Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the soccer refereeing management system in the East OKU Regency Association using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. An effective refereeing system is essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of football matches at the local level. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that although the organizational structure and implementation of referee duties were in place, there were still significant obstacles such as limited continuous training, lack of systematic performance evaluation, and lack of technological support and awards for outstanding referees. The context evaluation revealed the social pressure that referees experience during matches, while the input and process evaluations indicated the need for improvements in human resource management and coordination between regions. Refereeing management products have made a positive contribution, but the consistency of referee quality still needs to be improved. This research recommends the development of continuous training programs, the implementation of a structured performance evaluation system, and the provision of incentives to strengthen football refereeing management in the regions. These findings can serve as a reference for other district soccer associations in improving the quality of refereeing.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development of research on fundamental locomotor skills within physical education learning over the past decade and to identify existing research gaps. A systematic review method was employed, supported by Publish or Perish software and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. Articles were searched from 2012 to 2022 using the keyword “learn basic locomotor movements,” resulting in 2,136 records. The selection and screening process followed the PRISMA protocol, yielding 41 eligible articles. The findings indicate that learning models are the most dominant topic within FMS research, whereas comprehensive investigations of locomotor skills remain limited. Of the 41 articles reviewed, only 18 (43.90%) addressed six locomotor skills, one article (2.44%) covered eight aspects, and none examined all nine locomotor skills (running, jumping, walking, leaping, galloping, sliding, rolling, skipping, hopping). These results highlight a substantial need to develop complete locomotor skill–based learning, particularly for children aged 5–7 years who are in a critical stage of motor development. This study provides an evidence-based foundation for creating more targeted motor intervention programs to support children’s movement competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the level of community participation and local wisdom on increasing community income in the Religious Tourism Village of Penyengat Island, with religion as a moderating variable. This village is one of the religious tourism destinations that has a rich Islamic culture and strong Malay historical heritage. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to the local community, and the data is analyzed using the PLS-SEM model. The results of the study indicate that community participation and local wisdom have a direct positive and significant effect on increasing income. However, religion as a moderating variable does not always strengthen this influence. Religion is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between community participation and income, but actually weakens this influence because of the emphasis on spiritual values, simplicity, and social norms that can limit economic activities. Meanwhile, the role of religion in mediating the relationship between local wisdom and community income is not significant. The implications of these findings indicate the need for a sensitive approach to religious values in the development strategy of religious tourism villages. The integration of spiritual values within the economic framework must be strategically designed in order to encourage synergy between spirituality and economic welfare.

Abstract

Islamic education institutions are increasingly expected to realize their educational vision while simultaneously strengthening students' health, physical fitness, and holistic well-being. This study examines how human resource (HR) optimization supports the realization of the Islamic education vision through School Health (UKS) and Physical Education (PE) programs at the Daarul Arifin Indonesia Foundation. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with foundation leaders, principals, teachers, and school health personnel; direct observation of UKS and PE implementation; and document analysis of strategic plans, program reports, and standard operating procedures. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of HR planning, development, coordination, and performance management related to health and PE initiatives. Findings indicate that HR optimization is reflected in: (1) alignment of HR policies with the institution's Islamic educational vision and student well-being goals; (2) capacity building for teachers and staff in health literacy, safe physical activity practices, and value-based character formation; (3) cross-unit collaboration between academic staff, UKS teams, and external health partners; and (4) monitoring and evaluation mechanisms that integrate spiritual, behavioral, and health-related outcomes. Key challenges include uneven staff competencies, limited facilities, and inconsistent program documentation. The study proposes an integrative HR governance approach that connects faith-based educational objectives with sustainable school health and PE management, offering practical implications for Islamic foundations seeking to strengthen educational quality through student well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of kurash to improving student athletic performance in Jakarta. The research approach employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through literature review, limited observation, and interviews with coaches, physical education teachers, and sports organization officials. The results indicate that kurash makes a significant contribution to improving students’ physical, mental, and character development, which impacts their athletic performance. Additionally, kurash plays a role in fostering discipline, sportsmanship, and self-confidence among students. However, this contribution remains suboptimal due to limited institutional support, insufficient integration into the education system, and the absence of specific policies. This study recommends strengthening the synergy between schools, sports organizations, and local governments to optimize the role of kurash in fostering student achievement
