Abstract

The Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Teachers Association (IGABA) is a community of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers, one of which is in Sidoarjo. In this digital era, educators must master learning methods and technology in education. However, there are quite a few early childhood teachers who still have little knowledge regarding learning methods and educational technology, so the ABDIMAS team program is an effort to overcome the problems faced by IGABA Sidoarjo to provide training to increase creativity in designing posters and flipped classroom learning. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance to IGABA teachers so that they can develop learning methods and technology in the digital era. The program implementation method is observation, idea planning, activity process, assistance and activity evaluation. This activity was carried out on August 21, 2024 at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo with a mentoring process from August 22, 2024 to August 27, 2024. The results of this activity are posters that have been made and the application of flipped classroom learning that has began to be implemented by IGABA Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of patient satisfaction in pharmaceutical services in hospitals. The research method used is a literature study or literature review with a narrative study approach from several accredited journals and articles that meet the screening criteria. This literature study was conducted through a search for scientific publications between 2018-2023 using the google schollar website, sage pub journal, and international journal websites. A total of 15 national and international journals matched the criteria and themes discussed in the literature review. The results found from this research are that the positive experience experienced by patients when visiting or seeking treatment will influence the level of patient satisfaction in pharmaceutical services.

Abstract

The development of digital media enhances creativity but also raises ethical issues. Users need digital communication skills to get positive effects. The purpose of this counseling is to determine the ability of digital communication skills of Generation Z at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Falah, Bandung City, as the next generation of the nation towards the Golden Indonesia 2045. This counseling uses a qualitative approach, using a case study approach to six Generation Z participants who come from schools at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Falah, Bandung City, The techniques used in the qualitative research method of the case study approach focus on observation and in-depth interviews with 6 informants consisting of three students and three female students, Using mass communication theory developed by McQuail, The results of the counseling show that Generation Z has a fairly good level of digital literacy, as evidenced by their ability to choose websites that can be trusted and communicate digitally well on social media. The findings obtained, generation Z students, understand the importance of upholding digital communication standards, as well as how to overcome ethical dilemmas that arise online, especially on social media. However, the emergence of social media also raises digital communication problems such as the spread of hoaxes, doxing, bullying, cyberbullying, fraud, and negative online behaviors that have an impact on the education sector

Abstract

The hospital formulary is a list of drugs compiled by the Pharmacy and Therapy Team (TFT) and agreed upon by the medical staff and refers to the national formulary, which is determined and enforced by the hospital leadership. Discrepancies in drug prescriptions with the hospital formulary can result in a decrease in the quality of hospital services and inefficient costs used. This research aims to determine the percentage of prescriptions discrepancies with the hospital formulary. This research uses a narrative review method, namely by using articles or journals that were published in 2013-2023, a literature search was carried out on Pubmed and Google Scholar. The literature obtained was from 11 journals and was included in the inclusion criteria. The results obtained indicate that the percentage of conformity between prescription writing and the formulary has not reached 100%. This shows that the suitability of prescribing has not reached the minimum one hundred percent service standard set by the government

Abstract

The cooperation agreement is an important aspect for business actors in entrepreneurship, especially in the people of the South Rawabadak area, North Jakarta. This activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the community's experience and understanding of business cooperation agreements. The implementation method in this activity is a direct socialization method in delivering material to the participants in this activity. By using this method, it attracts participants to actively participate which can be an evaluation and benchmark for the success of this socialization activity. It is hoped that this socialization activity can have a positive impact on the attention of the community, especially business actors to pay attention to the importance of business cooperation agreements, as well as encourage business actors to take an administrative approach in agreements that are also in accordance with the procedures in each business agreement

Abstract

Gouty arthritis is an inflammatory joint disease caused by increased uric acid levels in the blood due to impaired purine metabolism. This disease is increasing in prevalence throughout the world, including in developed countries such as the United States and developing countries such as China, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) is one of the compound ingredients in beverage supplementation that is often consumed by the public. The function of sodium bicarbonate is able to accumulate extracellular acids including lactic acid. This is what gives the impact of reducing fatigue so that the body still feels fit The purpose of implementing this service program is to foster community knowledge in the Palu Kawatuna Landfill area about the effect of bicarbonate drinks on physical fitness, foster community knowledge about Gout Arthritis disease, conduct health checks in the form of checking blood pressure and uric acid levels to the community in the Palu Kawatuna Landfill Area. There were 6 participants with increased blood pressure or hypertension, and 6 participants showed high uric acid levels or hyperuricemia. Furthermore, the service team provided education and referral notes to a number of participants to check themselves to local health facilities for more complete examination and management.

Abstract

Increasing public literacy in today's digital information age demands a more complex and adaptive role for librarians. This seminar aims to strengthen the understanding of the roles and challenges faced by librarians and to increase their confidence through a process of reflection. Librarians not only function as book collection managers, but also as information access facilitators, digital literacy developers, and guides in navigating the world of information. The main challenges faced include changes in user behavior, developments in information technology, competition with digital services, lack of resources, and lack of appreciation for the profession. Through this online seminar, participants were given an in-depth understanding of the challenges librarians face and strategies to deal with them, including continuous competency development, raising public awareness, and using the latest technology. Self-reflection was also emphasized as a method to increase librarians' confidence and effectiveness. The results of the seminar showed that there was an increased understanding by participants of the role of librarians and the challenges they face, as well as improved confidence and skills. Suggestions include competency development, infrastructure improvement, and advocacy of the librarian profession to ensure their relevance and contribution in improving community literacy.

Abstract

Sumedang is currently focusing its core business on becoming a Tourism Regency. The community service program initiates the socialization of geotourism literacy by optimizing the potential of local natural tourism. The goal is to introduce the geotourism area by creating a creative marketing communication strategy through social media for promotional design that can have an impact on strengthening geotourism literacy for students at SMPN 1 Cimalaka. The program stages are divided into three stages, namely socialization, mentoring, and evaluation. Through the community development approach method, the geotourism literacy socialization program has been able to help form the character of students who better understand the potential, development and preservation of sustainable geotourism, especially in supporting the development of Sumedang as a tourism district.

Abstract

Ngadi Asih Posyandu is one of the Posyandu for Toddlers in the Kadipiro Village area, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City and is included in the UPT Targeted Area of ​​the Gambirsari Health Center, Surakarta. Posyandu Ngadi Asih has a cadre of 20 people and has implemented 5 posyandu service tables but it is not yet optimal. The initial survey at Posyandu Ngadi Asih Surakarta found children who indicated mental and emotional problems such as impulsive tantrums (fussing with shouting and throwing objects) when their wishes were not met, anger when restricted in using gadgets, hitting their peers, and being reluctant to go to school because they were afraid. The problem found at Posyandu Ngadi Asih was that early detection examinations for mental, emotional and behavioral health had not been carried out. This is due to the limited knowledge and skills of cadres. The root of the problem is that there is no instrument for early detection of mental, emotional and behavioral problems, so that so far at Posyandu Ngadi Asih there has been no recap of data on children who experience mental, emotional and behavioral problems. The solution offered by this program is the Implementation of the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO). Implementation method with 6 (six) stages, namely preparation, apperception, training, mentoring, evaluation and termination. The results of the program for implementing the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO) at Posyandu Ngadi Asih have gone well. There was an increase in cadre skills after the activities were carried out, although not completely. Some cadres still need assistance from skilled cadres. The implementation of the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO) is ready to be implemented at the Ngadi Asih posyandu. The cadres are committed to implementing and applying the results of this program in every posyandu activity and when providing support for Toddler Family Development.

Abstract

The continuity of the Cooperative business will not escape the problems that can be experienced in the future. If the Cooperative's problems are not immediately anticipated and resolved properly, it will be fatal to its sustainability. Therefore, strategic management and operational strategies in cooperative activities are very important to pay attention to. The purpose of the Community Service (PKM) activities at the Banyumanik Banyumanik Dairy Cooperative business in Semarang City is to provide strategic management assistance and operational strategies. This PKM uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through strategic management and operations strategy assistance activities. The evaluation results of this PKM obtained the conclusion that knowledge of strategic management and operations strategy increased 80%, the ability of strategic management and operations strategy increased 75%, the ability to develop strategic management and operations strategy increased 84%, the skills to achieve competitive advantage through strategic management and operations strategy increased 90%, and the skills to develop and implement strategic management and operations strategy increased 90%.
