Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses implementasi inovasi pembelajaran tari kolaboratif dan perannya dalam memfasilitasi pembentukan identitas budaya siswa SMK, sebagai respons terhadap tantangan marginalisasi seni tradisional akibat homogenisasi budaya global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif di SMK Negeri 1 Maluk, Kabupaten Sumbawa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 1 Kepala Sekolah, 2 guru tari, dan 12 siswa, serta diperkuat dengan observasi partisipan dan analisis dokumen kurikuler. Temuan menunjukkan proses implementasi berlangsung melalui lima tahap: Eksplorasi, Formasi Kelompok, Kreasi, Latihan & Pemurnian, serta Presentasi & Refleksi. Kunci dari proses ini adalah transformasi peran guru dari instruktur menjadi fasilitator, yang menciptakan "ruang aman"—sebuah lingkungan belajar yang suportif di mana siswa berani bereksplorasi dan bernegosiasi makna tanpa takut dihakimi. Proses kolaboratif ini secara efektif menumbuhkan rasa kepemilikan (sense of ownership), yakni perasaan bahwa karya tari yang dihasilkan adalah milik mereka seutuhnya, yang secara sadar terhubung dengan akar budaya Sumbawa. Model pembelajaran kolaboratif merupakan strategi pedagogis yang efektif untuk merevitalisasi pendidikan seni tari di SMK. Model ini tidak hanya memperkuat identitas budaya siswa, tetapi juga secara simultan mengembangkan soft skills (kolaborasi, kreativitas, pemecahan masalah) yang sangat relevan untuk karier mereka di masa depan, khususnya dalam industri kreatif dan pariwisata. Collaborative Learning in Sumbawan Dance: Fostering Cultural Identity and Aesthetics in Vocational High School Students Abstract This study aims to analyze the process of implementing collaborative dance learning innovation and its role in facilitating the formation of cultural identity among vocational high school students, in response to the challenges of the marginalization of traditional arts due to the homogenization of global culture. The research employs a qualitative case study method at SMK Negeri 1 Maluk, Sumbawa Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 1 school principal, 2 dance teachers, and 12 students, supplemented by participant observation and curricular document analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation process occurs in five stages: Exploration, Group Formation, Creation, Practice & Refinement, and Presentation & Reflection. A key aspect of this process is the transformation of the teacher's role from instructor to facilitator, creating a "safe space" a supportive learning environment where students feel free to explore and negotiate meaning without fear of judgment. This collaborative process effectively fosters a sense of ownership, where students feel that the dance works produced are entirely their own, consciously connected to the cultural roots of Sumbawa. The collaborative learning model serves as an effective pedagogical strategy for revitalizing dance education in vocational schools. This model not only strengthens students' cultural identity but also simultaneously develops soft skills (collaboration, creativity, problem-solving) that are highly relevant to their future careers, especially in the creative industries and tourism.

Abstract

Penyakit diabetes melitus ditandai oleh hiperglikemia akibat gangguan sekresi insulin atau resistensi insulin, yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius seperti nefropati, retinopati, neuropati, dan penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau efek antidiabetes dari senyawa bioaktif Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) dalam pengelolaan diabetes melitus melalui tinjauan sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap 13 artikel terindeks Scopus dari 2016 hingga 2025, hasil menunjukkan bahwa Sacha Inchi dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah melalui mekanisme peningkatan sensitivitas insulin, aktivasi jalur pensinyalan IRS-1  PI3K  Akt, serta perlindungan dan regenerasi sel B pankreas. Selain itu, senyawa bioaktif dalam Sacha Inchi menghambat enzim a glukosidase, a amilase, dan DPP-IV, yang berperan dalam metabolisme glukosa. Aktivitas antioksidan dan antiinflamasi Sacha Inchi juga berkontribusi mengurangi stres oksidatif dan peradangan sistemik, mendukung keseimbangan metabolik, dan kesehatan pankreas. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sacha Inchi berpotensi mengmodulasi mikrobiota usus, yang berperan penting dalam pengaturan metabolisme glukosa dan meningkatkan sensitivitas insulin. Temuan ini mengindikasikan Sacha Inchi sebagai agen fitoterapi alami yang aman dan efektif untuk pengelolaan diabetes melitus. Evaluation of the Potential of Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L) in Diabetes Mellitus Disease Therapy: A Systemic Literature Review Abstract Diabetes mellitus is characterized by hyperglycemia due to impaired insulin secretion or insulin resistance, which can lead to serious complications such as nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy, and cardiovascular diseases. This study aims to review the antidiabetic effects of bioactive compounds from Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) in the management of diabetes mellitus through a systematic literature review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Based on an analysis of 13 Scopus-indexed articles from 2016 to 2025, the results indicate that Sacha Inchi can lower blood glucose levels through mechanisms such as enhancing insulin sensitivity, activating the IRS-1  PI3K  Akt signaling pathway, and protecting and regenerating pancreatic B-cells. Additionally, the bioactive compounds in Sacha Inchi inhibit enzymes like a-glucosidase, a-amylase, and DPP-IV, which are involved in glucose metabolism. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of Sacha Inchi also contribute to reducing oxidative stress and systemic inflammation, supporting metabolic balance and pancreatic health. The research shows that Sacha Inchi has the potential to modulate gut microbiota, which plays a crucial role in glucose metabolism regulation and enhancing insulin sensitivity. These findings suggest that Sacha Inchi is a safe and effective natural phytotherapy agent for the management of diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengupas urgensi pemaknaan representasi citra dan eksistensi penyanyi diva Indonesia, Rossa, dalam narasi visual film dokumenter All Access to Rossa: 25 Shining Years, sebagai upaya mendokumentasikan konstruksi kultural figur publik dalam media. Tujuan utamanya adalah membongkar lapisan makna denotatif dan konotatif, hingga mitos, dari elemen-elemen sinematik dan naratif untuk memahami bagaimana film tersebut membentuk persepsi publik tentang 'diva' melalui lensa otobiografi media. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Roland Barthes, dengan subjek berupa keseluruhan segmen visual dan audio dalam film dokumenter tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling frame keseluruhan film, yaitu melakukan sleksi adegan kunci dengan kriteria eksplisit. Teknik analisis data melibatkan tahapan deskripsi denotasi, interpretasi konotasi, hingga analisis mitos (ideologi), serta triangulasi data untuk memastikan kedalaman dan akurasi interpretasi. Hasil temuan saintifik menunjukkan adanya konstruksi mitos "Diva yang Humanis" dan "Kekuatan Abadi Perempuan Karier" yang direpresentasikan melalui simbol-simbol visual seperti panggung megah, air mata, dan narasi personal. Simpulan menegaskan bahwa film dokumenter ini tidak hanya merefleksikan perjalanan karier, tetapi secara ideologis menancapkan citra Rossa sebagai arketipe diva Indonesia kontemporer yang relevan, sarat dengan nilai-nilai ketekunan, empati, dan keberanian. Representation of the Existence of Indonesian Diva Singers in the Documentary Film All Access to Rossa: 25 Shining Years This study examines the urgency of interpreting the representation of the image and existence of Indonesian diva singer, Rossa, in the visual narrative of the documentary film All Access to Rossa: 25 Shining Years, as an effort to document the cultural construction of public figures in the media. The main objective is to unravel the layers of denotative and connotative meanings, including myths, from cinematic and narrative elements to understand how the film shapes public perception of the 'diva' through the lens of media autobiography. This qualitative research uses Roland Barthes' semiotic approach, with the subject being the entire visual and audio segments in the documentary. The sampling technique used is sampling the entire film frame, namely selecting key scenes with explicit criteria. Data analysis techniques involve stages of denotative description, connotative interpretation, to myth (ideological) analysis, as well as data triangulation to ensure the depth and accuracy of interpretation. The scientific findings indicate the existence of the myth construction of the "Humanist Diva" and the "Eternal Strength of Career Women" which are represented through visual symbols such as a magnificent stage, tears, and personal narratives. The conclusion emphasizes that this documentary not only reflects her career journey, but ideologically establishes Rossa's image as a relevant contemporary Indonesian diva archetype, filled with the values of perseverance, empathy, and courage.

Abstract

Rumah  sehat  adalah  proporsi  rumah  yang  memenuhi  kriteria  sehat  minimum komponen rumah dan sarana sanitasi dari 3 komponen (rumah, sarana sanitasi dan perilaku). Penelitian ini dilakukan bahwa beberapa warga bagek kembar masih banyak warga yang tidak mengetahui cara pengolahan air seperti salah satunya pengolahan air minum. Hampir semua warga tidak mengolah air PDAM atau air sumur sebelum dikonsumsi atau kata lainnya mereka lebih sering mengkonsumsi air mentah. Selain itu, kebiasaan masyarakat yang tidak menutup sumur yang mereka gunakan sebagai sumber air minumnya sehingga dapat mengakibatkan pencemaran air sumur yang diakibatkan oleh polusi, bakteri,dan bahan kimia lainnya. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan sering terjadi penyakit seperti penyakit diare, typus, dan penyakit lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah rumah warga di Wilayah Pesisir, Kelurahan Tanjung Permai memenuhi kriteria rumah sehat atau tidak. Sesuai dengan Kebijakan Kesehatan tentang persyaratan rumah sehat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan analisis dekskriptif, untuk mendapatkan gambarang tentang sanitasi rumah dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat Lingkungan Bagek Kembar, Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Sekarbela, Mataram. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan form persyaratan rumah sehat. Checklist, wawancara, survei formulir penilaian rumah sehat yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan No.829/Menkes/SK/VII/1999 tentang Persyaratan Kesehatan Permukiman. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 orang warga di Lingkungan Bagek Kembar, Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Sekarbela, Mataram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 15 rumah warga tersebut tidak ada yang memenuhi syarat rumah sehat karena memilki standar nilai di bawah dari nilai rumah kategori sehat adalah dengan nilai 1068-1200. Implementation of Health Policy on Healthy Homes in Coastal Areas Abstract A healthy home is the proportion of homes that meet the minimum healthy criteria for home components and sanitation facilities from 3 components (home, sanitation facilities, and behavior). This study was conducted, several residents of Bagek Kembar still have many residents who do not know how to treat water, such as drinking water treatment. Almost all residents do not treat PDAM water or well water before consumption, or in other words, they often consume raw water. In addition, people's habit of not covering the wells they use as a source of drinking water can result in well water contamination caused by pollution, bacteria, and other chemicals. This can lead to frequent diseases such as diarrhea, typhoid, and other diseases. The purpose of this study is to determine whether residents' homes in the Coastal Area, Tanjung Permai Village meet the criteria for a healthy home or not. In accordance with the Health Policy on the requirements for healthy homes. This study is an observational study with descriptive analysis, to obtain an overview of home sanitation and clean and healthy living behavior in the Bagek Kembar neighborhood, Tanjung Karang Permai Village, Sekarbela, Mataram. The instruments in this study were using a healthy home requirements form. Checklist, interviews, surveys, healthy home assessment forms based on the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 829 / Menkes / SK / VII / 1999 concerning Residential Health Requirements. The sample in this study was 15 residents in the Bagek Kembar neighborhood, Tanjung Karang Permai Village, Sekarbela, Mataram. The results of this study were that none of the 15 residents' houses met the requirements for a healthy home because they had a standard value below the healthy home category value, which is 1068-1200.

Abstract

Rumah sehat merupakan determinan penting kesehatan masyarakat karena kualitas fisik bangunan, sanitasi dasar, dan perilaku penghuni memengaruhi risiko penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Secara nasional, masih terdapat proporsi besar rumah tangga yang tinggal di hunian tidak layak, sehingga pemetaan kondisi rumah sehat di tingkat lokal diperlukan sebagai dasar intervensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan survei pemenuhan kriteria rumah sehat pada rumah tangga di Desa Lembar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Metode yanng digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasional deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang pada 15 rumah (purposive sampling) selama 10 Agustus–20 September 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara menggunakan checklist penilaian rumah sehat mengacu pada SK Menkes No. 829/Menkes/SK/VII/1999. Skor total dikategorikan memenuhi syarat (1068–1200) dan tidak memenuhi syarat (<1068). Dari 15 rumah, 1 rumah (6,7%) memenuhi syarat rumah sehat dan 14 rumah (93,3%) tidak memenuhi syarat. Kekurangan dominan ditemukan pada komponen fisik (terutama ventilasi dan pencahayaan), sanitasi dasar (air bersih, jamban, SPAL, dan pengelolaan sampah), serta perilaku penghuni yang belum konsisten mendukung kebersihan lingkungan rumah. Mayoritas rumah belum memenuhi kriteria rumah sehat sehingga diperlukan intervensi bertahap yang memadukan perbaikan fisik rumah dan sanitasi dengan edukasi perilaku berbasis komunitas untuk menurunkan risiko penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Healthy Home Assessment Survey in Lembar Village, Lembar District, West Lombok Regency Abstract Healthy housing is an important determinant of public health because the physical condition of the building, basic sanitation, and residents’ behaviors influence the risk of environment-related diseases. Nationally, a large proportion of households still live in substandard housing; therefore, mapping healthy housing conditions at the local level is needed as a basis for intervention. This study aimed to survey compliance with healthy house criteria among households in Lembar Village, West Lombok Regency. The method used was an observational descriptive study with a cross-sectional design involving 15 houses (purposive sampling) conducted from 10 August to 20 September 2025. Data were collected through observation and interviews using a healthy house assessment checklist referring to the Indonesian Ministry of Health Decree No. 829/Menkes/SK/VII/1999. Total scores were classified as compliant (1068–1200) or non-compliant (<1068). Of the 15 houses, 1 (6.7%) met the healthy house criteria and 14 (93.3%) did not. The main deficiencies were found in physical components (especially ventilation and lighting), basic sanitation (clean water, latrines, wastewater disposal systems, and solid waste management), and residents’ behaviors that were not consistently supportive of a clean home environment. Most houses did not meet the healthy house criteria, indicating the need for phased interventions that combine improvements in housing and sanitation infrastructure with community-based behavior education to reduce the risk of environment-related diseases.

Abstract

Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Discovery Learning dikembangkan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar yang bertujuan menstimulasi keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam menemukan konsep pembelajaran secara mandiri. Keterbatasan penggunaan LKPD yang secara sistematis menerapkan pendekatan penemuan dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka menjadi dasar penting dilaksanakannya penelitian ini. Penyusunan LKPD mengikuti tahapan model Discovery Learning, yaitu stimulasi, identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, verifikasi, dan generalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan LKPD berbasis Discovery Learning serta menguji tingkat validitas dan kemenarikan produk melalui penilaian ahli materi, ahli bahasa, ahli media, dan tanggapan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahap: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli materi mencapai 92%, ahli bahasa 88%, dan ahli media 90%, yang seluruhnya termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Sementara itu, respons peserta didik terhadap aspek kemenarikan mencapai 82% dengan kategori sangat menarik. Dengan demikian, LKPD berbasis Discovery Learning yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, menarik, serta layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini turut memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan bahan ajar kontekstual yang mendukung pembelajaran aktif dan mandiri sesuai dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka. Development of Discovery Learning-Based Student Worksheets for IPAS Learning in Elementary School Abstract The Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on Discovery Learning was developed as one of the teaching materials aimed at stimulating students' active involvement in independently discovering learning concepts. The limited use of LKPD (Student Worksheets) that systematically applies a discovery approach within the context of the Merdeka Curriculum is an important basis for conducting this research. The preparation of the LKPD follows the stages of the Discovery Learning model, namely stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization. This research aims to develop Discovery Learning-based student worksheets and test the product's validity and attractiveness thru assessments by content experts, language experts, media experts, and student responses. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The validation results show that the material expert assessment reached 92%, the linguist 88%, and the media expert 90%, all of which fall into the very valid category. Meanwhile, student responses to the attractiveness aspect reached 82%, which is considered very attractive. Thus, the Discovery Learning-based LKPD developed is declared valid, interesting, and suitable for use in learning activities. This research also contributes to the development of contextual teaching materials that support active and independent learning in accordance with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The local knowledge of the Outer Baduy community in Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten, regarding the use of medicinal and food plants faces conservation challenges amidst social change and the decline in the inheritance of ecological values ????between generations. This study aims to identify the diversity of medicinal and food plants utilized by the Baduy community and analyze their potential as ethnopedagogical learning resources in elementary schools to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations, in-depth interviews with traditional leaders and key informants, and documentation of taxonomically verified specimens. The results of the study found 52 plant species from 31 families, with a dominance of Zingiberaceae and Asteraceae, most of which function as medicinal plants. From the 52 species, 12 priority species were generated which were recommended for the development of contextual learning in elementary schools based on pedagogical criteria. In addition, ethnopedagogical practices of Baduy community biodiversity conservation were obtained in the form of pikukuh karuhun, such as the prohibition of cutting down forests, the use of natural fertilizers, and storing harvests in leuit, as well as the seven pillars of nature management. These results confirm that the ethnobotanical knowledge of the Baduy community has high pedagogical value and great potential to be used as a learning resource and integrated into contextual science learning to strengthen biodiversity literacy and ecological character of elementary school students, as well as support the achievement of SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 15 (Terrestrial Ecosystems).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan pendidikan karakter di era modern, di mana pendekatan formal seringkali gagal menginternalisasi nilai secara mendalam. Tradisi komunal seperti perayaan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW menawarkan sebuah 'arena pedagogis' alternatif yang bersifat informal dan eksperiensial. Namun, studi etnografi yang secara mendalam menganalisis bagaimana tradisi komunal berfungsi sebagai ekosistem pedagogis yang adaptif di era modern masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam mekanisme transmisi budaya antargenerasi dan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam tradisi Maulid di Desa Baru, Sumbawa. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi etnografi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 15 informan (Aparat Desa, Tokoh Agama, Generasi Muda) dan observasi partisipatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa transmisi nilai bukanlah proses linear, melainkan sebuah ekosistem holistik yang direkayasa secara sosial melalui empat mekanisme utama: (1) keterlibatan proaktif generasi muda sebagai penyelenggara yang menumbuhkan rasa memiliki; (2) adaptasi tradisi melalui format kreatif dan media digital untuk menjaga relevansi; (3) fasilitasi ruang interaksi komunal yang berfungsi sebagai laboratorium nilai-nilai sosial; dan (4) fokus pada substansi keteladanan Nabi sebagai sumber inspirasi moral. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa tradisi Maulid tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritual keagamaan, tetapi telah berhasil ditransformasikan menjadi sebuah proyek pendidikan karakter tahunan yang partisipatif, adaptif, dan efektif dalam menavigasi tantangan modernitas. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada diskursus pendidikan karakter dengan menawarkan model pedagogi berbasis komunitas yang terbukti efektif untuk internalisasi nilai. The Mawlid Tradition Amidst the Currents of Modernity: An Ethnography of Intergenerational Character Education Abstract This study is contextualized by the challenges of character education in the modern era, where formal approaches often fail to deeply internalize values. Communal traditions such as the Mawlid al-Nabi (the Prophet Muhammad's birthday) offering an alternative 'pedagogical arena' that is both informal and experiential. However, in-depth ethnographic studies analyzing how communal traditions function as adaptive pedagogical ecosystems in the modern era remain scarce." This research aims to deeply analyze the mechanisms of intergenerational cultural transmission and the process of internalizing character values within the Mawlid tradition in Desa Baru, Sumbawa. Using a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 informants (Village Officials, Religious Leaders, Youth) and participant observation. The findings indicate that value transmission is not a linear process but a holistic, socially engineered ecosystem operating through four main mechanisms: (1) proactive youth involvement as organizers to foster a sense of ownership; (2) adaptation of the tradition through creative formats and digital media to maintain relevance; (3) facilitation of communal interaction spaces that function as a laboratory for social values; and (4) a focus on the substance of the Prophet's exemplary character as a source of moral inspiration. This study concludes that the Mawlid tradition functions not merely as a religious ritual but has been successfully transformed into a participatory, adaptive, and effective annual character education project that navigates the challenges of modernity. These findings contribute to the discourse on character education by offering a community-based pedagogical model proven effective for value internalization.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam manajemen kepegawaian merupakan kunci untuk mewujudkan birokrasi yang efisien, namun keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada pengalaman pengguna akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Sistem Informasi Aparatur Sipil Negara (SIASN) di lingkungan pemerintah daerah, dengan fokus pada analisis persepsi pengguna dan implikasinya bagi agenda transformasi digital. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan 10 informan. Analisis tematik yang dipandu oleh kerangka EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pengguna SIASN adalah sebuah perjalanan dinamis yang ditandai oleh tiga fase: (1) Fase inisiasi yang beragam; (2) Titik balik kepuasan dari pemberdayaan fungsional; dan (3) Dinamika penggunaan sehari-hari yang diwarnai dualisme antara apresiasi efisiensi dan frustrasi teknis. Kepuasan utama berakar pada kelengkapan data, akurasi, dan desain antarmuka yang modern, sementara ketidakpuasan muncul dari inkonsistensi kinerja, keterbatasan fungsional, dan kesenjangan data hulu. Implikasinya, keberhasilan implementasi platform digital seperti SIASN menuntut fokus yang tidak hanya pada keunggulan teknis, tetapi juga pada manajemen ekosistem data secara holistik, perbaikan fungsionalitas berkelanjutan, dan penguatan infrastruktur. Studi ini mengisi kekosongan dalam literatur kualitatif terkait pemaknaan pengalaman pengguna SIASN di tingkat daerah, memberikan kontribusi konseptual terhadap pengembangan model evaluasi UX di sektor publik. Evaluating SIASN Implementation: User Perceptions and Its Implications for Digital Transformation in Regional Civil Service Management Abstract Digital transformation in public sector human resource management is key to achieving an efficient bureaucracy, yet its success is critically dependent on the end-user experience. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) in a local government context, focusing on the analysis of user perceptions and their implications for the digital transformation agenda. Employing a qualitative case study approach at the BKPSDM of West Sumbawa Regency, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis with 10 informants. Thematic analysis, guided by the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework, reveals that the SIASN user experience is a dynamic journey characterized by three phases: (1) a diverse initiation phase; (2) a satisfaction turning point derived from functional empowerment; and (3) a daily-use dynamic marked by a dualism of efficiency appreciation versus technical frustration. Core satisfaction stems from the completeness of data, accuracy, and modern interface design, while dissatisfaction arises from inconsistent performance, functional limitations, and upstream data gaps. The implication is that the successful implementation of digital platforms like SIASN requires a focus not only on technical excellence but also on holistic data ecosystem management, continuous functional improvements, and infrastructure strengthening. This study fills a gap in the qualitative literature concerning the nuanced user experience of SIASN at the regional level, offering a conceptual contribution to the development of UX evaluation models in the public sector.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Tata Boga dipengaruhi oleh beragam faktor internal dan eksternal yang membentuk motivasi, keyakinan diri, serta kesiapan memulai usaha. Namun, literatur sebelumnya umumnya membahas mahasiswa secara umum dan masih terbatas kajian yang secara sistematis menyintesiskan bukti khusus pada mahasiswa Tata Boga dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi, termasuk pengaruh ekosistem kampus dan dinamika kewirausahaan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Tata Boga melalui kajian literatur terstruktur. Penelusuran dilakukan melalui Google Scholar untuk artikel periode 2018–2024 dan diseleksi mengikuti alur PRISMA. Dari 87 artikel teridentifikasi, 55 tersisa setelah penghapusan duplikasi; 32 artikel lolos skrining judul–abstrak; 14 artikel ditelaah penuh; dan 10 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk disintesis. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis isi dan sintesis tematik, kemudian disajikan melalui sintesis naratif-komparatif. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan faktor internal dominan meliputi motivasi intrinsik, efikasi diri, kreativitas/inovasi, dan keberanian mengambil risiko. Faktor eksternal yang konsisten berpengaruh meliputi pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan kampus, dukungan keluarga, program inkubasi, serta paparan media sosial/digital entrepreneurship. Temuan menegaskan bahwa penguatan minat wirausaha akan lebih efektif bila pembelajaran bersifat pengalaman (experiential), memperkuat efikasi diri, memberi ruang kreativitas produk kuliner, serta didukung ekosistem kampus dan literasi pemasaran digital. Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Interest Among Culinary Arts Students Abstract Entrepreneurial interest among culinary arts students is shaped by multiple internal and external factors that influence motivation, self-belief, and readiness to start a business. However, prior studies largely focus on university students in general, and systematic evidence syntheses specifically addressing culinary arts students in vocational education—particularly in relation to campus ecosystems and digital entrepreneurship—remain limited. This study aims to examine determinants of entrepreneurial interest among culinary arts students through a structured literature review. A Google Scholar search covering 2018–2024 was conducted and reported using a PRISMA-guided selection process. Of 87 records identified, 55 remained after duplicate removal; 32 records passed title–abstract screening; 14 full texts were assessed; and 10 studies met the inclusion criteria for synthesis. Data were analyzed using content analysis and thematic synthesis, and findings were integrated through narrative–comparative synthesis. Results indicate that key internal determinants include intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, creativity/innovation, and risk-taking propensity. Consistent external determinants include entrepreneurship education, supportive campus environments, family support, business incubation programs, and social media/digital entrepreneurship exposure. The synthesis suggests that entrepreneurial interest is more likely to develop when experiential entrepreneurship education strengthens self-efficacy, supports culinary product innovation, and is reinforced by institutional ecosystems and digital marketing literacy.
