Abstract

Teacher performance is the ability of a teacher to carry out learning task at school,expecially at the pre-school age and responsible for students under his guidance by increasing the creativity of studens' learning.Providing incentives to teachers is one form of activity carried out by the government in order to improve teacher performance. While work motivation is the driving force that causes people to act to achieve goals by making changes for the better.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of providing incentives and work motivation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in sungai Ambawang district,Kubu raya Regency.Descriptive research desaign with a sample of 36respondents and analyzed by multiple regression data with a statictical product and Servis Solution (SPSS).The results show that: (1)The Provision of non material incentives to techer performance is appropriate.(2) The Provision of non material incentives for teacher performance is appropriate (3)The Provision of incentives has a partially significant effect on teacher performance.(4)Teacher work motivation has a partially significant effect on teacher performance.(5)The multiple regression analysis test concluded that the Provision of incentives and work motivation has a simultaneous effect on techer performance.From the results of research data analysis shows that the magnitude of the effect of incentives and work motivation on teacher performance is 47.9% while the rest is influenced by other variables.The better the Provision of incentives and work motivation for teachers,the resulting performance can increase better.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about case studies of students who cannot concentrate on science online learning in class VII SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak. The case subjects in this study were two class VII students who could not concentrate in online learning. This study used a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research type in the form of a case study. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and home visits. After conducting research on the two career subjects, it can be concluded that subject I concentrates more on learning, can adapt to online learning, is more enthusiastic about learning, and begins to fall asleep less in class. Whereas the subject of case II was able to solve learning difficulties, was more enthusiastic about learning, had new innovations in learning and did not fall asleep in class when online learning took place.

Abstract

This research is motivated by perceptions and assumptions in the community regarding the lack of awareness of Chinese ethnic nationalism in maintaining national identity in West Kalimantan. The purpose of this study is to clearly identify the facts regarding the awareness of nationalism of Chinese descent in national defense in West Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a realist ethnographic approach. The data sources in this study were obtained from the Chairperson of the MABT DPP, the Chinese ethnic community, and the non-ethnic Chinese community in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. Data was collected using interview techniques, field observations, interview guides and documentation tools. The results of data analysis in this study were presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using 9 informants. This study found the following facts: (1) Ethnic Chinese have a good awareness of nationalism with the establishment of the Chinese Cultural Customary Council (MABT) which works as a forum for Chinese ethnic groups to advance West Kalimantan. (2) Ethnic Chinese maintain national identity without losing their ethno-cultural identity (3) Ethnic Chinese are proven to be active in community activities and maintain tolerance between ethnicities, races and religions. (4) Awareness of ethnic Chinese descent, seen from the cognitive, affective and conative aspects, has a positive attitude towards Indonesian by introducing, improving and also frequently using Indonesian in Kalimantan Barat.

Abstract

Language is a tool used by humans to communicate. Language is neverseparated from humans, and vice versa, customs are no exception.Even language is an object that connects the function and meaning ofthese customs. Now many young people don't care about customs,especially preserving traditional marriage ceremonies. Therefore,researchers examined the Dayak sawe marriage customs, commonlycalled Bejadi, so that the younger generation can see how unique andrich the culture and language used are. This study uses a descriptivemethod in the form of qualitative research, which aims to describe theresults of the form of the term Bejadi, the lexical, grammatical, andcultural meanings of Bejadi, as well as the implementation of theterminology of Bejadi in learning Indonesian at school. The datasource used in this study is the primary data source because it wasobtained through direct interviews with informants who are directlyrelated to the location of the object under study, namely in SekadauHulu District, Sekadau Regency. The source of the data obtained isfrom the bejadi event (traditional wedding ceremony) using the DayakSawe language. The results of this study were analyzed based on theirform so as to produce monomorphemic terminology, polymorphemic(affixations, suffixes, reduplications, and compound words), as well asphrases. From these data it can also generate the meanings that existin Bejadi, namely lexical meanings, grammatical meanings, andcultural meanings. Data acquisition was obtained based on theprocession, actors involved, tools, and materials at the event.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Potential Tourism Objects of the Kupah River Mangrove District, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. Where Sungai Kupah Village is one of the villages in Kubu Raya Regency which has potential in the field of tourism so that Sungai Kupah Village was developed into a Sungai Kupah Mangrove Tourism Object. The Kupah River Mangrove Tourism Object has entered the top six of the Pesona Indonesia 2021 award and in 2022 it is included in the top 300 of the Indonesian Tourism Village Award. The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions and potential of the Kupah River Mangrove Tourism object. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Sources and data in this study were research objects in the Kupah River mangrove tourism object and the data were the results of field observations and from interviews with tourism managers, the Kubu Raya tourism office, and also visitors to the Kupah River mangrove tour. The results of this study indicate that the conditions in the Sungai Kupah Mangrove Tourism Object area from the 3A tourism approach are quite adequate, although there are still a number of things that need to be improved and monitored. In terms of the potential of this Mangrove Tourism object, the potential that is owned is quite a lot of interest, visitors can enjoy synsets and views of the estuary of the river, and also this tourist object can be used as a means of education.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyse the needs of Augmented Reality (AR) learning media development (2) produce learning media products (3) assess the feasibility of learning media (4) determine the increase in student learning motivation. This research uses the Design Based Research (DBR) development model. The results showed that (1) teachers and students need technology-based learning media in accordance with the times. (2) The product design produced in this study is in the form of Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media for market material in the economy. (3) The validation assessment conducted by media experts, material experts, teacher assessment and learner assessment shows that Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media is categorised as feasible. (4) The increase in students' learning motivation towards the use of Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media has increased by 4% from 79% with a medium category to 83% with a high category.

Abstract

This observe targets to determine the effect of price, product best, carrier first-class, and vicinity on buying decisions for Malaysian merchandise in Jagoi Village, Jagoi Babang District. The studies behavior using the explanatory method using a couple of linear regression. The information used is number one statistics obtained through a questionnaire. Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the blended learning model to class X OTP 1 student at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak during the Covid-19 pandemic. The learning system during the pandemic has turned into distance learning. One of the learning methods that are considered useful for distance learning was the Blended Learning method. This can be done to reduce the risk of transmission of covid-19 so as not to allow the meeting of teachers and students directly in the classroom. The research method used a descriptive research approach. The writer was taken data in this study through interviews and observations. The research subjects were class X OTP 1 teacher and representatives of class X OTP 1 students. The results showed that the application of the blended learning model in class X OTP 1 during the Covid-19 pandemic had been carried out starting from the lesson plan prepared by the teacher such as learning tools, and arranging learning schedules between face-to-face and face-to-face. Online, and teaching materials for blended learning. Blended learning assessment includes an assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills that are observed in online and face-to-face learning in a certain way. The conclusion from this study is that the application of the blended learning model in class X OTP 1 can be seen through planning activities, namely the teacher has prepared learning tools, schedules, and teaching materials. The action was with the blended learning syntax. Assessment activities are carried out face-to-face and online.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the remediation of students on the material of uniform motion with the help of e-learning learning media. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Selakau. The sample in this study amounted to 20 students. The data collection technique was carried out by giving tests that were carried out through elearning, namely google classroom, namely posttest and pre-test with 10 questions with open reasons to class VIIIA students. The data analysis of this research was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the results of the pre-test and post-test. The mean score shows the results (0.7104) at the time of calculation, while based on the effect size formula (6.80), it is categorized as high in uniform straight motion material. So it is hoped that the results of this study can help students in overcoming misconceptions about the material of uniform straight motion in the learning outcomes of students in class VIIIA SMP Negeri 5 Selakau can be achieved in accordance with the learning objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the bad behavior of several sixth grade studentsat SDIT Wisata Hasanah Pontianak. The method used is descriptive in theform of qualitative research. Sources of data are three grade VI students at SDIT Wisata Hasanah Pontianak, homeroom teachers, parents,and friends of the research subjects. Data collection techniques used are redirect communication techniques through interviews and documentation studies in the for mofcasenotes.Data analysis consisted of data reduction,data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed symptoms of bad behavior, namely social aggressiveness such as often fighting or hitting, andusing dirty words, disobedient behavior such as frequently, rarely doing the assignments given by the teacher and the teacher's attention, irresponsibility such as often doing and not doing assignments. given by the teacher andoften come late to school. The causal factors are internal factors that are lessable to control emotions and lack a sense of responsibility, external factorsare the condition of the family environment. What homeroom teachers do rsare the condition of the family environment.
