Abstract

Increasing the number of tourist visits to a destination is an indicator of the success of an effective marketing promotion strategy. The selection of an effective marketing promotion strategy that is in accordance with market trends is an absolute must. One of the effective media in the promotion of destination marketing is to use digital marketing media and sport tourism. Lake Singkarak is one of the villages that makes tourism as one of the sectors driving the economy of its people. Lake Singkarak has considerable potential including cultural tourism, nature tourism and educational tourism. Lake Singkarak has a weakness in terms of marketing promotion, so that the increase in the number of visits is not significant.Community service programs are expected to be the solution. Activities carried out are village tourism workshops, and interesting sport tourism to be able to travel on Lake Singkarak.

Abstract

Another problem faced by the tourism management community in the Simawang district is the lack of knowledge and expertise in tourism management, both in terms of administration, organization and management of existing facilities and infrastructure. The lack of insight and knowledge of the tourism management community in IT development also has an impact on the lack of tourism promotion through social media that is currently developing. The solution to overcome these problems is by implementing a program to increase the insight and knowledge of the tourism management community related to management, administration, promotion, marketing and the ability to use IT. In addition, the solution provided is also in terms of increasing the quality and quantity of tourist objects from existing natural and regional potentials, namely through the development of sport tourism, such as water sports using kayaking. This community service or partnership activity includes; participant recruitment, implementation of training activities, coaching, guidance and development of activities using the Participation Actions Learning System (PALS) method, real development by tourism managers through partner participation in training and coaching and activity evaluation.

Abstract

The main objective of the PPUPIK program at the community nutrition service center is toencourage Padang State University clinics to provide holistic community nutrition services. Theimplementation of this activity is managed by a group of lecturers who scientifically have a closerelationship with the program to be created. It is hoped that the proposal for a community nutritionservice center will develop well in providing individual and community services based on clinicalnutrition. Community nutrition service centers are oriented towards other health service efforts found inclinics, namely promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative. The advantage of this service centercompared to other first-level health facilities such as the puskesmas is that the services provided areaccompanied in the field when carrying out counseling and provision as an integrity service. The maintargets of community nutrition services are children, adolescents, pregnant women and the elderly. Theprograms carried out include nutrition service programs for infants and toddlers, nutrition services foradolescents, nutrition services for pregnant women, nutrition services for the elderly and preparticipation examinations.

Abstract

Most of the potential or natural products in Jipurapah village come from rice fields and plantations. Rice fields and plantations in Jipurapah village are mostly planted with rice, tobacco, corn, and cayenne pepper. In Jipurapah village most of the natural products are chilies, but during certain weather, the natural products in the form of chilies sometimes experience a decrease due to Patek pest attacks. Based on this, KKN students took the initiative to conduct training on making chili powder for the local people of Jipurapah village to solve the problem. With chili powder-making skills training, the public can sell it and carry out product marketing in the market place which aims to reach a wider market throughout the region where group 2 Community Service Students at STKIP PGRI Jombang choose the Shopee application. The method used is by holding Digital Marketing socialization and chili powder training in Jipurapah village. The conclusions that can be drawn from this community service activity are as follows, namely, Socialization and training activities for making processed chili powder and marketing it through digital marketing have been successfully carried out and can be quickly adopted by the training participants, in this case, the PKK Jipurapah village.

Abstract

This paper discusses improving the governance of Sumber Manis natural tourism in the Suko Environment, Gombengsari Village, Banyuwangi Regency. Tourists visiting Sumber Manis have decreased due to the post-covid-19 pandemic in 2021. Therefore, the destination manager and PGRI Banyuwangi University are collaborating with fielding KKN students to help better tourism management. The method used is to design the management of natural tourism spots in Sumber Manis, fitness tourism, and volleyball courts to attract local, national and foreign visitors. The results of tourism spot management show that Sumber Manis nature tourism has increased from 80% local visitors and 20% foreign tourists in 2022.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide knowledge and skills to Indonesian Language Education Masters Study Program students in writing scientific articles. This activity must be carried out because students must publish their research articles in accredited national journals or international journals under the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Number 50 of 2018. This activity uses the problem-solving method to overcome three problems, preparation of training modules, implementation workshops/training, and the ability of students to write scientific articles. This community service activity produces the following things. (1) Availability of scientific article writing training modules. (2) The implementation of the workshop/training was well proven by > 75% (16 people/76.19%) of students, who managed to get an average score of 76.19 in a pretty good category. (3) The ability to write scientific articles for students is at an average score of 76.19 in a fairly good category. The average score based on the indicator of completeness of the structure is 83.33 in the good category; the language aspect indicator is 77.38 in a fairly good category; the template suitability indicator of 76.19 in a pretty good category; the Mendeley application utilization indicator is 50.00 in the less category. The scientific article content indicator is 92.86 in the very good category and the literature review indicator of 77.38 in the fairly good category.

Abstract

Teacher skills are an absolute must to oversee the implementation of an independent curriculum in schools. Teacher skills are important to continue understanding basic literacy concepts. Basic literacy skills are the foundation of all student learning, including those for science, technology, mathematics, character education, and higher order thinking skills. This strengthening carried out directly provides assistance to teachers in schools in educating students about basic literacy. Literacy is a very important thing for students to master, especially in the 21st century. Thus, this stabilization effort provides significant results for teachers and students in implementing an independent curriculum, especially at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the economic sectors that support people's economic growth. In this era of digitalization, the MSMEs sector is experiencing very rapid development, resulting in changes in marketing methods and forms of product promotion content. Through training activities for creating attractive promotional content and marketing using the e-commerce market place, it is seen that they are able to explore the potential of MSMEs in developing their marketing methods. The method of implementing the activities is carried out in five steps, field observation and preparation, publication and dissemination, outreach, training and mentoring, and monitoring. The training aims to expand product marketing and develop promotional knowledge for the MSMEs in Gantung Village. The series of training activities carried out showed that the participants had a very good understanding of the material, and had the desire to develop their business, as evidenced by the fact that as many as 10 MSMEs actors fully carried out product marketing activities through e-commerce and used attractive promotional content. Meanwhile, other MSME actors are still in the stage of adapting to the new marketing methods used.

Abstract

Karang werda wisanggeni is an association that was established in 2004 in the Cemandi Village area which is used to accommodate the activities of the elderly. The existence of this activity encourages the productivity of the elderly in self-development activities, in order to strengthen socio-economic functions. In addition, the empowerment of elderly centers at the age of 60 and over is a place for the elderly to be productive in order to increase life expectancy. The benefits of having karang werda wisanggeni elderly are as a shelter, guidance, and an elderly integrated health service post. The dedication method is the title event by going through three stages, namely the preparation stage, the empowerment stage, and the closing stage. One of its forms is to create activities to commemorate Mother's Day by involving the elderly. The elderly performed Reog Cemandi art to commemorate Mother's Day. This opportunity is a form of increasing social welfare for the elderly. In essence, the elderly can play an active role in social life, so that the elderly can be more productive in increasing life expectancy. In the next service, you can actively involve the karang werda Wisanggeni elderly in Cemandi village.

Abstract

Persistence is often found in children with mixed dentition. The level of knowledge of parents and children about the timing of tooth eruption can be one of the causes of the high prevalence of tooth persistence in children. Knowledge of tooth eruption timing is important for children to have. Flashcard media can be used to help children learn more.The purpose of this activity is to increase children's knowledge about tooth eruption time through flashcard media. The method used is an interactive playing method with flashcards. The interactive play method with flashcards involves all students by dividing the children into groups, each group having a maximum of 10 children. Each group received one flashcard package with an accompanying educator. One flashcard package consists of 20 cards containing educational material about teeth and their functions, the number of teeth, and the time of tooth eruption. To find out the increase in knowledge, a pretest and posttest were carried out. The result of this activity was that there was an increase in children's knowledge, and the results of the paired T-test showed a significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion: Flashcard media is effective for increasing children's knowledge about the timing of tooth eruption.
