<![CDATA[This research aims to describe students' problem solving abilities in solving HOTS-based questions on the compared material. The method that will be used is a qualitative descriptive method with a scientific approach. The subjects in this research were MTs Darul Ulum Budi Agung students with the sample used being 35 class VII 5 students. The data collection technique used a problem solving ability test instrument in solving HOTS-based mathematics questions on comparable material. There are three stages of data analysis techniques, namely checking the results of students' answers, presenting test data, and drawing conclusions from the research results. The results obtained in this research were the percentage of achievement of students' problem solving abilities. At the understanding the problem stage it was 67%, at the planning completion stage it was 53%, at the plan implementation stage it was 50%, and at the re-examination stage it was 43%. This shows that students' mathematical problem solving abilities in solving HOTS-based questions are in the medium category. ]]>

<![CDATA[The habit of swearing and insulting can have a negative impact on students' social and emotional development, thus affecting the learning atmosphere at school. This study aims to find out the habit of swearing and insulting in the SDN 3 Buntulia environment and make efforts to prevent it. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to students to collect data to analyze the frequency of these habits. The results of this study show that although most students know the meaning of swear words and many of them have heard their classmates, only a small percentage admit to using abusive words. This shows that awareness of the use of vulgar language is still low and the need to increase prevention in schools to limit such behavior. For further research, it is better to use a mixed method by adding interviews or group discussions to obtain results. Gain a deeper understanding of the reasoning behind abusive and offensive behavior in students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities in implementing customer-oriented quality management in Islamic education institutions, focusing on the balance between tradition and innovation. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted among 500 respondents from various Islamic education institutions in Indonesia, including madrasah, pesantren and Islamic schools. Data were obtained through a questionnaire designed to measure respondents' views on education quality management and its influence on education quality. The findings revealed that although most respondents were satisfied with education quality, there was an imbalance between preserving traditional values and adopting technological innovations. This gap is caused by limited resources, funding constraints and resistance to change. This research contributes to updating perspectives on quality management in Islamic education by emphasizing the integration of tradition and innovation to improve customer satisfaction. However, this research is limited by its scope and methodology.]]>

<![CDATA[Effective lesson planning can guide the teaching and learning process to become more efficient, provide relevant learning experiences tailored to students' needs, and ensure the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to analyze the ability of prospective elementary school teachers in designing lesson plans and implementing lessons in elementary schools. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on teacher certification program (PPG) participants who are prospective elementary school teachers. Data were collected through an analysis of lesson planning documents and classroom observation of lesson implementation. The data analyst technique is carried out with three steps of qualitative data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that prospective elementary school teachers are capable of preparing well-structured lesson plans and executing lessons effectively according to their plans. This study suggests that both prospective and active teachers should continuously improve their pedagogical competence to support the success of the teaching and learning process in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Emotional intelligence is increasingly receiving attention in various fields, such as psychology, education, and self-development. This research uses a literature review method, specifically the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which aims to identify, evaluate and interpret research results related to the topic of interpersonal communication. This research aims to analyze the role of emotional intelligence in the world of education. Research findings show that emotional intelligence has an important role in improving social interactions, managing stress, and motivating students, which ultimately impacts students' academic achievement and mental well-being. Therefore, this research recommends integrating the development of emotional intelligence into the educational curriculum to create an effective learning environment and support students' holistic development.]]>

<![CDATA[This research and development aims to produce booklet learning media that is feasible, practical and effective. The problem in the learning to read process is the lack of reading comprehension skills in class IV due to the lack of learning media during the learning to read process, making students tend to get bored with learning and not interested in participating in learning to read. So many students can read but don't understand what they read. This is what encourages researchers to try to develop booklet learning media. The type of research used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method or research and development developed using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of this research and development are based on research results from experts, the results obtained from media experts were 95%, material experts were 100%, and language experts were 93.75% to obtain feasibility. Practicality results were obtained from student response questionnaires and effectiveness results were obtained from observational assessments of reading comprehension skills]]>

<![CDATA[The Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is applied in Indonesian language learning to improve the news text writing skills of grade XI students at MASTAHFIZIL QUR’AN. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effectiveness of the TGT model application in improving news text writing skills. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and written tests which were then analyzed descriptively. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the TGT application was able to improve students’ abilities in understanding the structure of news texts, and organizing information systematically. This model also creates an interactive learning atmosphere through competition and group cooperation. In addition, TGT has a positive impact on students’ critical thinking skills, collaboration, communication, and creativity. Researchers also found several obstacles, such as the difficulty of students adapting to the group-based learning system. These obstacles can be overcome through intensive guidance from teachers. Researchers concluded that the TGT model not only improves students’ writing skills, but also strengthens social interaction and a sense of responsibility in group-based learning]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the use of application-based augmented reality technology as a learning medium to influence student learning outcomes at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan Plus Research. This research is a quantitative research using experimental research methods. The experiment used is the use of application-based augmented reality technology as a learning medium which will be carried out in class XI MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan Plus Research. The data collection techniques used in this study used test, questionnaire, and observation instruments. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that will be obtained are in the form of the significance of the hypothesis test on the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class after receiving the treatment of using application-based augmented reality technology as a learning medium. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis test using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software, the significance value obtained was 0.026 < 0.05. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe students' critical thinking skills using the open ended approach and using the Scientific approach and to determine the effect of the open ended learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design with a population taken from class VIII A and B of SMP Masyithoh Kroya, Cilacap Regency. This research was conducted in September 2024. This study uses a quantitative research method. Data collection uses test, observation and documentation techniques. Validity uses professional judgment techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Mann-Whitney test after the analysis prerequisite test includes the normality test of distribution and the homogeneity test of variance. Based on the analysis carried out by the researcher, it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of students in the experimental class after applying the open ended approach model got an average score of 36.62, and the control class using the Scientific approach got an average score of 28.39. The use of the open-ended approach model has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills, this is proven by the results of the Mann-Whitney test which shows a high Asymp value. Sig.(2-tailed) = 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05, from these results it is concluded that the Pythagorean open-ended approach has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in mathematics.]]>

<![CDATA[Folklore as a cultural expression of a group contains moral and educational values that play a role in the social structure of society. Through folklore, children can gain new understandings that they may not have experienced before. However, folklore is now starting to be forgotten, so that the younger generation who are expected to be the nation's successors do not understand the important role of folklore in character formation. This research aims to shape children's character, strengthen cultural identity, and build a moral foundation through the integration of folklore in formal and informal education. With a literature study approach, this study analyzes relevant literature to understand how folklore can be used in the formation of children's characters. The results of the study emphasized the importance of preserving folklore as an effective means of shaping the character of the younger generation in the era of globalization, by strengthening their understanding of the values of kindness, traditions, and how to face life's challenges]]>
