Journal of Instructional and Development Researches (JIDeR) is a scientific journal published by Indonesia Emerging Literacy Education. This journal publishes related research papers and covers a wide range of topics in the field of knowledge: learning research, educational development research. Articles are original research results with a maximum plagiarism of 25%. Articles submitted to JIDeR will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of outdoor learning methods in learning asmaulhusna material in seventh grade moral creed subjects. This research uses field research method with descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Data validity test using triangulation. The informants of this research are the principal of MTs Raudlatul Furqan, moral creed subject teachers, and students. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes in understanding the given asmaulhusna material. The outdoor learning method is used to provide variations in the delivery of learning materials and invite students to recognize and interact with the surrounding environment. By focusing on the study of outdoor learning methods on asmaulhusna material, the results of this study can be a reference for Islamic education institutions in delivering asmaulhusna learning material to students through outdoor learning methods.

Pendidikan yang berkualitas memerlukan upaya inovatif untuk menghadapi tantangan kontekstual dalam masyarakat, termasuk di sekolah-sekolah trans-urban yang memiliki karakteristik unik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh penggunaan buku berjenjang terhadap kemampuan literasi, pemahaman matematika, dan prestasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri Sumorame Candi Sidoarjo. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen randomized control group pretest-posttest, penelitian ini melibatkan 80 siswa yang dibagi dalam dua kelompok, eksperimen yang menggunakan buku berjenjang, dan kontrol yang menggunakan bahan ajar konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku berjenjang memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada peningkatan kemampuan literasi (15%), pemahaman matematika (18%), dan prestasi belajar (20%) siswa. Uji statistik dengan Independent t-Test dan Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, dengan p-value < 0,05 untuk semua variabel yang diuji. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori scaffolding Vygotsky, mathematical literacy NCTM, dan constructivism Piaget, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan disesuaikan dengan tingkat perkembangan siswa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi dan prestasi belajar secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan buku berjenjang sebagai strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah trans-urban.

Kehadiran majelis taklim semakin banyak di Indonesia dan saat ini terus berkembang ke berbagai lokasi hingga beragam platform media. Majelis Madani salah satunya yang mengadakan majelis taklim secara offline dan juga menyediakannya secara online hingga menyebarluaskan dakwahnya melalui media sosial. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana Majelis Taklim Madani beradaptasi dengan teknologi dalam kegiatan dakwahnya di era digital. Sehingga penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-analisis yang akan menguraikan majelis taklim di era digital yang terjadi pada Majelis Madani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif berbentuk studi kasus pada Majelis Madani. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan analisis konten media sosial Majelis Madani. Data yang telah didapatkan, dianalisis menggunakan analisis Miles Huberman. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa Majelis Madani merespon perkembangan teknologi dan berinovasi di era digital dalam aktivitas dakwahnya dengan baik. Hal ini dilihat dari beragamnya media sosial yang digunakan, mulai dari Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube. Dari seluruh media sosial yang digunakan, Youtube menjadi media yang paling konsisten digunakan sebagai sarana berdakwah.

The implementation of learning at the early childhood education level will never be separated from what is called learning media. The learning media used must be able to be a tool to help transfer knowledge from teachers to their students. The use of learning media by teachers must also be accompanied by the teacher's understanding of what knowledge will be transferred with the help of the media. As is well known, currently learning at the early childhood level is directed at learning with a Literacy and STEAM approach. Therefore, the existence of appropriate learning media is needed. This study aims to analyze the need for interactive learning media that can support the implementation of learning activities with a Literacy and STEAM approach. The observation and in-depth interview methods supported by questionnaires are steps to obtain research results. The results of this study indicate that early childhood needs learning media that can accommodate science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. However, the pedagogical competence and literacy quality of a teacher are also important factors so that the use of learning media can be maximized. In relation to the results obtained, it is suggested that in the future learning media containing the five STEAM disciplines can be accommodated, so that it is hoped that the implementation of the STEAM approach in learning can run more optimally.

Madrasah Culture is "a distinctive characteristic of a Madrasah that can be identified through the values it upholds, the attitudes it has, the habits it displays, and the actions shown by all Madrasah personnel who form a special unity of the Madrasah systemEducation is one of the important means in building a nation and state. Because through education will be formed human resources that are qualified. Moreover, today with the rapid development of science and technology, especially in the field of communication and electronics, resulting in an information revolution in all areas of life without recognizing geographical, political. However, research that focuses on Madrasah culture in increasing competitiveness in Madrasah is relatively rarely done. This study takes a broader focus, namely Madrasah facilities in increasing Madrasah competitiveness.The results of the study found that facilities are very vital in education because without facilities the teaching and learning process will be hampered, therefore in MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang, madrasah facilities are greatly improved. The madrasah facilities in MAN 1 and MAN 4 Jombang are: a). The creation of comfortable and safe madrasah community activities because of the madrasah facilities, so that it can increase the competitiveness of the madrasah. b). Providing comfort in the teaching and learning process with standard facilities c). The formation of a madrasah culture from the behavior of madrasah residents based on the madrasah culture progra d). Providing facilities and appropriate containers for madrasahs. e). Utilizing existing facilities and periodic repairs. f). Providing adequate facilities in its time. g). Madrasah facilities are very important because in improving the quality culture in both locations because the quality culture is created from adequate and good madrasah facilities h). and also the last research findings on madrasah facilities.

Islamic educational institutions are currently competing to get students and get quality human resources to improve the quality of the institution. Human resources are an important element because they play an active role in improving the quality of the institution. Human resources are the driving force of educational institutions that determine the quality of the institution. The purpose of this study is to formulate how human resource management is carried out at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah Education Institution with a research focus on planning, recruitment, placement and, and development of human resources in improving the quality of institutions at MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto the phenomenon in its entirety. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation as supporting. The results of the study found that human resource planning refers to the needs of students as customers, while recruitment refers to the need to maintain quality. Placement and development of human resources at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah are based on the results of the evaluation of the teacher council, advice from the kyai of the pesantren. The results of the study also showed that the right recruitment of human resources can improve the quality of the institution. Human resource development has an effect on better student services. This study concludes that improving the quality of institutions can be done through recruitment, evaluation, advice and development or read as a theory in improving the quality of institutions

One of the elements that make education more qualified is education, Various problems that are inseparable from life as an organization. This study aims to describe: charisma of women's transformational leadership in improving institutional brand image. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research can be used to find and understand what is hidden behind a phenomenon that is sometimes difficult to know or understand. Data collection in this study uses in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation where the data sources are from people , documents ( paper ) and places ( place ). The Charisma of Transformational Women's Leadership in Improving the Institutional Brand Image at the Bahrul Ulum Mambaiyyah Islamic Boarding School (BUM) South Lampung Regency is manifested in attitude to know; High commitment to the programs and SOPs that have been jointly determined in the meeting forum, Willingness to share authority and responsibility for evaluation and training. Effective communication, Moral ethics, Diligence in evaluation and training. He always uses songs/poems that are really liked by his congregation, which give coolness to the heart. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Majelis Taklim sebagai media pembinaan orang tua siswa di MI Nurul Qolbi melalui kajian kitab ‘Uqud al-Lujain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode riset lapangan yang melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Majelis Taklim berfungsi sebagai sarana efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua terhadap nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan keluarga, seperti etika, tanggung jawab, dan harmoni rumah tangga. Pembinaan melalui kajian kitab ‘Uqud al-Lujain tidak hanya memberikan panduan teoritis, tetapi juga aplikasi praktis yang relevan dengan tantangan kehidupan modern. Selain itu, Majelis Taklim memperkuat komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua melalui sinergi program pendidikan yang terstruktur. Pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program tersebut didukung oleh teori pendidikan Islam yang menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara lembaga pendidikan dan keluarga dalam membentuk karakter Islami. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemberdayaan Majelis Taklim sebagai media pembinaan spiritual dan moral yang berkelanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi praktis dan teoretis dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter Islami di tingkat keluarga dan institusi pendidikan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan baru dalam literatur akademik terkait pendidikan karakter berbasis kajian kitab, serta menawarkan model pembinaan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat muslim kontemporer. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengembangan program pendidikan Islam di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat luas.

Artikel ini membahas peran strategis metode khusus dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman ajaran agama pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana metode pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap ajaran agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode kooperatif dan inkuiri dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses belajar. Di samping itu, metode ekspositori berfungsi sebagai dasar yang kuat untuk menjelaskan konsep-konsep agama. Analisis terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan penentuan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas terbukti penting dalam pemilihan metode yang tepat. Penerapan metode khusus tidak hanya mendorong pemahaman kognitif, tetapi juga membantu siswa menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode khusus dalam PAI diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan karakter serta integritas moral siswa. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran PAI sangat diperlukan untuk menjadikan pembelajaran lebih relevan dan aplikatif.

This research examines the role of the hidden curriculum as a non-formal education method in shaping the Islamic character of students in Islamic boarding schools. The hidden curriculum includes values, norms and habits that are implicitly instilled through interactions, culture and daily routines of Islamic boarding schools, such as the implementation of worship, the habit of discipline, responsibility and independence. This research uses a library research method to analyze theory, practice and challenges in implementing the hidden curriculum. The research results show that the hidden curriculum contributes significantly to the formation of the moral, spiritual and social dimensions of students, although they still face challenges such as a lack of conceptual understanding, the dominance of the formal curriculum and minimal evaluation. Optimizing the hidden curriculum requires strategic management, such as training for Islamic boarding school managers, integration with the formal curriculum, example by caregivers, and regular evaluation. With planned and systematic management, the hidden curriculum has great potential to support the creation of holistic education in Islamic boarding schools, which not only produces intellectually intelligent students, but also has strong Islamic character and is adaptive to the challenges of the times.
