Abstract

AbstrakProblems in this study is how the increase in activity of student learning uses the appearance by approach game in the lessons penjaskes class 3 primary schools 25 empaong sekadau upstream. The purpose of this research is to find the study results 3 class public 25 empaong sekadau upstream through learning run of a short distance used the game run basket ball.the methodology it is research class action. Subjects research is a student 3 primary schools 25 empaong about 39 students. Results from study. 1. Usage method of appearance can improve finals student learning 1 the cycle 48,72% while cycle 2 87,18% there has been increasing 38,46%. 2.The athletic learning run of a short distance by using the method appearance approach game can improve the affective students the cycle 1 69,23% while cycle 2 94,87%, there has been increasing 25,64% Keywords: The activity of teachers, school tuitionand methods approach game.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the style of principals who gave punismen to honorary teachers, as well as transfer fees and barriers to principals in 1 Anjongan Public High School, Mempawah District. describe (1) the leadership style used by the principal in giving rewords to honorary teachers at SMA 1 Anjongan, Mempawah Regency; (2) the leadership style of the school principal in giving punismen to honorary teachers in SMA 1 Anjongan in Mempawah Regency; (3) the leadership style of principals in mobilizing honorary teachers at SMA 1 Anjongan in Mempawah Regency; (4) factors that hinder the leadership style of principals in SMA Negeri 1 Anjongan, Mempawah District. With a qualitative approach and a type of case study research, this thesis is structured using direct observation, direct communication (interviews), documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and verification and conclusion. The purpose of this study was to find out the style of the principal giving reword and punismen to honorary teachers, as well as moving honorariums and barriers to principals in 1 Public High School Anjongan, Mempawah Regency. Leadership continues to change according to the role being played, the ability to empower (subordinate) subordinates / members so that the initiative arises to be creative in work and the results are more meaningful for the organization with the leader once directing, moving, and influencing members.Keywords: Leadership Style, Punishment, Reward, Honorary Teacher

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the translation ability and transformation of mathematical representation of students in the operation of simple fractions in class VII MTs IKA - PGA Baiturrahmah Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Researchers sought to describe the translation ability and transformation of mathematical representation of students in the operation of simple fractions. The result is the students ability is still very low . The average score representation translation R-V is 1,83. The average score representation translation V-R is 0,5. The average score representation translation V-S is 0,67. The average score representation translation S-V was 1,11. The average score representation translation R-S is 1. The average score representations translation of S-R was 0,36. While the average score transformation capabilities representation R is 1,67, representation V is 1,44 and the representation of S is 2,06.Keywords: Translation, Transformation, Mathematical Representations

Abstract

AbstractThe purposed of the study was determined whether remedial learning could overcome learning difficulties of students on the fraction material in V grade SD Negeri 32 South East Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive research with case study. The subject consisted of 23 in V grade. The technique of the data collection used was measurement technique. The data collection used was the form of essays in the form of 10 questions. The learning result of V grade students SD Negeri 32 in South East Pontianak in mathematics lessons, especially fractional material after given a remedial learning was increased from diagnostic tests to remedial 1 or remedial 1 to remedial 2. The percentage of students who complete increased from 39,13% in diagnostic tests became 42,85% on remedial 1 and increased by as much as 75% on remedial 2. This means that the implementation of remedial learning was good applied to overcome student learning difficulties in fraction material. Keywords: Learning, Learning Difficulties, Remedial Math

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe students’ translation and transformation ability on mathematical representation in solving contextual word problems of sets in class VIII SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak. The method that was use in this research is descriptive method with case study form. The subject of this research are 35 students. The data collection instrument that used is written test in essay and interview as the follow-up activity. The result of data analysis showed that the students’ translation ability on mathematical representation from the verbal representation  to the symbol representation (sets symbol) is classified as very low with percentage 100%; students’ translation ability on mathematical representation from the symbol representation (sets symbol) to the visual representation (Venn diagram) is classified as very low with percentage 60%; students’ translation ability on mathematical representation from the verbal representation  to the symbolic representation is classified as very low with percentage 100%; students’ transformation ability on mathematical representation in symbolic representation is classified as very low with percentage 51.43%; and students’ transformation ability on mathematical representation in verbal only a small part with percentage 40% which reached very high. Kata kunci : kemampuan translasi, kemampuan transformasi, soal cerita   kontekstual, himpunan

Abstract

AbstractNomina Classifier is one of the most commonly classifier that are used in Mandarin, it is also the focused and one of the difficulty in Mandarin teaching. Nomina Classifier such as : “gen”, “tiao”, “zhi” are three words that commonly use in daily life as well. They have similarities and differences in semantics which make students often have errors in the use of Nomina Classifier. The writer analyzestudents errorsused the Nomina Classifier such as : “gen”, “tiao”, “zhi” and find out their causes. From the results of the test, the writer concludes that the error rate of using  “gen”, “tiao”, “zhi” the error rate are : 51,65%, 47,45%, 52,47%. Student use the Nomina Classifier such as : “gen”, “tiao”, “zhi” the reason for the error is the mother tongue and the target language. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the influence of media use Cuisenaire rods in math learning the learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 12 South Pontianak. This study used an experimental method to form quasy Experimental kind Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research were 51 students in which the entire population sampled. Samples were class IV A as the control class IV and class B as a class experiment. Data collector in the form of essay tests were 8 questions. The calculation result obtained t t test (1.950)> t table (1.6782) with significance level α = 5% means a significant influence on media usage Cuisenaire rods. From the calculation of effect size (ES) of 0.50 with the criteria of being. Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman dan tingkat pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi larutan penyangga kelas XI SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan subyek penelitian kelas XI IPA 2 sebanyak 32 siswa. Instrument penelitian adalah Two-Tier Multiple Choice Diagnostic Instrument dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman siswa pada konsep larutan penyangga adalah: 1)pengertian larutan penyangga pada pemahaman utuh (PU) (31,25%) dan tidak paham (TP) termasuk kategori rendah (28,13%), pemahaman parsial dengan miskonsepsi (PPDM) kategori cukup (56,25%), 2)perhitungan pH dalam pembuatan larutan penyangga PU (29,69%) dan TP kategori rendah (37,45%), PPDM kategori cukup (47,66%) 3)perhitungan pH larutan penyangga dengan penambahan sedikit asam atau basa PU kategori sangat rendah (2,74%) dan TP kategori rendah (36,13%), PPDM kategori tinggi (61,09%), 4)fungsi larutan penyangga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari PU kategori sangat rendah (7,82%), PPDM (46,87%) dan TP kategori cukup (45,31%). Tingkat pemahaman siswa pada materi larutan penyangga termasuk katergori rendah. Kata kunci : Two-Tier Multiple Choice Diagnostic Instrument   Abstract: This study aimed to describe the understanding and level of understanding of the concept of students at grade material buffer solution XI Kemala Bhayangkari 1. This study uses descriptive method with research subjects in class XI IPA 2 as many as 32 students. Is a research instrument Two-Tier Multiple Choice Instrument Diagnostic and interviews. The results show the level of understanding of students on the concept of buffer solution are: 1) understanding the complete understanding of the buffer solution (CU) (31.25%) and does not understand (NU) including low category (28.13%), a partial understanding of the misconceptions (PUM) category enough (56.25%), 2) the calculation of buffer solution pH in the manufacture of CU (29.69%) and NU low category (37.45%), PUM enough category (47.66%) 3) calculation of pH buffer solution with the addition of a little acid or base CU category is very low (2.74%) and NU low category (36.13%), PUM high category (61.09%), 4) function of the buffer solution in everyday life CU category is very low (7.82%), PUM (46.87%) and enough NU category (45.31%). Abstract

AbstractThe aimed of this study were to determine whether there was significant difference of achievement between students who are taught through Webbed Model of Integrated Natural Science Learning and Conventional Learning and to determine the effect of Webbed Model of Integrated Natural Science Learning on the theme of Energy in Life System towards students achievement. Pretest and posttest control group design was adopted as research design. Two sample were selected randomly nine classes at seven grade of SMPN 1 Ketapang. They were VII A class as control group and VII D class as experimental group. Expermental group was taught through Webbed Model of Integrated Natural Science Learning. Meanwhile, control group was taught through Conventional Learning. According to data analysis, probability score was 0.029. It was smaller than 0.05 which meant there was a significant difference between both classes. According to calculation of Effect Size, the score of effect size was 0.5 which was categorized as medium. In conclusion, there was a significant difference of achievement between students who are taught through Webbed Model of Integrated Natural Science Learning and Conventional Learning and the effect of Webbed Model of Integrated Natural Science Learning is medium towards students achievement.Keywords: Energy, Students Achievement, Webbed Model

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kemampuan keterampilan proses sains terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa di kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survei tanpa kelompok pembanding bersifat deskriptif korelatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 76 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan keterampilan proses sains siswa adalah 20,41 atau presentase rata-rata skor 57%. Rata-rata penguasaan konsep siswa adalah 26,06 atau presentase rata-rata skor 70,4%. Terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan keterampilan proses sains dengan penguasaan konsep sebesar 0,689. Kontribusi relatif kemampuan keterampilan proses sains terhadap penguasaan konsep adalah sebesar 47,5%. Temuan ini diharapkan agar guru dapat menyusun program pengajaran yang tepat untuk mengembangkan keterampilan proses sains demi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.   Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Proses Sains, Penguasaan Konsep   Abstract: This research aims to determine the contribution of the ability of science process skills to mastery of concepts students in grade V Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak Elementary School. The research type that used is a survey research without descriptive correlative comparison group. The study sample is 76 students. The results of data analysis showed that the average ability of science process skills of students is 20.41 or average percentage score of 57%. On average mastery of concepts students are 26.06 or average percentage score of 70.4%. There is a relationship between the ability of science process skills by mastering the concept of 0.689. The relative contribution to the ability of science process skills mastery of concepts is 47.5%. This finding is expected that teachers can develop appropriate teaching program for developing science process skills in order to improve student learning outcomes.   Keywords: Science Process Skills, Mastery of Concepts
