Abstract

Berlatarbelakangkan masih relatif kerapnya dijumpai ketidakjelasan terkait pemahaman di kalangan akademisi menyangkut typologi sumber data penelitian pendekatan kualitatif, artikel ini mencoba menelaah posisi analisis teks dalam konteks penelitian komunikasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelaahan diorientasikan fokus pada model analisis teks Theo Van Leeuwen. Pemfokusan berorientasi pada upaya formatisasi model, praktik cara kerja model, praktik cara menemukan tema minor, praktik cara menyajikan hasil analsis teks dan cara melakukan diskusi hasil penelitian. Dari hasil pembahasan, tulisan ini berhasil menemukan format model analisis teks Theo Van Leeuwen beserta wujud dari praktik cara kerja model, cara menemukan tema minor, menyajikan hasil analisis teks dan praktik cara melakukan diskusi hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) yang diinisiasi oleh pemerintah Prabowo-Gibran sejak Januari 2025 mendapatkan sorotan tajam dari publik dan media akibat berbagai kendala operasional dan kontroversi, seperti insiden keracunan massal dan keterlambatan pembayaran mitra penyedia makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi komunikasi krisis yang dijalankan oleh Kantor Komunikasi Kepresidenan (KKK) dalam menghadapi krisis tersebut menggunakan kerangka Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis konten berita daring dari lima portal berita nasional terkemuka periode Januari–Mei 2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa KKK lebih dominan menggunakan strategi defensif berupa penyangkalan parsial dan pembenaran (justification), serta penguatan citra positif (bolstering), dibandingkan pengakuan kesalahan dan permintaan maaf yang direkomendasikan untuk krisis preventable. Strategi korektif dilakukan secara terbatas dan tidak selalu dikomunikasikan secara transparan. Pendekatan komunikasi yang cenderung performatif ini efektif menahan eskalasi krisis dalam jangka pendek, namun tidak berhasil memulihkan kepercayaan publik secara menyeluruh, ditandai oleh persistensi sentimen negatif dan skeptisisme masyarakat. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya integrasi antara teori komunikasi krisis dengan dinamika politik praktis dalam pengelolaan isu publik di pemerintahan. Implikasi praktisnya meliputi kebutuhan akan komunikasi krisis yang lebih proaktif, transparan, empatik, dan koordinasi antar lembaga yang konsisten agar program populis seperti MBG dapat berhasil secara substansial dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology presents transformative opportunities for education, particularly in the context of Islamic pedagogy. This systematic literature review explores the integration of AI into Islamic education, focusing on its potential to support character and cognitive development while aligning with Islamic values. The study identifies critical research gaps, analyzes existing literature, and synthesizes findings to propose actionable insights for future advancements. Results reveal that AI can personalize learning experiences, enhance critical thinking, and integrate moral and spiritual principles into the educational process. However, challenges such as ethical concerns, data privacy, and the need for localized AI solutions remain significant barriers. The findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach, combining intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions in education. Recommendations include the development of AI-based curricula aligned with Islamic values, teacher training programs, and ethical frameworks to ensure the responsible application of AI in Islamic education. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on AI in education and provides a foundation for further exploration in integrating technology with Islamic pedagogy to enhance educational outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Teknologi Kader Pembangunan Indonesia (YPT KAPIN) dalam Meningkatan Kinerja Guru, serta untuk merekomndasikan bagaimanakah seharusnya kebijakan dan implementasi yang diterapkan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Teknologi Kader Pembangunan Indonesia (YPT KAPIN) dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Yayasan Yayasan Pendidikan Teknologi Kader Pembangunan Indonesia (YPT KAPIN) Jakarta Timur. selama 4 bulan dari bulan Januari – April 2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut : Pengumpulan Data, Penyajian Data, Kondensasi Data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut Hasil dari wawancara, observasi. dan data-data yang ada, bahwa Yayasan Pendidikan Teknologi Kader Pembangunan Indonesia (YPT KAPIN) Jakarta Timur belum sepenuhnya membuat kebijakan yang mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja guru, hal ini dapat dilihat pada aspek-aspek kebijakan yang seharusnya dibuat oleh yayasan ternyata belum dibuat dalam kebijakannya. Implementasi kebijakan Yayasan juga belum berjalan dengan optimal. Yayasan Pendidikan Teknologi Kader Pembangunan Indonesia (YPT KAPIN) Jakarta Timur harus membuat Kebijakan tentang peningkatan kinerja guru berdasarkan beberapa aspek yang dapat diimplementasikan dilapangan.Sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kekuatan yang di miliki Yayasan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of differentiated learning on students' mathematical self-efficacy in probability material in class X of SMK Negeri 5 Medan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The type of research is a quasi-experiment with sampling using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The researcher used a questionnaire and observation as instruments to collect data. The results of the data analysis showed that the sig value (2-tailed) was 0.000 <0.05 at a significance level of 5%, which means that there is an effect of differentiated learning on students' mathematical self-efficacy in probability material in class X of SMK Negeri 5 Medan. From the results obtained the regression equation Ŷ = 17.615 + 0.431 ???? . Based on the results of the regression significance test, it can be concluded that there is an influence between differentiated learning on students' mathematical self-efficacy. The magnitude of the influence calculated with the coefficient of determination ( ???? 2) is 61.2%, meaning it is included in the moderate category and the relationship between differentiated learning and students' mathematical Self-efficacy with a value of r = 0.782, which means that both variables have a relationship with the percentage of values in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Organizational Communication on the Effectiveness of Work Teams in the Medan City Social Service. This study involved active employees in the Medan City Social Service. PSI (Information System Center) provided a total of 115 participants for this study. Medan City Social Service 2024, where 44 Permanent Employees and 71 Casual Daily Employees (PHL) . The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) and the influence of organizational communication based on the results of the regression analysis, the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.816, which means that organizational communication is able to explain 81.6% of the variation in the effectiveness of work teams in the Medan City Social Service. This shows that organizational communication has a very strong and significant influence on the effectiveness of work teams. In other words, the better organizational communication that occurs in the work environment, the effectiveness of teamwork will also increase significantly. The remaining 18.4% of work team effectiveness is influenced by other factors outside of organizational communication. Majority of Respondents The majority of respondents in this study were employees aged between 25–32 years (56.5%), who are included in the productive age group. In terms of organizational communication, 66.1% of respondents rated organizational communication in their workplace as high, and 67% of respondents rated the effectiveness of work teams as high. This indicates that the majority of employees have a positive perception of communication and team effectiveness in their work environment, although there are still a small number who experience obstacles in the division of tasks, workload, and suboptimal two-way communication.

Abstract

Penelitian analisis pengaruh pasir putih sebagai bahan campuran beton telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui strukturnya dengan berbagai pengujian. Beton dibuat berbentuk Balok 10 x 10 x 15 cm dengan standart SNI K123. Pada penelitian ini dibuat agregat halus (pasir putih) sebesar 25%, 50%, dan 75%, dari berat agregat halus yang digunakan. Setelah melalui masa 20 hari kemudian beton diuji dengan metode Uji Impak dengan prosedur yang ada. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh Pengujian Difraksi Sinar X Pada Pasir Putih setelah di ayak, dicuci dan dikering. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh Hasil pengujian Difraksi Sinar X terdapat unsur-unsur seperti SiO2 (silikon Oxide), TaO2 (Tantalum Oxide), FeNi (Iron Nikel), FeC (Iron Carbide), TaO (Tantalum Oxide), Fe2C (Iron Carbide) memperlihatkan bahwa grafik menunjukkan nilai intensitasnya silikon pasir putih tinggi. Dari hasil pengujian impak diperoleh kuat patah maksimum beton pasir putih pada komposisi 50% dengan kekuatan 19,6 Mpa. Hasil ini melampaui kekuatan yang ditetapkan oleh Badan Standart Nasional Indonesia. Dengan ukuran pasir yang lebih halus dan kandungan silicon akan lebih banyak.

Abstract

The aims of this study is (1) analyze the need for implementing virtual reality in the Sociology and Buddhist Culture courses at STABN Sriwijaya; (2) identify the obstacles faced in the application of this technology; and (3) analyze the strategies implemented by STABN Sriwijaya in facing the challenges of digital transformation. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive overview as a foundation for developing technology-based learning media in Buddhist higher education. The method of this study is qualitative approach with an empirical study method. Data was collected using in-depth interview method with key informants consisting of lecturers and management from the Buddhist Religious Education Study Program at STABN Sriwijaya. Then the collected data were analyzed with thematically method to indentify the patterns of needs, perceived challenges, as well as expectations and strategic steps that have been and will be taken by the institution regarding VR implementation. The results show a strong need for the application of VR as a medium to enhance motivation and learning effectiveness, enabling students to be virtually "present" in historical and cultural contexts. The main identified obstacles are the limitations of internet network infrastructure and the readiness of human resources (lecturers) to adapt to new technology. Nevertheless, there is high optimism and concrete institutional strategies, as STABN Sriwijaya is actively in the process of building supporting infrastructure such as new buildings and laboratories to realize digital transformation in its learning process. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Perceived Social Support on Homesickness in Migrant Students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan. So the hypothesis that has been proposed can be accepted, meaning, the higher the social support received by migrant students, the lower the level of homesickness experienced by migrant students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan. From the results of categorization based on variables, it can be seen that in the Social Support variable, the majority of migrant students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan are in the moderate category, namely 88 respondents out of a total of 170 people. Furthermore, based on the results of categorization on the Homesickness variable, it is known that most migrant students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan are also in the moderate category, namely 111 respondents. The results of data analysis show that the empirical average value of social support is higher than the hypothetical average, while the empirical average of homesickness is lower than the hypothetical average. This indicates that migrant students tend to have fairly good social support and experience relatively low homesickness. Based on demographic characteristics, the highest social support was found among 21-year-old students, graduating class of 2021, from the faculties of agriculture and teacher training and education, and from North Tapanuli. Meanwhile, the highest homesickness was found among 19-year-old students, graduating class of 2024, from the faculties of medicine and teacher training and education, and from Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Subjective Well Being in Nurses at Hospital X. Based on the research that has been conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that: It was found that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on subjective well-being in nurses at hospital x. This is indicated by the results of a simple linear regression analysis with a regression coefficient value of 0.205 with a significance level of 0.02, which is below the significance limit of 0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence plays a role in shaping the level of subjective well-being of nurses. The higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the subjective well- being felt by nurses. Emotional intelligence significantly influences subjective well-being. However, it falls into the low category, at 11.9% (R-square = 0.119), meaning that 88.1% of the variation in subjective well-being is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These factors can include external factors, such as work pressure, hospital management, social support, and the nurses' physical and mental health.
