Abstract

Learning Arabic should be comfortable and enjoyable. A study stated that a person's ability to use language in communication is one of the main foundations of success. But in fact, learning Arabic to this day is still not optimal because teachers do not provide opportunities for students to communicate using Arabic in learning actively. The communicative approach is used in realizing the success of learning Mahārah al-Kalām Arabic. Madrasah Aliyah an-Nawawi has a special religious class program that makes students communicative in Arabic. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with 3 Arabic teachers as research subjects and 48 students in class XI MAPK 1-2 as objects. The factors influencing it are teachers, methods, students, modules (learning materials), and madrasah policy leaders. This study concluded that learning Arabic with a communicative approach in class XI MAPK MA an-Nawawi Berjan emphasized the active aspects of students in speaking directly and spontaneously by consistently adding new mufradat and practicing them when using the language.

Abstract

This study deals with research in particular on tarkīb characteristics. The tarkīb has two main things, namely the subject and the backstop, and the field of this study is taken from the word "Taṣna' al-Mustaḥīl" of Humood Al-Khuder. This song was released on May 16, 2017, and is becoming more popular nowadays. This study is a desk study, and the technique of desk study is to collect data from written sources for data and linguistic context in the analysis. The main source is the word song makes the impossible. In this study, the researcher uses data analysis in the song "Tasna'ul Mustahil", an analysis of content (Analysis Content), which is one of the groups of analysis methods of linguistic text analysis. As a result of the study of synthesis characteristics in the song word "make the impossible", there are four types of tarkībs: tarkīb isnādi, tarkīb idāfi, tarkīb aṭfī, and tarkīb bayāni. There are 32 tarkīb in the song lyrics, meaning 16 tarkīb of the tarkīb isnādi, 9 tarkīb of the tarkīb idāfi, 7 tarkīb atfi, and one tarkīb of the graphic tarkīb. The most composite is the alloy tarkīb.

Abstract

This page explains the use of Mantiq in perspective to analyze rajah which is familiar in Indonesia, the science of mantiq which is often used to study a problem in depth. The qualitative-library research method was used in this study. The problem of library research involves studying rajah studies in various books and previous research. Through analysis of studies and interviews with various users of the rajah, data were collected in the form of rajahs and symbols containing Arabic writing and letters. After collecting data, the writer reduces and presents the data in the form of an analysis. Because this study’s objects are diagrams in the form of symbols and text, the authors use Charles S. Peirce's semiotic analysis paradigm in analyzing the data. After tracing, it was discovered that certain rajah contained symbols of Arabic letters and fragments of verses from the Al-Qur’an. The findings of this study are compared with Buya Hamka's interpretation of Al-Azhar verses 190-197, which states that the use of a rajah is not justified even though it contains many Arabic symbols.

Abstract

This study examines the process of learning Arabic at MAN 2 Sleman which is committed to inclusive education so that they integrate learning for students with disabilities and non-disabled students. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources selected in this study were the Head of the Madrasah, Arabic Teachers, Students with Disabilities, and the Head of ULD. Purposive and snowball sampling is used in determining the data source. The results of this study indicate that MAN 2 Sleman always strives to be committed to providing inclusive education. This is evidenced by the effort to complete physical facilities such as guiding blocks and the establishment of ULD in 2020. In addition, MAN 2 Sleman always increases the capacity for knowledge, understanding, and educational practice for HR in the madrasa by organizing various training or workshops for the MAN 2 community. Sleman, the formation of inclusive friends and assistance for students with visual impairments after the covid-19 pandemic. Specific problems in the Arabic learning process for students with disabilities are the lack of Arabic language teachers' ability to write and read Braille Arabic letters, the absence of Arabic references in braille form, and the unavailability of an Arabic dictionary either in braille form or an easily accessible application, by students with disabilities. Efforts made to overcome these problems are the provision of recordings of books or materials and even Arabic questions that teachers or friends of non-disabled students carry out. Students with disabilities can write Latin in the maharah Kitabah or Arabic and then be corrected by a companion who can write and read Arabic Braille. In addition, even though the COVID-19 pandemic has been considered sloping, applications are still ongoing, such as recording text readings or Arabic questions using VN, using the YouTube application to help deepen material and using Google Form media to answer Arabic questions.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine students' mastery of rewriting an English song for class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Comal and to discover students' difficulties in rewriting English song lyrics. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Comal. The sample for this research was class X students for the 2022/2023 school year; thirty-five students were taken as samples. In analyzing the data, the writer uses the percentage of scores in the student test, which aims to determine student mastery in doing the test. The writer found that the experimental class or the class was not given the treatment. One student experienced a decrease in grades compared to the pre-test scores, 28 students experienced an increase in grades, and six students had the same post-test scores as their pre-test scores. From the graph, the writer concludes that grammar has a small increase, meaning that only a few students can get high grammar scores, and the one that increases the most is ideal content, meaning that many students have no difficulty in making ideal content, while vocabulary and punctuation look more stable. This means that students are fine with working on these aspects. In conclusion, students experience difficulties in grammar aspects.

Abstract

The aim of this research is (1) to find out the writing ability taught using folklore videos without small group discussion, (2) to find out the writing ability taught using folklore videos and small group discussion, (3) to find out whether any significant difference writing abilities of the eleventh-grade students of MA Abwabun Nurul Maghfiroh Mranggen Demak taught using folklore videos without small group discussion and those taught using folklore videos and small group discussion. In this research, quantitative was applied to analyze data, including a control class and experimental class in eleventh-grade students of MA Abwabun Nurul Maghfiroh Mranggen Demak 2023. Quantitative research requires the researcher to determine the significant relationship between the independent and dependent variables. In this study, the researcher attended two classes: one was an experimental class taught using folklore videos complemented with small group discussion, and the other was a control class taught using folklore videos without small group discussion. This research uses statistics to analyze statistical data formulas, specifically SPSS. The results showed that (1) the Writing ability of the students taught using folklore videos without small group discussion showed that the mean score on the pretest was 67.93 (Good Level) and the mean score on the post-test was 75,34 (Good level) and then (2) Writing ability of the students taught using folklore videos and small group discussion showed that was means score of the pretest was 64.47 (Good Level), and post-test was 81.83 (Excellent Level) and (3) Difference of Writing ability in narrative text taught using folklore videos without small group discussion and taught complemented small group discussion. Based on the SPSS 2.6 normality test, the researcher can determine that the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Saphiro-Wilk tests provide two values of Sig > 0.05. As a result, the researcher might conclude that H0 cannot be accepted and that the data do not belong to a normal distribution. Thus, the researcher must identify significant differences using the Mann-Whitney U and Wilcoxon tests. The results of the Wilcoxon test (The value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is found to be 0.000) and Mann Whitney test (Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is worth 0.002 less than 0.05). The result is significant and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to measure psychological gestures and language acuity (linguistics) from sensory integration barriers or disorders in a child with Down syndrome named Muhammad Syauqi, with an IQ below 45, a child with special needs from QIS Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine linguistic ability (language ability related to pronunciation sharpness, duration of memorizing Arabic vocabulary, and language regularity), psychological resilience in the process of speaking Arabic, and to identify pronunciation barriers that are owned by the cognitive abilities of children with Down syndrome IQ in below 45. This study uses qualitative research with observation methods, namely field observations, accompanied by analysis and distribution methods, namely listening, taking notes, changing, and replacing. The descriptive analysis method is used to present information and data. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis by describing and summarizing the data obtained statistically. The analysis results show that language use in children with Down syndrome, namely Muhammad Syauqi, is very different because apart from the lower average IQ, obstacles to pronunciation acuity also occur due to physical disorders in the mouth to the throat. Down syndrome children can only say one word because of the lack of vocabulary. Children with Down syndrome will point to the object they want when asking for something. Children with Down syndrome have difficulty pronouncing the vowels /alif/, /fa'/, /syin/, /shod/, /hot/ /'ain/, and /groin/, as well as the vibration of the sound /ro'/. Children with Down syndrome also experience difficulties pronouncing the correct articulation, even sounds that sound unclear, and sometimes make faint sounds without meaning that cannot be understood.
