Abstract

This article examines the modernization of education management in Dayah from the perspective of the Al-Qur’an, highlighting key concepts such as Tajdîd (renewal), Taghyîr (change), Tabdîl (replacement), and Ishlȃh (improvement). This research employs a qualitative approach through literature review and documentation to explore how the values of the Al-Qur’an can serve as a foundation for the renewal of the Dayah education system. Tajdîd is reflected in the integration of the general curriculum and the strengthening of religious material as a response to the demands of the times. Taghyîr is seen in the changes to the management structure as well as in the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. Meanwhile, Tabdîl is manifested through the replacement of traditional teaching methods with a more interactive and contextual approach. Ishlȃh is represented by the adjustment of Dayah education regulations based on Law No. 18 of 2019, which harmonizes traditional values with modern needs. The findings of this study indicate that the process of modernizing Dayah education does not have to relinquish its spiritual identity, but can be carried out holistically by integrating modern managerial principles and Qur’anic values. This approach offers a more balanced transformative alternative between the scholarly, managerial, and spiritual aspects in building an adaptive and sustainable Islamic education system.

Abstract

The use of proper Indonesian grammar in office management plays a crucial role in supporting professionalism and the effectiveness of internal and external communication within an organization. This research aims to identify common forms of linguistic errors found in office administrative documents, such as errors in the use of capital letters, separation of the prefix 'di', word choice, and the incorrect use of punctuation marks according to the rules. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with literature study techniques, supplemented by documentation of several examples of official letters and interviews with office administrative staff to obtain empirical data. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively through a process of classifying types of errors, interpreting contexts, and studying the impact of linguistic errors on the image of professionalism. The research results show that grammatical errors can lower the credibility and professional impression of the institution. Conversely, the application of correct grammar improves information clarity, communication efficiency, and strengthens the institution's image. Therefore, this study recommends the importance of structured Indonesian grammar training and the establishment of an internal editing team as a strategy to improve the quality of official documents in the office work environment

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact, effectiveness, and implementation of social assistance programs in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data was collected through the search of scientific articles indexed in SINTA and Google Scholar. Data analysis techniques were conducted using content analysis, which involves a deep analysis of the contents of documents and articles to identify patterns, trends, and findings relevant to the focus of the research. The research results show that social assistance has a positive impact in alleviating economic burdens and meeting the basic needs of the community, but it still causes social jealousy and dependency. The effectiveness of the program is considered to be suboptimal due to insufficiently accurate data collection. From the implementation side, the main challenges include distribution, transparency, and coordination. Comprehensive improvements are needed so that social assistance is more targeted and sustainable.
