Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work experience, and motivation on employee performance of PT Tiga Serangkai. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The respondents consist of employees from various departments within PT Tiga Serangkai who were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial test indicate that organizational culture, work experience, and motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous test confirms that these three variables collectively influence employee performance significantly. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a supportive organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, and maintaining high motivation levels to improve overall performance within the company. Abstract

In a quantitative analysis of panel data spanning 2020–2024 for consumer non‑cyclical firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this research investigates how diversity in board demographics—namely age, tenure, and gender—and governance participation via meeting frequency affect firm profitability, as measured by Return on Assets and Return on Equity, while accounting for leverage and firm size. Results indicate that greater variation in directors’ professional experience significantly boosts ROA, whereas wider age disparities among board members negatively impact ROE, reflecting generational dynamics in decision‑making. In contrast, gender diversity and meeting frequency show no significant effects. The persistent influence of leverage and scale corroborates their vital role in financial performance. Altogether, the study demonstrates the value of diverse expertise and prudent financial management, highlighting that demographic effects are nuanced and context‑dependent in emerging‑market governance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability (NPM), liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and activity (TATO) on stock prices (closing price) of consumer non-cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021–2023 period. A quantitative approach was applied using secondary data from financial reports obtained through official IDX documentation and company websites. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, such as financial reports in Indonesian Rupiah, positive net income, and complete data availability. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25, employing multiple linear regression preceded by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that profitability and activity have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while liquidity and solvency show no significant effect. These findings suggest that operational efficiency and the ability to generate profit are key factors influencing investor interest. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of profitability, liquidity, growth opportunity, and asset tangibility on the capital structure of manufacturing firms in Indonesia. This study employs the pecking order theory to examine data from 140 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2024. The companies were chosen based on criteria such as having full financial statements, being listed before 2017, and not having negative equity. A total of 1,120 firm-year observations were analyzed using panel data regression with STATA. The findings indicate that profitability and liquidity have a significant negative impact on capital structure, while asset tangibility has a significant positive effect. However, growth opportunity does not have a significant effect, suggesting that expansion potential is not a primary factor in determining debt utilization among manufacturing firms. These findings support the pecking order theory and emphasize the importance of internal financial strength and asset structure in financing decisions. Companies are encouraged to maintain strong internal funding capabilities and manage debt prudently to ensure financial sustainability. Abstract

Women’s participation in the labor market plays a crucial role in advancing economic growth and fostering gender equality, yet it continues to encounter persistent social and structural obstacles. This research seeks to examine the determinants of female employment absorption in Central Java from 2019 to 2023. The analysis applies panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM) to capture the influence of each explanatory variable. The study incorporates the Information and Communication Technology Development Index (ICTDI), Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW), Average Years of Schooling (AYS), investment, labor force, and the presence of vocational training centers. Findings reveal that PMW, AYS, labor force, and vocational training centers exert a significant impact on female labor absorption, whereas ICTDI and investment show no meaningful effect. In light of these results, it is recommended that policymakers emphasize equitable wage systems, broaden educational opportunities, encourage women’s participation in the workforce, and reinforce the contribution of vocational training institutions to sustainably enhance competitiveness and the integration of women into the labor market. Abstract

This study examines the influence of thin capitalization, intellectual capital, capital intensity, and institutional ownership on tax avoidance in manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020–2022. Samples were selected based on consistent inclusion in the IDX and availability of complete audited reports in Indonesian rupiah. Data were obtained from www.idx.co.id and company websites and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 25. Thin capitalization denotes a debt-heavy capital structure, intellectual capital reflects intangible resource utilization, capital intensity measures fixed asset investment, and institutional ownership indicates institutional shareholding proportion. Results show that thin capitalization, intellectual capital, and institutional ownership have no significant effect on tax avoidance, while capital intensity has a significant positive effect. This suggests that greater investment in fixed assets may facilitate legal tax minimization, whereas the other factors exert minimal direct influence. Abstract

In the context of marketing, society 5.0 has major implications that fundamentally change how businesses operate and interact with consumers. In marketing 5.0, the use of big data is crucial; technological developments that influence consumer behavior and increasing market competition necessitate an analysis of consumer habits to facilitate marketers in advertising their products. This research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the Watase Uake application to search for articles published from 2021 to 2024. Previous research indicates that big data and related technologies significantly impact marketing and business strategies, enhancing sales prediction accuracy, boosting company profits, and generating innovative digital content. Abstract

This article aims to analyze training, work environment, and employee performance. This article was prepared using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. SLR is a systematic literature review method that identifies, reviews, evaluates, and interprets all available research. With this method, researchers review and identify journals in a structure that, in each process, follows predetermined steps. Employee performance is one of the main factors for the company to achieve its goals. Apart from being a factor in achieving goals, employee performance is also a way to measure the quality of human resources in a company. The analysis of various journals indicates that both training and the work environment significantly influence employee performance. The training given to employees will improve their performance, and a comfortable work environment will also improve employee performance. Keywords: Training; Environment; Employee Performance

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the impact of internal integration, supplier integration, and customer integration on supply chain performance. This research employs a quantitative method and uses a saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 67 SRC partners in Cilegon City. The analysis method used is SPSS V20. The findings indicate that internal integration, supplier integration, and customer integration positively and significantly impact supply chain performance. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.604, concluding that internal integration, supplier integration, and customer integration influence supply chain performance by 60.4%, with the remaining 39.6% influenced by other variables outside this study. Expanding the data scope and considering other factors are recommended to obtain more representative results. This is crucial for future research to provide a more comprehensive and accurate depiction of supply chain performance dynamics at SRC and in broader contexts.
