Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality, Sales Promotion partially and simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction Gopay Users in Denpasar City. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents Gopay users in Denpasar City with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Experiential Marketing, E-service Quality, Sales Promotion have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction Gopay users in Denpasar City. Suggestions that can be given by researchers to management are to improve experiential marketing so that customer satisfaction for Gopay users in Denpasar City is achieved.

Abstract

Bisnis restoran adalah salah satu bisnis paling kompetitif di industri. Langkah strategis dari setiap restoran adalah menentukan variabel-variabel kompetitif mana yang dapat menarik pelanggan baru dan mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada sangat penting untuk mengelola restoran yang sukses.  Beragam tawaran di industri restauran menyebabkan para pelaku berusaha mendapatkan loyalitas dari para pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan keberagaman produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Survei dilakukan terhadap 110 pelanggan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS 25 for Windows digunakan sebagai alat analisis dana olah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan keberagaman produk berpengаruh signifikаn terhаdаp loyalitas pelanggan secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on performance and to determine the role of motivation in mediating it. The research sample consisted of 42 people who were taken using the census method from all employees. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS.From the analysis obtained: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on motivation. The results of this study indicate that the better the organizational culture can increase motivation. 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of this study mean that the better the implementation of organizational culture will be able to improve employee performance. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study mean that increased motivation can improve employee performance. 4) Motivation is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. This gives an indication that motivation strengthens the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Prudential Life Assurance, Patimura Denpasar Branch.

Abstract

Kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan yang semakin meningkat dengan kemampuan kerja dan tuntutan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik. Berbagai tekanan dan beban kerja memungkinkan untuk memunculkan kondisi stres kerja pada perawat di rumah sakit serta memengaruhi kinerja mereka untuk memberikan pelayanan pasien. Tujuan studi di artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan kondisi stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat pada pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Jenis penelitan systematic review dengan meta analisis artikel dari Google Scholar dengan kriteria inklusi yang sesuai. Hasil meta analisis dari 10 jurnal yang terpilih menunjukkan korelasi medium effect size antara stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat sebesar r =-0,37 (95% CI= (-0.499, -0.219) dari random effects size yang berdasarkan = 87.3%. Stres kerja memiliki pengaruh tingkat sedang pada kinerja perawat dengan korelasi semakin rendah tingkat stress kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

The implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program is a step taken by the government to provide access to higher education to all people. This program is implemented by prioritizing the 3T principle, namely right on target, on time and in efficiency. This program is inseparable from various obstacles and obstacles to achieving the vision and mission and objectives of its implementation. These problems and obstacles also occur at Udayana University as one of the state universities that organizes the Bidikmisi education fee assistance program. Problems that occur include inaccurate provision of funding assistance, delays in disbursement of funds and unattainable objectives of program implementation. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University using a case study with a qualitative descriptive research type. The unit of analysis in this study is all parts involved in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program. The data collection technique was carried out by means of field studies, namely data collection, observation, interviews and documentary studies. The results of the analysis show that in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, there are obstacles and obstacles, namely the distribution of aid that has not been on target, the distribution of education costs is not yet on time, the lack of coordination between the program organizers. Therefore, it is still necessary to make improvements in several aspects such as improving the quality of selection of prospective recipients of bidikmisi tuition assistance, increasing coordination between the central government, state tertiary institutions and banks in the process of distributing assistance and increasing internal university coordination to achieve the vision and mission and objectives. the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap profitabilitas.  Hubungan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA)  dalam sejumlah penelitian yang telah dikembangkan diketemukan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas dengan hasil negatif dan ada  juga berpengaruh positif signifikan .  Celah penelitian tersebut pada penelitian sekarang perlu dimediasi viable baru, agar Resiko Kredit tidak mempengaruhi menurunnya tingkat profitabilitas . Adapun variabel mediasi tersebut adalah kecukupan Modal ( CAR)Hasil dari analisis Pengaruh Risiko Kredit Terhadap Profitabilitas Dengan Kecukupan Modal Sebagai Variabel Mediasi menunjukkan bahwa CAR mampu memediasi pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA. Dimana pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA semula bernilai-0,562,namun setelah adanya CAR sebagai variabel mediasi, pengaruh hubungan tersebut meningkat  menjadi 0.163.Semakin banyaknya kredit macet pada suatu lembaga keuangan  maka hal tersebut akan menyebabkan kerugian. Untuk menutupi kerugian tersebut lembaga keuangan mengembalikannya  dari  permodalan  yang dimilikinya sehingga akan menurunkan nilai CAR dari Koperasi

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar as many as 110 people. While the sample of respondents in this study were 86 people from all employees at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. The result of the research is that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar, while job satisfaction and job loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of variable financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 36 employees and the research sample used was a saturated sample of 36 employees at PT. Kawi brilliant Bima. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Sig value. The F which is obtained is 0,000. The results of the study partially show that financial compensation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig value. t of -283. The result of the research is partially known that non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 5,563

Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis penting dilakukan sebelum perusahaan membuka cabang baru dengan tujuan dapat menghindari resiko kegagalan yang akan terjadi di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon di sanur di tinjau dari aspek finansial dan nonfinansial. Aspek nonfinansial terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen. Sedangkan aspek finansial dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu, Payback Periode (PP),NPV(Net Present Value) dan PI (Profitability index). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptip kualitatif- kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif di gunakan untuk menganalisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen. Sedangkan metode penelitian kuantitatif di gunakan untuk menganalisis aspek finansial. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dilihat dari aspek nonfinasial yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, dan aspek manajemen, pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon layak untuk di dirikan. Di karenakan faktor – faktor dan kriteria penilaian kelayakan untuk menilai aspek nonfinansial dapat terpenuhi. Dari aspek finansial pembukaan cabang baru pada PT Monsieur Spoon juga layak di dirikan, karena alat yang di gunakan untuk menilai aspek finansial sesuai dengan ketentuan yang di gunakan yaitu metode Payback Periode (PP) lebih kecil dari umur maksimum proyek yang telah ditetapkan, NPV(Net Present Value) posotif dan PI (Profitability index) 1

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of credit risk on profitability. The relationship of the effect of credit risk on profitability (ROA) in a number of studies that have been developed found the effect of credit risk on profitability with negative results and there is also a significant positive effect. This research gap in current research needs to be mediated by new viables, so that credit risk does not affect the decline in the level of profitability. The mediating variable is Capital Adequacy (CAR).The results of the analysis of the Effect of Credit Risk on Profitability with Capital Adequacy as a Mediation Variable show that CAR is able to mediate the direct effect of NPL on ROA. Where the direct effect of NPL on ROA was originally valued at -0.562, but after the presence of CAR as a mediating variable, the effect of this relationship increased to 0.163. The more bad credit in a financial institution, the more it will cause losses. To cover this loss, the financial institution returns it from the capital it owns so that it will reduce the CAR value of the cooperative
