio-based football passing assessment tool for kids aged 10 to 12 is the goal of this project. Method: Research and development (R&D) is the methodology used in this study. Thirty School Football (SSB) players made up the population and sample in this study. On June 13, 2024, one material expert and one media expert were given questionnaires as part of the research. Two tests for the instrument's reliability will be passed on July 5, 2024, and July 7, 2024. The Criteria Test uses the results of the football passing comparison test carried out on July 6 2024 to determine the validity of the test. Data collection methods using questionnaires and tests. Results: The research results were obtained from 93% material experts and 87% media experts. Validity 0.91 and reliability 0.89, indicating validity and reliability based on Kirkendall's categories. Conclusion: Apart from that, it is also hoped that this Regular Beginner Lecturer Research (PDP) activity can meet the Main Performance Indicators / IKU 2 (Students Gain Experience Outside Campus) and IKU 3 (Lecturers Have Activities Outside Campus). Coaches and athletes feel happy and enthusiastic about the existence of this football passing instrument and this instrument can be disseminated widely as a measuring tool to see football passing ability. Problem: The problem in this study is that there is no new smash instrument in table tennis. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop smash instrument in table tennis. Methods: This research method is Research and Development (R&D). The population and sample in this study were 20 PTM Pasir Pengaraian table tennis athletes. The data collection methods in this study included questionnaires and measurement tests. Questionnaires were distributed to material and media experts to assess the feasibility of the table tennis smash test instrument. The tests were conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the smash test instrument. Reliability was assessed by correlating the results of the first smash test with those of the second, while validity was established by correlating the results of the first smash test with the criterion test. The criterion test involved field judges' evaluations using a smash assessment matrix. Data analysis was performed using the product-moment correlation formula. Results: The results of the study were obtained from material experts 82% and 85% (appropriate), media experts 88% and 86% (decent). Validity 0.89 and reliability 0.84, indicating valid and reliable based on the Kirkendall category. Conclusion: This study successfully developed a new smash test instrument for table tennis, which was deemed appropriate and feasible by experts. The instrument demonstrated high validity (0.89) and reliability (0.84), making it suitable for assessing smash performance.
