Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the application of contextual learning in improving the learning outcomes of seventh grade Buddhist students of SMP Negeri 1 Mandiraja. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to improve learning outcomes after applying the contextual learning model to Buddhist students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Mandiraja. This research is an experimental type of research with the type of One Shoot Case Study. The research was conducted by means of observation, action (treatment), and results. The subjects of this study were Buddhist students in class VII, which consisted of 2 students and 1 student. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The data analysis technique used qualitative techniques (in the form of observation notes, and documentation) and quantitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of Buddhist students have increased after the application of the contextual learning model, the results before the action of the overall learning outcomes of the three students averaged a score of 75, while after the overall action the students achieved an average score of 83.33. The conclusion of this research is the contextual learning model can improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade Buddhist students at SMP Negeri 1 Mandiraja, this is evidenced by the increase in learning outcomes after the action.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran Kontekstual yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Buddha siswa. Penelitian berlokasi di SMP Negeri 1 Teluknaga Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen dengan pola non-equivalent control group design dimana terdapat 2 kelompok yakni kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran dengan model kontekstual dan kelompok kontrol diberi perlakuan dengan model konvensional (ceramah). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai rata-rata pretest kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol sama yakni 6,5 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest berbeda antara kelompok eksperimen yakni 8,4 dan kontrol 7,0 yang berarti penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam pembelajaran di kelompok eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa lebih signifikan dibandingkan penerapan model ceramah di kelompok kontrol. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif menggunakan perhitungan berdasarkan kriteria hasil tes siswa secara klasikal yaitu nilai prestasi rata-rata siswa dalam satu kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran CTL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan agama Buddha siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims: To describe the religious behavior of Buddhists and Muslims; To analyze the social harmonization formed in the religious behavior; To analyze the factors that cause of social harmonization in the religious behavior. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Milles and Huberman models. The data validity test using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of the study describe the Buddhists and Muslims in Sodong hamlet have realized that worship according to religion and belief is a basic need for religious people. Harmony is seen in gotong-royong, together in celebration of religious ceremonies, mutual support and giving, anjangsana and the formation of togetherness groups in the field of arts and culture. The harmony that grows in the plural society in Sodong hamlet is due to the principle that is believed together with the slogan "sing penting rukun". Factors supporting the formation of social harmonization originating from internal and external factors and inhibiting factors from external. The meaning in the Upali Sutta refers to an inclusive religious understanding, which assumes that the truth is not only found in the religion he adheres to, more than that there is also truth in other religions.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the types of cohesive devices utilised in the recount text writing of Tenth-grade students at MAN Huta Godang during the academic year 2022/2023 and to identify the most prevalent form of cohesive device. The data was taken from 5 students writing. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method that includes cohesive devices in students' writing. It was found that the types of grammatical cohesion were reference, conjunction, and ellipsis. The most frequently used type of grammatical cohesion is the reference. Students who recount text writing using grammatical cohesion can be in the "fair" category with a percentage of 30.2%. The study suggests students should be aware that merely including a large number of cohesive elements in an essay does not guarantee that the essay will demonstrate or even produce cohesiveness; rather, the cohesive elements must be used in a logical and consistent manner throughout the text. Abstract

Integrated learning based on multiple intelligences in early childhood is a learning activity that is oriented towards maximizing the growth and development process of early childhood through integrated and holistic activities. This study aims to describe Integrated Learning Activities Based on Multiple Intelligences in Early Childhood Education in Banyumas. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documents. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers and students as well as parents' representatives. This research resulted in the following description: Integrated learning activities are carried out systematically through teacher activities based on planning aspects in the form of daily learning activity plans with reference to aspects of competence and child intelligence. Children's learning towards maximizing their potential is carried out by involving the role of parents in children's learning activities at home, by making daily activities and learning resources utilizing what is at home as learning material. Abstract

Pendidikan secara umum adalah suatu proses kehidupan untuk mengembangkan diri setiap masing-masing individu untuk hidup dan dapat melangsungkan kehidupan. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 tentunya sangat berdampak pada pengelolaan pembelajaran, dari pembelajaran yang konvensional kedalam pembelajaran daring termasuk pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha (PAB). Kendala yang dialami oleh guru, siswa dan orang tua murid dari tidak tersedianya gawai, internet, terbatasnya kuota, keterlambatan siswa mengumpulkan tugas, dan kurang pendampingan dari keluarga karena bekerja. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran daring PAB masa pandemi-19 di SD Ariya Metta, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk menggambarkan fenomena saat ini sehingga desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran daring PAB di masa pandemi dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: pembelajaran daring PAB meliputi tiga kegiatan yaitu perencanaan pelaksanaan dan kegiatan penutup, adanya faktor pendukung proses pembelajaran baik yang dimiliki oleh guru maupun siswa, terdapat strategi guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran daring melalui proses komunikatif, pengaturan pembelajaran sesuai dengan fasilitas yang dimiliki siswa, pengoptimalan buku paket, penyediaan platform pembelajaran, dan petunjuk pembelajaran daring yang simpel serta mudah dipahami sehingga memiliki efek positif dalam proses pembelajaran bagi guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa utamanya dalam kolaborasi pengelolaan pemebalajaran daring PAB. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk perbaikan pengelolaan pembelajaran daring khususnya pada mata pelajaran PAB pada semester selanjutnya dan mata pelajaran lainnya khusunya tingkat sekolah dasar. With the Covid-19 pandemic, of course, it has had a huge impact on the management of learning, from conventional learning to online learning, including learning Buddhist Religious Education (PAB). Constraints experienced by teachers, students and parents of students from unavailability of gadgets, internet, limited quotas, delays in students submitting assignments, and lack of assistance from family due to work. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify and describe the management of PAB online learning during the 19th pandemic at Ariya Metta Elementary School, using qualitative research methods to describe current phenomena so that the research design used a phenomenological approach. In the management of PAB online learning during the pandemic, the research results obtained were: PAB online learning includes three activities namely implementation planning and closing activities, there are supporting factors for the learning process both owned by teachers and students, there are teacher strategies in overcoming online learning problems through communicative processes, learning arrangements according to the facilities owned by students, optimizing textbooks, providing learning platforms, and online learning instructions that are simple and easy to understand so that they have a positive effect on the learning process for teachers, students, and parents of students, especially in collaborative learning management PB online. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a guideline for improving the management of online learning, especially in PAB subjects in the following semester and other subjects, especially at the elementary school level. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of microteaching readiness on teaching readiness for school field introduction (PLP) for students of office administration education study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University. This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. The samples in this study were all office administration education study programs class of 2019, totaling 54 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the microteaching variable had an effect on the readiness to teach school field introduction (PLP) variable which was obtained from the t-value of 11,473 > t-table of 1,675 and a sig value of 0,000 <0,05. Abstract

MBKM is a program from the Ministry of Education and Culture. This program aims to provide students with a platform to develop their talents, soft and hard skills, and the knowledge they have learned on campus. In taking action based on the motives that exist in the individual to get what he wants; we divide them into two (because of motives) and (in order to motives). With a phenomenological approach, this study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews with informants. This study aims to know “UHAMKA Students’ Communication Motives for Participating in the 2022 MBKM Program”. Research results suggest that a causal motive is a driving force behind students' decision to join the MBKM program. It is because the informants want to improve their communication skills and gain excellence from this program. Concerning the goal motive, the students expect to develop skills and benefits from the MBKM Program. The communication motives the students used are persuasive communication motives and interpersonal communication motives. The students have hopes to invite others to join the MBKM program, and they interpersonally communicate to find out information. It will establish the communication motives they convey.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambarann peran kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan MBS. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan melibatkan subjek penelitian seperti kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengawas sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi, sementara teknik triangulasi digunakan untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peran kepala sekolah dalam konteks MBS ditemukan cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 70,30, dan meliputi profesionalitas, tata kelola sarana prasarana, inovator, dan tata kelola sumber dana. Faktor penghambat dalam penerapan MBS adalah kurangnya komunikasi yang efektif di sekolah dan kurangnya sosialisasi terkait penerapan MBS, sementara faktor pendukung adalah peran aktif dari warga sekolah dalam pelaksanaan MBS dan dukungan dari pengawas sekolah. Kata kunci: MBS, kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) yang telah diterapkan di SD unggulan Muhammadiyah Gribig Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan obyek SD Unggulan yaitu SD Muhammadiyah Gribig Kudus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) diterapkan pada standar atau komponen kurikulum, kesiswaan, sarana prasarana, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, keuangan dan hubungan masyarakat. Manajemen pada komponenatau standar ini akan mewujudkan mutu sekolah yang unggul. Sekolah hendaknya memahami dan memperhatikan kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi MBS untuk dicarikan solusi yang terbaik. Kata kunci: MBS, mutu sekolah.
