Abstract

Abstract                                                                                                                                  This research focused on correlation of learning styles and vocabulary achievement. The aim of this research was to know whether significant or not the correlation of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning style to vocabulary achievement. The research was conducted to Year-11 students of Madrasah Aliyah Khulafaur Rasyidin in academic year 2016/2017. The data were collected through a questionnaire about learning style and a test of vocabulary. Significance of the correlated variable is computed using t-test. If t-value is higher than t-table, the correlation is significant. The t-value was compared to t-table. The findings are t-value of visual learning style was 8.02, for auditory learning style 2.46, while t-value of kinesthetic learning style was 0.51.  The value of t-table was 2.101 at significant level 5% and df 18. Based on the results, it was found there is significant correlation of visual learning style to vocabulary achievement. There is significant correlation also for auditory learning style and vocabulary achievement. There is no significant correlation of kinesthetic learning style and vocabulary achievement.Keywords: Auditory, Visual, Kinesthetic, Vocabulary Achievement

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to reveal the influence of individual counseling perception towards interest in consulting of the studets of X grade of SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa. Form of this research is a study of corellation. The sample of this research is X grade students. The data collecting technique of this research is indirect communication, which is quastionnaire taht countains 29 questions item on the perseption towards individual counseling variable and 31 questions item on interest of consulting variable. The result of the perception towards individual counseling was only 48,52%, which is categorizad poor. Meanwhile, the interest of consulting was only 31,31%, which is categorizad poor. Based on the result, the contribution of the perception towards individual counseling to the interest of the consulting was 12,74%, which means 87,26% interest of consulting is influenced by other variable that was not found on this research. Keyword: Perception Towards Individual Counseling, Interest Of Consulting

Abstract

AbstractThis study deals with the skills of writing paragraphs. Students tend not to be able to use the correct vocabulary, the use of punctuation is not right, the rules of writing are not in accordance with the EYD, can not pay attention to the relationship and continuity between the sentence one another so that a coherent writing that can be understood easily by the reader. The objective of the research is to describe the use of cooperative learning approach of picture and picture type to improve the writing skill of class III students. The form of research is classroom action research. The procedure of conducting classroom action research with four stages is planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The average value of writing the first paragraph of the students in the first cycle of the first meeting is 50.69%, the second cycle of the second meeting increased 69.96%, the first cycle of the first meeting increased by 82.85% in the second cycle I increased by 2.21 to 85.06%.Cooperative learning approach of picture and picture type, can be applied at the time of learning process of Indonesian language because it can improve the skill of writing paragraph. Keywords: skill enhancement,  paragraph, cooperative learning tipe picture and picture

Abstract

Abstrak:Pola asuh yang diterapkan di dalam keluarga berpengaruh dalam pembentukan moral seorang anak.Denganberkembangnya kecerdasan moral maka sikap keadilan, empati, rasa hormat dan toleransi pada anak juga akan terbentuk. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pola asuh ibu dan kecerdasan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman observasi, panduan wawancara, dokumentasi.Pola asuh otoriter seperti anakdapatberbagimakanan, tidakmenolongteman yang terjatuh, mengucapkansalam, bermainbersamateman yang berbeda agama. Anakyang terbiasa dengan pola asuh tipe demokratis,diantaranyaanakmembelatemantanpamemihak, menjengukteman yang sakit,mengucapkansalam, menghargai orang lain. Sedangkan pola asuh tipe permisif, diantaranya anaktidakberbagimakanan, tidakmenjengukteman yang sakit, mengucapkansalam, menghargaiteman yang berbeda agama. Kata kunci: Pola Asuh Ibu, Kecerdasan Moral,  Anak usia 5-6 tahun  Parenting applied in the family influential in the formation of a child's moral. Then, with the development of moral intelligence, the attitudes of justice, empathy, respect and tolerance in children will also be formed. The purpose of this research is to describe the mother's parenting and moral intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative terms. The technique used is observation, interview and documentation with the data collection tool in the form of guidelines for observation, interview, documentation. Authoritarian upbringing as the child can share a meal, do not help a friend who had fallen, greetings, play with friends of different faiths. Children who are familiar with the type of democratic parenting, including impartially defend a child, visit a sick friend, greetings, respect for others. While the type of permissive parenting, including children not to share food, do not visit a sick friend, greeting, appreciate friends of different faiths.  Keywords: Mothers Parenting, Moral Intelligence, Children aged 5-6 years

Abstract

AbstractThe purposes of this study are to describe the scientific work skill of students before and after the guided inquiry learning model is applied to the material environmental pollution and to determine the different scientific work skills of students MTs Negeri Sungai Pinyuh academic year 2017/2018. This study uses a pre-experimental research design one group pretest-posttest. The sample in this study were students of class VII B by purposive sampling technique. The research technique of data collecting is a measurement technique using pretest-posttest, direct observation and interview. After data processing, the results show that the pretest scientific work skills of students that are in the category of  less skilled, and unskilled respectively by 12.12% and 87.88%, while the results show that the posttest scientific work skills of students that are in the category of highly skilled, skilled, and less skilled in a row amounted to 9.38%, 78.12%, and 12.5%. Wilcoxon test results showed there were differences of scientific work skills before and after taught with guided inquiry. Keyword: Scienific Work Skill, Guided Inquiry, Enviromental Pollution

Abstract

AbstractThis research is almed to know about the effectiveness of media frame to the ips study result at the sevent grade student in SMP  Islamiyah by using eksperiment method one group pre-tets and pos-tets. The problem of this research are : how the effectiveness of media frame to the ips at the sevent grade students in SMP Islamiyah Pontianak?. While, the part problem of this research are: how the studi result of seventh grade student before using media frame to the IPS in SMP Islamiyah Pontianak? How the effectiveness of media frame to the IPS in SMP Islamiyah Pontianak to the ips study result?. The variables of this research are using the independent and despendence variable. The independence variable of this research is the use of media frame, whereas the dependence variable of the study result of student. Resource of data in this research is ips study result at the sevent grade student in SMP Islamiyah Pontianak and the method of this research is descriptive method by using experiment method (one group pre-tets pos-tets). The colleckting data that us in this research are: direck observation technieq, interview, and documentary study. The analysis data that use in this research is: descriptive namely descriptive analysis. The result of this research showed that the media frame give good contribution in the increasing of ips study result, its looking bassed on the process and data analysis that researcher got in the criteria of analysis that analysis that researcher use namely: normality tets, mann-whitney U-tets and tets T(t-tets). Then based on the accounting of size effect showed that media frame has hight contribution to the IPS study result.  Keywords: the effectiveness of media frame, study result

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to descibe about the impact of watching korean dramas in students. The method used is descriptive method and the form of research used is survey research. The population in this study were students who watched korean drama class VIII amounting to 70 students. This study a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques indirect communication techniques while the data collection tools were questionnaires. result of this study indicated that the impact of watching korean drama is in the ?Quite High? category. The impact of watching korean drama positively with the highest percentage is increasing language knowledge 78%, entertainment facilities 76%, recognizing the life culture in the country of korea 76%, and moral message 76%, obtained overall result 76% with ?High? category. The negative impact of watching korean drama with the highest percentage was too forgetting the time 72%, less socializing 72%, too dramatic 72% and leaving real activity 70%, the overall number was 70% in the ?Quite High? category. the impact of watching korean dramas on class VIII students as a whole obtained a 75% result in the ?Quite High? category. the impact of watching korean drama on students of class VIII is quite high. Keywords: Analysis, The Impact Of Watching Korean Drama.

Abstract

AbstractThe instrument for problem solving given to students was only a problem solving that demands routine procedures and the instrument was not in accordance with the problem solving indicators and the level of Bloom?s taxonomy. This study aimed to explain the teacher's perceptions regarding the instruments to solve the problem in triangular material at Junior High School. The study was used the development design which the instrument type as development research. The samplesof this study were 10 mathematics teachers. According to the validity test of Product Moment correlation obtained 75.7% and 81.1%. The accuracy of the teacher instruments perception through the instruments ability problem solvingdeliver to Bloom's taxonomy, triangular material at Junior High School had high validity. The results of the questionnaire used the average calculation obtained of 82% and 70,6% which mean that mathematics teachers strongly agree that the instrument of problem solving developed by researcher properly with Bloom's cognitive taxonomy level and mathematics teachers have never provided problem solving instruments like the researcher were develop for the students. Keywords: Problem Solving, Teacher Perception

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah: Untuk Meningkatkan Sikap Sabar Menunggu Giliran melalui Metode Demonstrasi pada Anak Usia 5-6 tahun di TK Amkur Ngabang Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran sikap sabar menunggu giliran pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Amkur Ngabang Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan 3 (tiga) kali pertemuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas terhadap 20 orang dengan prosedur penelitian terdiri dari: persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan atau observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap sabar menunggu giliran pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Amkur Ngabang Kabupaten Landak melalui metode demonstrasi. Persentase ketuntasan yang di tentukan peneliti adalah 100%. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil persentase siklus 2 pertemuan 3 ada 18 anak atau 90% dalam sabar berbaris dari kecil ke besar saat hendak mencuci tangan, ada 19 anak atau 95% sabar menunggu giliran saat mencuci tangan dan ada 20 anak atau 100% sabar menunggu giliran saat menggelap tangan.   Kata Kunci : Sikap, Sabar, Menunggu, Giliran, Metode Demonstrasi.   Abstract: The general objective of this research is: To Improve Patient Waiting Attitude turn through the Method Demonstration on Childhood 5-6 years in kindergarten Amkur Ngabang Porcupine District. This study was done to improve the learning process of patience waiting for their turn in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Amkur Ngabang Porcupine District. This classroom action research conducted in two cycles. At each cycle performed 3 (three) meetings. The method used is descriptive method with a form of action research to 20 people with the procedure consisted of: preparation, execution, observation or observation, and reflection. The results showed that there was an increase of patience waiting for their turn in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Amkur Ngabang Porcupine District through the method of demonstration. The percentage of completeness is determined researcher is 100%. This is evident from the results of the percentage of 2 cycle 3 meeting there were 18 children or 90% in the forward march from small to big when they want to wash their hands, there are 19 children or 95% patiently wait their turn when washing hands and there are 20 kids or 100% wait turn when darkened hands.  Keywords: Attitudes, Patience, Waiting, Turn, Method Demonstration.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dan benar untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran tematik di kelas II sekolah Dasar Negeri 27 Biyu Kabupaten Sanggau. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar pada pengamatan awal yaitu 53,54%, meningkat menjadi 63,64% pada siklus I, dan pada siklus  II meningkat menjadi 83,84%. Selisih peningkatan dari pengamatan awal ke siklus I dengan persentase sebesar 10,10%, kemudian selisih peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II  dengan persentase sebesar 20,20%. Dengan demikian  dapat  dikatakan skor rata-rata aktivitas belajar siklus I  dikategorikan sedang, sementara  pada siklus II dikategorikan tinggi. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Belajar, Pembelajaran Tematik Abstract: The general reseach purpuses to obtain accurate and correct information to enhance the students learning activities in II classroom 27 biyu districts Sanggau. The method used is descriptive method. There is increased activities at baseline 53,54% increased to 63,64% in the first cycle,  and the second cycle increased  83,84%. The different increased at baseline to cycle I with a percentage of 10,10%, then the different increased  of cycle I to cycle II with a percentage of  20,20%. Thi is can be said the average score learning acrivities categorized cycle I being considered, while in cycle II categorized  as high. Keyword: Activities Learning, Thematic Learning.
