Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Ingris di  Kecamatan Bengkalis, kabupaten Bengkalis Riau   belum mencapai hasil yang  diharapakan. Rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam memguasai materi ajar dan teknik mengajar  berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya  motivasi, kemampuan berbahasa  Inggris siswa PAUD. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan teknik Fun Game.  Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru guru Bahasa Inggris PAUD di Kecamatan  Bengkalis.  Pemecahan masalah  adalah  dengan  memberi pelatihan mengajar Bahasa Inggris dengan Teknik Fun Game. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama 8 minggu. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menujukan bahwa pelatihan dengan teknik fun game meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan guru Bahasa Inggris PAUD dalam mengajar Bahasa Inggris. Dengan menerapkan teknik Fun Game dalam proses belajar mengajar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa TK se-kabupaten Bengkalis. Dengan teknik Fun Game terbukti peserta pelatihan antusias belajar dan senang dalam mempelajari bahasa inggris

Abstract

The object of mathematics is abstract, so that the math teacher must compose abstract mathematical objects to be easy learning for students. Solving this problem, experience through real objects (concrete) such as props is required. Using props, students can see, feel, and think directly about the object after they learn so that the abstract concept being studied can settle, cling, and last in the student's mind. This devotion aims to provide the ability to think mathematics creatively and develop a favourable attitude towards mathematical thinking. The methods of this devotional activity are lectures, Q&A and discussions. The results obtained after doing this activity have an impact on students' understanding. Students who understand the materials taught faster and then teachers are also more creative in utilizing used materials to learn media. Abstract

In this program, the community service team will provide strategies or tips in solving each problem in the Structure and Written Expression session. Therefore, this program is considered very necessary to make a valuable contribution to the community, especially the students of SMK Telkom Pekanbaru. Abstract

Today is the understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila in the younger generation is getting eroded. Of course, it is hoped that this will not happen to young santri. With a solid Islamic background, santri find it easier to understand the values ​​of Pancasila and do not fall into a negative understanding of Pancasila. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide a new understanding of the use of visual media in the form of the Pancasila Comic (abbreviated as KOPALA). In realizing this goal, the methods used are lectures and evaluation using games by utilizing devices that can display comic visuals. At the same time, the participants who were included in this activity were the santri, who were also students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Madrasah Tsanawiyah benches, totalling 17 santri. They are santri of Pesantren Yatim Cahaya Madinah in South Tangerang. In general, the implementation of the activities was successful although with some shortcomings, such as facilities. Furthermore, it is necessary to apply the same action to adolescents at the Madrasah Aliyah level and training for teachers in literacy, software and hardware, gadgets, and classroom management

Abstract

The corona virus outbreak affects various aspects of life, including the field of education. SMA IT Plus Bazma Brilliant during the online learning period has used e-learning in its teaching and learning activities. Teachers in utilizing information technology, must be creative. The number of students who want to learn programming laravel framework to make applications so that they learn through social media ranging from youtube, facebook or links on google. However, even though they are learning on their own, students still find it difficult because there is no teacher to guide them. There are some students who don't really understand programming, one of which is Laravel programming because of the lack of direct assistance during this COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this service is to provide training to students in understanding Laravel framework programming. The method used is through lectures and discussions followed by direct practice using the Laravel framework which is guided by the service team. The results of this service. Participants who took part in the training felt happy and satisfied with this service activity, this could be seen from the expressions of satisfaction and enthusiasm of the participants listening and asking various things about the material that had been given by the devotees. This service activity is considered by the participants as a means of introducing and learning the Laravel framework as a basis for learning programming to create a simple project

Abstract

The design of the RPP in the “Merdeka Belajar” program simplifies the making of lesson plans on one sheet. The three core components of the lesson plan are learning objectives, learning activities, and assessments. Therefore, it is necessary to immediately take concrete and innovative steps be able to produce an innovative RPP that can implement the true and complete "Merdeka Belajar" program. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the design of the lesson plans in the "Merdeka Belajar" program, by chang the technique of preparing the lesson plans which so far have been made in sheets into one sheet. The method in this activity is the lecture method and online demonstration. Community Service Activities with the theme Designing Innovative Lesson Plans in the Independent Learning Program at the Social Studies MGMP of Junior High Schools in Jember Regency had a positive impact. Abstract

A student is someone who studies in formal education, in this case, vocational students are expected to be able to gain expertise and skills as a provision to get and open a job. Students must be able to become entrepreneurs with new and innovative products. Vocational High School students can print entrepreneurial candidates after graduating from school so that they can help push the wheels of the national economy. Vocational students can be said to be prospective entrepreneurs, so they need to be equipped with digital business literacy and financial literacy in facing the development of the industrial revolution 4.0. This service activity is aimed at increasing the understanding of prospective entrepreneurs as well as improving skills in utilizing technology and the internet for business (business) in the digital era. The method used is workshop and training. The products produced are creative content from prospective entrepreneurs which can be in the form of vlog videos, promotional videos, and others. In addition, prospective entrepreneurs can also take advantage of the existing marketplace as a means of doing business (marketing). Community service activities have been carried out on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Participants in the activity are class 12 students majoring in accounting from SMK Lebakbarang as many as 47 SMK students. The resource person for the activity was Wahid Wachyu Adi W, M.Si. (Lecturer) and Novendi Arkham M, M. Account. (Lecturer). The form of service activities is a workshop with material about digital business and financial literacy. Participants of service activities can follow well. The attendance rate is 83% until the activity ends. Participants also actively participated during the activity. Participants can carry out group assignments well, namely expressing ideas or business ideas in the digital era. The success of service activities is due to the service team being able to plan well and able to coordinate with collaboration partners intensively.

Abstract

English as an international language has a vital role in the development of an institution, especially in communication. English Conversation training for academic staff at UNU Purwokerto was held to train and get used to using English on campus to achieve the goal of becoming a world-class university. The training is intensive with the lecturing methods, question and answer, discussion, problem-solving, practice, and evaluation. Participants are very participatory in training. From the three practice activities, the average speaking ability of the participants increased in each practice. The average value in the first practice was 67. Then, the average increased to 74 in the second practice and 80 in the last practice. There is about a 19.40% increase from initial practice to last practice. In addition, the results of the questionnaire also showed a positive response from the participants. The highest percentage for each item in the questionnaire is on a scale of 4 and 5

Abstract

Character formation should be done as early as possible. Early age is a time when a person gets the right to play with high intensity. One of the processes of character building can be done in the learning process of formal education. Moreover, the most economical form of a game is the traditional game. Therefore, efforts are needed to actualize traditional game activities for elementary school students. The socialization process was carried out using a demonstration method, both theoretically and practically. Moreover, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. As for the results of this Community Service activity, it can be concluded that the activity went well where the principal, teachers, and students were very enthusiastic in implementing a series of socialization activities for traditional games.
